The low-grade pandemic’s silver lining: arguably it has never been easier to tell who complete fools are and where utter dishonesty lies.

There is a picture I like. Nobody posed.

Time to finish coffee and bike to work. 🙂

We had a family garden party in Yoakum Saturday, with kids, beer, Easter-eggs, Frisbee-throwing and a barbecue grill. A contingent ended up spending the night, which was safer for them than driving, and we had the bed space as part of the plan.
Everybody just came and engaged the space, the food, drink, and each other. We didn’t have to explain anything to anybody. The plan seems to be self-explanatory.
“Thing One and Thing Two” who are very active brothers, aged 2 and 4 got a tutorial on the big vegetable garden, and did comparative tasting of the green bits of purple and yellow onions..
They like the garden a lot, and are interested in how food grows.
Phoenix and Hendrix went home with some black beans to plant.

It’s not that I don’t want to drill down into the news and post it, but I am often forced to choose between life in the flesh, and searching abstract information for emerging threats to life, and possibilities for enhancing the meaning of life. It’s hard to work out the enhancement of life in the abstract, and doing it in person demands complete engagement, at least for me.
I can think about things when I mow the lawn for 4-5 hours, but I still have to pay attention to all of the corners, edges of gardens, borders around 45 fruit trees, those stumps and the drip hoses, while my mind muses, and my heart reaches out.
Jenny was back at her library this morning, so I dropped her off there at the school and drove down to Yoakum, to plant more replacements for dead fruit trees, make coffee for her sister, who is spending the week there, and make sure that she is able to cook things, and shower, and we didn’t forget something. She’s doing fine.

The thought rolls over and over that this-is-human-life. We are living as humans, social animals with the capacity for abstract reason.
We live and die as social animals, not as abstract-reason.
In crisis, we save each other, and kill each other in person, not in abstract.
There are killer drones, though, and Hiroshima and Nagasaki were abstractions of killing for a few people, who gave orders, but did not need to attend.

I feel that we have gone way too far into abstraction of life and all of the essentials of life. I feel that we are simplified and abstracted into confusion and frustration. This past year of isolation has taken people away from each others’ breath, warmth, tone of voice and tingle of touch. Social media, Google and Amazon have placed themselves between us, controlling our inputs of abstract information, our food delivery and our social prerogatives and group beliefs.
Masks and electronic interface-distancing have atomized us. We are not whole. We are not “individual-humans”. Humans die in isolation.

What am I? Who are we?
We have to know with certainty, like we know when we’ll hit the ground when we jump those last two steps, not like we know the alphabet.
You are bound to know what I mean. Life is the living, the engagement.
This is what our kind of animal does together, and we need to do it, because our owners are abstracting us out of existence.

During our Easter party nobody asked about a mask. Nobody flashed a mask.
The reference was made “back during COVID”, and it passed without comment.
Look how low the (real) rapid test percent positive rate is in Texas.

    • Global Vaccine Rollout Is No Longer A Guarantee Of Victory Over Covid-19 (G.)
Ilargi: “Don’t want to get stuck in semantics, but if it is not now a guarantee, doesn’t that simply mean it never was? Besides, calling for a global strategy of “maximum suppression” in April 2021 feels a bit like a time warp.”

Absolutely right, Ilargi. That article is a clear example of psychological manipulation. Tweaking the historical narrative, putting some new spin on it, giving the public something to latch onto (to avoid those pesky feelings of cognitive dissonance).

“No one is truly safe from Covid-19 until everyone is safe.”
“We are in a race against time”

The article is not labeled as an “Opinion” piece, instead it is presented as the voice of authority. But what authority, whose authority? Who is the author, and what is their specialty, their expertise?

With a little digging, the lead author’s expertise can be found:

“Susan Michie is Professor of Health Psychology and Director of the Centre for Behaviour Change at University College London.”

“Global Vaccine Rollout Is No Longer a Guarantee of Victory over Covid-19 (G.)”

