That photograph is a stunner; composition superb. Zounds!

Water wars are as old as life on the little blue dot.
One would expect that we, as an advanced and civilized life form [ 😉 ], would have solved that as a problem long ago.

    • 65% of Americans Save Little or Nothing (CNBC)
Well, with 90 million Usians out of the workforce, duh!
The graphs and charts which follow are redundant nonsense.
And possibly my favorite quote is:
At this rate, many people could be setting themselves up to fall short in retirement, Bankrate warns. “With a steady, significant share of the working population saving nothing or relatively little, it’s virtually guaranteed that they’ll be unable to afford a modest emergency expense or finance retirement,” says Mark Hamrick, senior economic analyst at Bankrate. “That amounts to a financial fail.” The economy might be prospering now, but that won’t last forever: “The party has to stop sometime, and when it does, employers will lay off workers,” the study says. In fact, Bankrate estimates that half of the American population won’t be able to maintain their standard of living once they stop working.

Setting themselves up! These ones (the authors) are bereft of reality and understanding their own hubris.
One can only hope there’s a special place in hell for such as these…
The level of violence within the U.S. is at the highest level in my lifetime; physical, financial, psychological, legal, and social.

To be clear above; At this rate, many people could be setting themselves up…
    As though it’s their fault!
But the galoots are oblivious to us unwashed.
Ilargi’s daily accounting is an excellent diary of the ongoing economic crimes against humanity…

Did you see the videos of Russians at the voting booth?
Some people were filling in and putting absentees ballots into the box.

(As if that would change the results!!!)

The system is working as it was designed to work by the elites.

Re: “Five of the countries… Angola, Lebanon, Ghana, Chad and Bhutan – were spending more than a third of government revenues on servicing debts.”

What happened to Bhutan? High interest rates charged by outside investors, coupled with project delays and cost overruns. Three unfinished hydropower projects have racked up debts equivalent to 87% of the country’s GDP (and 77% of its total debt, as of July 2017). Costs for one of these ongoing projects have doubled over the past two years, while the costs for the other two projects have tripled, and the scheduled completion has been delayed more than five years. The annual interest rate that Bhutan is being charged on this debt: ten percent.

This was too much for the Russian Ministry of Defense. General Igor Konashenkov replied:

“The rhetoric of an uncouth shrew demonstrated by the Head of the British Ministry of Defense makes his utter intellectual impotence perfectly evident. All this confirms not only the nullity of all accusations towards Russia we have been hearing from London for the last several years but also that the ‘accusers’ themselves are nonentities.

“The ‘Great’ Britain has long turned not only into a cozy nest for defectors from all over the world but also into a hub for all sorts of fake news-producing agencies: from the British ‘Syrian Observatory for Human Rights’ to the created by a British intelligence officer pseudo-Syrian ‘White Helmets’.

“As to boorish words of the British Defense Minister regarding Russia, it seems that in the absence of the real results of professional activity, rudeness is the only weapon remaining in the arsenal of the Her Majesty’s Military.”

War Is on the Horizon, Does Russia Have the Stomach for It? (Paul Craig Roberts)
