ParticipantAI is coming for your job.
At least, that’s what a lot of big-shot CEOs and pundits keep insisting.
Ford’s CEO, Jim Farley,
Warns AI will wipe out half of white-collar jobs – Fortune Article – July 5, 2025
Amazon’s chief, Andy Jassy, has firmly stated the following in the Amazon official announcement:
As we roll out more Generative AI and agents, it should change the way our work is done. We will need fewer people doing some of the jobs that are being done today – Amazon Official Statement – June 17, 2025
And it’s not just traditional execs?
Dario Amodei of AI startup Anthropic claimed
AI could wipe out half of all entry-level white-collar jobs — and spike unemployment to 10-20% in the next one to five years, Amodei told us in an interview from his San Francisco office. – Axios Original Interview – May 28, 2025
Yeah, it makes for a great headline. You can almost picture empty office chairs everywhere.
But hold on a second! Are you taking this at face value? We need to ask ourselves how much of this is genuine and how much is just marketing rhetoric.

“Patients who developed myocarditis after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination show abnormalities on cardiac MRI scans. However, whether myocardial changes occur in asymptomatic individuals after vaccination is not well established.”

When compared with nonvaccinated patients, asymptomatic patients who received their second vaccination 1–180 days prior to imaging showed increased myocardial 18F-FDG uptake on PET/CT scans.”https://pubs.rsna.org/doi/10.1148/radiol.230743

Ah come on tdk!
Whatcha doing pissing on BObama’s parade when right on these pages it was written Obama’s U.S. citizen and child killings are of a style and nature that doesn’t align with the worst of the worst.
Nawar’s and Abdulrahman’s grandfather would have something to say again about that. Here’s my problem all of my physician friends and military contemporaries are and were dien with Obama’s “that”……for freedom reasons and fear excuses and a rewriting of their Constitutional duties. Ditto for RNs and stupid as f*ck techs and corpsepeoplepersons.
So how does anyone work with them, you know, get along well in the sandbox, playground and workplace? Their words not mine. And that’s what they said about me in the end

ParticipantLindsey Graham is a limp wristed traitorous cancer on the face of the country.
How South Carolina as a state can perpetuate such a ghoul makes the whole lot of them accomplices.
Trumptard has painted himself into a corner if these traitors are not hung by their necks until dead.
Anything less will be a victory lap for the ‘in-your-face’ Deep Dipshit State.
The message will be, “We can piss on your head and get away with calling it rain.”
That will be the official death of the Republic on display for the whole world to see.
The silent part will be forever Out Loud.
Talk is cheap, especially with a loud mouthed bloviater like Trumptard.

ParticipantTrump does a lot of talk but follows through on a scatter chart bunch of random. I don’t know what’s going on in these lower level theatric spaces anymore but I sure as shit see the infrastructure for tokenisation and compliance being relentlessly constructed just waiting for a crisis.
Trump got the GENIUS act through didn’t he?
I lived through SCAMDEMIC when they barely had the algorithm sorted out. The next one will be more incremental but vaster in scope and totalising in effect.
But hey by all means let’s all watch the puppets.
It’s boring and hard work investigating algorithmic ethical frameworks as the clearinghouse intermediaries for all human interactions but I bet those regional banks in Manchester and wales felt the blood drain out of them the day the Bank of England became the central bank that they HAD to exchange through.
That will be us soon enough. We will need clearance to interact with anything digital and just about everything else.July 23, 2025 at 12:38 pm #192568zerosum
ParticipantExecutive Summary:
Lying and Secrets• Clinton Camp Worked With Obama White House On Trump-Russia Smear

Opposition
seditious
conspiracy
treasonous
manipulated
politicized

suppressed
discreditedTo produce an assessment that would support a predetermined conclusion: that Russia interfered in the election to help Trump. Gabbard called the effort a “years-long coup.”
Gabbard said these actions merit criminal investigation and warned that restoring trust in American institutions depends on real consequences for those who abused their power.
There’s now mounting evidence — texts, emails, and corroborating testimony
slam-dunk evidence of a conspiracy.
Gabbard revealed that whistleblowers within the intelligence community are now “coming out of the woodwork,” disgusted at what they witnessed, and she expects more explosive details soon.
She’s vowed to refer all evidence to the DOJ and said there must be indictments, warning that no one — no matter how powerful — should be above the law. “This wasn’t just political dirty tricks,” she said. “It was a coup.”
The tables have turned.
The press and political class who once screamed “collusion” now find themselves in the stark glare of actual evidence as the real conspiracy’s enablers.
Trump, long the target of scorn, stands wholly vindicated.
With the ground shifting beneath their feet, Brennan, Comey, and their co-conspirators are finally facing the reckoning Americans were promised, and justice, however late, looks to be closing in fast.

• The Media Ignores Declassified Documents on the Russian Conspiracy (Turley)The silence of the legacy media is hardly surprising, given the key role the media played in spreading these false claims.
Most media outlets find themselves in an uncomfortable position, having fostered an alleged conspiracy for years.
Most reporters are not keen on making a case against themselves in spreading of these false claims.

