Incidentally, my trained eye sees that Hancock has been rather ham fistedly “AI Enhanced” in the video while the interviewer was not. My best guess is that Hancock’s bad health was too graphically obvious to the camera’s unflinching eye so they prettied him up a little for the audience (and his legacy, should medical events go badly.)

Such matters have no bearing on the accuracy and legitimacy of the data and cognitive content of the video in question.
