Iran Struck ‘Hostile Targets’ in Strait of Hormuz: Fars (ZH)

After explosions were heard on Qeshm island, near the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian state media is saying that Iranian forces attacked and struck ‘hostile targets’ – though the event still remains shrouded in mystery and few details were offered. The US side has also not confirmed anything, and this could also be the result of drone activity. Iran remains defiant, with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian having newly asserted in an interview, “Our enemies expected the country to collapse due to the pressures they have exerted.” He added that these pressures have “reached their maximum”. Oil jumped again on the reports of attacks in the Hormuz Strait area.

MS Now continues to report on the ‘agreed upon’ Iran-Oman deal for Hormuz transit: Oman on Thursday agreed to the framework of a deal with Iran to temporarily reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the global crude oil export route that Washington and Tehran have been wrestling to control since the war began, two Middle East diplomats with knowledge of the negotiations told MS NOW.

The diplomats declined to describe the details of the temporary agreement or what issues remain unresolved. But an Iranian government official linked to the deal told MS NOW on Thursday morning that it will establish new shipping routes by allowing commercial vessels to enter the Persian Gulf through an Iranian-controlled route and exit through a route controlled by Oman. This also as Iranian leaders continue to taunt Washington, with fresh messages such as the following from the country’s influential parliament speaker: “Massive attack coming… wait, never mind, they want to negotiate.” That’s theater diplomacy on loop.

[..] Deal Details: US-Israeli vessels Banned from Hormuz (Fars) Iranian state media (Fars) has issued details of the Iran-Omani draft plan for transit rules through the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf. The country’s parliament is said to currently be reviewing it, while Tehran still insists that the US has been sidelined, saying that the Oman-Iran contacts are bilateral.

As cited in Bloomberg from state media, key proposals include:
• Ban vessels linked to the U.S., Israel, and other hostile states
• Block military and civilian cargo tied to Israel
• Restrict ships linked to actions against the “Axis of Resistance”
• Deny passage to parties owing compensation to Iran
• Impose fines of up to 20% of cargo value for violations

The first note about banning US-linked vessels could alone serve to restart the war. The White House has appeared to genuinely be searching for an exit strategy, but this may be too hard a pill to swallow, if accurate. Fars has spelled out that “The passage of vessels belonging to the US, the Israelis, and other hostile countries through the Strait of Hormuz will be prohibited.” Below are is the fuller outline of the proposed plan as featured by Fars [machine translation]:

• The passage of vessels belonging to the United States, Israelis and other hostile countries through the Strait of Hormuz will be prohibited.
• Ships related to Israel, whether military or civilian, will not have the right to transit through this area.
• Vessels or cargoes that play a role in actions against the Resistance Front will also be subject to the ban.
• Countries and individuals that have caused damage to Iran will not receive permission to pass through the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf until compensation is paid.
• Heavy fines, including up to 20% of the value of the goods, will be imposed on violators. The cargo is anticipated.
• The government will be required, in cooperation with the armed forces, to assume responsibilities such as guiding navigation, monitoring vessel traffic, and protecting the security and environment of the Persian Gulf.
ª This plan is still in the expert review stage, and the parliament has asked experts to submit their suggestions for completing it.

“Large New Saudi-Backed Operation?”

Yemeni ‘Blockade for Blockade’ Could Threaten Delicate Hormuz Negotiations (ZH)

Yesterday witnessed at least the eighth Saudi oil tanker attacked by the Houthis since the maritime blockade began on July 22, which is being followed by reports the Yemeni rebel group backed by Iran could be preparing for all-out war with Saudi Arabia.

The group struck two Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea on Wednesday and coupled the action with a threat to intensify attacks in order to close “all access routes” to Saudi oil shipments. Military spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree confirmed that ballistic missiles were launched at a Saudi tanker called Wafa near the Saudi port city of Yanbu A second oil tanker identified as Daisy was subsequently hit in the Gulf of Aden with a ballistic missile and “forced to turn back” – the spokesman said in a social media post. The Houthis are dubbing it a “blockade for blockade” strategy.

Large New Saudi-Backed Operation?
But it seems the Saudis aren’t ready to take this laying down, even if the ratcheting Red Sea region conflict threatens fragile Oman-sponsored talks to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, as on Thursday its proxy the Yemeni Armed Forces – representing the official government whose seat is in Aden in the south – announced preparations for a large new military operation. This as Al Arabiya reports a fresh outbreak of ground fighting, in a renewal and intensification of the civil war that goes back to at least 2015 (and has an international proxy war aspect to it). The Arab publication says that a Houthi attack killed 45 government forces in Hadramawt and Marib in Yemen, areas which also happen to be home to the vast majority of the country’s oil and gas fields.

Separately Al Jazeera describes of the same event: “The Yemeni Emergency Forces of the internationally-recognised government, have said that there have been material and human losses following attacks on its camps. Several causalities have been reported after a suspected Houthi rocket and drone attack targeted bases hosting the forces in Marib and Hadramaut.”

So now it seems that even if a grand Hormuz deal to reopen energy transit can be pulled off with some level of sticking power, there will have to be a separate ceasefire to contain the Yemen and Bab al-Mandab Strait crisis. To some degree, the Houthi closure of the Red Sea to Saudi shipping represents a good cop, bad cop approach to the United States and its Gulf allies. It is a way for Tehran to still maintain some serious tangential leverage over global energy, even as ships in Hormuz could finally get moving again.

Houthis Pivotal in Iran’s ‘Axis of Resistance’
As a reminder, the Houthis have been part of what Iran sees as the “axis of resistance” going back to when the Shia rebel group first seized power in September 2014: Saudi Arabia is now being squeezed from three directions in the widening U.S.-Iran war — Iraq to its northeast, Yemen to its southwest, and Iran to its east. (On July 18, Tehran struck Prince Sultan Air Base near Riyadh, its first direct hit on Saudi soil in nearly four months.) To understand why this matters beyond the price of oil, it helps to picture the crises as a set of nesting dolls.

The innermost doll is Yemen’s own civil war: a decade-old fight between the Houthis (officially known as Ansar Allah), who rule the populous north from Sana’a, and Yemen’s internationally recognized government, formally led by a body called the Presidential Leadership Council. The roots of this war trace to the 2011 Arab Spring revolution, which toppled Yemen’s long-serving president and left a power vacuum the Houthis moved to fill, seizing Sana’a in 2014. Saudi Arabia and a coalition of partners intervened in 2015 with the explicit aim of reversing that takeover and restoring the internationally recognized government, and the war has continued in one form or another ever since.

The middle doll is Saudi Arabia’s broader rivalry with Iran, a contest for regional leadership that has run since Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, when Tehran’s new theocratic government began exporting a revolutionary, Shia-inflected challenge to the Gulf’s Sunni monarchies.

Spain’s Left Push To Replace Right-wingers, Racists With Migrants (Hanscom)

I called it at the time the most mask-drop moment by a leftist ever. That the radical admission came from the mouth of a petite Spanish woman only added to its shock value. The tirade of Irene Montero, the political secretary of Spain’s far-left Podemos party (unlike normal conservatives who are smeared with the “far-right” label, these people really are far-left), was so rage-filled that it prompted Elon Musk to say she was advocating genocide. Here’s what Montero said earlier this year:

“I want to ask migrant and racialized people that they please don’t leave us alone with so many retrograde right-wingers, and of course we do want them to vote, of course we do, we’ve achieved regularized-status legal papers, status regularization now already, and now we’re going either after full citizenship or after changing the law so that they can vote, of course. I hope for Great Replacement theory, I hope we manage to sweep this country of retrograde right-wingers and racists with migrant people, with working people, of course I want replacement to take place. Replacement of retrograde right-wingers. Replacement of racists.

Replacement of scroungers, and that we manage to do it with the working people of this country, whatever skin color they may present, whether Chinese, black, brown, with all comrades the working people of this country. “

It was a political confession at its most revealing. There’s the reference to Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s plan to regularize more than 500,000 illegal migrants, with the admission that they’re seen as future leftist voters. There’s the shameless call for replacing naturalized citizens with illegal migrants. There’s the proud declaration that she views her political opponents as not merely wrong, but evil. And then there’s the standing ovation at the end to remind you how effective the left can be at rallying the mob.

It hits even harder in the aftermath of last month’s invasion of the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta by an estimated 70,000 illegal migrants from Morocco. Want to take a guess how Montero responded to the crisis? Hint: It wasn’t with compassion for the Spaniards in Ceuta.

https://twitter.com/Herqles_eng/status/2017667731227873507?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E2017667731227873507%7Ctwgr%5Ed20d68ad562df53a7b5610c36b269eac41009dd5%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fpjmedia.com%2Faaron-hanscom%2F2026%2F08%2F05%2Fspanish-leftists-plan-to-replace-right-wingers-and-racists-with-migrants-full-speed-ahead-n4955844

No, as the world watched in awe as tens of thousands of military-age men poured into Spanish territory, Montero criticized Spain’s immigration policy for being too strict. The Objective reports (AI assistance with translation): Podemos MEP Irene Montero has defended the more than 50,000 migrants who arrived in Ceuta, causing the city to become overwhelmed, and has criticized the migration policies of the Spanish government and the European Union.

In a message posted on social media, she called for those crossing the border to be treated “as people and not as cockroaches or as Amazon packages” and said that “no one risks their life and the life of their family unless they are in desperate need.” Montero argues that the current crisis is the result of a lack of legal and safe routes for migration. “This would not happen if there were legal and safe routes of entry for migrants,” the Podemos leader said. She believes European governments have responded by strengthening border controls rather than facilitating legal mechanisms for people to seek protection or migrate.

Some will argue Podemos is so far left (Wikipedia says it was “inspired by the populist leaders of Latin America’s pink tide, which included Venezuela’s Hugo Chávez and Bolivia’s Evo Morales”) that you can’t compare its leaders’ rhetoric to Sánchez’s comparatively more center-left Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE). And didn’t Sánchez travel to Ceuta to decisively deal with the crisis and make all the expected declarations, calling it a “violation of Spain’s territorial integrity”? A closer look at Sánchez’s actions reveals that while supposedly more “moderate” left-wing parties may speak less radically than those further to the left, their goals are often the same.

The Spanish newspaper ABC reported that the first riot police officers sent to Ceuta went to escort and protect Sánchez, not to assist with the border crisis. The National Police’s union, JUPOL, told ABC (again, AI assistance with translation) that the “deeply misguided” decision “shows the priorities of the Interior Ministry and the president of the government at the most critical moments. … While the officers deployed in Ceuta were facing a situation of maximum tension, with unprecedented migratory pressure and an obvious risk to the security of the border and the police themselves, the reinforcements should have been devoted exclusively to ensuring the operation’s effectiveness and protecting citizens.”

Santiago Abascal, the leader of the conservative Vox party, was harsher, posting on X that Sánchez “uses the state exclusively to protect himself. We have not had a more miserable ruler in history.” The dire border crisis did not prevent Sánchez from starting his vacation at the royal palace on Lanzarote the day after he left Ceuta even though jihadists were reportedly among the migrants who stormed the enclave. Although one might be inclined to forgive him for jetting off after seeing how angry Spaniards heckled him during his visit to the autonomous region, the international press was not forgiving.

Here is Sánchez enjoying a shirtless walk on the beach:

If a beach getaway while workers were cleaning the debris from a Ceuta beach wasn’t a bad enough look, the prime minister also decided to unveil his summer Spotify playlist on social media the same day he started his vacation.Perhaps Sánchez judged that the situation in Ceuta was under control after many of the migrants had been sent back to Morocco? The residents of Ceuta are the ones to ask about that. Their consensus in an OK Diario report and many others that I’ve seen is that the crisis is far from contained and that the prime minister’s trip is “shameless.”

It’s hard to watch these actions from the very prime minister who enacted a mass amnesty for half a million illegal immigrants and conclude that he’d disagree with a single word Irene Montero said in her infamous tirade.

If This is Real, We Are COOKED (MN)

Footage circulating purporting to be from the North African desert shows what looks like an enormous column of sub-Saharan African men moving under escort. Some estimates put the number at a hundred thousand. Commentators claim Algerian military vehicles and personnel are shepherding them toward the coast. If the scale and direction prove accurate, Europe faces another deliberate pressure wave on top of the chaos already unfolding in Ceuta. Naomi Wolf amplified the footage, noting that these movements required state-level logistics.

Additional clips from the same period show large groups being moved near the Moroccan frontier. One account framed the Algerian regime as collecting Africans from across the continent and directing them toward the border with Morocco, linking the timing to Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s recent visit to Algiers. The caption reads “The Algerian system is gathering Africans from all African countries and deporting them to the border with Morocco. The visit of Pedro Sánchez to Algeria ain’t no coincidence, they wanna plot how to stir up crises between Morocco and Spain. The big shots are workin’ to wreck the relations between Morocco and Spain.”

These desert images land against the still-fresh reality of Ceuta. Late last week an estimated 72,000 people, predominantly young men, stormed the Spanish enclave from Morocco by swimming around the Tarajal breakwater and scaling fences. Despite the claims of Spanish officials that most have been returned, thousands of sub-Saharan Africans remain on the beaches and around reception centres.

Senate Panel Holds Fauci In Contempt For Refusing To Answer Questions (ZH)

Anthony Fauci has been held in contempt of Congress by the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, after he repeatedly refused to answer lawmakers’ questions about funding risky research to genetically manipulate bat coronavirus in Wuhan China, and his role in the ensuing lockdown quagmire that cratered the economy after he was put in charge of leading the COVID-19 response. Oh, and they obtained a copy of his cell phone.