The Security Actio for Europe (SAFE) was officially adopted by the EU Council on 27 May 2025 as a €150 billion financial instrument to accelerate defense investment across the bloc.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what SAFE entails:Purpose and Scope
– Supports joint procurement and national defense investments by EU member states.
– Offers long-maturity, low-interest loans to fund urgent and large-scale defense projects.
– Aims to strengthen the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB) and close capability gaps.Who Can Participate
– All EU member states.
– Select partner countries including Ukraine, EEA-EFTA nations, and others with EU defense partnerships like the UK.Eligible Projects
Divided into two categories:
– Category 1: Ammunition, artillery, infantry weapons, cyber defense, and military mobility.
– Category 2: Air/missile defense, naval systems, drones, space assets, and electronic warfare—with stricter eligibility rules.Broader Strategy
SAFE is the first pillar of the EU’s ReArm Europe Plan / Readiness 2030, which aims to mobilize €800 billion in defense spending through:
– National budget flexibility.
– EU cohesion funds.
– European Investment Bank contributions.

Participant@oxymoron ” We will need clearance to interact with anything digital and just about everything else.”
It will be pushed and cause a lot of harm. I don’t think it will ever make to world domination. It won’t have the energy if it does manage to get the coverage. I think that is the reason behind fifteen minute cities. Condense the populace into small spaces that can be monitored with the least amount of energy. The inability of the tech class to see an end to the resources needed is a function of the financial class claiming that suitable replacements can be found for any resource. The monied class hard at work:

Participant“Trump claims to have “Irrefutable EVIDENCE”.
Great but we’ve long proven no one cares about evidence.
Biden just shows this is how political people/families do and MUST act. That’s just the parameters and outcome of the position.
“Mike Davis explains that Obama does NOT have Presidential Immunity on Russia hoax.”
Constantly no one knows what “words” mean: no one has political immunity for anything, ever. There are just more steps. They already ran this crippling uneducated scam on USSC allowing Trump. Uh, no, that only means you must be impeached first, which everybody knows since always. Same here. Depending on the crime, there’s no limitations, and you need to drop the legal defense Maginot Lines. “I do not recall, Senator”.
I mean, c’mon everyone: we also know full well that even if it WERE legal, they can ALSO just arrest/indict/imprison/kill you anyway. Ask Obama, who stamped Brennan’s “Who I feel like killing” list every Tuesday morning, including 16yo American children. In public coffee shops. Don’t tell me “We can’t.” You did every day for 25 years.
But again, WHO is the Jury here? The American People. No one else. They are the Law. No one else. They need to be sold, convinced. No one else. And that’s why it took so long. Even now their bulwarks look pretty solid, right? No one even now believes than can be broached?
Well, you have to think it can happen before it can happen. I’ve always said it CAN happen, and SHOULD happen. You can turn us away on the defenses, but that has nothing to do with me/us just having to go up there and enforce the law, because it’s the law, come what may. Everyone else was like “But we might win/lose!” IDGAF. Are there LAWS, and do we enforce them or not? Whether I get shot serving the warrant has nothing to do with it. There’s another Dog-face behind me to pick up the paper and carry on. If you don’t want to enforce the LAW, they’re all optional, for the love of God stop passing them and wasting all our time. Be honest: you just Make S—t Up whenever you feel like and we can just get with the program.
The Mighty do what they will, and the weak suffer what they must. Just tell us and stop screwing around.
Otherwise, and there IS a law, then we just go up and enforce it, and the cards fall where they must.
Anyway, boring for the rest of us, because all the Evidence we already knew from Jan 2017.
“Gabbard revealed that whistleblowers within the intelligence community are now “coming out of the woodwork,” disgusted at what they witnessed”
Oh, so NOWWWWWW they care about the Law, oh-so much. Sudden case of the vapors. Wow, thanks. No.
““A ban procedure that leads to the loss of all votes for the AfD and thus to red-red-green parliamentary majorities across the board would be the sure path to civil war,” he warned”
Essentially. This is why we have Democracies. We can choose leaders at the ballot box. …Or in the streets. Your choice.
“How do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you have food on your fucking table? Who do you think washes your dishes?” –Hunter
Um, I do, sir. I do those things. And those wages would be much higher.
“Cleveland named their baseball team the “Indians” in 1915 to honor Indian player, Louis Sockalexis, one of the first Indians to play pro ball.”Why do they hate indians and want to erase them so much? Why do they hate brown people? Same with the Redskins, essentially. All the Indians I knew thought it was cool and a hoot. “WIth the power of White Girl I am offended!”
AI is already training itself on itself and going mad, making more and more basic errors, and getting less right. Ask what is the CEO of Google. Lies. WHY? How would you ever NOT be able to find that info in LLM? Dunno. Did though. Everything it says is untrue, faster and faster.

