Mostly Peaceful Protesters And pretty soon, expect action in a dozen other states, you can be sure, because just as it was in the scorpion’s nature to sting the frog crossing the river in the old parable, it is likewise in the Party of Chaos’s nature to sow chaos in an American summer.The operation to cue riots over the removal of illegal immigrants has been well-planned in advance. Chief lawfare artists Norm Eisen and Mary McCord have engineered the legal strategy to oppose enforcement of US immigration law. They will clog the courts with lawsuits to prevent it and enlist their allied federal judges to issue injunction after injunction paralyzing the deportation process. They will work day and night to get their violent street cadres out of jail, just as they did in the 2020 George Floyd riots, so that these mutts can go back into the streets to loot and burn some more.
It is, of course, the most cynical operation imaginable. The Democratic Party hustled XX-millions of border-jumpers into the country under the authority of their phantom president, “Joe Biden” for one purpose: to flood the swing election precincts with enough new voters to keep the Party of Chaos in power permanently. Now that the illegals are here, the party will do anything it can to foil their removal. All the hand-wringing and crocodile tears over “fearful families and communities” is just stage-business to dress-up the CNN videos. The ultimate goal of this operation is to goad President Trump into declaring some kind of national emergency to put down the violence, and the objective of that is to point at him and holler, “Behold the fascist tyrant!”
That’s the game. The catch is, the Democrats are mistaken in thinking they can replay the George Floyd hustle. This time around, more than 70-percent of the American public is not-insane. They are not fooled by the term “undocumented” — as if some mysterious clerical error was made by the federal bureaucracy in processing these millions. The actual error was allowing them to stroll freely across the border in the first place, with massive assistance from NGOs that provided smart phones loaded with helpful apps, plus free plane and bus tickets, plus freshly-minted debit cards for walking-around-money, plus posh hotel reservations. You can blame former Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas — since “Joe Biden” was demonstrably non compos mentis during his term in office — for what was a patently treasonous act.
How is it possible that Mr. Mayorkas remains unindicted? By the way, before he was sworn in as Secretary of Homeland Security, he was a board member of one of the most aggressive NGOs actively assisting the recent massive wave oz illegal immigrants: the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS). The org, founded in 1881 under very different circumstances, has been enlisted to serve the Democratic Party’s program for flooding the voter rolls — just as the American Civil Liberties Union and the Southern Poverty Law Center have been transformed into attack dogs against the Democratic Party’s political opponents.
So, you watch now as the streets of Los Angeles fill with violent mobs waving Mexican and Palestinian flags burn cars, fling missiles and fireworks at police, and interfere with the deportation process of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. They are coming close to presenting themselves as a foreign enemy army and, as such, would invite a response from the defending US military.
Who (more) repreesents the law? A governor or the President?`Serious question.
• Democrats Mobilize Against the National Guard Deployment (Turley)
Gov. Gavin Newsom was in his element this week. After scenes of burning cars and attacks on ICE personnel, Newsom declared that this was all “an illegal act, an immoral act, an unconstitutional act.” No, he was not speaking of the attacks on law enforcement or property. He was referring to President Donald Trump’s call to deploy the National Guard to protect federal officers. Newsom is planning to challenge the deployment as cities like Glendale are cancelling contracts to house detainees and reaffirming that local police will not assist the federal government. Trump has the authority under Section 12406 of Title 10 of the U.S. Code to deploy the National Guard if the president is “unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.”
The Administration is saying that that is precisely what is unfolding in California, where mobs attack vehicles and trap federal personnel. Most critics are challenging the deployment on policy grounds, arguing that it is an unnecessary escalation. However, even critics like Berkeley Law Dean Erwin have admitted that “Unfortunately, President Trump likely has the legal authority to do this.”There is a fair debate over whether this is needed at this time, but the President is allowed to reach a different conclusion. Trump wants the violence to end now as opposed to escalating as it did in the Rodney King riots or the later riots after the George Floyd killings, causing billions in property damage and many deaths.
Courts will be asked to halt the order because it did not technically go through Newsom to formally call out the National Guard.Section 12406 grants Trump the authority to call out the Guard and employs a mandatory term for governors, who “shall” issue the President’s order. In the memo, Trump also instructed federal officials “to coordinate with the Governors of the States and the National Guard Bureau.” Newsom is clearly refusing to issue the orders or coordinate the deployment.
Even if such challenges are successful, Trump can clearly flood the zone with federal authority. Indeed, the obstruction could escalate the matter further, prompting Trump to consider using the Insurrection Act, which would allow troops to participate directly in civilian law enforcement.In 1958, President Eisenhower used the Insurrection Act to deploy troops to Arkansas to enforce the Supreme Court’s orders ending racial segregation in schools. The Trump Administration has already claimed that these riots “constitute a form of rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States.” In support of such a claim, the Administration could cite many of the Democratic leaders now denouncing the claim.
After January 6th, liberal politicians and professors insisted that the riot was an “insurrection” and, in claiming that Trump and dozens of Republicans could be removed from ballots under the 14th Amendment. Liberals professors insisted that Trump’s use of the word “fight”and questioning the results of an election did qualify as an insurrection. They argued that you merely need to show “an assemblage of people” who are “resisting law” and “using force or intimidation” for “a public purpose.” The involvement of inciteful language from politicians only reinforced these claims. Sound familiar?
No doubts here.
• UK ‘100%’ Helping Ukraine To Stage Terrorist Acts – Lavrov (RT)
There is no doubt that Britain is helping Ukraine to carry out terrorist attacks inside Russia, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said. There have been several sabotage incidents on Russian railways since the start of the month. The worst occurred on June 1 when a bridge collapsed in front of a moving passenger train in Bryansk Region, killing seven people and injuring more than 100 others. The same day, Ukraine targeted Russian airbases across the country – from Murmansk in the Arctic to Irkutsk in Siberia – in a coordinated assault which involved explosive-laden drones taking off from commercial trucks. According to Moscow, most of the incoming UAVs were shot down, and none of the affected Russian planes were damaged beyond repair.
Speaking during the ‘Forum of the Future 2050’ in Moscow on Monday, Lavrov acknowledged that the “risk of the rise in the level of terrorist threat exists” in Russia. “It is obvious that all this is being done by the Ukrainian side, but it would have been helpless without the support… from the British,” he said. Such activities were previously backed by both the US and the UK, but “now we would have to do solely with the British,” Lavrov claimed The diplomat was referring to the fact that the UK remains one of Ukraine’s staunchest supporters, despite the US changing course under the administration of US President Donald Trump towards trying to restore dialogue with Moscow and to broker a peaceful settlement of the Ukraine conflict.
“Although who knows, maybe there are still some special services in the US that are participating in such activities by inertia, but the British are 100% involved in them,” Lavrov stressed.Last week, Moscow’s ambassador to London, Andrey Kelin, similarly accused the UK of participating in Ukrainian drone raids on Russian airbases.“This kind of attack involves, of course, provision of very high technology, so-called geo-spatial data, which can only be done by those who have it in possession. And this is London and Washington,” Kelin told Sky News. He added that he did not believe that the US was somehow involved due to Trump denying any knowledge of Kiev’s plans. Downing Street has neither confirmed nor denied the UK’s participation, with a government spokesman saying: “We never comment on operational matters at home or abroad.”