In an 8-5 vote brought by Committee Chairman Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), the contempt vote seeks to refer the case directly to the DOJ for prosecution – bypassing a full vote from the Senate. “Seeking the truth is not a witch hunt,” Paul said be fore the vote, per the WSJ. “Accountability is not vengeance. Accountability is what stands between the American people and a repeat of the mistakes and the very real consequences of the past.” The Committee’s top Democrat, Sen. Gary Peters, called the investigation “one-sided from the beginning,” claiming that “Information has been selectively released to support conclusions that the chairman reached years ago.”

Which of course is complete bullshit. Fauci funded the research, botched the response after COVID-19 broke out, lied about it under oath, and then pleaded the 5th when receipts came out.

Or, as Paul wrote prior to the vote: “Dr. Fauci appeared under subpoena and invoked the Fifth Amendment to refuse answering questions. During the hearing, I ruled that the Fifth Amendment did not apply because of the pardon, and that Fauci had waived any remaining privilege by giving opening testimony. I ordered him to answer and warned him about contempt, yet he still refused. That is obstruction of a congressional investigation. The Committee will act accordingly.”

Meanwhile, the WSJ reported last night that the panel obtained a copy of Fauci’s cell phone. A Senate panel investigating Dr. Anthony Fauci has obtained a copy of the doctor’s iPhone, potentially securing even more records related to the doctor’s actions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The copy of the phone was transferred by the Department of Health and Human Services to the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which is chaired by Sen. Ron Johnson (R., Wis.). This revelation comes just days after copies of Fauci’s journals were publicly released following their transfer from HHS to Congress.

Two Republican senators, Johnson and Rand Paul of Kentucky, have increased pressure on Fauci in recent days to answer questions related to pandemic health measures and the origins of Covid-19.The subpoena, issued in July, directed Fauci to testify on the committee’s investigation into “risky life sciences research and the origins of the COVID-19 virus,” according to the Epoch Times. The July 29 hearing itself was a prolonged exercise in refusal. Fauci opened by accusing Paul of an “unhinged obsession” with him and claiming the sole purpose of the session was to trap him into saying something that would land him “behind bars.”

From that point forward he answered nothing of consequence. Senators pressed him on gain-of-function research funding, the lab-leak evidence he had privately acknowledged while publicly promoting a natural-origin narrative, lockdown policies, school closures, personal financial awards solicited with federal employees on taxpayer time, and contradictions between his public statements and private diary entries. He declined them all.

Anti-Trump GOP Governors Plot To Undermine Immigration Crackdown (ZH)

Two Republican governors with a long history of clashing with Donald Trump are working with Democrats on a plan to hand migrant workers state-issued work permits instead of deportation notices, a direct challenge to the president’s immigration crackdown that the four laid out on camera. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox and Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt joined Democratic Govs. Wes Moore of Maryland and Matt Meyer of Delaware for a joint interview with Bloomberg, describing a shared position that has far more in common with the Democratic Party and the labor lobby than with the Trump administration’s approach to the border.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Utah Governor Spencer Cox

The vehicle for that position is the National Governors Association’s Task Force on Immigration Policy, which Stitt built after noticing a pattern among his colleagues. “The reason I set this task force up is because I realized by talking to my colleagues that they’re having the same issues,” Stitt told Bloomberg reporter Christina Ruffini. “Let’s actually have the governors issue workforce permits.”

That last line is the whole ballgame. The task force wants Congress to hand governors the discretion to issue migrant work permits at the state level, a proposal that treats illegal immigration less as a legal violation and more as a labor supply problem for agriculture, construction and hospitality. It resembles former President George W. Bush’s immigration reform approach, which sent the message to illegal immigrants, “If you’re doing a job an American won’t do, you’re welcome here, for a period of time, to do that job.”

Cox framed the alliance as a breakthrough four decades in the making. “For 40 years, we’ve been trying to do immigration reform and nobody’s ever been able to get it done,” he said. “But what’s different this time is that we have a secure border.” He credited that border security to the current administration while working, in the same breath, to carve states out from under its enforcement arm. “We all care – Republicans and Democrats – about a secure border,” Cox said, a sentiment that gets considerably murkier once the conversation turns to what happens to people already inside it.

Cox described a February meeting among the governors as almost startling in its unity. “We were together in February and having a conversation about immigration, and we were all shocked at the level of bipartisanship, cooperation, and agreement,” he said. “We were really stunned that everybody had kind of the same opinions on what needed to be done.” Bipartisan agreement among governors on loosening enforcement is not the reassurance Cox seems to think it is.

Ruffini asked the group for a show of hands on whether ICE and the Department of Homeland Security have been effective. Neither Cox nor Stitt raised one. Cox pointed to enforcement actions in Minnesota as a specific concern, citing “the violence and the deaths that we’ve seen” and calling the incidents “deeply problematic.” Stitt was even more blunt about his overall assessment. “We’re not using common sense right now,” he said.

Stitt’s example centered on a green card holder from Vietnam who has lived in Oklahoma City for 25 years. “We had a person from Vietnam that’s been in Oklahoma City for 25 years, legally in the United States, with a green card, working at Hobby Lobby,” he said. The man had self-deported after a marijuana arrest then returned to the country legally. “They’ve been a great citizen chasing the American dream, but they’ve been picked up for deportation now,” Stitt said. Gov. Moore added an economic gloss to the argument, saying a deportation agenda focused on criminals ought to travel alongside pro-growth policy rather than replace it.

Neither Republican governor has a great relationship with Trump, and both have clashed with him politically in recent years, which explains their break with him on immigration enforcement. The Trump administration clearly isn’t on board. Trump won a second term in 2024 in part by promising to close a border that sat wide open for four years under Biden. Immigration has generally been the strongest issue for him, outperforming his approval numbers on the economy and foreign policy.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin set the tone from inside the administration at the same NGA gathering, sitting beside Stitt and offering his own verdict on the odds of any of this actually happening. “Is immigration reform possible? No,” Mullin told the assembled governors. “Do you really need immigration reform? Yes, you do, but can we work with the system we have? Yes.”

“Dr. Fauci’s Contempt of Congress Can Be Challenged but his Contempt for the Public is Undeniable ”

The argument that Faucin had no right to remain silent is losing…

Contempt of Congress or Contempt for the Public? (Turley)

“Today I am the most famous and talked-about person in the country.” Those words from the diary of Dr. Anthony Fauci will certainly be true today as the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs moves forward with holding him in contempt for refusing to answer over a hundred questions about his past conduct and statements as the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

The contempt vote will start a process that is fraught with political and legal challenges. Even putting aside the objections to the direct referral from the Committee to the Justice Department (rather than submit the matter to a full Senate vote), there remain serious questions about whether Fauci can be held in contempt after invoking his right to remain silent under the Fifth Amendment. As I have previously stated, this area is rather murky and Fauci likely has the advantage in any litigation.

At the outset, it is important to note that Fauci always faced a risk of perjury in his prior appearances. Even if immunized, a witness can always be prosecuted for false statements. Fauci is in a much stronger position today than he was in prior hearings due to the sweeping pardon he received from former President Joe Biden. Yet, he suddenly decided to remain silent when his own words came back to contradict him.

Now for the legal questions.

If a witness is immunized, they can be compelled to testify. If, for example, the Senate granted Fauci immunity, there would be little question about his answering these questions as well as the ability to charge him for any false statements.

The Senate Committee is arguing that the Biden pardon had the same impact. Since Fauci cannot be prosecuted for any acts during the extended period of the pardon (going back to 2014 when the government allegedly funded “gain-of-function research). Chairman Rand Paul did an excellent job in putting this issue into sharp relief in his final set of questions by framing his inquiry as confined to the period of his pardon.

The argument is credible and, for many, compelling: since Fauci cannot be prosecuted for any conduct during the pardon period, he has no legal exposure so long as he speaks truthfully. For Fauci, that is a question that could be highly subjective. He referred to the risk of a “perjury trap” in his opening statement. He declared, “The only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something — anything — that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up, in his words, quote, ‘behind bars.’”

Even that statement could present a matter for litigation. Congress previously found in 2013 when high-ranking IRS leader Lois Lerner also pleaded the Fifth after giving an opening statement before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The Justice Department under the Obama Administration refused to prosecute. Fauci will argue that such a general statement does not waive the privilege and that, when asked a question, he promptly and consistently invoked it.

Of course, this is the Trump Administration, not the Obama Administration. Ironically, if the matter is litigated, the Administration will be in the position of defending the pardon, which it has long questioned, as the result of Joe Biden’s infamous autopen. The ability to hold Fauci in contempt becomes dependent on that pardon being valid. The Justice Department can argue that the Supreme Court has consistently held that the mere fear of a perjury charge is insufficient to compel witnesses who are immunized, dating back to 1896 in Brown v. Walker.

Moreover, the Supreme Court has held that “anticipatory perjury” is not a basis for such a refusal to testify in cases such as United States v. Apfelbaum. However, Fauci can cite new state investigations as unaffected by the federal pardon, as well as new questions arising outside the pardon that could theoretically pose ongoing risks of criminal prosecution. Courts have generally adopted broad interpretations to protect the right to remain silent, a touchstone of our legal system. That is why I believe Fauci likely has the edge in any challenge.

The fact is that it is uncertain. The cases in this area remain relatively sparse, and any pardon case is highly case-specific to the confines and scope of the specific pardon. If so, Fauci can remain silent, but that silence will remain deafening for many in this country. The right to do something does not make it the right thing to do. Fauci, in my view, was wrong to invoke the privilege against self-incrimination even if it was his right to do so. Millions of Americans lost loved ones during the pandemic, and the United States had one of the worst records in dealing with COVID-19 in terms of costs and deaths.

Fauci’s diaries exposed disturbing contradictions between what he previously stated publicly and what he actually believed. Americans have a right to know the truth, and Fauci was not saying a thing, invoking the privilege 111 times. He will say nothing to the families who lost loved ones or the business owners ruined by now-debunked pandemic measures. He will say nothing to the scientists who were canceled, blacklisted, and fired for opposing these policies. Those scientists did not get the bobbleheads and celebrity photos that Fauci celebrated in his diaries. As the mob hounded them, Fauci said nothing as he gushed about his own fame in his diary.

He will say nothing despite the protection of a presidential pardon. For that, he should be rightfully condemned. Fauci’s contempt of Congress is challengeable, but his contempt for the public is undeniable.

Only from RT. Playing CNN here. “The US president reportedly accused the secretary of war of providing misleading information about the state of the country’s munitions stockpiles “

Trump Grills Hegseth – Media (RT)

US President Donald Trump has demanded answers from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth over depleted American weapons stockpiles, including air defense missiles, multiple media outlets reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the exchange. Hegseth did not reportedly dispute the shortages but denied misleading Trump. The reported rebuke came at last week’s Camp David meeting amid mounting concern over the state of US munition stocks after years of arms deliveries to Ukraine under former President Joe Biden and more than five months of heavy missile use in the ongoing US-led war against Iran.

Trump reportedly believed he had been misled about the state of US munitions stockpiles and complained that he had been under the impression the shortages had already been addressed. Hegseth is said to have blamed Deputy Secretary of War Stephen Feinberg for failing to keep Trump fully informed. The incident reportedly underscored Trump’s growing frustration with Hegseth, an early proponent of military action against Iran. The news outlets, including the Washington Post and NBC News, said shortages of long-range missiles and air defense interceptors were among the reasons Trump backed away from additional large-scale strikes.

US forces reportedly used more than 1,300 tactical ballistic missiles in the opening weeks of the campaign, nearly depleting US stockpiles of Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS), also sought by Ukraine for its conflict with Russia. Citing a US official, the media outlets said interceptor shortages have forced the military to prioritize which incoming threats to engage. Earlier this week, the Financial Times, citing people familiar with the discussions, reported that Trump had rejected a request by Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky for hundreds of additional Patriot interceptor missiles, citing depleted US stockpiles and the Pentagon’s own requirements amid the war with Iran. Trump has nevertheless publicly dismissed reports of munition shortfalls.

On Wednesday, CNN reported that the US had depleted nearly 80% of its THAAD interceptor missile inventory and about half of its Patriot missile stockpiles compared to prewar levels. The New York Times also reported that Trump’s advisers had warned him about dwindling stocks of Patriot interceptors and other air defense systems in the Middle East. The newspaper said the shortages were among the factors behind the president’s decision not to sharply escalate the military campaign against Iran.

Washington denied any confrontation between Trump and Hegseth. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called it “100% fake news,” while Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell denied that Hegseth had misled the president or blamed his deputy for depleted US munitions stockpiles.

Trump Expands Social Media Vetting for More Foreign Visas (ETM)

The State Department is expanding its social media vetting requirement to include applicants for more types of visas, according to an internal memo obtained by the Daily Signal.

Last June, the State Department said student visa applicants with private social media accounts will be required to make their accounts public for screening. Social media vetting is already required for diplomatic and official visas; temporary workers and trainees; exchange visitors; international cultural exchange participants; religious workers; and witnesses, informants, and victims. The new requirements will apply to foreign media representatives and qualified nationals from Mexico and Canada entering the United States for business as part of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, as well as their dependents.

“The Department relies on every available source of information during visa screening and vetting to identify applicants who may be inadmissible to the United States, including those who pose a threat to national security or public safety,” the memo says. “We apply this rigorous vetting standard consistently across all visa applicants.” All applicants are instructed to change the settings of their social media to be “public” or “open.”

“Every visa adjudication is fundamentally a national security decision,” the memo says. “The United States remains vigilant throughout the visa issuance process to confirm that applicants do not intend to cause harm to Americans or threaten U.S. interests, and that each applicant can credibly demonstrate eligibility for the visa requested—including a genuine intent to abide by the terms of admission.” “Receiving a U.S. visa remains a privilege granted at the government’s discretion, not an entitlement,” the memo adds.