    So apparently vaccines don’t work?

Hey, I’m not saying that, I’m just repeat the experts. Everyone down to 16 is now vaccinated, but we must still lockdown and wear (Spins wheel) 4 masks today? Because everyone is immune, the young from being young and the old from being vaccinated, yet SOMEHOW, we just can’t stop fascism. We need more.

“Sunday US COVID Death Count Lowest in More Than a Year (JTN)”

Because the 4th Wave will kill us all and vaccines don’t work.

Keep payin’ Amazon, keep killin’ your local soul food place. In other words “Do what you’re told”: feed your bodies into the hopper of the establishment.

“There is no definite evidence that this double variant is more virulent or causes more severe disease.,” said Dr. Dean Winslow with Stanford University. “

Although Stanford hasn’t opposed the lies which would really be a help, they have been consistent in saying things like this. They were the ones who release that embarrassing research paper. Embarrassing because it was completely, scientifically TRUE. The one enemy.

“Poll Finds Almost Half of Americans Want Vaccine Passports (SN)”

And we know polls are all so accurate. If they say 44% is it really 24%? 4%? 94% Lying liars and the lies they lie. But they are getting in trouble for the two-tier slave society they so deeply desire. So homeless guys and immigrants have paper passports, got late, and harassed, while Karen moves to the front of the line ‘cause she votes right. There’s never a day Karen isn’t AWFL on brown people, so there you go: the party of Jim Crow, as always. Yay! Proudly! ” Let that [oppression] flag fly! I mean when you’re on the side of billionaires and corporations, OBVIOUSLY you’re in the right and on the side of history.

Well it is 60 Minutes and the NY Times, so DEFINITELY a lie. What does it take? Is a million people enough? Nope! Can we stop “My party right or wrong”?

“CEOs Tell Investors $15 Minimum Wage Won’t Hurt Business (NW)”

They don’t. WalMart is FOR a $15 minimum wage. SINCE ONLY MEGA CORPS CAN AFFORD IT. Small business, all competition, poof, destroyed.

“…And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned around on you–where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat? d’you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then, When WalMart is the sole remaining retailer, all competition and jobs are gone, and they own every senator? –Thomas More, A Man for All Seasons

Gee, I thought monopolies were illegal. Turns out only small business is illegal. Diseases only transmit in Joe’s Plumbing, population: 9; never, ever at WalMart, population 900. That’s just Science!

““A person always could choose to avoid the toll bridge or train and instead swim the Charles River or hike the Oregon Trail..”

There is a lot of legal area here, not clear at all. But one thing is clear: Section 230 is a government-ordained monopoly. That monopoly on, or against speech, is being regulated by the government. Both the monopoly and the regulation of speech with government sanction is illegal.

…But 8 Supreme Court Justices spent 40 years in Harvard to not to be able to figure that out. That’s what college is for: they keep you there until you can’t think straight and are finally useful. A useful attack dog for twits like Bezos. He has flights to St. James to pay for and needs the Supreme Court’s help.

“Here in the states, Balkan disintegration” is completely legal and normal. Centralization is completely illegal, as 10A so clearly states, and Supreme Court Justices are too illiterate to figure out. The preeminence is the STATES. They have VARYING laws, unique to them, NEVER trod on their necks by the Federal level. Ever. Down at the local level, we spent 340 years where the Swedes lived in Swede towns, the Germans in German towns, the Irish in Irish towns, and so on. Or not, if they felt like it. Only now does EVERYBODY HAVE TO BE THE SAME. Because That’s Diversity! When everybody “Does what they’re told.”

Submit or die. Balkanization, meaning “to weak to keep the boot on my neck” doesn’t sound so bad now does it?

Congratulations Texas, for figuring this out first. but don’t worry: Connecticut and New York will never apologize to you or admit you were always right. Look for the attacks shortly, if they ever stopped at all.