• Russia and Ukraine Conduct Prisoner Swap of Under 25s (RT)
Russia and Ukraine have conducted another prisoner exchange, swapping soldiers who are under 25 years of age, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced on Monday.In a statement on its official Telegram channel, the Defense Ministry reported that the first group of servicemen have been returned from territories controlled by Kiev. In exchange, a similar number of prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were transferred,” the ministry said. The Russian servicemen are currently receiving necessary psychological and medical assistance in Belarus, according to the ministry, and will soon be returned home for treatment and rehabilitation Moscow and Kiev had agreed to exchange certain categories of captives, including those who are seriously injured, ill, or are under the age of 25, during last week’s round of direct negotiations in Istanbul.
Russia also announced that it would return the bodies of over 6,000 Ukrainian soldiers in a unilateral humanitarian gesture. On Saturday, Moscow tried to transfer 1,212 bodies to the Ukrainian side, but Kiev’s representatives failed to show up at the exchange point.nMoscow has slammed Kiev’s refusal to accept the bodies, with Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claiming that the Ukrainian leadership “does not need its people, neither dead nor alive,” and is “committing genocide” against its own population.
Dmitry Belik – a member of the Russian parliament’s International Affairs Committee – has also suggested to RT that one of the reasons for Kiev’s refusal to take back the bodies of its soldiers could be Ukraine’s unwillingness to pay compensation to their families. Vladimir Zelensky’s government had previously announced that the families of fallen Ukrainian soldiers could apply for a one-time compensation payment of approximately $367,000.

• Zelensky Knows He’s Losing – US Senator Tuberville (RT)
Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky is well aware that he cannot win the conflict against Russia on his own and is trying to drag NATO into it, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, a Republican from Alabama, has said. Such developments could plunge the world into a new world war, he warned.Tuberville made his statements on John Catsimatidis’s radio show “Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM on Sunday. According to the senator, the conflict between Moscow and Kiev is on the verge of spilling over to other nations and potentially involving the American military.There is “no doubt” Zelensky is trying to lure NATO into the conflict, Tuberville said, adding that the Ukrainian leader understands “he can’t win this war on his own” and “knows he is losing.” The senator also branded Zelensky a “dictator,” who had “created all the problems” and did not want to hold elections in Ukraine.
“He knew if he had an election, he would [have been] voted out,” the senator said. Instead, Zelensky is looking for ways to escalate the conflict, Tuberville believes. The senator particularly expressed concerns about Ukraine’s recent attack on Russian military airfields. Ukrainian drones struck several Russian airbases in various parts of the country in late May. Ukrainian media claimed the strikes damaged or destroyed approximately 40 Russian military aircraft. Moscow stated that no planes were destroyed in the attacks. According to Tuberville, Zelensky “just called his hand” with this attack and disrupted what “was supposed to have been a peace day.” The senator was referring to a second round of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, which took place in Istanbul. Kiev’s attacks took place just a day before the talks.
The world does not need such an escalation, Tuberville stated, adding that Russia and Ukraine, as well as the US and the EU need to “pull together to get this thing over with.” Otherwise, “it will be a disaster like… World War II,” he warned. US President Donald Trump has also said he “didn’t like” Kiev’s strikes on Russia’s airfields, and that Ukraine gave Moscow a reason to “bomb the hell out of them.” Russia has repeatedly condemned Ukraine’s continued drone strikes and acts of sabotage on Russian territory, claiming it undermines efforts to find a diplomatic resolution to the conflict

