Trivium, thanks for info on Ethylene oxide,

Anybody, I am looking for a recent link the some data showing vax/unvax viral load comparisons. Both symptomatic and asymptomatic groups compared. Thanks

    Trivium,

I got the impression the most people aren’t viewing this from the perspective of government contract law. There are 4 pertinent documents that go along with the EO. In the moment there are no laws just memos.

    The FAR concil memo
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council memo
The Principal Director, Defense Pricing and Contracting for the DoD memo
The GSA Senior Procurement Executive memo

When I submitted my exemption, I was also required to define my accommodations. To which they could say my exemption was valid but the accommodation would be to onerous on the company. We were told testing wasn’t an option in lieu of vaccination. Suffice it to say I did not list an accommodation they could deny.

Yes, I have natural immunity and provided them the Brownstone reference with 30 studies showing broad and durable protection resulting from infection. I also provided them the latest PHE surveillance data highlighting the fact vaccinated get the disease and spread it. I also pointed out masking me would be discriminatory given the science.

Ironically they put testing on the table and ignored the science. But this opens door for challenge.

Do you have solid reference for carcinogenic swab?

Yes, the need to strike the supplier customer requirement.

My exemption request was accepted, but they want me to sign off on the following accommodations. Won’t happen but I need to do some more due diligence to formulate an effective response. Any comments or suggestions appreciated. As I suspected they only seem to be granting 1 out 20 exemptions submitted.

    1. I must wear a mask and social distance when in workplace
    2. I must submit to weekly (or more frequent) testing upon request
    3. I must adhere to any additional customer or supplier requirements – even where those requirements may be more stringent.

On the exemption form I submitted was the following question,

Did you purchase or make a monetary donation in exchange for documentation to support this request for accommodation?

To receive a COVID-19 religious vaccine exemption, you must become a member of the Universal Church of Freedom, Peace & Justice. To become a member, please donate a minimum of $100 using the “DONATE” button below.

Your generosity is appreciated. Every dollar makes a difference.

A lot my coworkers got their denial email late last night. I think there must be a quota that they need to achieve to prevent triggering a fine in the future. Based on anecdotal evidence (discussions with lawyers, resistance groups etc.) I think that number is on the order of 1%, 99% must be vaccinated.

Chomsky will likely get his wish. The immune systems of the vaccinated will become fragile to the point that they will have to be segregated into a bubble of their own making.

Here are the actions that we are recommending for those that don’t survive the cut.

Subject: [Rest] What if I am denied?

Here are the actions that we would need to take, if our accommodations are denied, to implement the Indiana EEPC:

    What if I am denied?!?
Hoosiers for Medical Liberty – 6/14/2021

“…I spoke with an attorney who would be willing to take cases HOWEVER they are ONLY for adverse job actions.  Adverse job actions may include:
    1. demotion,
    2. loss or decrease in hours.
    3. other instances that result in financial “loss.”

The attorney states that in Indiana the only way to win a case is for adverse job actions. These are violation of civil rights based on religious discrimination but you must have submitted a religious exemption and notified the employer of the violation of rights.

    What does that mean?
FILE YOUR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION! If you quit your job, walk off, or fail to send them notice of your rights
YOU DO NOT HAVE A CASE.
    So what do you do?
Through my conversation with the attorney you complete the following steps:
    1. Submit your religious exemption. Express that your sincerely held religious beliefs prevent you from receiving the vaccination. (Register for and watch our video here for full details and tips).
    2. IF your religious exemption is denied you can send an email to your employer’s HR department with a statement informing them that they are violating your rights. It may look similar to:
    1. “I submitted my religious exemption on —-, and received the attached refusal to accept my religious exemption on —-. I have genuine and sincere religious beliefs that will not allow me to accept this vaccination. By denying my religious exemption you discriminating against me and are violating my civil right to freedom of religion.”
    2. Immediately file a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC. This must be done!
    1. You can read about that here.
    2. FILE THE CHARGE HERE.
    …”

Denial emails for exemptions are starting got at my workplace. I haven’t heard but this was the rejection a coworker got.

“After engaging with you in the interactive process, we have determined that we cannot grant your request for a religious exemption from the Covid-19 vaccination requirement.”

