According to the legal information website Justia, Mexico will have a mandatory national identification document with a facial photograph and a fingerprint. The photo and fingerprint are what’s being called biometric data. No mention of chipping.

Google catching a naked man in Argentina reminds me of a photo miscue by the Milwaukee mining equipment manufacturer’s photographer, that I once worked for.
The company featured a big colored photo of a customer’s large dragline with a 360 foot long boom on the front cover of their company’s magazine.
However, a sharp eyed little old lady, using a magnifying glass, spotted the dragline’s operator standing at the top of the boom, taking a leak!
If you, for even a moment, think 1 of these rich fucks is going to jail, you’re delusional. Recently it dawned on me that people I have known for most of my life have been persuaded to lose their principles. I know humans are weak, but to me this is the bottom of the barrel. The worst offender, my brother, brought up by the same father as me, in the same family as me, he supports the Israel massacres. When he told me – I should let you know that he is a practicing Christian – I was shocked. His reasons are nothing new, they are the MSM messages; he has watched so much MSM that the training hammered into his head by my highly pricinpled father, have now disolved and been replaced by the MSM principles; the ones that change every day.
It is not all bad; I have always been proud of my principles and have always – as people on this comment board will attest – been willing to shout them out to the world. I had always attributed those principles as a gift from my father, a part of him that lives in me; now I realise that those principles are me, my brother has dropped those principles and HIS principles are pro Israel; of course, he knows nothing of Israel, he recants the same old shite from the MSM.
His arguments; the land of Israel was empty when the Jews moved there; the Palestinians would not be there if not for the work offered by Israel; Hamas deserves to be destroyed for attacking peaceful Israel; the massacre in Gaza is regretable, but civilians do die in wars, and this is a war.
R.I.M. is a Trump supporting TDSer. His derangement is sort of similar to that of Dr D and some other commenters on here (most not worth replying too, they are plainly too stupid) in that he lives in movie land (coincidentally owned by the Jews) and thinks that someone (Trump) will turn up to save the USA. It is almost as if these people had never met another human being; are they all geeks that sit at home in their mother’s basement and tell us their view of the world from watching movies and you tube videos? Well, R.I.M.’s story is his food kitchen; you telling me that he runs a food kitchen and still thinks Trump is our saviour; the man starving children in Gaza is the food kitchen’s hero?
People are dumb fucks, RIM is a dumb fuck. He cannot see that Trump is directly working against him; Trump is starving people while RIM is trying to feed people. You just can’t help stupid.
