Hear ya, got an email Friday afternoon reminding me of that nuance. But if it is unconstitutional for private employers without government contracts then how is it constitutional for private employers with government contracts?
As they try to get me to sign off on my accommodations I keep reminding them that is discriminatory to have a set of rules for the healthy non injected employees and a different set for healthy injected employees given the science that the injections don’t work.

Yesterday, just before leaving the optometry exam room the optometrist expressed her opinion that everyone should just get Covid and then we’d be done with all of this. I smiled in support, thinking about how comfortable we feel expressing our true opinions behind closed doors, with those we know — or strongly suspect — agree or support our views.
She is vaxxed, working in a place where all must be masked and (probably, because it is contracted with Medicaid) vaxxed. She looks to be in her early 30s.
