SA Submits All The Relevant Documentation ICC to Lay a Complaint Against Israel

SA Submits All The Relevant Documentation ICC to Lay a Complaint Against Israel
December 18, 2023 NEWS, South Africa1 min read
President Cyril Ramaphosa stated that South Africa has submitted all necessary evidence to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in order to file a complaint against Israel.

This is in reference to the ongoing conflict in Gaza, which has killed nearly 20,000 Palestinians and at least 1,200 Israelis in the last two months.

Last month, Ramaphosa said that South Africa has joined a group of countries calling for the International Criminal Court to probe Israel for war crimes.

ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula has previously called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to treat Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the same way that it treated Russian President Vladimir Putin during Russia’s war with Ukraine.

Ramaphosa asked the ICC for greater urgency.

“Once a case is referred to them, they must take it seriously.” As a result, South Africa, along with a number of other countries, are submitting comprehensive documentation to the ICC.”

    This just happened in Nebraska

They are going to have to raise insurance rates on everyone in the country who is not in ‘hail country’ to compensate for the wholesale destruction of solar arrays by hail storms and wind storms and of course tornados.

This is what a simple hail storm does to “Renewable” Energy

    Every solar panel was shattered.

A recent major hail storm in western Nebraska took an entire solar farm out of commission, forcing the local community to turn back to traditional power sources. (i.e. Carbon based energy)

The so-called Community Solar Project – a 4.4 megawatt solar field comprised of 14,000 solar panels and located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is not currently operating and will remain offline

‘Blood libel’: Israel slams South Africa for filing ICJ genocide motion over Gaza war

Israel castigated South Africa on Friday for turning to the International Court of Justice with an urgent order declaring that Jerusalem was violating its obligations under the 1948 Genocide Convention in its war against Palestinian terror group Hamas following its murderous October 7 onslaught.

Israel said Pretoria’s accusations were “baseless “and a “blood libel.”

South Africa’s application to the Hague-based court charges that IDF operations against Hamas “are genocidal in character, as they are committed with the requisite specific intent… to destroy Palestinians in Gaza as a part of the broader Palestinian national, racial and ethnical group.”

“The conduct of Israel… in relation to Palestinians in Gaza, is in violation of its obligations under the Genocide Convention,” the application claimed.

In response, Israel said it rejected “with contempt the blood libel by South Africa in its application to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).”

“South Africa’s claim has no factual and judicial basis and is a despicable and cheap exploitation of the court,” the Israeli Foreign Ministry said in a statement Friday. “South Africa is collaborating with a terror group that calls for the destruction of the State of Israel.”

The ministry put the blame on Hamas for the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip by attempting “to carry out genocide” on October 7, when terrorists from the Strip killed some 1,200 people and took around 240 hostages after invading southern Israel.

It also stresses Israeli military operations in Gaza are directed against Hamas and other terror factions, adding that “Israel has clarified that the residents of the Gaza Strip are not the enemy.”

“We call on the International Court of Justice and the international community to reject the baseless claims of South Africa out of hand,” the statement said.

While the ICJ in The Hague is considered the United Nations’ highest court, its rulings are sometimes ignored. In March 2022 the court ordered Russia to immediately halt its military campaign in Ukraine.

The war against Hamas was triggered by the Palestinian terror group’s shock attack on Israel almost three months ago, when thousands of terrorists blasted through Gaza and rampaged for hours through some 20 communities and an outdoor music festival, killing 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and taking some 240 hostages of all ages, amid widespread atrocities including the systemic use of sexual violence, rape and mutilation of the dead and the living. Entire families were executed in their homes, and over 360 were slaughtered while fleeing from the Supernova music festival.

The unprecedented attack was highlighted by US President Joe Biden as “the worst massacre of the Jewish people since the Holocaust.”

Israel declared war on Hamas and has vowed to destroy the terror group and eliminate it as a security threat.

In its motion to the ICJ, South Africa asked the court to issue provisional, or short-term, measures ordering Israel to stop its military campaign in Gaza, which it said were “necessary in this case to protect against further, severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people.”

The Foreign Ministry said: “Israel has made it clear that the residents of the Gaza Strip are not the enemy, and is making every effort to limit harm to the non-involved and to allow humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.”

The court application is the latest move by South Africa, a vociferous critic of Israel, to ratchet up pressure after its lawmakers last month voted in favor of closing down the Israeli embassy in Pretoria and suspending all diplomatic relations until a ceasefire was reached in the war. These moves have not yet been finalized.

In a statement from South Africa’s Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), the government said the application against Israel was filed on Friday.

“Israel, since 7 October 2023 in particular, has failed to prevent genocide and has failed to prosecute the direct and public incitement to genocide,” DIRCO said in a statement.

No date has been set for a hearing.

This is why you only see illegal migrants with small backpacks.

This truck driver carries all the illegal migrant’s bags across the border, so when the migrants are illegally crossing into the USA, they don’t have to carry anything.

    It’s a whole operation.

This footage is in Eagle Pass, Texas; it borders the city of Mexico.

I have seen on MoA comments that the west’s narrative that Putin desperately wants to negotiate is being used to encourage Ukrainian soldiers to keep fighting, as their efforts are bearing fruit. Clearly the west is winning the propaganda war!

That Yemen has drones capable of keeping US aircraft carriers at bay is ironically a consequence of the US losing drones over Iran allowing Iran to reverse engineer the drones. These nullify the US’s ability to project power using aircraft carriers. Instead aircraft carriers are now a liability requiring a huge costly effort to protect.

Ironically the US is busy building 9 more Ford class aircraft carriers at about one every 3 years or so out to 2058. I suspect even if some bright blubs in the US navy know the days of aircraft carriers is coming to an end, their ability to stop building new aircraft carriers can’t be halted because congress sees them as job creators.