Interesting wording since I have had zero interaction with the “US Covid Team” after submitting my exemption request.

    I caught that zero.

    Trivium said to Dr. D,

    4. Anemia is a sign of iron overload in the tissues (where doctors don’t look for it). Anemia is low iron in the blood, with no regard for the tissues.

    5. High ferritin is not a sign of iron vitality, it is a sign of organ pathophysiology caused by reactive iron driving oxidative stress in the organs.

Are tissues and organs interchangeable in points 4 & 5?

    If so,

Is the iron overload in the tissues indicated by anemia (see 4) the same as organ pathophysiology caused by reactive iron driving oxidative stress in the organs indicated by high ferritin (see 5)?

Markers both low and high iron seem to be bad for the organs. This might seem confusing for someone not versed in the language of hematology which probably includes most of us. Could you shed a little light on this?

It’s been long while since I was interested iron. But all this talk of bloodlines and iron jogged some memories. I remember my youngest, quite the hellion, used to come home with his cheeks pack with pebbles. I read somewhere it was associated with iron deficiency. But health issues my wife was having back in the day really peaked my interest.

IN 1952, EUGENE D. WEINBERG was a gifted microbial researcher with a healthy curiosity and a sick wife. Diagnosed with a mild infection, his wife was prescribed tetracycline, an antibiotic….
….Weinberg went on to prove that access to iron helps nearly all bacteria multiply almost unimpeded. From that point on, he dedicated his life’s work to understanding the negative effect that the ingestion of excess iron can have on humans and the relationship other life-forms have to it.

So if there were no previous Covid inflections among either thr vaxed or unvaxed (I.e no previous natural immunity). Then the vaxed immune systems, at worst, are 50% of their unvaxed counterparts. Or am I trying to unpack too much from the data?

    Veracious Poet,

Sounds rough. My mother-law passed earlier this year due to bone cancer. Survived Covid though, she was 96. I’m glad we pulled her from assisted living prison and got that last year with her. She was precious. I have this worn devotional she used to read with notes in the margin. Powerful stuff for the soul.

Anyway, my wife and I were at a rally this weekend. Lots of good speakers for freedom. Surprised more did not show. This lady got up and talked about her 33 year career in the school system fighting against the tide. She retired but has been urged to get elected to the school board and continue the fight. Her outspokenness and body language triggered that moment, “I know her”. I caught her after she finished and said, “Did you attend…” before I could finished she said “Bean?”. (That was my nickname 40 years ago). We had attended the same youth group at a local church back in the day. Amazing moment, looking forward to helping with that fight.

    chris_gee,

I know your not trying to argue and even if you were these things usually get resolved respectfully around here. I try to look at things worst case/in the limit. These shots are failing at prevention and transmission. In time, it is probably reasonable that all groups will look similar. Of course there are people who had Covid and a jab and people had Covid and no jab and so on. Thanks for catching the botched decimal. Conclusions updated accordingly. Let me know if I am not seeing something. Maybe, Doc Robinson can scrub thru it. Thanks again.

    UK population=60 million
    40-49 age group=7.1 million
    40-49 vaxed=85%
    40-49 vaxed=6 million
    49-49 unvaxed= 1 million

    3 week period cases (vaxed)
    1500 per 100k
    15,000 per 1 million
    90,000 per 6 million [1.5%]

    3 week period cases (unvaxed)
    750 per 100k
    7500 per 1 million [0.75%]

But in a population of 100 (49-49 year olds)
    85×0.015=1.3 vaxed Covid cases
    15×0.0075=0.11 unvaxed Covid cases

12 Vaxed Covid cases per 1 unvaxed. Which is 90K/7.5K or full circle.

Furthermore, in the limit vax=no protection or worse (immune system breakdown in vaccinated population)

    (90k+7.5k)/(6 million + 1 million)=1.4%

So in. Population of 100 people (40-49)
    85×0.14=1.2 vaxed Covid cases
    15×0.14=0.2 unvaxed Covid cases

Or for every unvaxed Covid case there are 6 vaxed Covid cases in this age group.

The vaxed are spreading the disease. Which we know.

    @chris_gee,

I was specifically breaking it down for the 40-49 age group only. Here is the math based on my understanding so I may be in error.