Charges Against Dismissed Ukrainian Ambassador To The US (ZH)

Another top level Ukrainian official has been booted from office over significant corruption allegations, which comes at a moment of a broad shake-up of military and cabinet leadership initiated by President Zelensky. Olha Stefanishyna was dismissed as Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States earlier this week, both local media as as Reuters have confirmed. Reuters writes that she is “suspected of illegal enrichment and failing to declare assets, authorities said on Thursday, the latest high-ranking official targeted in an anti-graft probe” – after she reportedly hid two apartments along with other assets worth about $310,000.

She had been a deputy prime minister prior to being appointed top diplomatic representative to Washington, and it’s believed that her concealed assets could not have been obtained with her official salary alone. She had also briefly served as Minister of Justice during the war with Russia. Much of her additional properties and other assets were registered under the names of Stefanishyna’s friends and family members. Kyiv Post reports Thursday: The High Anti-Corruption Court on Aug. 6 set Hr 6 million ($130,000) bail for Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraine’s former ambassador to the U.S., in a corruption case.

She has been charged with illicit enrichment amounting to Hr 13.9 million ($310,000) and lying in her asset declarations. An anti-corruption prosecutor earlier proposed setting bail for Stefanishyna at Hr 13 million ($290,000). Stefanishyna failed to declare two apartments, worth nearly Hr 11 million ($250,000), that were registered in the name of a friend, according to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU).She has in the meantime taken to social media to declare there’s been no wrongdoing that she doesn’t have anything to hide. But she voluntarily submitted her resignation earlier this week, upon which Zelensky dismissed her.

According to a newly published list of the undeclared assets, she tried to ‘hide’ the following:
• Two apartments in a residential complex in western Kiev, registered to a friend
• A luxury apartment in central Kiev, registered to her mother
• A parking space and several auxiliary premises at the same high-end property, registered to her father
• A Mercedes-Benz GLC 220 d, registered to a subordinate

“Any procedural actions are part of the lawful work of the law enforcement system and do not amount to a finding of guilt,” she wrote on Facebook. “I take these developments calmly and without unnecessary emotion.”

Stefanishyna had served as ambassador to the US for the past year, going back to August of 2025. Local media says the alleged concealing of assets took place during that stint, and reports additionally say she was in the process of buying another property – an apartment valued at the equivalent of $550,000 – but backed out of the deal.

Broadly, the Ukrainian population has suffered immensely amid the conflict with Russia, with frequent blackouts and amid a battered wartime economy – and so ordinary citizens get increasingly frustrated and outraged when they see government officials living lavish lifestyles which include luxury cars and multiple homes and properties.

Justice Has Departed America (Paul Craig Roberts)

Twenty-six years ago in 2000 Prima Publishing published a book I wrote with my colleague, Lawrence M. Stratton. We had wanted to title the book, “How the Law Was Lost,” but we only managed to get our title on one chapter. The publisher thought that sales required a less intellectual sounding title and came up with The Tyranny of Good Intentions. I didn’t like the title, because it blamed on good intentions all the wrongs that were due to self-serving prosecutors, judges, police, and defense attorneys. Larry and I wanted to get our book published, and we decided against fighting with the publisher, who of course has to be concerned about sales and money.

The book received good reviews: Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz, Nobel prize-winner Milton Friedman, Massachusetts ACLU chairman Harvey Silverglate. But it failed to reform the totally corrupt American “justice system.” A Federal Appeals Court Judge in the 9th Circuit cited the book in a ruling, as did a federal district court judge, but that was about it.

Crown Publishing, a division of Random House, acquired Prima Publishing, and in 2008 brought out a paperback edition. I think the book is still in print and sells a few copies each year. The last I heard, if memory serves, is that the book sold some 22,000 copies.

Years ago, again if memory serves, Lewis Lapham the brilliant former editor of Harper’s, a substantial person of letters, told me that if the book had sold 20,000 copies in the first year, it would be regarded as a best-seller in the serious works class, which speaks a lot to the insouciance of the American population.

I always wondered about the “serious class” as the book is written in everyday language that anyone can understand. No need for a law degree to read our book, and the stories of injustice are gripping. But, obviously, Americans did not read the book. Consequently, they remain in total ignorance of the many dangers they, their innocence be damned, face of incarceration every day. “This would never happen to me,” but it does to many every week.

Recently, having reread the British murder mysteries from the first half of the 20th century to the point of memorization, and also all of Louis L’Amour’s novels of the Western frontier, I visited the public library and checked out half a dozen of John Grisham’s novels about the criminal justice system. I had read several of them years ago, and they had made an impression.

My belief is that a law student can learn more from one of Grisham’s novels about how the “justice system” actually operates, its disappointments, the total unconcern with justice, than the student can learn from his law professors, who are mainly interested in producing an activist committed to use law to overthrow existing society. If you are a reader who gets involved with a novel’s characters, Grisham can be very intense. On occasion I have had to set aside one of Grisham’s novels and read something else for awhile.

Grisham himself was a lawyer before turning novelist. Thus, he knows the system from the inside. It is not a pretty system. Justice is the least of its concerns. Judges permit prosecutors to withhold exculpatory evidence, to pay jailhouse snitches with early release for false testimony with which to convict an innocent person, with intentionally misleading jurors who are seldom up to the demands of the situation, and to use the corrupt American media to convict the defendant in the eyes of the public, as in the case of Derek Chauvin, so that even a jury that knows the defendant is innocent is afraid to say so.

According to the Department of Justice 97% of felonies never go to trial. The reason is that neither the defendant nor his attorney can possibly trust the system. The first thing a defendant hears from his lawyer is that if he goes to trial the prosecutor will multiply the charges, and no jury will believe that a defendant with dozens or scores of charges isn’t guilty of at least one of them. A conviction at a jury trial always brings a more severe sentence than a negotiated plea.

If the defendant’s lawyer negotiates a plea bargain, often to a charge that is not in the original indictment, the defendant by self-incriminating himself, thereby saving judge and prosecutor from a time-consuming trial, will be thanked with a lesser sentence. Plea bargains keep a judge’s court docket from backing up due to time-consuming trials. Plea bargains permit prosecutors to boost their all-important conviction rate far above what is possible with time-consuming trials. Although the defendant might actually have committed a crime, his plea bargain crime may be a construct that never happened in order to provide the lesser sentence. In other words, the defendant goes to prison for a crime that did not happen instead of for one that did. This is why I say that most people in prison are wrongfully convicted.

The only people who care about the wrongfully convicted are rare and underfunded Innocence Projects, whose attorneys work for peanuts to undo wrongful convictions. The rich white liberal foundations lavish money on men-hating feminists and the likes of Black Lives Matter and Antifa. The law and order conservatives see the problem as liberal judges who refuse to punish criminals. The constituency for justice is tiny.To wind this down, here are a few quotes that actually describe the justice system from Grisham’s novel, The Guardians, which is about an innocence project that works to free wrongly convicted persons.

“His career as a snitch began with the trial of Quincey Miller. He was eighteen when he testified, and a month after the trial his drug charges were reduced and he walked. The deal worked so beautifully that he did it again and again. Every jail has a druggie facing more time and eager to avoid it. With the proper coaching from cops and prosecutors, a snitch can be quite effective with his perjury. Jurors simply cannot believe that a witness, any witness, will take the oath, swear to tell the truth, and tell them an outlandish story of pure fiction.” Jurors are so stupid that they do not realize that a lie that convicts an innocent person is a ticket out of jail for the liar.

As for the racket of “expert witnesses,” Grisham reports that payment for a one-week seminar suffices to produce a certificate declaring a person to be an expert witness who hires out to convict or exonerate a defendant on his “expert” standing. “Most appellate judges, state and federal, despise these [innocent] cases because they drag on for years. And once they decide that a defendant is guilty, they rarely change their minds, regardless of new evidence.”

In the United States of America today, there is not one public or private institution that is trustworthy. The lack of institutions with integrity means that there is no foundation for American society.

Washington Continues War on Russia & Iran: Stockpiles Low, Capacity to Harm Still High

    The US continues waging war and proxy war against Iran with Iran targeting US-backed Kurdish proxies in what looks like preemptive or spoiling operations in northern Iraq;

    US munition stockpiles are reportedly very low, however the US continues making missiles and slowly expanding production – meaning the US will rely on intermittent strike campaigns which will gradually increase in intensity;

    The US continues carrying out assassinations within Russia laundered through “Ukrainian intelligence” the US media long since admitted the US CIA took over and now uses as an extension of itself;

    Growing narratives of “Ukraine” making its own ballistic missiles is a long-ongoing US-European weapons program in which more capable missiles are transferred over to Ukraine, claimed to be “made in Ukraine,” to create plausible deniability for increasingly effective strikes inside Russia;

    US President Trump and Secretary of Defense Hegseth play attacking a “clash” over depleted US munitions reveals ongoing attempts to scapegoat and distract away from ongoing US plans to degrade West Asia’s energy exports through perpetual conflict in the region;

    Yay!

“The Empire Is CRUMBLING: British Free Trade vs the American System | Alex Krainer

Yay! We’re winning! We’re all on the same page and agree entirely.

Okay, the U.S. has zero missiles “Experts Say”. I guess we’ll see! This could be the time after 20 years experts are right about something.

Iran breaks negotiations and screws with Oman. OF COURSE THEY DO. That’s what good guys, good faith actors always do, amirite? So Trump is right again, cash and checks accepted. This means nothing because nothing was given, just a predictable time-waster. Yup. That’s how the winner, who is dictating terms to the United States acts.

Obviously IRAN does this, because they are HELPING us with our lack of missile problem. Right? And we are out of missiles because – after years – we can’t be arsed to build a plant and expand because all Military Defense contractors hate da money. Right? That’s the argument here.

The U.S. military never lies and always sends out a new, updated inventory to CNN n’ stuff. Always-always!

Also Hegseth has no idea if we have have any missiles or not! Nope. Can’t count to five. And IF someone misled him, he hasn’t got mad an fired them or nothin’. Yup, ‘cause Hegseth hates conflict like that.

YOU say this; this is the 1st order logical conclusion of these allegations.

Anyway, Iran flip flops as predictably as rain, 99% certainty, but Trump never saw it comin’! Although he said so yesterday! Suuuuuure. ….Except Trump and Bessant ALREADY front-ran the market and drank your milkshake. You won the hand – sure let’s give it to you – and Trump bet the same Roulette square and took 10:1 winnings while Iran won a Runner-Up prize. Got it.

“11 tons of Russian humanitarian aid delivered to Iran” 11 tons is close to zero. A 10-ton load is a single axle dump truck from 1963.

“the bombing of an Italian restaurant in central Moscow.”

Ukraine winning so hard they are just bombing random resort beaches. Uhhh…. That is meant to….? Yes, cause Russia to ATTACK Ukraine. That is what they WANT. Whoever did this WANTS a full-scale invasion of Ukraine and to sell this as an attack on Europe. The only reason to go after the people and tip Putin as too moderate politically.

Sooooo….WHO is the group that would find this advantageous? Not Ukraine. Or not the people. London, EU…

Pete Hegseth says U.S. is doing great and is totally Justified in Iran!

Iranian Mohammad Marandi says Iran is unharmed and totally justified in the war!

Of course one of these people is totally trustworthy and believe every word, the other is of course a biased, unfounded shill. …Whichever side I already liked! I pre-decided before I got here. Of course.

Note Marandi will be shot before sundown if he said otherwise, Hegseth would not be.

    Continuing with Napolitano-Marandi interview yesterday:

He is quite correct our behavior to Iran has been reprehensible for a solid 100 years. Mass murdering, outright. We gave Saddam chemical weapons, encouraging and dreaming of him using them on Iran in a war that cost 1M lives. I talk about it often, for decades. Yes. And now? Abraham Lincoln = Coolidge = Truman = AOC = Biden = Trump. All identical Americans. Yup! They shoot Trump daily because he’s exactly like them and doing what they want.

The Judge is waaaaaaay more pro-Iranian than the Iranian guy. Way, way, way. Did you know the war is now out of control, while we basically stopped shooting like 100 days ago? Fox News says. No shooting = More shooting. Knocking out almost all military assets of a nation of 90M people in 40 days demonstrates the weakness and collapse of the U.S. military. Uh-huh. We see this in markets. This never happened in 1974 or Biden’s withdrawl in Kabul.

He then quotes WaPo, without source, a paper who hasn’t told the truth in more than 20 years.

The Judge then demands we bomb Iran to prove we have the missiles. In contrast, the Iranian says Iran is wisely assuming the U.S. has no shortages. Only idiots on Fox News do that. However, he says while Americans are under terrible shortages, Iran has no shortages of anything at all. Hmmmm. WalMart seems awfully full to me. I meet people driving across the country on a lark. They have the gallons and the money to do that ’cause they wanna.

The Judge says that Trump and the Pentagon have no idea what military actions have happened since WWII. Therefore the ones in Iran won’t be bigger. Ummm…why? Why would you claim the military is unaware of all military actions in history, Judge? He then tries to promote that Trump is nuking Tehran.

Again, the Iranian wisely says that is not meant in this context, and Trump’s hazy speaking means nothing but the same as before, a view I also hold.

He however says that the U.S. is taking equal damage to Iran, which is unconscionably laughable. We’ve taken no damage at all. Mohammad’s “win” is that “Iran still exists” at all. I suspect that’s a different bar of measure. Pretty sure that presumes he knows Iran is starkly, orders-of-magnitude weaker, which is true but they keep denying it. The bar for the U.S. is “we must conquer the planet with no opposition”, the bar for Iran is “Someone answers the phone in a cave.” Ah. I’m guessing that’s slightly biased win/loss parameters.

Then nonsense on Oman-Iran deal (which Iran double-crossed in 60 seconds after headlining it) has nothing to do with the U.S. Then it’s about enforcing what happens in the Gulf, which the U.S. does hourly 100% in service of Oman. We are their military. That’s like saying the U.S. Navy has nothing to do with U.S. Gulf policy. OBVIOUSLY it does? OBVIOUSLY whatever Iran and Oman, or UAE, or Saudi decide, we’ll know MORE about it and be even more involved with it than any of they are? It’s like saying we bake cakes without flour because we refuse to write the letter “F” in the recipe.

