    Mask

Just great. The insanity is never going to end.

the idea is that anyone wearing the face shield will realize they may be infected with coronavirus when the mask glows and seek an early diagnosis for COVID-19. as a result, the risk of spreading the virus to others lowers too.

japanese scientists invent masks that glow when exposed to traces of coronavirus

“Covid the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the disease of administrations, and the contagion of every foul agency, and a malady of every unclean and hateful bureaucrat.“

Sweet. TAE summary, that was clever and very enjoyable to read. Thanks!

Based on the injunction, my employer has suspended implementation of the mandate. I thought about forwarding the Elephant in the room graphic to HR and explode some more heads but silence is probably golden in the moment.

It will be interesting to see what the extent of booster hesitancy will. There was a surge last week due to Omicron, but it is tapering off this week.

Fauci was out making the rounds this morning.

“It’s when not if that the definition of fully vaccinated will mean 3 shots.

“People should require holiday guests to prove they are vaccinated.”

    This is special.

First Israeli Omicron COVID case: ‘I am still weak’

“I am still weak,” he told The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday from one of the hospital’s bustling cafeterias on his first day back.

Maor tested positive for COVID-19 on November 28 and was diagnosed as having the variant a few days later. He was fully vaccinated with three shots of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.

Maor caught the variant in London, which he said was easily confirmed because of the number of PCR tests he took around his trip to the London Valves cardiology conference.

“I did a PCR test when I landed in London, and then one 72 hours prior to flying back to Israel, and then another one when I landed in Tel Aviv. All of the tests were negative,” he said. “So, I did not bring the virus with me to London. I brought it back with me from London.

How did he catch COVID if he was vaccinated?

“The vaccine does not give you full protection,” Maor explained. “It protects you from severe disease and death, but not from getting the virus.”

Apologies, I think I fixed the links.

Speaking of Bad Moon Rising, I came across something last night that portends a depopulation nightmare scenario. Essentially the mad scientists have lost control and are only making it worse in an attempt to fix it.

I don’t give myself much credibility in the moment, but the one thing that just hangs out there for me, needing some kind of rationalization, is Israel’s willingness to be a guinea pig for Pfizer and all things dystopian. Not to mention, jabbing children. Anyway, It seems to be ground zero for finding a solution. I find it hard to believe that they are an unwilling participant from a TPTB level.

The Pfizer CEO made these comments the other day,

“I don’t think it’s good news to have something that spreads fast,” Bourla told his interlocutors at the summit.

“Spreads fast means it will be in billions of people and another mutation may come. You don’t want that.”

Given the source, there is the obvious reason he would say such a thing, but what if those comments are born out of fear as opposed to greed?

    WES,

Given the make up of our HR dept., I would guess a few heads would have exploded. They made my accommodations more restrictive after I baulked on the first ones they put forth. Besides, if the evidence based counterpoint info I provided keeps a few moms from jabbing their kids it’s a silent win too.

My latest volley with my employer over accommodations. At this point, there is enough foundational evidence to challenge any employer irrespective of an exemption.

I’ve decided to post it as others may find it useful. Also, I wanted to express heartfelt thanks to all that contribute, particularly Raul. Most everything that I have relied on to navigate this is connected to a link or comment shared here. The Sagan quotes were timely and fit with tone I was going for. I have left out the supporting excerpts and links as it would be too long.

    Human resource person,

Freedom is a core belief in this country and freedom of religion is a protected right. As part of my approved religious exemption regarding the vaccine requirement I am being asked to forfeit additional rights that are protected under Title VII. Under Title VII:

    • An employer may not discriminate with regard to any term, condition, or privilege of employment. Areas that may give rise to violations include recruiting, hiring, promoting, transferring, training, disciplining, discharging, assigning work, measuring performance, or providing benefits.