    UK population=60 million
    40-49 age group=7.1 million
    40-49 vaxed=85%
    40-49 vaxed=6 million
    49-49 unvaxed= 1 million

    3 week period cases (vaxed)
    1500 per 100k
    15,000 per 1 million
    90,000 per 6 million [1.5%]

    3 week period cases (unvaxed)
    750 per 100k
    7500 per 1 million [7.5%]

Public health officials say unvaxed 5x more likely to get Covid and spread, 7.5 vs 1.5

But in a population of 100 (49-49 year olds)
    85×0.015=1.3 vaxed Covid cases
    15×0.075=1.1 unvaxed Covid cases

Odds are even between the two groups

Furthermore, in the limit vax=no protection so if we combine the two.
    (90k+7.5k)/(6 million + 1 million)=1.4%

So in. Population of 100 people (40-49)
    85×0.14=1.2 vaxed Covid cases
    15×0.14=0.2 unvaxed Covid cases

Or for every unvaxed Covid case there are 6 vaxed Covid cases in this age group.

The vaxed are spreading the disease. Yes, I took the subset with the worst efficacy, but if they actually worked, why the boosters?

    Michael,

Right, immune markers in the blood after shot are concerning but does it read across to temporary or permanent immune issues? I have not seen any repeat studies at time intervals downstream of the shot. This seems like an obvious thing to do.

What it adds to the vaccine effectiveness reports is that the immune system itself deteriorates due to the vaccines. Not a minor point.

No, not a minor point at all either qualitatively or quantitatively and you framed it well in your “Mistakes” post today. Thanks for that.

The signals are definitely there to be concerned about immunodeficiency at the introduction of these shots into a population. How are they triggering these waves is one question? Likely, immune suppression but what is the mechanism?

Also, there is a degradation in the immune system “muscle” if you will. Before the shot, I could lift 100 kilos and let’s say after the shot it is now only capable of a 50 kilo challenge. How to capture this quantitatively is difficult but this signal is also in the data. Does it get worse with time? Certainly, boosters won’t help. It could be, the shot was never capable of stopping disease or transmission and only capable of damaging the immune system. Is this a permanent or temporary suppression of Immune system muscle?

As you pointed out, this can be nothing more than willfully deliberate at this point.

Nice teri, I was looking at the chart (UK data) in the 1st article that was posted today, particularly the 40-49 age group. Basically in a population of 100 there will 1 person with Covid that had the jab and 1 person that didn’t. 85% of the population in this group is jabbed. My guess is that it is a wash on average in terms of hospitalization or death. The info you posted supports this conclusion and there is statistically no benefit in the limit. But convincing someone who believes this to be more of a scourge then it is, can be challenging even with the math.

All the large companies are currently renewing or signing new contracts they have with the government. These contracts have “Safe Workplace” language in them and thru OSHA a Safe Workpace is likely to be defined as vaccinated only. Companies are concerned about yet tbd fines they may incur if they allow the unvaccinated workers in the office.

You are a rebel oxy. My heart goes out to you. Just happened to be reading a some stuff in my archives and saw your post. These are not my words just something I cut and pasted and put I my “read again someday folder”. Today happened to be that day.

What you think you have is not individuality, it is only personality. It is something cultivated in you, in your nature, by your parents, the society, the priest, the politician, the educators. The educator, from the kindergarten to the university, is in the service of the vested interests, of the establishment. His whole purpose is to destroy every child in such a way, to cripple every child in such a way that he adjusts to the established society. There is a fear. The fear is that if the child is left unconditioned from the very beginning he will be so intelligent, he will be so alert, aware, that his whole lifestyle will be of rebellion. And nobody wants rebels; everybody wants obedient people.

Coercion—the use of physical, legal, chemical, psychological, financial, and other forces to gain compliance—is intrinsic to our society’s employment, schooling, and parenting. However, coercion results in fear and resentment, which are fuels for miserable marriages, unhappy families, and what we today call mental illness.

how important freedom is for children in order to grow and learn.