That you HAVE to do this, and do it with a straight face, thinking it matters, shows what you need to know. That Iran THEN double-crossed Oman before they even left the room drives it home much stronger. Trump says “Strength” is the only thing they will react to is being proven here, and over time. He said their negotiations are a joke and not in good faith. They, Iran, are likewise proving Trump correct. Day after day.

That seems a bad line to drive? Iran proving daily Trump is credible and Iran is not when the baseline when they started was the opposite?

This is IRAN’s deal, right? All them. Their deal with Oman. Nothing to do with us they say. At all. So IRAN dictated this deal to the loser Oman, but then ALSO double-crossed their OWN deal. The one THEY wrote and dictated to us. This also shows how they got one over on the United States, which wasn’t involved at all, they say. Ha ha!! Ah. Got it?

So Fox News does it again. More anti-American than Iran, somehow.

Inexplicable. This is why I don’t cover, comment, or line-by-line these guys. You’re gibbering lunatics, and a troop of bonobo monkeys makes more sense in 30 minutes than these two do in an hour.

People know what “Assumptions” are, right? These are their logical pre-assumptions. This isn’t rocket science. It’s checkers. If you say “I drove a truck” then you have a truck, it exists, and driving it is an option. Same here. It was Iran’s deal. They were very proud of it. Which is why they broke it to embarrass the United States, who wasn’t a party to it.

All of these require assuming two #Opposite predications at the same time. Which we do because everything is a lie, then forget we’ve internalized all the lies and wonder why we’re confused. We all know – as I said – that the U.S. IS a party – a very big, even primary one – but it is IRAN who is lying about that. It’s not OUR statements that make no logical and rational sense.

“IRGC Strikes ‘Hostile Targets’ In Hormuz As Iran Declares Oman Deal Bans US Vessels From Strait

Just as Trump Peace and War, I can’t tell the difference. Iran attacks just one ship – lacking the missiles to do more – regardless of whether they’re under attack, signed any deal, or didn’t. Even their OWN deal, just discussed. Soooo….Oman just signed a deal that allows Iran to bomb any ship they want? That’s what Iran just said.

    I don’t think that’s very likely.

NONE OF THE WORDS MATTER. None of their “Signaling” matters. It’s all backed up by “Make Me” now. What ACTUALLY happened? Well, they bombed one ship, whooptie-do I can do that, and Iran LOST another $500M this week and Bessant MADE $500M in front-running market trades, paying for the war. London and the IRGC were savaged, economically. All for one ship and some headlines.

Gee, WE make money every week and Iran LOSES money every week? All oil and capital flows go to the U.S. and leave the Gulf altogether. I could keep this up 1,000 years. “Winning” is when all Iran’s money is permanently shut off. That’s how you know they’re in charge.

“America Is Capturing Ever More Of World’s Profits

Does anyone want to ask why? Europe makes more money TAXING US companies than their own companies make. THAT is how bad they suck. We’re pretty easy to beat, guys. We’re terrible. It’s just that you’re so, so, SO much worse.
But they don’t want “Profits”. “Profits” is “Capitalism” and they’re against that, wherever found. This is the result. Am I exaggerating?

Here: “Musk Responds To French Green Leader’s Demand That X Be Shut Down

Someone, somewhere, is speaking freely. This must be stopped! The Soviet Union suppressed speaking because allowing people to talk would have just revealed how awesome their system was, right? No, it PROVES your system is TERRIBLE and even in crisis and you’re taking truly EXTRAORDINARY measures to prevent its collapse, or more accurately, change of power from a bunch of malicious nit-wits to someone that actually works.

So which system would I invest and do business with? Therefore “Profit”, which is gaining BTUs, so to speak, not a symbol but thermodynamic reality?

Article: “The US accounted for nearly half of all new millionaires worldwide” Huh. I wonder why? Because if you work you keep the money? I’m not making that up, in UK a doctor, an architect, and a bartender make the same after taxes. One is way easier. This is “Equality” now achieved. So? No doctors. Thanks. Why bother when I make the same money sitting on the couch?

“Federal Review Finds 90% Of Maine’s Autism Support Services Lacks Justification

Socialism. There goes another $1B wasted. Stopped. Once you have a “Voluntary” market, which they hate. Everyone must be IN-voluntary, at the point of a gun. That’s how you know Socialism works so well. Everyone finds it unfair and resists it all the time. There are 50 states and 50 services to provide. Another $250B saved?

You know, when I order at Taco Bell under “Capitalism” and “Voluntary Exchange”, somehow they don’t charge $250B extra on accident. Who knew? Only the Government can make this happen. A customer at a drive-thru will walk in and start shouting at the first $20 charged. $250 would be cause for violence, and $250 BILLION is. Right. Out.

“Zelensky To Make First-Ever Visit To Serbia, In Symbolic ‘Slap In The Face’ For Russia

Winning the f—k out of those symbols. Ummm, two nearby heads of state meet and how is this not normal as a daily matter, and has anything to do with anything? France meets with Sweden which isn’t too far away, and this embarrasses Italy for what reason? People can talk to people. It has been known. I’m not saying people don’t or can’t perceive it this way, just maintaining a baseline of being rational when others aren’t. Reagan and Gorbachev met and that was a good thing.

the (Russian) oligarchs who want to replace Putin are ready to take this conflict to the next level. This is the ancient crime of government repeated once again—the old create the conflict, conceal their failures beneath patriotism, and send the young to settle the account in blood.” — Armstrong. And it’s “ALL”. All governments. Yours too. Remove their power. The power is yours, not theirs.

“the (IRANIAN) oligarchs are ready to take this conflict to the next level. …conceal their failures beneath patriotism, and send the young to settle the account in blood.”

“the (BRITISH) oligarchs are ready to take this conflict to the next level. …conceal their failures beneath patriotism, and send the young to settle the account in blood.”

“the (CANADIAN) oligarchs are ready to take this conflict to the next level. …conceal their failures beneath patriotism, and send the young to settle the account in blood.”

Also Armstrong: We are not heading toward a traditional World War III, but rather a simultaneous eruption of regional tensions that are all interconnected. The model indicates that the conflict in Ukraine, the tensions surrounding Iran and the Strait of Hormuz, and the dynamics in the South China Sea are not isolated events; they are manifestations of a single cycle of declining confidence in the established order.” Yes.

The foundational elements have been altered. Such as community and information. This will radiate back up to change the higher levels. However, I don’t think anyone knows where we’re going. Same as when the Printing Press started.

“Washington Continues War on Russia & Iran: Stockpiles Low, Capacity to Harm Still High”

Sure, except for all of that being false, it’s true. The U.S. is supporting Ukraine by giving no missiles, long since cutting off all Patriots, and giving no data to say, Stormshadow Strikes.

Trump then refuses to give any factories to Ukraine, the Tomahawk tech to build to them — or even Plymouth, UK. Because he/we are at the forefront of this. Europe and Ukraine PLANNED and SAID such a thing, but the only player who matters flatly refused.

They’re getting a lot of traction out of an incredibly weak allegation that there are fewer missiles than Hegseth promised. Will that turn out to be as hilariously false as all the other breathless “leaks” over the last 10 years?

Remember: Trump works for RussiaRussiaRussia. He was using his server to send them messages in morse code, but somehow no prosecutor could find it. Ah! But you see, he is ALSO bombing Russia, ruthlessly, and without restraint! That’s how he works for them! Tricky!

Because he loves Biden’s policies and wants to continue them. BUT ALSO has told Europe, Ze, and anyone who will listen he’s leaving NATO, make a deal or be crushed. …Then moved thousands of troops on that promise. Attacked Europe’s wealth, and cut off their oil. Because he’s protecting them from Russia like that.

It all makes sense if everything, and its #Opposite, are all identical and the same. In a world of utter madness.

What about the 48 years of Iran fighting against Israel and the US?

It refers to the continuous chain of conflicts beginning with the 1979 revolution and extending through:

    Iran–Iraq War

    Lebanon

    Gaza

    Iraq

    Syria

    Houthi–Saudi Arabian conflict

    Yemen

    Red Sea

    Gulf tensions

    Israel–Iran shadow war

Yes, just got 3 T-bone steaks for $4.99. They are now top quality again, where they weren’t during/after Covid.

I haven’t been following the Navy food story but, first question: is it even true? Everything else the Fox and media reports is false. Why this one?

If so, so what? What does that mean? Our carriers sink at sea? Probably we go get food and give it to them. Someone is pissed off. It’s nothing compared to how we’ve treated Veteran Health for decades. So I don’t see the reason to chase this, nor that anything has changed. Is it worse to have this or no floating Navy whatsoever like Europe and the rest of world have? We DO things, therefore we’re bad. NOT doing things, not even trying, is always moral and good.

“America’s Future: A Prosperous, Peaceful Nation, or a Bankrupt, Violent Empire?

Certainly is the question we all ask. But how is this premise possible? You can’t BE broke and an Empire. The End.

Everyone will leave, your satraps will stop paying. So we’re more likely to be an Empire when peaceful and prosperous and less an Empire if we’re broke and violent. No one here WANTS an Empire as I say daily, and the REASON we’re broke is the cost of Empire no one wants to begin with. It’s a self-solving problem. We remove to the Western Hemisphere for starters and re-establish sovereignty with dozens of nations, starting with the Middle East who will have to settle their own affairs.

Instead the commenters are demanding we do the opposite. On each of these fronts. How is that a coincidence and not sabotage to prevent us from doing exactly this, ie. being American again? Do you want us gone or not? Yes? Then it’s Winning, not losing isn’t it?

“Who Really Controls US Foreign Policy & What They Gain By Convincing You Otherwise…

Who is “They” though…? Reminds me of “Find who you can’t criticize and that is who is in control.” Ah. Well we are now DEMANDED to criticize Israel, and Trump attacks them daily now. Sooooo….does that aphorism no longer apply? The rules of physics have suddenly changed? What gives? 1) So Israel is NOT in charge. 2) We and much of the world are totally out of their control 3) It was always somebody else. Which one?

“The US War on Iran Continues & Why It Was Never Going to Stop”

New Atlas JUST SAID we lost! So since we lost and Iran is dictating terms to us – nay, already has! Then OBVIOUSLY the war can’t and didn’t continue. Now it is? What gives, Atlas? Is it like you didn’t/Don’t know what you’re talking about?

“D: I do not see Trump delivering anything positive”

Free speech and constant river of revelations about the actions of government. Fair elections. Booming job growth, rising wages. Oil independence, Inflation stalled back at 4% or something. But that’s fine, I know you don’t like any of these things. I agree that compared to what is possible, Trump is doing nearly nothing. Compared to what Biden was doing – eg installing 25M illegals, savaging wages, inflation of 15%, tyrannical lockdowns, fascist medical experimentation on the mass public, and end of judicial process and end of property rights, no fair elections under Biden or Kamala – or all the same but times 10 in Europe and Canada – the difference is a no-brainer. I mean, Carney is the top cause of death in Canada, and Starmer is the Minister of Rape for a quarter-million 12 year olds, so not so bad here, right?

“BREAKING: IRAN TO BAN U.S. AND ISRAEL FROM HORMUZ — w/ Col. Douglas Macgregor

They are indeed but that requires WEAPONS, which they don’t have. This is a world of “Make Me”, not talk and signaling. Okay, so HOW does Iran propose to execute this will? They are losing $500M a week, tick tock.

Alistair Crooke: Iran’s only choice is to humiliate the U.S.”

Okay, great. How? How do you propose to do that and why haven’t you done it already in 160 days? This is Alistair’s Time Machine: “If we don’t look out, something bad might happen.” Al? My man? That war already happened. A year ago now. You can’t threaten something in the PAST, because time exists. Try to keep up. You can threaten you WILL humiliate us before the bombs start flying. That ship has sailed. If there were any chance of humiliating us – which is either an internal emotional state of the U.S., the government, or the world at large – then you would SEE this all over 25 levels of the market. We not not. Nowhere. Nada. Nothing. Only billionaire-owned multinational news organizations. And ex MI6 assets like Al. Every other signal is overwhelmingly in favor of the United States. Including Russia and China.

BREAKING: IRAN TO BAN U.S. AND ISRAEL FROM HORMUZ — w/ Col. Douglas Macgregor

Yes, but you have to have the ABILITY to enforce your will. You can’t just say things. Iran does not have the POWER to do that which they seek. We are now in a world of “Make Me”. And we are habituated to the lesser nations doing this, then caving. What if the larger nations don’t play to lose on purpose, like Bush did in 2002? But actually INTEND and WILL to win? We’ve never seen that and forget it’s possible, should a larger, stronger power wish to. We are re-setting the world of “Make Me” as Russia is facing the same inability to admit tremendous, deadly loss in Ukraine. Europe “Just says” they won’t sign. That’s it. Iran “Just says” they won’t sign.

Okay, fine, you can not sign – for the moment – however, Kiev lost every inch of the Donbas and Iran has no military with which to control the strait. They are losing $500M a week while we are making that.

Most of this is dry financial wonk we already know, but 3/4rd through you get why America and more on us politically.

The 1st 3/4 is the financial carry trades which is why Europe, and therefore Canada, don’t stand a chance against us at this point. The game is already over. We have collateral and and economy, they have neither. It’s all just choking them out.

What the War on Chlorine Dioxide Reveals About Medicine
For over a century, remarkable therapies have been suppressed to maintain a medical monopoly at the expense of humanity
    A Midwestern Doctor
    Aug 06, 2026

    Story at a Glance:

Modern medicine is built around costly, narrowly approved drugs that treat (but rarely cure) specific disease franchises, with regulatory approval correlating more strongly with money spent than with real therapeutic value.