    • No person employed by a company covered by Title VII, or applying to work for that company, can be denied employment or treated differently with regard to any workplace decision on the basis of perceived racial, religious, national, sexual, or religious characteristics. No employee can be treated differently based on his or her association with someone who has one of these protected characteristics.

    • Similarly, employees who belong to a protected group cannot be segregated or physically isolated from either other employees or clients.

    • It is illegal for an employer to retaliate against you for opposing discrimination under Title VII, for participating in an EEOC investigation of a discrimination claim, or for making a discrimination claim yourself.

Vaccinated and unvaccinated people should be treated similarly since both groups have the propensity to be infected with or spread the virus associated with Covid disease. To treat a healthy vaccinated person differently than a healthy unvaccinated person in the workplace is discriminatory.

The amount of information surfacing regarding fully vaccinated individuals succumbing to breakthrough infections is growing. Also, the numbers of breakthrough infections are also increasing among the vaccinated. While these mRNA/Viral Vector injections may provide a degree of protection against severe disease, they do not provide durable protection against catching and transmitting the virus.
During a July CNN town hall, Biden told the American people, “you’re not going to get Covid if you have these vaccinations.”

In September, when these mandates were first announced, Biden said the guiding principle was to “protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers” and “reduce the spread of Covid-19 by increasing the share of the workforce that is vaccinated in businesses across America.

This guiding principle is turning out to be false. In late October, the British Prime Minister said the vaccine “doesn’t protect you against catching the disease and it doesn’t protect you against passing it on.” Similar comments have also been made by public health officials at the CDC, FDA and WHO.

In a very recent article in the Jerusalem Post, it was reported that Two Israeli doctors, both from Sheba Medical Center, have been confirmed as infected with the Omicron variant, a spokesperson for the hospital confirmed. Both are cardiologists. One of the doctors, in his 50s, brought the variant into Israel on return from a medical conference in London. He tested negative when he boarded the airplane from the United Kingdom to Israel and on arrival, but a few days later began experiencing symptoms. Once he tested positive, his results were sequenced and he was confirmed positive for the variant on Tuesday.

Before entering isolation, the doctor had performed several catheterizations and attended at least two other large events. He was also in contact with the second cardiologist, in his 70s, who is now infected with the variant. Both doctors were fully vaccinated with three shots of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.

If you are paying attention and apply some critical thought, you should take away three things. (1) Testing could have failed, he tested negative when boarding the plane though it is possible he was infected at the time of testing as the onset of symptoms were only a few short days later. (2) Masks likely failed, he transmitted the virus to a fellow cardiologist, possibly patients and passengers on the flight he took. (3) The vaccine failed to prevent infection and transmission in spite of each doctor being triple jabbed. It should also be noted, that Israel aggressively rolled out boosters in July. Health care workers would have been among the first to receive them.

According to Pfizer’s chairman and Moderna’s chief medical officer we should not really be too surprised. Pfizer’s chairman told Lester Holt of “Dateline” last December that he wasn’t sure if the vaccine would stop transmission. Moderna’s chief medical officer told Axios last November, “I think we need to be careful, as we get vaccinated, no to over-interpret the results.” He went on to say, “When we start the deployment of this vaccine, we will not have sufficient concrete data to prove that this vaccine reduces transmission.”

President Biden put forth his Covid-19 Winter Plan last Thursday 12/2. One of the actions he took was tighter travel restrictions on foreigners entering the US must have a negative Covid test from the last 24 hours regardless of nationality or vaccination status.

In other words, it doesn’t matter if you are vaccinated; you still need a negative test. This implies that breakthrough infection is becoming more common among the vaccinated.

Again, if you are paying attention, you can see how the messaging is moving away from “protecting the vaccinated from the unvaccinated” to protection from severe disease. These are comments Dr. Fauci made over the weekend.