We must ATTACK the TRUTH! We must DESTROY those who are RIGHT! This is our religion. And we won’t stop until our religion is a theocracy on the necks of everyone on earth.

    Theory:
crowding, no masks, transmission, are super spreader events

Proposed Solutions: lockdown, isolation, wash hands, vaccination, covid passports

    Experiments:

    • Nearly 40,000 Fans Attended Texas Rangers Home Opener (JTN)
    Spring break crowds
Other countries: Africa, S. America, Tropics
New variants: more deadly, spread faster
    • ‘Double Mutant’ COVID-19 Variant Found in the Bay Area (NBCLA)
    • Vaccination Does Not Prevent 3rd Wave: German Health Minister (RT)

    Results disappointing:
Cause of failure of theory – people not following recommendations

    New Theory:

Dr. Cole begins by showing statistics that prove Idaho is no longer in a “pandemic,” but an “endemic.” He states that the highest risk factors for contracting COVID are advanced age, obesity, and low Vitamin D levels. He also explains that coronaviruses have historically always followed a 6-9 month life cycle. He gives previous examples such as SARS-1, MERS, etc. One very interesting statistic that he pointed out is that in the U.S. the average annuang as “flu and cold season,” only low Vitamin D season.

… there are therapies, such as Vitamin D, that are effective in treating COVID patients, as well as older already FDA-approved drugs like Ivermectin.”l age of death is 78.6 years old, and the average age of death during COVID has also been 78.6 years old. Dr. Cole is very adamant that proper levels of Vitamin D are essential to fight coronaviruses. He states: There is no such thing as “flu and cold season,” only low Vitamin D season.

“… there are therapies, such as Vitamin D, that are effective in treating COVID patients, as well as older already FDA-approved drugs like Ivermectin.”

New ‘Eek’ COVID-19 variant causes concern in Japan

New ‘Eek’ COVID-19 variant causes concern in Japan
Japanese health authorities are concerned that variants of COVID-19 are driving a nascent fourth wave in the pandemic with just 109 days remaining until the Tokyo Olympics.

The variants appear to be more infectious and may be resistant to vaccines, which are still not widely available in Japan. The situation is worst in Osaka, where infections hit fresh records last week, prompting the regional government to start targeted lockdown measures for one month from Monday.

    @ Dr. D

“Only now does EVERYBODY HAVE TO BE THE SAME. Because That’s Diversity! When everybody “Does what they’re told.”

Bullshit. Ask the former inhabitants of the Americas about that. Coercion to conform is a constant. Do what you’re told is THE commandment on which all others are based. We change from one form of authoritarianism to another from boredom and ennui coupled with political necessity (usually in the form of horrifying brutality)..

    ^&*

As for covid vaccine coercions: I see steady and growing evidence of a walkback from that ambitious goal… and from liability for failures both in implementing coercive vaccination and the damages caused by the vaccine, coercively or voluntarily. We are not seeing a growing totalitarian empire; we are seeing a collapsing empire that was already more totalitarian than most people wish to admit.

For example: the poll cited above also makes plain that the majority of people mistrust the vaccine (PR campaign failure). It also shows that acceptance statistically aligns closely with GOP/DNC partisan divisions, with the large a-partisan center also following the split. The DNC is losing. The GOP is winning. But that’s token: neither party has a prayer except via some populist chimera who uses and abuses both parties to attract followers from both bases. assuming we still have an election in 2024, and that it is something more like an act of magical reanimation like a sock puppet on an animatronic hand: not the real thing, not even a convincing illusion.

    ^&*

As for benevolent balkanization: nice in theory, generally a major drag in the process of getting there. Balkanization in the states will translate into major deprivation and such. It will in fact be caused, for the most part, by deprivation. Such transitions do not happen easily or peacefully, which is why ‘balkanization’ also infers collapse from larger empire into smaller states, most of them hostile to each other, vying for dwindling resources taken by the now-collapsing empire, struggling to find new modes of survival now that the old ones have been exhausted or destroyed by the collapsing empire. The States are as run amok by corporate schills as federal Congress. Heck, state legislatures are the traditional breeding ground for congress-critters. Such “leadership” will not survive much less prevail.