To enforce this, for over a century the same institutions, backed by vast fortunes, have repeatedly sidelined broader or cheaper therapies that threatened those franchises.

The same playbook is used again and again—once a therapy threatens a market, claims of “no evidence” or doctored research amplified by the media will allow regulators to clamp down on the “dangerous and unproven” therapy until it becomes forgotten to history.

In this article, I will illustrate how the exact same playbook was used again and again on numerous transformative medical discoveries endorsed by leading physicians of the era, resulting in nearly every one (e.g., UVBI and numerous cancer treatments) becoming largely forgotten despite immense evidence behind them.

This same playbook was used throughout COVID-19 to eliminate the off-patent therapies that threatened the boondoggle. One of these, chlorine dioxide, was not only repeatedly shown to eliminate COVID outbreaks, but also to do the same with malaria, where it likewise was banned.

Pierre Kory and Jenna McCarthy’s recent book The War on Chlorine Dioxide provides a critical body of evidence that chlorine dioxide has treated a myriad of challenging conditions, and that each time it did, a robust censorship apparatus erased those discoveries and retaliated against the discovers—providing a poignant illustration of the medical monopoly in action.

While medicine has produced remarkable and life-changing results for a variety of challenging conditions, the present reality of our medical system is that:

•Large amounts of research dollars are collected each year to seek out solutions for incurable diseases creating immense suffering for many patients with “incurable” conditions.

•Since many diseases lack satisfactory treatments, patients and health care systems begrudgingly accept paying for and using the unsatisfactory treatments that are available.

•When medicine is ultimately unable to address a condition patients have, this is justified under the logic “we tried everything we had and nothing more could be done” (e.g., for a hospitalized patient, or more recently, for a disabled patient being funneled into medically assisted dying).

Our medical system, in turn, is structured so that:

•For a therapy to enter regular use (and particularly for it to be paid for) it must secure a regulatory approval.

•Regulatory approvals require a body of preclinical science (which if often the results of years of public research dollars), a mechanistic basis (that typically draws upon those studies), costly large randomized controlled trials and effective regulatory lobbying (all of which results in drugs now typically costing 1-2 billion dollars to bring to market1,2,3). However, while there is a strong correlation between spending money to secure an approval and receiving it, a much weaker correlation exists between the intrinsic value of a treatment and its approval (resulting in many unsafe drugs being approved that provide negligible benefits).

•Once a drug is brought to market, payers will pay vast sums of money for the treatment, in part to cover the cost of bringing it to market.

•The regulatory approval process typically rewards drugs having a specific mechanism for a specific disease. Because of this, each disease becomes a lucrative franchise that is reserved for a limited number of pharmaceuticals (which utilize a limited number of approved mechanisms) that in most cases provide an unsatisfactory treatment, making it possible to reuse the franchise in the future with a new class of drugs once the patents on the original ones run out.
Note: “franchise” is a term routinely used in the pharmaceutical industry.

•While the rules for getting an FDA approval are quite strict, once approved, the rules for using an approved drug for something else are quite lax, and as such, pharmaceutical drugs are routinely used to treat conditions they lack evidence for treating.

If you take a step back, this entire paradigm relies upon two things:

The belief that a substance, by virtue of being labeled as a pharmaceutical (through regulatory approval), is “real medicine” that works (and must have extensive credible evidence behind it).

For each of these disease franchises to remain incurable so that an endless funnel of money can go into bringing us closer to a cure (which occasionally new pharmaceuticals accomplish, but typically do not).

Many hence find the existing paradigm extremely frustrating, in part because of how much money it sucks up (which has now hit the point socialist medical systems are pursuing medically assisted dying to balance their budgets), and in part because of how much the people with these “incurable” diseases suffer year after year after year.

    A History of Medicine
Understanding where the current paradigm comes from requires understanding the history of medicine.

In the earliest recorded history, disease was widely attributed to supernatural causes (e.g., angry gods, demons, ancestral spirits, curses, or soul loss) and medicine typically involved shamans, priests, or medicine men using rituals, incantations, charms, amulets, sacrifices, and exorcisms, often combined with herbal remedies or basic surgery (e.g., trepanation to release evil energy from the head).
Note: while these supernatural approaches have still been largely discarded, some are still utilized by spiritual healers and indigenous traditions (e.g., Native American and Amazonian shamans) and every now and then, I hear of someone treating a fairly challenging illness with one.

Around the time of Christ (400 BC – 100 AD) a new perspective entered the world that led to medical systems across numerous major civilizations concluding illness resulted from innate qualities within the body being out of balance or obstructed (e.g., the four humors, yin and yang, the five elements, the doshas etc) and hence that healing arose from harmoniously rebalancing them. Due to the success of this approach, it supplemented and then gradually displaced old approaches like human sacrifice.
Note: certain points of evidence suggest the “balance” school of medicine originated from a much older society that predated recorded history (e.g., it’s referenced in the opening of the original text of Chinese of medicine and Graham Hancock has built an extensive case an older advanced civilization was mostly but not completely erased by a planetary disaster).

After the classical balance systems became established, they remained the dominant medical framework for well over a thousand years. In Rome, Galen (129-216 AD) then refined Greek humoral theory with extensive anatomy and physiology derived from animal dissections and experiments (human ones were illegal), causing the synthesis of the four humors with detailed organ function and bodily structure to become the authoritative medical model across Europe and then the Islamic world.

The Renaissance (roughly 1300–1600) and the Scientific Revolution that overlapped and followed it (roughly 1500–1700) produced major anatomical and physiological discoveries (most notably William Harvey’s 1628 demonstration that blood circulates in a closed circuit pumped by the heart) as well as philosophical shifts such as Descartes’ separation of mind (or soul) from body. Together these developments encouraged a new view of the body as a mechanical structure governed by physical laws and amenable to external analysis and intervention.

This gave birth to “heroic medicine” which used invasive methods, mineral remedies and toxic remedies (e.g. mercury, opium and antimony) to powerfully shift the body in the belief that would achieve health (with this school of medicine eventually coming to be known by many as “allopathy,” after the founder of homeopathy in 1810 critically coined this term to denote that this system worked by forcefully producing effects opposite to the symptoms of the disease).

Between the 1850s-1880s, advances in germ theory (Pasteur and Koch), cellular pathology (Virchow), controlled laboratory methods, and clinical observation shifted the understanding of disease toward specific, measurable causes such as microorganisms, cellular damage, chemical imbalances, and structural failures. The body was hence increasingly viewed as a complex biological machine that could be diagnosed and fixed through targeted interventions and in the early 1900s, this mechanistic approach had become the prevailing paradigm in Western medicine, after which it spread globally.

However, since allopathy had major shortcomings (e.g., it failed to treat many diseases, its remedies—particularly mercury and early vaccines like smallpox—created a horrendous wave of illnesses never seen before, and patients often died from allopathic methods), in the 1800s a variety of other medical schools emerged that gradually outcompeted allopathic medicine (homeopathy, osteopathy, “the eclectic” naturopathic school of medicine and to a lesser extent chiropractic—with doctors at the time often also being licensed in many of these schools).

    Medical Monopolization
The American Medical Association, founded in 1847 partly to counter the newly established American Institute of Homeopathy, for decades remained relatively weak in membership and finances (as most MDs in the country did not wish to join the AMA and homeopaths were far more prosperous due to them being preferred by the wealthy and most educated). However, two developments changed that trajectory.

First, internal reorganization of the AMA itself. In 1899 George H. Simmons became general manager (and later editor of the AMA’s widely read medical journal JAMA). Under Simmons and his successor Morris Fishbein (editor roughly 1924–1950), the association professionalized its operations, expanded membership dramatically, and created revenue streams tied to pharmaceutical advertising. The AMA Council on Pharmacy and Chemistry (1905) introduced a “Seal of Acceptance” program: companies disclosed ingredients and limited certain claims in exchange for the right to advertise in AMA publications.
Note: a friend knew Morris Fishbein’s secretary and shared with me the secretary witnessed highly unethical behavior from him consistent with his unscrupulous behaviors highlighted throughout this article.

Advertising revenue (according to the most commonly cited source) rose from roughly $34,000 in 1899 to $150,000 by 1909, while membership grew from about 8,000 to over 70,000. Critics at the time called the arrangement commercially self-serving but the AMA nevertheless gained resources and visibility.
Note: in many later accounts of the events, the AMA’s activities were characterized as monopolistic blackmail (with the AMA having a lengthy conflict with the founder of Abbott Laboratories), and while that seems likely given the AMA’s other activities, I have not located any sources from the time that substantiated overt blackmail occurred.

Likewise, the AMA had earlier used a “consultation clause” in its code of ethics that forbade members from associating with homeopaths (or other “irregulars”), with expulsion from local societies sometimes resulting in loss of licensure. Even after the clause was formally removed in 1901, homeopaths could join only by renouncing homeopathy in practice.

Second, there was a concerted push for higher educational and licensing standards. The AMA’s Council on Medical Education (established 1904) began rating schools. In 1910 the Carnegie Foundation published Abraham Flexner’s “Medical Education in the United States and Canada.” Flexner, working with input from AMA reformers (including close consultation with Nathan Colwell of the AMA Council and correspondence that treated the report as “ammunition” for the AMA while publicly distancing the collaboration), harshly criticized proprietary, under-resourced, and most sectarian schools—including the majority of the roughly 20–22 homeopathic colleges then operating—for inadequate laboratories, weak science prerequisites, and commercial incentives. State licensing boards increasingly aligned with these ratings. The result was rapid closure or conversion of many competing schools; by the 1930s the number of U.S. medical schools had fallen sharply (with Women’s and Black medical colleges disproportionately affected), homeopathic schools had dwindled to two by 1923, and the remaining institutions were almost entirely scientific and allopathic in orientation.
Note: a case can be made Flexner did this not to monopolize medicine, but simply to address poor standards in medical schools across the country, but many of his “standards” were based upon an allopathic worldview that placed a much greater weight on subjects like anatomy than homeopathic medical schools (where a precise knowledge of anatomy was not necessary to practice the discipline). That said, from having spoken to (now deceased) people directly familiar with the events at the time, they felt Flexner approached the non-allopathic schools with the intent of discrediting them.

Rockefeller philanthropy supplied key capital for the new model. The Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (organized 1901) and the General Education Board directed tens of millions of dollars (enormous sums at the time) toward laboratory-based research, full-time faculty systems, and university-affiliated schools that met Flexner-style criteria. Frederick T. Gates, Rockefeller’s principal philanthropic adviser, viewed scientific medicine as a strategic social investment: it promised healthier, more productive workers and framed disease as a technical and biological problem rather than a social or environmental one. Rockefeller funding hence favored institutions that aligned with this biomedical approach; support for homeopathic or other sectarian emphases was withdrawn.
Note: E. Richard Brown’s critical Rockefeller Medicine Men (1979), provides the most detailed summary of what occurred here, but argues it was class-aligned philanthropy rather than a simple personal profit scheme and was framed by Gates as long-term institutional shaping, not a direct buyout of the AMA. That book and this article are the primary sources for the above section.

Finally, recently made available primary sources shed further light on exactly what happened. In 1911 Gates prepared five private “Notes on Homeopathy” reports exclusively for John D. Rockefeller Sr. These documents (now available through the Rockefeller Archive Center) harshly criticized homeopathy and its founder Samuel Hahnemann while praising William Osler and laboratory-based scientific medicine. Critics however noted that Gates overstated the reach of germ theory, misrepresented Hahnemann’s views on the body’s self-healing capacities, and asserted that homeopathy had never cured a single patient (despite hospital mortality data at the time indicating otherwise and Osler’s having publicly expressed respect for homeopathy). So, despite Rockefeller’s lifelong personal reliance on homeopathic physicians for decades and his repeated instructions that homeopathic institutions should receive “fair, courteous, and liberal treatment” equal to allopathic ones, the foundations under Gates’s influence (and later under John D. Rockefeller Jr.) provided no grants to any institution bearing the word “homeopathic” in its name. Abraham Flexner himself was later hired by the (Rockefeller) General Education Board to help implement the report’s recommendations, further concentrating societal resources behind the scientific model. Homeopathic schools, starved of capital and forced by licensing exams and equipment requirements to dilute their curricula, either closed or abandoned rigorous homeopathic training and by mid-century none remained.
Note: I believe the reason the medical system (and scientific community) has been so strongly opposed to homeopathy is because it was the initial opponent the AMA had to vanquish to establish their monopoly—illustrating how often large actions create unintended consequences (as Rockefeller explicitly stated he did not want the status quo that followed).

In short, the combined effect of AMA organizational power, state licensing leverage, Flexner’s influence, foundation capital, and the deliberate withholding of support from competing systems monopolized medical education and practice by the science-focused allopathic model as alternative systems lost schools, licenses, and institutional legitimacy. Then, once the monopoly was established, the same institutions that had raised barriers to entry could define what counted as “real medicine,” what research received funding, and which therapies were branded quackery. Later federal drug regulation (e.g., the FDA) operated within this already-consolidated professional and educational framework.

When the above events are recounted, they are typically portrayed as the Rockefellers and the AMA attempting to monopolize medicine, both so that MDs could earn more (shifting them from being some of the lowest to highest paid members of society) and because Rockefeller had recognized that immense amounts of money could be made from the new scientific model of medicine (which is why he sought to enshrine it as the gold standard). I am inclined toward these arguments, both because Rockefeller and Carnegie had a history of brutal and methodical suppression of competitors when they established their respective monopolies in oil and steel (Rockefeller’s largely secret and conspiratorial, Carnegie’s more open) and because after their “philanthropy” medicine rapidly became a far more profitable enterprise. However, strictly on the basis of what the available sources substantiate, the outcome could instead be explained as a combination of unfortunate factors (most notably Rockefeller placing Frederick T. Gates in charge of his philanthropy), the broader institutional momentum that already favored laboratory-based scientific medicine and unscrupulous individuals quickly recognizing the immense profit potential of science-focused medicine.