“When you add the third dose you increase the levels of neutralizing antibodies against all the variants. And this also has an increase in levels of memory B cells and T cells which strongly suggest that boosters will give you cross protection against a number of variants, although we haven’t proven it yet there is every reason to believe that if you get vaccinated and boosted, that you would have at least some degree of cross protection, very likely against severe disease even against the Omicron variant.”
There was a pre-print study that was also getting some attention this weekend. It had to do with reinfection risk. It was citing a 2 to 3 times increased risk of reinfection. They defined reinfection is two tests at least 90 days apart.

Think about that for a minute. We literally swim in a sea of microbes. The fact that our immune system prevents these microbes from gaining a foothold and developing into an illness has nothing to with testing positive for a particular microbe 90 days apart. Reinfection is not synonymous with testing positive. Remember, we are all potential asymptomatic reservoirs for coronaviruses whether or not we are vaccinated or even if we previously had the disease.

Dr. Mike Ryan (Head of the WHO’s emergencies programs) commented on this reinfection study this past weekend.

“Remember, infection is diagnosed in your nose. So basically it’s an infection in the mucosa of your nose, the lining of your nose. So you can be infected, and you can have a reinfection an you can probably find the virus in the nose but you’re not sick because your immune system inside your body, in effect, is mounting an immune response and able to cope with that infection. So reinfection does not automatically mean severe disease.

[..] Reinfection rates may be higher but when the data comes through on vaccine protection what the data we’re really looking to see is going to be around severity of infection and whether or not the vaccines continue to protect against severe disease, hospitalization and death. Right now there’s no reason to suppose that they won’t. We just haven’t got the data yet.”

That data already exists but they are not looking to see if the vaccine is effective at stopping transmission. The data shows that it isn’t effective. Reinfection is an implicit admission that these vaccines are not very effective at preventing community spread. This is the “Elephant in the room” and it is not being properly addressed as it pertains to these mandates. Fundamentally, they are therapeutic injections as they are not effective at stopping the spread of the virus or its variants.

Either the vaccines are effective at preventing transmission and there is no need to make them mandatory, or they are not effective at preventing transmission, which means making them mandatory is pointless. Since the vaccinated clearly get it and spread it, we clearly need to protect who from whom? Single them out and strip them of their freedoms to participate in life?

As a preamble to the supporting information that follows, I have included several relevant quotes from Carl Sagan.

“Our species needs, and deserves, a citizenry with minds wide awake and a basic understanding of how the world works”

“If we are not able to ask skeptical questions, to interrogate those who tell us something is true, to be skeptical of those in authority, then, we are up for grabs for the next charlatan who comes rambling along.”

“I promise to question everything my leaders tell me. I promise to use my critical faculties. I promise to develop my independence of thought. I promise to educate myself so I can make my own judgements.”

There are many studies and articles published by individuals and organizations. Here are some of the more recent and relevant ones for your review. I have provided pertinent excerpts along with a link to the corresponding reference.

    boilingfrog,

Fear and relentless conditioning have created a very compliant culture that is hesitant to speak out for fear of being alienated. Faith based individuals are not void of logic and rational thought. We seek to remove the division within and in the process we will lose family and friends. Given that earth is associated with this kind of faith, much digging is required. Happy gardening.

So, if you are paying attention, you can see how the messaging is moving away from reducing transmission (injections are incapable) to protection from severe disease (which is dubious also).

So, it now looks like they are trying to condition us for the need to be tested often to participate in society on top of submitting to the jabs to prevent the healthcare system from being overwhelmed.

No problem Maxwell, each shared thought comment connects to the next thing which is uniquely different for each of us. For me it was an opportunity to connect something Sagan said to a Psalm and Genesis. Personally, faith has preceded the next level of understanding. Sometimes leads to death, but other times light.

There used to be more access to Dr. Poliakov’s work online but over the last decade much has been removed. He is Russian, might have been onto something.

Sagan had a knack for being profound. Personally, not offended by it. The nature of Light is fascinating. Maybe this fits better with your understanding.