Short on time today. Here is a recommendation for all – Am taking a powerful D3 + K2 supplement from Pure Synergy (The Synergy Company, Mohab UT), called D3 + K2 Complex. Plant-based. Expiration date on my recent shipment = 01/24. Stock up now.

There is more to Dr. Cole’s last point on the slide set: “D deficiency is immune suppression/dis-regulation”. True. However, there is a much bigger story here. It also involves iron (which we have too much of as we age, it gets bound up, dis-regulated, thus we rust), magnesium, and copper. Check out the Root Cause Protocol for more immune system science.

One solution would be to remove the phrase “of concern” from the phrase “variant of concern”.

Another solution would be to have a General Election and remove all the MPs of concern from Parliament.

Regarding covid expertise, specifically the likes of Dr. Cole and Dr. Souza: we start with disocoveries, proceed to proclamations, then debunking, then debunkings of debunkings, then a reiteration of the cycle… and rarely, rarely, rarely do any of the entities speak with full honesty or comprehensive rigor. Insert parable about blind men describing elephant.

Cold and flu season have more calendrically driven elements than lack of D from being indoors. There is, um, being indoors. Penned up with often thousands of people (large office buildings, malls, stadia, theaters, hospitals, maybe even Amazon warehouses?!?). Usually drinking soda or alcohol, both lovely refreshing poisons that dehydrate and otherwise wekaen immunity and render protective tissues more vulneable.

As for Souza, we’ll let him go ahead and knock himself out: “When you actually go to the studies, the truth is, it’s a mixed bag so we should talk about the entire bag and not just the positive sides of the bag,” Souza said. “I understand the desire to reach for solutions that are easy, but I find it interesting that people might be more interested in putting an animal, anti-parasite, chemical medication into their body to prevent something that we already know we can prevent non invasively by wearing a mask and spacing out.”

We know wearing a mask only impacts super-spreader contagious spread: people sneezing and coughing (or puking) in public areas). He knows this too… but “a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.” As for “spacing out”: yeah, he used those words. Everyone: mask up and stay high or at least hypnotically distracted! Stay home and watch the boob tube… or unmask and go tubing with boobs.

You’ll notice they’ve replaced their handroids with direct, macrophysically ingestible brain stimuli: beer. Getting high and telling stories, some of them true: what we did in our spare time before media. For a while, literacy and media gave us more things to talk about. That process of integration is complete and now we only talk about what media tells us, there being too little room in our brain space to allow free range thought… at least without being picked up by the truant officer. Meanwhile, what media talks about shrinks to a kaleidoscopic pinhole mostly filled with lies, half-truths, and irrelevant truths.

I get very tired of this, but this is Denninger, actually READING stuff, which scientists and doctors won’t do.

Looking out the 42 days (when the study terminated) we find another oddity; there is no material bend in the curve among unvaccinated persons. Yet we took half a million in one of the health systems alone, out of four, out of the pool! Or did we? The data is that we did not; we may have taken them out of “documented infections” but they’re spreading the virus, which means they’re mutating it too. How do we know this? Because that immune pressure on spread would otherwise be seen in the unvaccinated cohort to a very significant degree and it was not.

That’s a problem. In fact it’s an extremely serious problem because under any reasonable interpretation it means that sterility did not occur with vaccination.

Note that Salk made the same mistake with polio. Fortunately Sabin figured out the danger in what was being done and saved the day with OPV, which is sterilizing. Had he not evasion and promotion of more-virulent strains may well have resulted in a “super polio” outbreak over time. We are now deliberately ignoring that which Salk and Sabin taught us decades ago and if we get it up the chute as a result, and I remind you there is emerging anecdotal reports of it occurring already, we will deserve it.