Note: in the 1970s police raided and arrested Chinese immigrants practicing acupuncture (which was in high demand from the community).1,2,3,4 I vividly remember despondently asking someone who witnessed a raid “why are they doing this?” to which he said “the Rockefellers…control everything,” illustrating that this viewpoint has existed for a long time.

    The AMA’s Monopolization of Medicine
Based on the events that happened, I believe it is fair to say the heads of the AMA quickly realized the immense financial value of restricting the practice of American medicine to allopathy. Furthermore, I believe they also recognized that it was in their financial interest to gain ownership (or at least a cut) of the therapies allopathic physicians could utilize at scale that could treat a wide variety of diseases, as beyond this being the most logical course of action for them to take if profit was the priority, numerous cases studies demonstrated it occurred.

    Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation
Building upon the recognition prolonged sun bathing could cure severe infections (e.g., the 1918 influenza or tuberculosis) and that UV light was antimicrobial, in 1927, Emmett K. Knott discovered directly the blood to UV light cured a variety of otherwise fatal infections, and once he finally convinced doctors to try it, it was rapidly adopted across America’s hospitals because of how consistently it treated a myriad of challenging conditions including sepsis, pneumonia (including viral pneumonias), kidney disorders, asthma, polio, botulism, rheumatic fever, and viral hepatitis.

The pioneers of UVBI, in turn documented their work in a significant body of literature: 50 papers by 20 different authors (published in 18 different medical journals) covering over 3000 patients with 36 different diseases, all of which found remarkable UVBI benefits. In tandem, these results led to UVBI being promoted in mainstream media (e.g., The New York Times and Time Magazine).

The AMA then attempted to extort Knott by offering to conduct a study validating UVBI for $100,000 (approximately $1.4 million today) and to purchase the rights to Knott’s device in return for a small sales cut. After Knott refused (as did physicians across America advocating for UVBI—one of whom documented this in their records), the AMA decided to do the study anyway. It was overseen by a friend of the AMA director (who was designing a competing device) and curiously, prior to being done, JAMA announced it was likely to fail. The study had various issues (e.g., no one could inspect the machine, when returned they discovered a film had blocked UV light from reaching blood, it only had 68 test subjects, many cases were conditions UVBI wasn’t used for). Nonetheless, no adverse events occurred, no one died (despite many having dangerous conditions), and many patients experienced significant improvement.

Despite this, the 1952 study concluded:

“We have concluded that none of our patients derived benefit from the irradiation of blood with the Knott hemo-irradiator.”

Because of this “definitive study,” hospitals across America quickly abandoned UVBI and became fully committed to emerging antibiotic therapy. The large body of literature the pioneers produced was forgotten, Knott stopped producing his machine and then died in 1961.

Note: while the AMA successfully buried UVBI in the United States, it has been extensively used in Germany, Russia (and now China), with a large body of data showing it treats a wide of range of challenging and “incurable” conditions. One of the key reasons why I greatly dislike the AMA is because of how effective yet unknown UVBI is.

    Krebiozen
Andrew Ivy, at the end of World War II, was arguably the most famous and influential doctor in America, to the point that the American Medical Association sent him as their representative to Nuremberg, where he helped draft the Nuremberg Code. In 1949 he was introduced to Krebiozen, a promising cancer therapy, and after seeing the evidence, became its leading proponent. Then, in 1951, while he was still testing it, a sensational press release went out claiming a major breakthrough, which immediately turned the medical community against him.

The AMA, recognizing its value, threatened the inventors to sell them the rights. When they refused, the AMA conducted a fabricated study to debunk it, hoping to bankrupt them and gain ownership. This was later corroberated by examining the actual records of the AMA study and by a co-conspirator plus another witness who testified under oath before the Illinois legislature about the criminal conspiracy AMA leaders had shared with him.

Ivy kept collecting data, including miraculous results for key politicians, and eventually showed in over 4,200 patients that Krebiozen had a 50-70% success rate depending on the metric used (but nonetheless, the AMA and then the National Cancer Institute continue to denounce Krebiozen).

When Ivy applied for approval, the FDA stonewalled them and eventually produced spectrographic data claiming Krebiozen was just a common worthless metabolite. Before long it was revealed the FDA had fabricated that data, leading to Senator Paul Douglas telling the Senate on December 6, 1963: “It is a terrible thing that we cannot really trust either the Food and Drug Administration or the National Cancer Institute.”

The FDA then used its new authority from the 1962 Kefauver-Harris Amendment to ban Krebiozen from being shipped across state lines on June 7, 1963, which led to large protests in front of the White House. They were on the verge of winning over Kennedy when he was assassinated on November 22, 1963, and Johnson could not be persuaded. Unable to get Krebiozen, many of those patients then died.

In 1973 Illinois outlawed it, and not long after, like so many other alternative cancer treatments of that era, it was forgotten. Fortunately, William Kronick, a well-known television producer, made an impartial program that documented this forgotten history and the FDA’s gross malfeasance throughout it.

Note: Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes also interviewed Dr. Ivy in 1957 (but I have not been able to find a copy of this TV program). Krebiozen was also featured in national magazines like Pageant, Argosy, and Inside Story.

    The Koch Catalysts
Dr. William F. Koch was a chemist and physician who made a variety of discoveries (e.g., regarding the parathyroid gland) that were published in major journals. Eventually, suspecting cancer resulted from an abnormal (non-oxidative) respiratory cycle in cells and that natural catalysts existed in the body which could prevent this from occurring, he isolated those catalysts and observed remarkable recoveries in terminal cancer patients (and likewise, from the 1920s to 1940s other physicians corroborated these results).

Note: in addition to hearing many successful stories about Koch’s catalysts, I had direct experience utilizing two of them, and found they worked (and for conditions beyond just cancer)—making it quite frustrating this therapy was erased from history.

According to accounts from Koch and his supporters, AMA representatives approached Koch and attempted to acquire the rights to Glyoxylide which Koch refused as he wanted it to be easily available to humanity. In retaliation, Morris Fishbein, the powerful editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association, repeatedly denounced Koch as a quack in the pages of JAMA and used the full weight of the Association to destroy his reputation.

The FDA followed suit and pursued him aggressively, filing criminal misbranding charges (claiming his preparations were inert and worthless) and tying him up in lengthy court battles that spanned years. In two major trials (in 1943 and 1946) the defense presented numerous patient testimonies of dramatic recoveries (including many who’d been given months or weeks to live prior to the catalysts), with both ended without a conviction (a hung jury and a mistrial) with and leading to the cases being dismissed, and a few years later Koch moved to Brazil.

Note: In many accounts of the Rife technology (another therapy I’ve extensively utilized), it is claimed the AMA made a similar buyout offer to Rife, which he declined. After that, the AMA blacklisted the technology and the physicians using it. Rife’s company was hit with a costly lawsuit that effectively bankrupted it; the San Diego Medical Society warned doctors using the machines that they could lose their licenses, causing many to surrender the equipment; the FDA later investigated doctors using Rife technology and often confiscated their devices; and much of Rife’s work was lost when his laboratory burned down in a suspicious fire. While the AMA’s abrupt campaign against Rife after the technology had been gaining traction is well documented, no primary sources corroborate the alleged buyout attempt itself. This could mean the buyout story was added later to strengthen a suppression narrative, or simply that direct proof of that kind of covert blackmail is hard to come by.

Since it worked, the “doctored study” method used against UVBI and Krebiozen was applied to other therapies as well. In the 1970s the FDA aggressively campaigned against laetrile (amygdalin, claimed to selectively release cyanide in cancer cells), resulting in widespread confiscations and patients seeking it through back channels such as Mexican clinics. Amid intense public pressure to study it, Sloan-Kettering Institute assigned its renowned researcher Kanematsu Sugiura to test the substance. He conducted nine experiments across three spontaneous mouse-tumor systems and obtained consistently positive results, particularly inhibition of lung metastases. After NCI officials expressed doubt, further collaborative tests with other researchers (including a joint study with a skeptical researcher) were run; several of these also confirmed the metastasis reduction. Sugiura’s findings were nevertheless suppressed in the final 1978 published paper, which framed the overall outcome as negative, Sugiura’s positive results were attributed to a “unconscious bias,” and the NCI gagged on the topic thereafter. The cover-up was chronicled by Ralph W. Moss, the institute’s public affairs officer, who refused orders to falsify reports, organized an internal group (Second Opinion) to expose the discrepancies, and was fired.1,2

Note: The FDA’s primary soundbite for attacking laetrile was the risk of cyanide poisoning. While this toxicity was occasionally observed with oral use (due to gut bacteria releasing cyanide from the compound), it was never reported with intravenous or topical (DMSO) administration that bypassed the gut. Many practitioners over the years—including some with whom I currently correspond—have described these non-oral routes (topical with DMSO or IV) as remarkably effective against cancer, particularly when intravenous laetrile was combined with intravenous DMSO.

Lastly, the NCI’s use of this tactic against alternative cancer therapies was not unique to laetrile. With hydrazine sulfate, Dr. Joseph Gold had reported 40–50% positive results in properly conducted studies; the NCI’s own trials produced essentially zero benefit after patients were given substances Gold had repeatedly warned would cancel the effect. With Burzynski’s antineoplastons, the NCI diluted the compounds in its trials to the point of ineffectiveness while the FDA pursued an aggressive multi-year legal campaign against him. Finally, with Hoxsey, rather than running a controlled clinical trial, the NCI and FDA simply reviewed the case records he submitted, declared the documentation inadequate, and used those incomplete reviews to brand the therapy worthless (all of three of which, along with the other cancer stories were detailed here).

Likewise during COVID, to counter the wave of independent studies and clinical experience showing that inexpensive generic drugs like hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin could treat COVID-19, this playbook was run at scale, as doctored studies were published in the leading journals, then amplified in unison by the mainstream media, successfully convincing both the medical community and governing bodies these results were “the science.”

As a result, fabricated or systematically manipulated results were routinely published, the most notorious of which were the May 2020 Surgisphere-based papers in The Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine that claimed HCQ dramatically increased mortality and arrhythmias on the basis of a massive multinational registry (successfully stopping HCQ trials around the world). However, their underlying data was so implausible the papers were retracted within weeks (after the authors could no longer vouch for the data), after which independent investigators determined the dataset had effectively been concocted out of thin air. Yet despite all of that, the episode still triggered worldwide HCQ trial pauses and policy shifts against HCQ.1,2,3,4

Likewise, the “Big Six” (later Big Seven) large ivermectin trials that hit JAMA, the NEJM and other high-impact outlets were riddled with design and conduct flaws engineered to guarantee failure: dosing too late, too low and far too short a duration, administration on an empty stomach, arbitrary weight-based dose caps that under-dosed high-risk patients, failure to exclude concurrent ivermectin use in control groups, mid-trial endpoint changes, long publication delays, and refusal to share individual patient data.
The Oxford’s PRINCIPLE trial went further, quietly reporting a statistically significant two-day faster recovery plus large reductions in hospitalization and Long COVID as a negative result by inventing a statistical threshold the same investigators had never applied to their own molnupiravir or budesonide arms.

Worst of all, in addition to fabricating data to show HCQ was toxic, patients were deliberately overdosed to provide that data. In the UK RECOVERY trial and the WHO SOLIDARITY trial, elderly hospitalized patients received HCQ at roughly 2,400 mg on day one followed by 800 mg daily. This was several times a standard therapeutic dose, above the threshold the UK’s own toxicology database flags as potentially lethal and resulted in markedly higher death rates (which were then used to prove HCQ was dangerous). Finally, a parallel Brazilian high-dose study had to be halted when nearly 39 % of patients in the extreme-dose arm died — and was nonetheless published in JAMA and in tandem with the Surgisphere trials. All of this, in turn, successfully convinced a large portion of the medical community one of the safer drugs in their arsenal many had routinely used for years was actually a deadly poison no one had noticed in the 65 years it had been on the market.

Note: all of this is discussed in much greater detail in Pierre Kory’s book The War on Ivermectin.

    The FDA’s Monopolization of Medicine
In many of the previous campaigns, the FDA served as the enforcer once the AMA had successfully convinced the FDA or NCI (National Cancer Institute) that a therapy was “dangerous quackery.” However, after the passage of a 1962 law that gave the FDA broad powers to both approve and police medicine in the United States (which was done to prevent a subsequent thalidomide disaster), the FDA began enacting similar campaigns without an initial public instigation by the AMA (which for DMSO, I covered in detail here).

Note: this hence raises major questions as to who was behind this (e.g., was it always the Rockefellers or did the AMA heavily influence the FDA behind the scenes). While a consistent playbook can be seen throughout each of the cases I studied, the instigating party varied significantly (e.g., the AMA did not denounce DMSO until after the FDA went after it, and while DMSO eventually became a threat to the pharmaceutical industry, at the time the FDA did so, major pharmaceutical companies were heavily invested in bringing it to market).

When DMSO was discovered in 1961, due to how effective it was at treating a myriad of challenging conditions, it rapidly caught on, soon was being used throughout Oregon, and attracted major interest from both pharmaceutical companies (e.g., six of the world’s largest companies including Merck invested heavily in clinical trials) and the public as the media stories aired depicting it as a potential wonder drug.

Initially the FDA was very receptive to approving DMSO, but at a 1964 meeting (with the FDA scientist who stopped thalidomide), she both expressed that the FDA wanted to do everything possible to permit further testing of DMSO, but also that they were worried about being overwhelmed by a large number of DMSO drug applications (due to the immense demand for DMSO and its vast number of uses), so they wanted more animal data before continuing human trials (despite extensive animal and human safety data already being there). A year later, the trial data was there for tens of thousands of patients, drug applications were submitted by major companies to the FDA, a DMSO symposium was held and demand for DMSO continued to increase resulting in over 100,000 members of the public bypassing the trials and just using it for themselves.

