Years and years ago I was acquainted with a man who worked in South Vietnam in the 1950’s building infrastructure projects. He worked there from roughly the mid 50’s to 1963.
He said in no uncertain terms that you can’t run a country if even a small fraction (1%) of the population constantly blows up infrastructure like power plants and bridges and dams and water pumping stations.
He knew this first hand, he had build many things in Vietnam only to see them blown to bits by guerillas (Viet Minh later Viet Cong)
Only a very small percent of Venezuelans are needed to recreate what happened in South Vietnam in the 1950’s to screw the oil sector’s pooch.

Good: there are many more videos out, frame by frame and it’s clear what happened. We can all watch them together but I don’t essentially care.
1) You can’t obstruct roadways, as they were doing intentionally. That is already the knowing, active commission of a crime at some level. That’s why policemen pull you over for “Speeding”, making a bad turn, “weaving in traffic.”
2) They are trained to do this, paid to do this, have a fleet of support trucks, people and equipment to do this, and f– up the lives of everyone in the neighborhood. You can see Tim Pool’s elaborate and tedious rundown of this, with interviews of local residents. People with traffic cones, people with vests pretending to be officers. People causing trouble then pretending “They’re just observers”, people stopping things lives, economic activity on purpose but pretending that is “A protest”. They already had all the signs printed. They already expected someone to die. Days ahead of time, like every other time for 5 years now. EVERYONE KNOWS. You can go sit in their planning meetings, it’s not a secret. This has been done since Occupy.
So they are paid professionals, committing crimes on the behest of their money-backers. I’m not considering the SIZE and severity of the crime at this point. If they drop pallets of bricks (they have) and use them to break windows, that’s only vandalism, but you can see why it’s still illegal, and paying to have that done is organized crime, not protesting.
3) Once the police talk to her, that’s it. Once you have police orders, you obey. Every law is clear on this. This is required for the safety of officers, and the function of the state and as paid professionals they are very aware of this. It doesn’t matter if what police tell you is illegal or wrong – you go to court after and sort it out then. You obey, and especially if things are tense, because you MADE them tense…by blocking them into an ambush… and if they have hands on guns and things.
4) Once you have refused to obey police direction you are DEFINITELY in commission of an active crime. We can now dispense with whether blocking the road is a crime (It is, but very small one). You refused orders, were aggressive and belligerent to really highlight that you are a possible danger, to get back into a car against all orders, in which you have a handgun under the seat. Etc. No you may NOT do that.
5) Once in the car, you continue to disobey orders, attempting to flee the scene, which is a DEFINITE crime as you are being detained. You back out…very bad! They’re now DEFINITELY going to assume you have a handgun or bomb in the car or else why are you fleeing? It’s even legally possible to shoot them at this point, I believe.
6) Once having reversed, you drive forward INTO AN OFFICER, against direct orders. This is a crime of ANYONE, done to ANYONE. You don’t have to be police. You, for instance, can’t just drive up and tell me I have to jump out of the way. This is now attempted murder territory. We don’t have to hypothesize. She saw the officer, knew he was in front of the car, and drove forward, uncaring. Some videos show the THUMP as she hits him. So definite attempted murder, or some FELONY in that category now.
7) Now we have an open felon, seen directly with the officer’s own eyes, attempting to drive into the neighborhood and injure, run over, or God-knows what OTHER people. If we “Just let her drive away.” We just let bank robbers drive away now? Because it’s dangerous or inconvenient to stop them after attempting to kill the security guard? Uh, no. We have police to STOP felons, not let them drive off. It’s sort of the job description? Surprise.
8) An officer who was dragged in the same way by car only this year, getting serious injuries, then draws his gun and fires at the multiple felon, after being hit by her car, during the commission of arguably felony attempted murder.
I personally believe as well, this was excessive force, but if you play games popping up on cops with sticks shaped like guns, rush them like a tiger, near-miss them with your car … As your day job … then yes, this response will happen sometimes.
Don’t run over policemen. Don’t hit them with your car loud enough to be heard on camera, and that won’t happen to you. You keep counting on the OTHER guy to make superhuman efforts for you. Why should they? Why shouldn’t YOU make superhuman efforts for them? You’re supposed to be the loving, compassionate, human people.

An essential component of crowd control is the recognition that panic induces chaos. Planning to avoid situations where human beings might panic is good policing. Failure to account for panic is a major failure or it is incitement.
This whole ICE, National Guard action is political theater designed to create unrest. An undeclared state of targeted martial law is being implemented to create division and quell dissent.
Divide 80 thousand by 14 million and that would be the percentage of the total number of illegal immigrants in residence in the state of MInnesota. The murder, justifiable or not, of a citizen for an inconsequental reward is poor governance.

The consistency required of a coherent moral position is totally absent from European discourse.