Hey, what did that OTHER Dutch doctor risk his career to say? Here on Automatic Earth? That giving a vaccine during a pandemic will scientifically REQUIRE the virus to mutate into something more dangerous and immune? Well gosh by golly that’s what Israel says too in their study he’s quoting. But it’s anecdotal, banned on Facebook, because it’s only run by top doctors and has a million subjects.

    Moving on:

“An even more-interesting factor came in, however, with hospitalization. In short the evidence is that the unvaccinated stopped getting sick enough to go to the hospital! So why would you now get vaccinated? After 35 days both curves flatlined and the vaccinated one was about 4-5 days in front of the unvaccinated.

Did the vaccine do anything to actually stop hospitalization or did the virus simply run out of vulnerable people?

The evidence is that it did the latter; the vulnerable got vaccinated first and the rest are not vulnerable and thus didn’t wind up in the hospital. In other words widespread vaccination beyond the vulnerable conferred no benefit.

So as they knew herd immunity was coming, they rushed to the head of the parade and pretended they created it.

That is…and you know if it’s me, you’re about to hear this over and over, and over again: THEY’RE LYING.

Lying lying lying lying lying. They’re not even doctors. They’re just liars.

You literally could not come up with a better argument for not vaccinating anyone other than those at significantly elevated risk than this study; it shows conclusively that the “unvaccinated” did not suffer at all if they were they not in the high risk categories; those who were “unvaccinated” and got hit with hospitalization, severe disease or death were all high risk people and as they were removed from the pool all three of those outcome stopped even though cases did not.”

A million man 3 month study, on a billion man year-long study. Both say the same thing.

There’s only one conclusion: end all human rights forever. It’s the only safe, humane, and rational thing to do.

Vaxes – but as they don’t protekt (sic) – masks, social distancing, obsessive supervised cleaning, not to mention quarantine, etc. have to continue, and even be more stringent than before. Infected people become even more ‘dangerous’. Testing, testing, has to be ramped up. Then there is the VAXPASS… other story.

How will ppl become angry about the vax scam? As far as I can see (ok limited vision in Europe..) ppl are very accepting of the vax, it is ‘cool’ as it ‘offers protection.’ Top class science (sic) is awesome, innovative, but can fail, because, variants, super variants, and increasingly, deplorables who won’t comply to achieve herd immunity.

Even if the vaxes are judged useless *in fine* what will happen? Nothing. Hundreds of ‘med’ pills – cures – procedures – scandals have passed by without comment in the past 40 years. Who will take the big Pharma Cos, Pfizer, Moderna, etc. to task for their fakery?

Every day Texas does not descend into Plandemic Purgatory is a day that asshat states like New York and California will look like the south end of a northbound jackass.

The USA 50 state approach to Covid is a 50 part referendum on ‘the science.

They say you will know who’s wearing a bathing suit when the tide goes out.

If I extent out to 3rd cousins, I have at least one relative in ever state and the family grape vine gossip will inevitably ‘pin the tail on the Covid donkey’.

    Think Cuomo and Newsom.

The court system (lawyers and especially judges)in the US is a rotting corpse of putrid racketeering.

Money = justice or Just Us it’s a club and you’re not in it.

But there is probably a slim chance that an actually case about ‘Crimes Against Humanity, Nuremberg 2.0’ might see the light of day somewhere in a court room on the Late Great Planet Earth.

US judges are by and large cowards to the core, hiding behind their black robes like a Murder of Crows.

The fact that Clarence Thomas dared to make a little judge mouse squeak about Social Media platforms should be regulated like public utilities shows he can at least somewhat overcome the Yellow Streak that runs down the back of most US judges.

He’ll probably be found smothered with his own pillow if anything comes of it.

