This film exposes the climate alarm as an invented scare without any basis in science. It shows that mainstream studies and official data do not support the claim that we are witnessing an increase in extreme weather events – hurricanes, droughts, heatwaves, wildfires and all the rest. It emphatically counters the claim that current temperatures and levels of atmospheric CO2 are unusually and worryingly high. On the contrary, compared to the last half billion years of earth’s history, both current temperatures and CO2 levels are extremely and unusually low. We are currently in an ice age. It also shows that there is no evidence that changing levels of CO2 (it has changed many times) has ever ‘driven’ climate change in the past.
Why then, are we told, again and again, that ‘catastrophic man-made climate-change’ is an irrefutable fact? Why are we told that there is no evidence that contradicts it? Why are we told that anyone who questions ‘climate chaos’ is a ‘flat-earther’ and a ‘science-denier’?
The film explores the nature of the consensus behind climate change. It describes the origins of the climate funding bandwagon, and the rise of the trillion-dollar climate industry. It describes the hundreds of thousands of jobs that depend on the climate crisis. It explains the enormous pressure on scientists and others not to question the climate alarm: the withdrawal of funds, rejection by science journals, social ostracism.
But the climate alarm is much more than a funding and jobs bandwagon. The film explores the politics of climate. From the beginning, the climate scare was political. The culprit was free-market industrial capitalism. The solution was higher taxes and more regulation. From the start, the climate alarm appealed to, and has been adopted and promoted by, those groups who favour bigger government.
This is the unspoken political divide behind the climate alarm. The climate scare appeals especially to all those in the sprawling publicly-funded establishment. This includes the largely publicly-funded Western intelligentsia, for whom climate has become a moral cause. In these circles, to criticise or question the climate alarm has become is a breach of social etiquette.
The film includes interviews with a number of very prominent scientists, including Professor Steven Koonin (author of ‘Unsettled’, a former provost and vice-president of Caltech), Professor Dick Lindzen (formerly professor of meteorology at Harvard and MIT), Professor Will Happer (professor of physics at Princeton), Dr John Clauser (winner of the Nobel prize in Physics in 2022), Professor Nir Shaviv (Racah Institute of Physics), professor Ross McKitrick (University of Guelph), Willie Soon and several others.

ALL of the statutorily legal enforceable power in the United States is held and exercised by the nation’s various official institutions, as described in law, policy, and authorized orders.

Additional powers and resources will be added to that enforcement effort if lesser powers and resources prove to be insufficient. There is no upper limit to those powers assumed and resources requisitioned, since self-preservation (of the Government) is the officially uppermost priority. If necessary to accomplish preservation of the Government then ALL of power of the government will be devoted to accomplishing it.
If the Government finds itself to have conflicting interests, on any matter whatsoever, with the non-governmental population then in such cases it must be the interests of the Government which prevail. Anything other than that would be illegal as per the statutorily legal enforceable power in the United States as held and exercised by the nation’s various official institutions, as described in law, policy, and authorized orders.
The current government of the United States of America is legally obliged, literally mandated, to preserve itself even if to achieve that aim it must silence all dissident voices and efforts forever. In other words, even if they have to kill you to do it.

Large sums of money were transferred to the Crocus City Hall attackers from Ukraine, the Russian Investigative Committee has said

The investigators have obtained “substantiated evidence” that the suspected assailants received funding from Ukraine in the form of cryptocurrency, which was then used to prepare the terrorist attack, the statement read.

Earlier, the head of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), Aleksandr Bortnikov, told reporters that the US, UK and Ukraine may have been behind the attack. The Ukrainians may have been preparing a “window” for them to cross back over the border, the official said. “On the other side, they were to be welcomed as heroes,” he added.
The four suspected perpetrators had previously been identified as radical Islamists, recruited through an online chat apparently operated by the Afghanistan-based offshoot of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS). However, the investigators said at that time that, despite the group’s claim of responsibility for the terrorist act, another party, such as a Ukrainian intelligence agency, may have been involved in the plot.

