I decided to use reddit’s API and download a bunch of data from a wide variety of subreddits – specifically, those that are focused on politics and current events.
First, I wanted to see which ones have the highest amounts of Trump derangement syndrome – that is to say, how much a given subreddit exclusively focuses on Donald Trump to the exclusion of everything else.
These were the subreddits that had the highest amount of content devoted to Trump:
• inthenews: 66 percent
• geopolitics: 66 percent
• moderatepolitics: 60 percent
• neutralnews: 58 percent
• politics: 54 percent
Indeed I had expected a good degree of content to be focused on him, but even these percentages were quite surprising.

Additionally, subreddits that are supposedly focused on global news tend to have more coverage of Donald Trump than America focused subreddits. For example, I found that the news subreddit had about a quarter of its content devoted to Trump, whereas world news was closer to 45%.
The following were the subreddits that had the least amount of content devoted to Trump:
• OurPresident: 4 percent
• upliftingnews: 2 percent
• LateStageCapitalism : 2 percent
• Libertarian: 0 percent
• Futurology: 0 percent