As the FDA was deliberating over what to do, in September (immediately after receiving the applications), one subject in a trial who’d been taking many other medications had an anaphylactic reaction (which was never linked to DMSO and has never been seen since), after which the FDA began terminating INDs. Following this, in November, a few animal reports emerged that DMSO could alter the refractive index in certain animal species (something never observed in over 37,000 human test subjects or any member of the public using DMSO), at which point the FDA immediately outlawed all DMSO testing and sent out a telegram to all embassies stating to the world DMSO could make you blind, at which point the press parroted the line the FDA had saved us from a thalidomide like disaster.

Following this, the FDA began sending agents to investigate the pioneering DMSO researchers to acquire incriminating records (often in an illegal manner) and the FDA under its new leadership (the director wanted to brand himself as a “tough commissioner” who kept the medical community in line to help the public) shifted to a posture of aggressively policing the use of unapproved substances and blacklisting scientists who conducted research the FDA did not approve of.

While this approach initially worked, a large number of scientists rebelled and began holding symposiums attesting to DMSO’s efficacy in a large number of conditions, public pressure on the FDA never stopped, and countries around the world became disillusioned with the FDA’s persecution of DMSO and resumed using it themselves. In the midst of this, an October 1967 study was conducted where prisoners were exposed to DMSO doses 3-30 times higher than what anyone would ever use (achieved by covering their entire body in DMSO gel daily for 14 or 90 days) and subjected to an extensive battery of tests—all of which found DMSO was completely safe (including for the eyes). Finally, in 1978, facing Congressional pressure, the FDA eventually approved DMSO for one indication, interstitial cystitis and at 1980 hearings, promised they would not put roadblocks to future applications, and that unlike interstitial cystitis (which had “well controlled evidence”) there simply was not yet sufficient evidence to approve the other applications.

As you might guess, in the nearly fifty years that followed, the FDA never approved a single DMSO drug application.

However, in 1994, in response to growing public outrage over the FDA’s suppression of natural medicine (e.g., gunpoint raids to confiscate vitamins), Congress passed a law that removed the FDA’s jurisdiction over natural supplements, and because of this, DMSO gradually became accessible again (and then due to the traction the series I wrote on it achieved, has begun returning to the popularity it had reached in the 1980s prior to the FDA erasing the public’s memory of it).

Note: one of the most interesting facets of this saga was that a journalist who interviewed numerous successive FDA commissioners discovered most of them knew almost nothing about DMSO beyond the FDA’s soundbites (despite DMSO being the most controversial drug in America for well over a decade)—not unlike how Fauci’s private diary and Scott Atlas’s memoir showed he knew very little about the current science on COVID-19. Remarkably, two years after leaving office in 1969, President Johnson (who appointed the FDA commissioner who went to war with DMSO) reached out to Stanley Jacob (the pioneer of DMSO) for help as he’d realized he needed DMSO for his own health.

Lastly, the FDA has engaged in similar tactics against a variety of other therapies which threatened established medical franchises. For example, after a natural low-cost revolutionary sleep aid was discovered (which unlike most options not only worked but also restored health rather than destroying it—as most sleeping pills sedate the brain and suppress restorative sleep), despite a vast body of scientific literature demonstrating its value for a variety of challenging conditions, the FDA went to war with it. Branding it as a dangerous date rape drug (despite there never being an evidence this was an issue), the FDA eventually convinced the Congress to outlaw this natural substance in 2000 (excluding allowing one extremely expensively formulation to be sold at the FDA’s discretion for a small number of sleep disorders).

Note: the reason I have not extensively discussed many of these therapies is because I believe providing extensive evidence for easily accessible ones (which takes a lot of time and I am still far from completing the initial round of) is the most effective way I can “make things better.”

    Oxidative Therapies
One of the simplest chemical reactions is oxidation—the loss of electrons. This process frequently involves oxygen (or another oxidizing agent) accepting those electrons, often releasing energy in the process (combustion is a classic example of rapid oxidation). Animal cells, in turn, generate most of their energy through controlled oxidation in the mitochondria. In contrast, many microorganisms lack the same protective systems and antioxidant defenses found in human cells, making them especially vulnerable to oxidizing agents and as a result, a wide range of effective disinfectants work by oxidation. Some (such as dilute hydrogen peroxide) are relatively non-toxic to humans, while others that employ stronger oxidants like chlorine (e.g., bleach) are more damaging to cells because they both oxidize and chlorinate organic molecules.

Because of this, a variety of oxidizing disinfectants have been studies for their ability to eliminate virtually every known pathogen, in a test tube, topically over infections, and in many cases, once put directly into the body. In the process of doing that, it was observed that not only were infections treated, but a variety of non-infectious diseases also improved.

Of the oxidizing therapies, the most well-studied one is ozone (three oxygen atoms bonded together) and due to the breadth of what its applications can address, has been extensively studied (outside of the United States) for its use in a variety of conditions. Because of this, like I did with DMSO, I have been working day in and day out to compile and summarize every published ozone study as very few people are aware of the vast body of literature supporting its use.

To put this in context, from the first ten thousand studies I’ve reviewed, infectious disease (bacterial, viral, fungal, and surgical, spanning virtually every organ system in the body) was by a wide margin the most commonly studied application (as appropriately administered ozone typically resolved them). However, beyond that, ozone was repeatedly studied (and frequently reported to help) in chronic wounds and non-healing ulcers, surgical and post-operative recovery, a wide range of dental conditions, pain and musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., osteoarthritis, disc herniation, and low back pain), gastrointestinal and liver disease, respiratory illness, and cardiovascular conditions—much of which I believe results from ozone’s ability to restore microcirculation. Finally, many other areas have repeatedly been reported to respond to ozone as well, such as diabetes, cancer, dermatology, neurology, obstetrics and infertility, urology, and eye disease (along with sporadic but favorable studies on conditions as varied as thyroid disorders and osteoporosis).

However, in almost all cases if you bring up the subject of ozone, most people (having no idea these uses exist), they will fall back to the soundbite “ozone is a toxic gas” or to quote the FDA’s Federal Regulations:

Ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application in specific, adjunctive, or preventive therapy. In order for ozone to be effective as a germicide, it must be present in a concentration far greater than that which can be safely tolerated by man and animals.

Note: ozone’s toxicity results from it being irritating to the lung’s mucous membranes (which is why medical ozone is never administered via inhalation) and because ozone is used as a surrogate marker for air pollution due to the fact the same process which generates toxic smog also produces ozone (something that does not occur when medical ozone is generated). Lastly, with all oxidative therapies, a therapeutic dose exists, and in nearly all cases where someone responds negative to them, it was due to that dose being exceeded.

    The War on Chlorine Dioxide
One of the more recent additions to the oxidative therapy family is chlorine dioxide (ClO₂), a highly potent disinfectant routinely used as a non-toxic alternative to chlorine across water treatment, food and beverage processing, and hospital sterilization across the world. The EPA registered it for food and water use in 1967 and by the 1980s was recommending it over chlorine, largely because as unlike chlorine, it doesn’t generate carcinogenic trihalomethane byproducts when it reacts with organic matter.

Since ClO₂ is typically generated from sodium chlorite NaClO₂, once it started being successfully used as a medical therapy, the FDA (along with the media and virtually every other health agency) adopted the it was “toxic bleach,” likely owing to the fact bleach (sodium hypochlorite) had a similar name and formula (NaClO)—despite the two acting completely differently. So, much in the same way DMSO research was globally halted because it would “make people blind” (despite improvements in vision consistently being observed after DMSO use), the fact people were being “poisoned with bleach” (despite no evidence demonstrating this) was used to do the same to CDS—creating the curious situation where oral CDS is branded toxic when taken medically but not when used to purify what you then eat and drink.
Note: I have encountered numerous people who had temporary issues from excessive CDS doses. For this reason, I advise individuals to drop or lower their dose when reactions occur (whereas others view this as a sign “beneficial detoxification” is occurring and advocate for continuing).

Positive experienced with CDS and Pierre Kory learning CDS had faced a similar pattern of suppression to ivermectin inspired him to write a book on the topic, which in addition to documenting many of the proven uses for CDS, provides one of the most well documented example of how the medical system colluded to suppress a therapy that threatened multiple franchises.

Note: this book is not on Amazon and can only be ordered here.

From the book, I learned CDS therapeutic research began after an accidental discovery in the mid-1970s, when an inventor searching for a non-corrosive sterilizer for his ultrasonic cleaning tanks noticed that a persistent irritation on his hands cleared after he’d handled a chlorine-dioxide-disinfected tank. He and his family became the guinea pigs, and he went on to show it worked for a wide range of topical and mucosal applications such as wound healing, acne, warts, moles, nail fungus, scalp itch and other skin irritations, dental and oral care (including tooth whitening), and animal infections such as bovine mastitis—work the FDA supported rather than obstructed (e.g., the inventor described the agency as “a bit of a help”). Over the following decades he and his companies, conducted more than 300 studies and published 42 papers, and he secured patents along the way—beginning with his foundational 1977–78 method patent (Germ Killing Composition and Method, #4,084,747), which made small-scale personal ClO₂ production possible, extending across the 30-plus patents he held on chlorine dioxide products, and culminating late in life in a method for injecting tumors directly with chlorine dioxide.

In parallel, an unnamed defense scientist Kory interviewed shared that he learned of CDS in (frequently classified) government projects where he used it to sterilize food and medical instruments for NASA, inactivate nerve gas (with NaClO₂) and then learned through a defector the Soviets viewed it as “the ultimate antidote to all bioweapons.”
Note: when Jim Humble’s book on MMS (CDS) came out, a friend asked me to review it, after which I told her “this would probably be very helpful if a bioweapon was ever released,” which I later realized meant that it threatened too many franchises.

Later, when working on a steel project in Nigeria, he was asked to help contain a cholera outbreak, and after consulting a firm renowned for designing municipal water systems, deployed a treatment system that used chlorine dioxide in its post-treatment. This quickly contained the cholera as intended—but then local doctors reported that the water was also curing the town’s malaria, which made no sense to him, since malaria is mosquito-borne rather than waterborne. So, he flew in a blood-disease colleague, who confirmed under the microscope that the drinking-water concentrations of chlorine dioxide cleared the parasite from the bloodstream within hours. Before long he was deluged with people traveling from around the region to collect as much of the water as they could, which they also reported cured a host of other conditions besides malaria. After the Nigerian health minister came to verify the findings, the scientist was flown to neighboring Ghana to meet its king—himself a physician trained at London’s premier school of tropical medicine—who, rather than embrace the discovery, ordered him to cease the work: malaria, the king argued, was keeping the population in check, and eliminating it before the region’s high birth rate could be addressed risked a future famine. His team and equipment were then expelled from the country.
Note: while that account (and others in his book) relies upon individual testimony given to Dr. Kory that cannot be independently verified, as I show here, numerous lines of evidence corroborate that the ruling class has actively pursued population control, and that in multiples cases this was done with vaccines.

Not giving up, he shared that he began mailing sodium chlorite samples to engineers and expeditioners around the world including Jim Humble, who in 1996, while leading a mining expedition through the jungles of Guyana, had two crew members fall gravely ill with suspected malaria. With no medicine on hand, days from help and nothing to lose, he gave them drops of the sodium chlorite he’d received and within hours both had recovered. Struck by this, Humble began experimenting on himself and other locals with malaria, saw the same result, and worked out that when sodium chlorite meets stomach acid it forms chlorine dioxide. He then discovered it also treated many other conditions (e.g., typhoid, dengue and HIV) and in 2006 published a book. However, once word of the malaria cure reached Guyana’s government, Humble was ordered out of the country within a day, after (by his account) as the nation’s main pharmaceutical supplier threatened to cut off drug donations to the capital’s hospital if the cure became public.

Note: when Africa was being overrun with Ebola in 2014, ozone advocates Robert Rowen MD and Howard Robins DPM, at the president’s invitation, went to Sierra Leone on a medical mission trip and publicly chronicled what occurred as the trip progressed. There, they trained well over a hundred doctors and staff (including at the government Ebola treatment center) on how to administer ozone, but despite the president’s support, were abruptly blocked by the health ministry from applying it officially to patients for “unknown reasons” (that they suspected resulted from pharmaceutical pressure as numerous novel ebola therapies were being tested at the time). As there was no approved treatment for Ebola (and the majority of cases were fatal), healthcare workers treating patients (who were not always bound by the same government restrictions) eagerly sought ozone and in the documented ebola cases where it was used, recipients fully recovered (along with ozone appearing to prevent ebola exposures from developing into disease).1,2,3

Later, Dr. Enno Freye and his team tested a sublingual chlorine dioxide formulation on 500 malaria patients in Cameroon, reporting complete reversal of symptoms within two days. While traveling to launch a follow-up trial in Senegal, according to Freye (in an interview with Pierre Kory), he was arrested at Rome’s airport after cocaine turned up in a package handed to him by the officials funding the study, and was imprisoned in Italy for three years.
Note: while I was able to find corroboration online for certain parts of Freye’s story,1,2 I was not able to find any verification he was imprisoned.

In Freye’s absence, the study was retracted as having “never actually been conducted,” he was stripped of his adjunct professorship, and regulators pressured the manufacturer into pulling the product.

Note: Freye attributed his prosecution to pharmaceutical interests protecting the malaria-vaccine franchise. His Cameroon work and Senegal trial, in turn, coincided with the final push behind RTS,S (Mosquirix), the GSK malaria vaccine developed over three decades1 at a cost exceeding $750 million1 and funded largely by GSK and the Gates Foundation, which poured more than $200 million1,2 into its late-stage development between 2001 and 2015 before the WHO recommended it for African children in 20211—despite a Phase 3 trial in which efficacy against clinical malaria waned to roughly 39% over four years1 (undetectable by year three in earlier pooled data1), and which flagged three safety signals its own investigators couldn’t dismiss: excess meningitis and cerebral malaria in vaccinated children, and a doubling of all-cause mortality in vaccinated girls.1,2

Other forgotten malaria trials highlighted in the War on Chlorine Dioxide include a 1982 report of malaria disappearing from a Nigerian town after a chlorine dioxide water unit was installed, and the field records of Jim Humble and the practitioners he trained, who between them claimed to have treated well over a hundred thousand cases. But the most striking was what happened with the Red Cross trial in Uganda.