Elijah Magnier slammed the US for its disavowal of the Security Council’s ceasefire resolution while also criticizing Israeli conduct in Gaza. “They know they are doing [war crimes],” said the analyst.
“First of all the resolution was [drafted] with the word ‘permanent’ ceasefire, and then the Americans rejected the word ‘permanent’ and changed it with a ‘lasting’ ceasefire,” explained Magnier. “And there’s a big difference between a ‘lasting’ ceasefire and a ‘permanent’ ceasefire. A lasting ceasefire implies a cessation of hostility that is intended to be stable and enduring, but not necessarily to be part of a comprehensive peace agreement that addresses all the issues that the Israelis and the Palestinians have been fighting about since 1948.”
“It also requires a mechanism of verification of the ceasefire that has not been put in place,” he noted. “The Americans came out after the meeting of the Security Council with something so absurd by the US ambassador saying, ‘well, this resolution is non-binding.’”…

“If you look at Article 25 of the UN charter, all members of the United Nations agreed to… accept and carry out the decision,” said the journalist, noting that Security Council resolutions are intended to be binding and enforced by members. “Every single US official came out to say, ‘oh, this is a non-binding resolution,’ undermining international laws.”..”When the United Nations Security Council is told by a permanent member, i.e., the US, that this binding resolution is non-binding, then we have a serious problem worldwide,” he added.
Israeli newspaper The Times of Israel crowed about the United States’ obstruction in an article published on Monday, writing, “it demonstrates the highly limited influence the UN has when weighing into conflicts around the world.”…

Anyway, … I have a strong opinion on this incident that I posted a day or so ago on Dr. Day’s substack that goes like this:
I doubt very much that there was anything intentional in this incident. Time is money in this business! Strict schedule. Berthing rights allotment – you miss it, too bad! Line up behind that last tub at anchorage! Next? When I sailed on my sailboat on Great Lakes, … most often we saw lakers racing each other to the locks. You get to the lock first, a loosing tub has to wait extra hours, … lost time! Anyway, … in this case, I believe, a habit was controlling both captains – you know, we do this every time ( … speeding out of the bay with impunity! ), and nothing ever goes wrong. Until it does! I suspect it was simply a catastrophic, unfortunate, equipment failure. If that boat was not going, say ~8 knots plus to start with, … but just 3, with lost engine power, it probably would have been just drifting within couple or three nautical miles at river’s current rate, and that probably would centre it between the bridge’s supports instead, … or just brush one! The night cam vid shows that there was virtually no wind – a very, very calm night. So virtually no wind effect on that tall containers-staked-up walls, … … fwiw

As I watched a replay on “Marine Traffic” of that ship departing the terminal, first thing that went through my head was, ‘What a phlunkin’ cowboys that captain/pilot duo must be?” Morons! Imagine, 180 deg. turn departure and almost immediately up to a speed of 8 knots within sight of a bridge ahead, … within confines of a harbour! Who in the name of ‘gawd’ does such manoeuvre with a 300 metre long and 50 metres wide container ship, … and fully loaded? And that’s precisely what these two captains did, … and than something really, really went wrong! Anyway, … considering the layout of that port – and the size of this ship, … I don’t think this ocean-going tub should have exceed 3 knots! I’m no electrical engineer, but this holds in Switz. At the top, weather, insulation wear down, stresses and strains of various kinds, too much exposure, plus, huge servicing and repair difficulties. Electric cables are under the bridge or to the side of it at a lower level and protected, with a separate walkway. (As I can see with my eyes on a bridge close to me where one can actually walk on that walkway.) Lighting on the bridge is by cables that connect to them, with mechanisms that ensure that if one cable (light) fails, others are not affected. This is just common sense.

The other note on the Baltimore bridge is that the wimpy, flimsy main structural piers holding up the main span (look at the Golden Gate Bridge Main Piers) had little to no protection from ship collision.
If I wanted to pick a major bridge that would cause a lot of disruption to land traffic traveling by highway, it would be hard to pick a better target than the Baltimore bridge.
Multiply rows of guard pylons going down into the bed rock on the lead into both major piers, coming and going, can be made so well as to stop very large tankers.

Golden Gate Main Base piers have no ‘guard pylons’ above the water line but may have a concrete wedge below water line. They are also tapered at each end and thus harder to hard directly, a ship would bounce left or right in a collision.

The ship tracking (and the video) showed the vessel cranking hard right.