Vladimir Zelensky will resign and leave Ukraine, former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov has predicted, citing what he described as a US-backed effort to remove the country’s leader.In a post on Telegram on Sunday, Azarov suggested that the decision to remove Zelensky from power “has already been made in the US” and that Washington has given the “go-ahead” for his ouster. He wrote that although the Ukrainian leader has support in Europe, it is unlikely to change anything and will “hardly help” him. Azarov, who served as prime minister under ousted President Viktor Yanukovich, predicted that Zelensky would eventually step down, given that his mandate officially expired last year. He would then be replaced by parliamentary speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, who would serve as acting president and begin shaping “a new political landscape” in Ukraine.
“I don’t think Zelensky will remain in Ukraine after this,” Azarov said. “He will request protection, most likely from special forces, but they will not make such sacrifices for him. The options for his future may vary,” he added. Last week, Azarov made a similar prediction and alleged that the United States had “written off” Zelensky and was orchestrating a multi-stage process to force him out. He referred to the recent arrest of Leonid Mindich – described as a financial associate of both Zelensky and presidential chief of staff Andrey Yermak – as evidence of this effort.
Azarov emphasized that the arrest was carried out not by the Prosecutor General’s Office, but by Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office – institutions he described as “created by the US, staffed by the US, and reporting only to the Americans.” “This is a serious signal that the process of removing Zelensky has begun,” Azarov wrote, suggesting that if Zelensky does not step down voluntarily, he will be “forced out.” He also claimed that US auditors had recently arrived in Kiev to examine the use of American taxpayer funds – a move he attributed to instructions from the White House.
Zelensky’s five-year term officially expired on May 20, 2024, and no election has been held due to martial law, which has been repeatedly extended. Moscow maintains that Zelensky has no legitimacy as the leader of Ukraine. Nevertheless, the Russian government has said it is open to negotiating with the current Kiev administration but warned that Zelensky’s status could be an obstacle to signing any peace agreement. Russian officials have raised concern that documents endorsed by an illegitimate president could be legally contested by his successor.

• UK Imposes Historic Sanctions On Hardline Israeli Ministers (ZH)
In a historic shift in UK-Israel relations, Britain is imposing formal sanctions on hardline Israeli ministers Bezalel Smotrich (Finance) and Itamar Ben Gvir (National Security) after months of inflammatory statements about Gaza have caught the world’s attention. The sanctions, unveiled Tuesday, are to include asset freezes and travel bans, following similar measures from the governments of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others. These countries have previously sanctioned various radical Zionist settler groups and individuals, something the US also did under Biden. Ben Gvir has several times called for the “voluntary emigration” of Gazans, and he along with Smotrich have frequently made statements overtly backing an ethnic cleansing program.
“My right, my wife’s, my children’s, to roam the roads of Judea and Samaria are more important than the right of movement of the Arabs,” Ben Gvir said for example in 2023 of occupied West Bank areas. Both Israeli ministers have actively supported the most extreme settler groups operating in the West Bank, made up of individuals who call for the removal of Palestinians by force or even death. They’ve long been involved in movements and political parties who also advocate for the expulsion of all Arabs from Israeli society. According to an Al Jazeera backgrounder:

He was later appointed the national security minister and handed control of Israel’s Border Police division in the occupied West Bank.A settler in Kiryat Arba, one of the most radical settlements in the occupied West Bank (all of which are illegal under international law), Ben-Gvir has been convicted of incitement to racism, destroying property, possessing a “terror” organisation’s propaganda material and supporting a “terror” organization – Meir Kahane’s outlawed Kach group, which he joined when he was 16.
Ben Gvir responded to the UK’s sanctions move later on Tuesday. He expressed “contempt for the White Paper” – characterizing it as akin to the 1939 UK policy paper limiting Jewish immigration to British-administered ‘Mandatory Palestine’. “We survived Pharaoh, we will also survive Keir Starmer,” he said. “I will continue to work for Israel and the people of Israel without fear or intimidation!”
At a dedication ceremony for a new settlement near Hebron, Smotrich, Ben Gvir said that “Britain has already tried once to prevent us from settling the cradle of our homeland and we will not allow it to do so again.” He emphasized in front of settler groups, “We are determined to continue building.”But ironically many of the same Western governments now sanctioning the two Israeli officials have long supplied heavy weapons to the Israeli military. These governments still remain a party to one side of this war which has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians, and utter decimation of the Gaza Strip in the wake of the Oct.7, 2023 Hamas terror attacks, but there appears no peaceful solution on the horizon.
