Absolutely. Violence is the only real power – ability to force an outcome – that humans have innately. We will always be surrounded by people willing to use that power in bad ways, so it takes good people to use the same power to defeat the bad people.
We have no other power; emotions are not power, so love, hate etc get you nowhere; talking is not power, talking cannot force an outcome. The only way to force an outcome – have power – is violence. The military potential of a country is generated by building a military where all the troops combine their power to fight a common enemy using violence. They use their “God-given” power to fight using violence.
Putin forces his will on Ukraine using violence, the only actual power that Russia can use to force an outcome in Ukraine. Netanyahu forces his will on Gaza using violence, the only actual power that he has over the people of Gaza. Your view of each conflict will depend on your view of how honourable the actors behave and whether their goals are honourable.

Thank you for at admitting, at last, that the two of you, Chairman Mao and the Devil himself all subscribe to the same destructive insanity, namely that power (enforcing one’s own will over the will of another against their God given and God endorsed free will, and without their consent, is a good thing.
What you’re explicitly endorsing then, is that evil is good. If believing (and acting on that basis) that evil is good ain’t the definition of evil then I would appreciate it very much if a wiser and better informed sage in the audience would give me a better definition.