Diamond concludes that by our society’s attempt to control children for what we believe is their own good, we discourage those traits we admire:

“Other Westerners and I are struck by the emotional security, self-¬confidence, curiosity, and autonomy of members of small-scale societies, not only as adults but already as children. We see that people in small-scale societies spend far more time talking to each other than we do, and they spend no time at all on passive entertainment supplied by outsiders, such as television, videogames, and books. We are struck by the precocious development of social skills in their children. These are qualities that most of us admire, and would like to see in our own children, but we discourage development of those qualities by ranking and grading our children and constantly ¬telling them what to do.”

But is the quiet desperation of a 9-5 you hate–saving for retirement, but probably drinking yourself to death before you get to enjoy it–really the way to live? What if we couldn’t afford cable, couldn’t afford a new car, or a perfect house–but were happy?

For example, in many indigenous cultures, there is peer pressure to be courageous and honest. However, in modernity, we have institutional coercions that compel us to behave in ways that we do not respect or value. Parents, afraid their children will lack credentials necessary for employment, routinely coerce their children to comply with coercive schooling that was unpleasant for these parents as children. And though 70% of us hate or are disengaged from our jobs, we are coerced by the fear of poverty and homelessness to seek and maintain employment.

In our society, we are taught that accepting institutional coercion is required for survival. We discover a variety of ways—including drugs and alcohol—to deny resentment.

We cannot even live on a piece of land without being coerced by government to earn some money in order to pay the property taxes. But we have to earn more than the amount owed in property taxes because we are taxed on our earnings as well. We are taxed on the vehicle and gas that gets us to work, which require more work to pay off–earnings, again, that must go above and beyond what we need because it will be taxed.

But now imagine that the government has taken everything from you. Imagine if they took your car as a civil asset forfeiture? What if your tax burden is 50%? What if you give up on that business you want to start because of the pile of paperwork and extra costs required by the government?

What if they take your kids because they are home schooled, or shoot your dog for no reason whatsoever? All these things happen, unfortunately relatively regularly, in America.

Many of us are baffled by why someone would become a terrorist, especially a suicide bomber. Again, this is the coercion the Middle East is smothered in by the USA. Imagine losing your childhood because you could not go outside because of the American drones. Imagine family members having been murdered by laughing soldiers. Imagine all your hopes and dreams bombed away in the blink of an eye. Again, this is the unfortunate reality for many people today.

But then psychiatry went to bed with Big Pharma and its Big Money, and their partnership has helped bury the commonsense reality that an extremely coercive society creates enormous fear and resentment, which results in miserable marriages, unhappy families, and severe emotional and behavioral problems.

    Maxwell Quest,

A little too new age for me, not that there is anything wrong with that. I was speaking more to the allegorical nature of scripture in the sense of having hidden spiritual meaning that transcends the literal sense of a sacred text. Even that has the scent of gnosticism about it and that’s not what I am alluding to either. In a simplistic sense the path to the tree of life passes thru tree of the knowledge of good and evil. So if you will, consciousness is the knowledge of good and evil. Which I guess could be categorized into planes or levels but that all melts all when you factor in the two greatest commandments of the Lord. Which is kinda what you said, but not quite.

    Trivium,

Thanks for the response. I will continue to work on my grammar, logic and rhetoric. But I’m not sure if that is sufficient.

I think anybody who seeks the purpose of life becomes aware sooner or later that the object of their search lies entirely in the spiritual sphere.

In regards to the Church, though you weren’t explicitly tagging them, I think you are basically implying that the “second coming” may be the biggest deep fake perpetuated by the “Prince of this world”. Which as heretical as it might sound coming from person of faith, I would agree.

We may disagree on this point, but the Christian Zionist agenda is a key element and Trump was instrumental in advancing this.

I have often wondered, do you think Mike Pence has a Baphomet alarm clock on his night stand?

They have collective bargaining doesn’t cover salary and I live in at will state. Difficult but we did have a local lawyer come speak. He didn’t communicate it as well as you. We are in contact with the lawyer representing the SW pilots. I am going to pass on your commentary. The clarity is excellent as usual. Thanks

You had me at watermelon. We do have that in common. I try grow some of my own every year.

Are you saying that biblical prophesy is about God’s wrath on the satanic masses being exacted by some bloodline that cracked the code. Or am I misreading you? I don’t want the firehouse answer, just correct the simplified mission statement. I am simply curious, don’t read any more into it. Thanks