Extreme cases of generalized energy conservation in the frame of non-uniform time (whose corollary reveals the nature of gravity) are discussed in detail. The inertial mass is shown to be substantially relative, infinitely growing as the flow of time tends to infinity. The nature of cold dark matter is explained as well as of the cosmic microwave background radiation, which turns out not to be a result of the big bang. Hubble’s law is doubted. A new explanation for hydrogen and helium line broadening in the spectrum of the Sun is adduced as well as the way to solve the Solar neutrino problem. A thermonuclear-free star energy engine hypothesized by Kozyrev is proposed. The problem of the singularity is discarded. The theories of the big bang and black holes are disproved. A unified hypothesis of the nature of pulsars, quasars, and supernovae is proposed. A number of experiments are proposed to prove the theory of time under discussion.

There is a wide yawning black infinity. In every direction the extension is endless, the sensation of depth is overwhelming. And the darkness is immortal. Where light exists, it is pure, blazing, fierce; but light exists almost nowhere, and the blackness itself is also pure and blazing and fierce. But most of all, there is very nearly nothing in the dark; except for little bits here and there, often associated with the light, this infinite receptacle is empty.
This picture is strangely frightening. It should be familiar. It is our universe.
Even these stars, which seem so numerous, are, as sand, as dust, or less than dust, in the enormity of the space in which there is nothing. Nothing! We are not without empathetic terror when we open Pascal’s Pensées and read, “I am the great silent spaces between worlds.” (Carl Sagan)

He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. (Psalm 18:11)

In the world of quantum mechanics, which describes action on a subatomic scale, random fluctuations can produce matter and energy out of nothingness. And this can lead to very big things indeed.

I wonder what an audible disturbance, i.e. “Let there be light” lead to?

They are going to ramp up the at home testing according to Biden’s Winter Brief this afternoon.

Since the vax doesn’t stop community spread, then we just may have to produce a negative test result to function in society. Just great.

Home – The test is conducted at home and the results are returned to the user within a short window, often 15 minutes. The individual is responsible for reporting results to a public health authority/provider or an app is used during the home test process and the app/manufacturer reports results to the appropriate public health authority.

Anyway, Was watching Fauci yesterday pushing the boosters. Selling the idea of even higher level of antibodies can be achieved with a booster. More is better. So what can happen in the limit?

Severe (grade III) tetanus occurred in three immunized patients who had high serum levels of anti-tetanus antibody. The disease was fatal in one patient. One patient had been hyperimmunized to produce commercial tetanus immune globulin. Two patients had received immunizations 1 year before presentation. Anti-tetanus antibody titers on admission were 25 IU/ml to 0.15 IU/ml by hemagglutination and ELISA assays; greater than 0.01 IU/ml is considered protective. Even though one patient had seemingly adequate anti-tetanus titers by in vitro measurement (0.20 IU), in vivo mouse protection bioassays showed a titer less than 0.01 IU/ml, implying that there may have been a hole in her immune repertoire to tetanus neurotoxin but not to toxoid. This is the first report of grade III tetanus with protective levels of antibody in the United States. The diagnosis of tetanus, nevertheless, should not be discarded solely on the basis of seemingly protective anti-tetanus titers.

One point of interest, is that the Pfizer jab requires a diluent prior to using, where the J&J and Moderna don’t.

Maybe it’s my optimistic nature, but I am starting to sense an inflection point, at least in the states. It’s not a homogeneous vibe. The slope is still negative and the bottom is still in the offing but there are signs that things are starting to bend the other way.

I responded to my employer yesterday, basically they are not going to require me exclusively work from home or test, mask or social distance when on site.

It’s funny, the weight of my actions were weighing on my mind as I pulled out of the parking garage. I hit the on ramp and turned on the radio. The next tune to play, Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It.”

Is I was hoping for Sammy Hagar’s “Can’t Drive 55” at some point, but I am getting to old for 125.

