THAAD is a hit-to-kill, or kinetic kill, interceptor that does not use explosives. It has an operational ceiling of around 92 miles, so it is not capable of exoatmospheric intercepts (310 to 620 miles). Israel’s high altitude interceptor, Arrow 3, is said to be capable of intercepts in the exoatmosphere.
According to the JINSA report, in the June conflict THAAD intercepted 47.7 percent of all the missiles fired at Israel, an unexpectedly high proportion. In doing so, the US expended at least 14% of its total THAAD interceptor stockpile. JINSA says it will take Lockheed, which manufactures the THAAD interceptors, around eight years to replenish the US stockpile, assuming the rate of production is not significantly increased.
Take Note: We only know the number of Iranian missiles shot down by THAAD (92). We do not know how many THAAD interceptors were launched to shoot down the Iranian missiles. The 14% figure represents the claimed kills, not the actual number fired. Thus the remaining inventory of THAAD interceptors may be smaller than stated in the report.
There are a couple of important caveats. The first is that the US is supplying other countries with THAAD systems. Saudi Arabia has a THAAD system delivered from the United States and 50 interceptors. To do that, we have to control the appointment of bishops. We have to take the power of local kings in Germany and anywhere else in our own hands, so that we appoint the bishops who are in charge of collecting taxes and what they do with it and sending the money to Rome.
And so, the whole organization of Christian reform in Rome took the form not only of an antagonism towards all seculars realms and all the other patriarchs of the church. Screaming at me about how weak and stupid I am will never make me a good fighter, or brave. Triggering anger with anger only creates more anger. Isn’t the world filled with enough tragedy fueled by anger?
Where anger exists, there’s always someone/something to blame. Get to the root of anger, examine it – and you will find grief, sadness, fear, pain, sorrow, loss. Since we never address/resolve these root issues, anger eventually consumes us. Our oppressors use our anger as a tool, a weapon to advance their agendas. They are also very aware that in the presence of all-consuming anger LOVE is overridden.
When it comes to the Gaza Massacre, nobody does a better job of exposing the reality and truth than Caitlin Johnstone. I don’t care what you think of her – she gets credit for talking about this every day. Eventually people come to understand, and to “know them by their fruits”. I highlight this Johnstone post because the pictures are so powerful. (Note: the Mother/Child image is skillfully AI generated, so don’t make it your primary focus; question everything recognizing that manipulation comes from all angles).
These images will not leave me. After moving through my initial reactions, I understand these “teachings” are truth. I will not unread or unsee them. Coming from a place of truth, I own my response and the responsibility to share. I believe that “the truth will set you free”. Let’s bring truth to the forefront whenever and wherever we can – within the realm that we inhabit (hat tip Phoenix).

Mao in China. That revolution transformed the country and it is still charging ahead. There were missteps along the way, but none of modern China would exist without Mao’s revolution. China has brought more than half its population out of poverty into working/middle class lifestyles; they were the downtrodden, they are now happier and more successful. Xi is the son of one of Mao’s main collaborators, he was a relatively wealthy man and, along with Mao, wanted to transform China; sure they benefitted, but so has everyone in China.