I’ve often wondered why the Nuremberg 1.0 event did not indict the entire German judiciary, particularly the German High Court Judges
They were totally complicit in The Nazi reign of terror.

Probably the Allied lawyers and judges didn’t want to go against there follow travelers in the legal racket, like bad cops protecting bad cops at any cost.

If it had been up to me, I would have put every judge in Germany above the lowest court up on trial and hung the lot of them on the lampposts leading into Berlin. Maybe even a Spartacus like spectacle of crucified judges.

They’d still be talking about it to this day.

Mike Lindell (of MyPillow fame) presents more scientific proof of election fraud. Even though he can’t seem to shut up and listen to his guest and comes off sounding like a used-car salesman, it’s impossible to dismiss the data presented.

“Scientific Proof” Television Special on Election Fraud by Mike Lindell

I do disagree with his take on the matter, though, where he keeps claiming that the election was “attacked” by foreign actors (China). This is nonsense. If there’s anything we learned from Edward Snowden it was that our intel agencies have a tight lock on electronic surveillance around the globe. Imagine of how bad it could be, then assume that it’s really worse than that. There’s evidence that many of the IP addresses interacting with the voting machines originated from computers overseas. My assumption then is that these actors were all working for us, and on the payroll of our intelligence agencies.

When I lived in Ontario my parents and I and a couple from my hometown built my house at 45 Temperance Lake road. The lake was at the top of the watershed and I didn’t but would drink that water if I was forced to. Its water flows into Charleston Lake which flows into the Saint Lawrence. I had a drilled well there and the water was hard and some iron in it.

Yes water is essential. So here now I live on a salmon river in the middle of nowhere and drink water out of that river. I have learned a lot about plumbing.

“It is all about freedom, being free to live your life”

This may be more apparent now with it which will not be named, but that has been the question for quite some time. If i inflate the cost of shelter am i altering you being free to live your life? If i inflate the cost of essentials am i altering you being free to live your life? If i force strange new cultural norms on you via corporations am i altering you being free to live your life?

If i inflate the cost of having children am i altering your ability to be free? Dr. D is right with most of his rants. We punish those who are prudent and praise those who are not. Reward those who have children that can’t afford it and punish those who try to play within the rules. Its been this way for some time and exponentially getting worse the last 20 years. I’m all for compassion but everything has its limits. Why do those who take on debt get to write of interest expenses against taxes while those who save money pay taxes on interest? Why are 401ks tax free if not touched until 60 something, but any money i save on my own and keep within my own control is taxed? The system is setup this way and i think intentionally.

That De Santis short vid is compelling watching.
Even having read the transcript previously, the emotional reality of juxtaposing the “we said he said” and “he actually said” segments is incredibly powerful – essentially confronting a pathological liar with evidence of their BS.
The Deplorables have been circulating such evidence for years. They know both the evidence of their day-to-day reality and prospects diminishing, and the evidence for how it is achieved. The wonder wasn’t that the Capitol protest occurred, it’s that it was so goddam well behaved on the part of the protesters! For all the hick hillbilly characterisations of them, its the deplorables who demonstrate character when it matters.
Could it be that Conservative values such as self-control actually have some merit? More underlying merit perhaps than ever more hysterical tilting at race and sex-based windmills..?

Funny i was always taught respect is earned, not given. Now we live in a society where everyone should be “respected”, i think they confuse civility and respect.

The plain Janes and Joes I talk to out and about are mostly done with covid. That is in one of the USA’s most infamously liberal cities. I submit that there is so much faith in the undisturbable stupidity of the people because we all suffer from the Dunning-Kruger effect.

    @ Huskynut

Self-control is not exclusively a conservative value by any means. Everybody thinks their kids are better than yours. The modes in which self-control are expressed differ on average between the two labeled camps, but both camps get knocked up foolishly and go on welfare the same. I’ve spent my time in Xtian churches among self-described conservatives. I’ve heard the rhetoric. I’ve seen the action. Does not compute.