January 5, 2017 circa
They bragged about AND saw it as the their Sacred Duty.
To me that sounds Colonel Elspeth Ritchie “spokesing” for Bush Admin and Uniformed Surgeons Generals in January 2005. They fashioned a “Higher Ethical and Moral Calling to Justice in Defense of the Nation” in order to justify, ney, Sanctify the Bush Torture Regime.D, did you or miker ever muster the balls to stand against a President’s illegal policy? ParticipantWorking in the call center, I learned that institutions do things because “this is what we do.”
I had a reputation as the squeaky wheel. A “problem” who would ask why the fuck WOULDN’T you change something confusing employees and causing grief for customers, wasting their time? You have a duty to your stockholders, why the fuck are you insisting on uselessly draining the company’s resources through the death of a 1,000 cuts?
“it’s just one thing” that creates little individual dramas of frustration that play out for hours, weeks, months. And you have THOUSANDS of just one things. FIX this one in front of you!
Nevar! I am a manager, and to be managerial, I do things generally. This means not only do I refuse to do anything specific, if I discover anyone below me doing anything specific, I stop it. Specificity is NOT big-brain managerial stuff. Fool, don’t you know about the 80/20 rule? That means, everything you bring to me to fix is in the 20% category and we do nothing ever.
This type is utterly implacable. I have tried from the perspective of company loyalty, of duty. I’ve tried based on self-advancement – if you fixed shit, would that not be a feather in your cap, a thing on your CV? I’ve tried on a technical basis, just calmly, clinically laying out what actually is happening in the real world and what could happen instead. I’ve tried explaining how stupid and useless and torturous a thing is – we are literally making our customers psychologically suffer. We could save money. We could save YOUR OWN fucking job sometime in the future by being efficient and useful NOW, sir.
Aren’t you fucking BORED not fixing anything? Wouldn’t it be more fucking INTERESTING to pick some little thing, fix it this minute, then the next minute fix another thing, and so on, and then look back at a month, a year, and realize the immense weight of all those things you did? Might that even be a kind of fun???
But they aren’t conservatives desiring stasis either. I’ve seen these same types warp an organization over time in awful ways. Always ok with perverting some initiative, something intended to fix a problem to something that makes it worse. It’s enough to make you start thinking of secret societies dedicated to fucking things up.
So torture eventually means organ failure – ie we aren’t torturing you so long as we don’t KILL you in a lingering horrible way. If you didn’t lose your heart or a liver, we practically weren’t hurting you at all. Why are you being such a sissy crybaby. (oh oops we DID take out your liver that time – my bad…)
It is not that difficult to take espionage, intelligence, security stuff, imagine it run like a call center with the kind of managers I despise, and ending up with “torture = organ failure”
They’re implacable. Totally immune to every argument logical or emotional.
And this is like a Charles Hugh Smith kind of observation – we made nuclear power and nuclear weapons, but we’re still in the stone age on management of human consciousness. If we could just make a study of types of people entrusted with power, create tests to weed these people out. If they were imperfect, it would still unleash massive worldwide human potential if done.
Even people at the top of the heap, venal, corrupt, insane, evil as they may be, would see benefits because they are parasites, rent-seekers. Can they even unstop their own toilet? Fix a squeaky hinge? Change a furnace filter? ANYTHING? Basically no. We pick you up and carry you forward as a rent-seeker, a parasite.
Your role is to be a beneficial parasite. you’re supposed to exist in symbiosis. the Good Shepherd. You fool, you are supposed to kill off all the other predators and be the alpha. Proliferating predators, saturating every single level of civilization, every potential conceivable niche, with predator-parasites, is the OPPOSITE of your job, and you really only had that one job. Get rid of all those nasty parasites and collect your rents. And you think you are super genius big brain gods walking among animals. BAD tapeworm. BAD.

ParticipantOne of my relatives was CEO of Baxter. We’d go over to his place for Christmas every year or two.
And every few years, everyone would ask (December in Chicago) why is it so COLD??? It was one of those households you take your shoes off as you come in, so this was a non-negligible concern especially for the female 50% of the family.
One year, my father (a doctor, but from a working class childhood) checked their furnace. The air filter was totally, completely clogged. Remains of a pack of air filters sitting nearby. Did the obvious thing and changed the filter – problem instantly solved.
The CEO’s family was super-condescendingly grateful to him. That kind of overly-pandering toned praise that makes out what you did for them as less than negligible, the help you gave lowered you to a menial servant. It was nothing and you are nothing. Also everyone was complaining about cold feet for all of Christmas, but that isn’t what is real.
Years later, same problem. We knew why. Dad – no way am I fixing their shit again.
Downton Abbey was heartwarming, if nothing else, because at least the people living in the manor were depicted as STRONGLY believing in the nobility of other people getting their hands dirty. If we can just get AI and robots going though, maybe we can avoid the pain and indignity ever having to go back to that. Asimov’s Solaria.