Ok, the hair on the back of my neck just stood up.

It’s ironic that America the erstwhile victor of WWII should finally fall victim to medical experimentation carried out by Germans (mic drop). Craig Paardekooper

    …and Israel?

    Interesting kat.

Craig Paardekooper is a researcher of great intellect. His work on the connection between genetics and the prime number 37 is fundamental to modern theistic mathematics and an earth shaking scientific discovery.

This is the problem of aging. The problem of time. The inevitability of aging and death causes some people to simply give up the effort. They feel that they have missed their chance, or had their turn, and now all that remains is the slow decline towards death. They literally dont give a s**t any more about themselves. As I said, they are just waiting to die.

But for those who keep up-to-date with science, there is a ray of hope that grows ever brighter. We know that aging itself is now malleable. It is now possible to slow it down. Simply Google and read for yourself what is known. So there is hope. For those who are brave and strong, there is a challenge – a task – something that they can do.

Face death as you would a high peak – as something to conquer – as any other challenge. Bring your mind to bear upon its mechanisms and causes. Define it, delay it, slow it down….reverse it.

The time is now. And through the conquest of aging, people will no longer only live for today – nolonger be short-sighted and self-serving – because the future will matter.

It is a curious fact that the secret to slowing aging lies in plants and trees – so we need to protect the garden of our world.

    Nice Raul.

My company has indicated that they will withdraw my approved exemption request unless I acknowledge their accommodation letter by tomorrow.

They are getting a signed letter acknowledging that their accommodations are discriminatory under Title VII.

Speaking of Pfizer, I was reading thru

PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE (BNT162, PF-07302048) VACCINES AND RELATED BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE BRIEFING DOCUMENT
    MEETING DATE: 10 December 2020

    and came across this statement,

The most commonly observed hematology laboratory changes were transient decreases in lymphocytes (<0.8 × lower limit of normal [LLN]) noted 1-3 days after Dose 1. These decreases returned to normal by the next measurement, within 6-8 days of the first dose. Most decreases in lymphocyte counts were grade 1 or 2. RNA vaccines are known to induce type I interferon, and type I interferons regulate lymphocyte recirculation and are associated with transient migration and/or redistribution of lymphocytes. This rapid rebound of lymphocytes supports that the lymphocytes were not depleted, but temporarily migrated out of the peripheral blood, and subsequently re-entered the bloodstream by the time of the next assessment.

As we know, lymphocytes help protect your body from infection. Low numbers of lymphocytes can raise your risk of infection.

Decreases in lymphocytes are graded 1 thru 4.

So what about Dose #2? Couldn’t find anything, might have to wait 55 years.

Though I did come across this from the Phase I/II results.

No grade 1 or greater change in routine clinical laboratory values or laboratory abnormalities were observed for most participants after either of the BNT162b1 vaccinations. Of those with laboratory changes, the largest changes were decreases in the lymphocyte count after the first dose in 8.3% (1 out of 12), 45.5% (5 out of 11) and 50.0% (6 out of 12) of participants who received 10 μg, 30 μg and 100 μg BNT162b1, respectively. One participant each in the 10-μg (8.3% (1 out of 12)) and 30-μg (9.1% (1 out of 11)) groups and 4 participants in the 100-μg group (33.3% (4 out of 12)) had grade 3 decreases in the lymphocyte count. These decreases in lymphocyte count after the first dose were transient and returned to normal 6–8 days after vaccination.

Again, what about dose #2? Here is an image of from that report. Seems like someone would have been curious enough to ask where is 1-3 day data after dose #2

Anyway, we are all potential asymptomatic reservoirs for cov2. It’s not a big leap think that one of these vaccinated reservoirs could become symptomatic once their immune system takes a dip shortly after vaccination. For me, it puts a plausible mechanism in place to understand the apparent correlation between vaccine rollouts and new waves of infection.