In 2012, Klaas Proesmans, then CEO of the Water Reference Center (a research arm of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies), oversaw a study in Iganga, Uganda, examining the effect that sodium chlorite–purified water had on malaria patients. Researchers identified 154 patients who tested positive for malaria by finger-prick microscopy, gave each cups of the treated water, and re-tested daily. Within 24 to 48 hours, all 154 were malaria-free, with no reported side effects. As word of its success spread, the Ugandan Red Cross and the IFRC issued statements denying any official involvement and insisting no trial had taken place—while simultaneously conceding it had, by claiming their staff had been “duped” into giving patients “poison.” Most importantly, unlike the other malariga accounts, which rest largely on witness testimony (which you can never be certain of), this one was filmed start to finish (the protocol called for one of Uganda’s top filmmakers to document the entire trial) and in the footage below, Proesmans, who later denied it, states on camera that the study produced “100% cured people… within 24 hours to 48 hours.”

Note: as you might guess, the above documentary was deleted from YouTube

    COVID-19 and CDS
I have long observed that people who ascend into power tend to lack creativity, and so once a playbook has been established, it gets reused ad infinitum. As such, their predatory practices are typically first tested on a marginalized group that lacks broad public support, then once no meaningful protest follows, the conduct hardens into an acceptable standard and is replicated on the general population.

This, for example, is how I was able to predict what would happen during COVID-19—as a similar dynamic had already played out during Fauci’s AIDS crisis, where treatments that physicians around the country reported were saving patients’ lives were stonewalled, while a toxic and largely ineffective antiviral was pushed through (which was justified by the ever-mounting deaths of the untreated patients).

As such, it was no surprise that once researchers around the world discovered chlorine dioxide treated COVID, what we saw with malaria pattern repeated. In July 2020, Bolivia, then suffering one of the highest COVID mortality rates in South America, grew tired of waiting on the WHO for a solution and passed a law legalizing oral chlorine dioxide, which its military and universities produced and distributed under protocol. Within six months the country’s outcomes were among the best on the continent. Yet, the Ministry of Health, citing the WHO, PAHO, FDA, and EMA, subsequently issued a statement condemning the law and declaring the compound unsafe, and the actual program data were never properly published. The published evidence Kory assembles points the same way regardless—a retrospective study in which 90% of 1,163 relatives living with infected patients took CDS prophylactically and reported no symptoms, a chart review of more than 1,100 outpatients reporting a 99% recovery rate with only mild and transient side effects, an Ecuadorian physicians’ report of 97% symptom resolution within four days, and more than 14,000 PCR-confirmed cases treated across Latin America by over 3,000 COMUSAV doctors with no serious adverse events reported—all of which was observational rather than randomized, since the controlled trials, as we’ve seen, were blocked.

Likewise, everywhere it worked, the people behind it faced retaliation. In Peru, the Chief of the COVID Command in an entire region was fired in 2020 for treating patients with chlorine dioxide, and a health official openly laughed at the idea of even studying it. In Mexico, a surgeon who reported a 99.6% success rate across 3,000 patients had his hospital’s COVID unit shut down. Once COVID started, Mark Grenon and his sons, who had spent a decade distributing CDS, were pursued by the DOJ at the FDA’s request, extradited from Colombia, and sentenced to years in federal prison. Similarly, the studies that might have settled the question were simply not permitted: a University of Colorado trial was rejected because “the FDA prohibits such research,” a Bolivian army-led randomized, double-blind trial that had already cleared two bioethics committees was denied without explanation by the country’s drug regulator, and a multi-country study collapsed after regulators in eleven nations issued warnings and bans (e.g., for “toxic bleach”) that made patient recruitment impossible.

It also bears mentioning that when Trump broached using internal UV for COVID by referencing a device Cedars-Sinai had shown improved COVID by putting UV light in the lungs by stating:

Supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it`s ultraviolet or just very powerful light..And then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you’re going to test that too. Sounds interesting.

TRUMP: Right. And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that.

The media immediately repurposed their CDS soundbites to claim Trump told everyone to inject bleach—and despite the fact this was never stated, the claim repeats to this day (e.g., the Biden campaign used it during the 2024 election and online commentators recently used it to dismiss criticisms of Fauci).

Beyond the fact independent investigators (myself included) successfully used UVBI to treat COVID-19 and that Russia, in clinical trials, demonstrated UVBI treated COVID-19, there is one even more remarkable aspect of this episode.

The one internal use of CDS the FDA has permitted to advance to testing is a NP001, an IV sodium chlorite formulation that in two placebo-controlled Phase 2 trials, extended survival in ALS patients (by nearly two years in the non-progressor subgroup),1,2,3 and for which Neuvivo filed for FDA approval in 2024. On its face it seems astonishing that the agency would forbid oral chlorine dioxide as “poison” or “toxic bleach” while permitting the same compound to be dripped (injected) into the bloodstream at higher doses. But if you take a step back, it makes perfect sense: NP001 is a costly, patented pharmaceutical that patients cannot make or obtain themselves, and its narrow ALS indication threatens no existing franchise—whereas cheap oral CDS, taken at home for anything, threatens many drugs which have already “paid to play.”

Likewise, while UVBI has never received FDA approval despite many attempts and successful trials, (less safe) extracorporeal photopheresis (UVBI of the white blood cells with a photosensitizer) is a well established therapy for T-cell lymphoma that is also sometimes used for refractory psoriasis (and costs 5-50 times as much as UVBI). Similarly, while DMSO alone has still not been approved for any condition besides interstitial cystitis, many different proprietary pharmaceutical therapies containing DMSO have been approved for a wide range of specific conditions.

Note: In The War on Chlorine Dioxide, Kory also details CDS’s reported use across a range of other difficult conditions—from herpes, sinusitis, and stubborn fungal infections to non-healing diabetic wounds, Fournier’s gangrene, autism and several metastatic cancers that had failed conventional therapy along with the vast community of users that has been created by the tireless work of individuals whose lives were changed by the therapy (many of whom faced significant persecution for promoting it). Due to the reactivity many patients I work with have to stronger doses of any agent, my use of CDS has been restricted to temporary use for infections (where I’ve repeatedly seen it work) rather than longterm use at higher doses for systemic issues (as I use other therapies for those cases).

    Conclusion
Throughout this publication, I have argued that science’s priorities are fundamentally misplaced, as while it is a wonderful tool for elucidating the truth, once its focus shifts from discerning the truth to supporting a prevailing interest (which is almost inevitable once scientific research becomes too costly to conduct and too much money rides on the outcome of a study), the data is worthless.

For example, we require large randomized controlled trials (which cost tens of millions of dollars) for drug approvals under the logic they can eliminate small biases or measurement errors, yet ignore the fact small observational trials any clinician can independently conduct have been found to find the same results for clinically meaningful results and that large RCTs have been shown to doctor results so that they support their sponsors (e.g., artificially inflating safety and efficacy). Likewise, the FDA has long justified the tight control they exert over the need to protect the public from “the next thalidomide,” yet, as we saw with the COVID vaccines, they ignored a tsunami of red flags that were so common over half of the American public could see them (which has caused a generational loss of trust in the public health authorities). Instead, as internal documents show, gagged their own scientists who pointed out the data showed those dangers so that they could continue to claim the COVID-19 vaccine was safe so that they could push outdated and unproven COVID boosters that were unlikely to work and in many cases not even needed (e.g., children had no risk of dying from COVID).

In short, we have a medical system where we pay vast amounts of money for research pharmaceutical companies use to create costly pharmaceuticals we not only directly pay for, but also pay for both the harm they cause and the social cost of millions of Americans who live with the debilitating illnesses medicine cannot address. As a result, the costs of medicine keep going up, and the massive monopoly forecast by Rockefeller’s critics has grown to the point many of our institutions are wholly dependent upon perpetuating it regardless of the human and financial cost doing so entails.

As we circle back to where this all began, I’ve long been struck by the fact many of the therapies I use and try to bring public attention were discovered in America roughly a century ago, as this was a time when technology had advanced to the point many remarkable medical innovations became possible, but the censorship apparatus had not yet matured to the point medical researchers had a real fear of retribution if they studied novel therapies which could disrupt existing disease franchises, and research had not yet been siloed into narrow biomolecular pathways which could produce profitable drugs for specific franchises.

Somewhat analogously, many of the most remarkable and paradigm shifting discoveries in science were made by independent researchers who funded their own work and studied it outside of the scientific community. Now however, since so much money goes into scientific research and so many careers depend upon the status quo, novel paradigm shifting discoveries are quite rare, and as Nature recently highlighted, novel science which disrupts existing orthodoxies has rapidly dwindled.

It is for this reason that I think it is so important documented records like what Pierre Kory and Jenna McCarthy (who also writes on Substack) detailed in the War On Chlorine Dioxide are so important, as until we expose how again and again the medical cartel has used the same predatory playbook on us, it will continue to escalate far past what we saw during COVID-19. Imagine for a moment what the world would be like if our ever-evolving scientific apparatus was instead focused on discoveries which benefitted humanity and addressed our real needs rather than sustaining each disease franchise.

The therapies I regularly discuss here were discovered in America roughly a century ago with what is now fairly primitive technology. Yet, if that much was possible then, before we understood a fraction of what we now do, the real question is not whether medicine could produce miracles today. It’s why it doesn’t and why our scientific apparatus has shifted its focus from helping people to sustaining each disease franchise (which includes burying any potential competition).

It is for that reason that documented records like the one Pierre Kory and Jenna McCarthy (who also writes on Substack and helped make the book more accessible to a broader audience) assembled in The War on Chlorine Dioxide matter so much. Until we drag this playbook into the open — the way their book has — it will keep escalating far past what we saw during COVID-19.

Trump admits US weapons shortages, says Iran war ending ‘pretty soon’
    Friday, 07 August 2026 3:10 AM [ Last Update: Friday, 07 August 2026 3:25 AM ]

US President Donald Trump on Thursday told reporters that he believed the war with Iran would be over soon.
US President Donald Trump has conceded that the ongoing war of aggression against Iran is set to end “pretty soon,” while acknowledging serious shortages in American military stockpiles, in remarks that underscore the mounting failures of Washington’s aggression and the resilience of Iranian defenses.

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office of the White House on Thursday, Trump stated, “I think it’s going to end pretty soon. I don’t think they can go much longer,” and said the armed forces were experiencing issues with supplies of some weapons.

When asked about the status of munitions stockpiles, Trump acknowledged inventories of some munitions were limited.

“We have certain types of munitions that are very powerful, that we have unlimited, virtually unlimited supply. We have others where it’s a little bit tighter,” Trump said.

The admission comes amid reports that the United States has depleted significant portions of its advanced munitions stockpiles after five months of futile military operations, forcing American forces to confront the limits of their capabilities against a determined and resilient nation.

Analysts have long maintained that the US-led aggression, launched in late February in collusion with the Israeli regime, has only strengthened the Islamic Republic’s defensive posture and exposed the vulnerabilities of the American war machine. Trump’s latest comments reflect the mounting pressure on Washington, as global energy markets remain disrupted and the US military grapples with supply constraints on key weapon systems, including certain precision-guided munitions.

Concurrently, progress toward a deal on the Strait of Hormuz is advancing, with mediators facilitating talks involving Iran, Oman, and other regional parties. Sources indicate that an interim arrangement is nearing finalization to restore orderly navigation through the vital waterway under frameworks that respect Iran’s sovereign rights and security concerns. This development follows Iran’s successful assertion of control over the strait as a legitimate response to the illegal US naval blockade and aggressive actions against Iranian shipping and interests.

Neurologists warn that injuries initially considered “mild” can result in chronic symptoms.
Throughout the war, Iran has repeatedly emphasized its commitment to defending its territorial waters and national sovereignty while remaining open to diplomatic solutions that uphold justice and mutual respect. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and other officials have stressed that any lasting arrangement must end foreign interference and ensure the free flow of energy resources without compromising the rights of regional nations.

The war, which began with unprovoked US-Israeli strikes, has inflicted high costs on the aggressors while failing to achieve their stated objectives of subduing Iran or dismantling its defensive capabilities. Trump’s repeated threats of escalation have often been walked back in the face of Iranian preparedness and regional solidarity, highlighting the White House’s strategic miscalculations.

As the Hormuz negotiations progress and Trump concedes the approaching end of hostilities, observers note that Iran’s policy of resistance, rooted in national unity and reliance on indigenous strength, continues to prevail. Tehran remains prepared for all scenarios while pursuing pathways that secure lasting peace based on the principles of independence and non-aggression.

Speaker Qalibaf: US strategy of bullying and broken promises has failed
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf has dismissed Washington’s recent maneuvers as empty “theatre diplomacy.”
The US and the Israeli regime jointly launched an unprovoked aggression against Iran on February 28 by targeting Iran’s top officials and also an elementary school in Minab, south of the country, killing 168 children, teachers, and parents.

In response, Iranian armed forces launched powerful reprisal attacks against US and Israeli assets in the region, dealing heavy blows to the invading coalition. The war came to a halt after 40 days with a ceasefire, which was then formalized in mid June by signing the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding by the presidents of Iran and the US.

However, just weeks following signing the document, the US started violating the terms of the understanding, igniting another round of war during which the US targeted civilian infrastructure across southern Iranian provinces. Iran responded by launching precision strikes, using home-made missiles and drones, against US bases across West Asia, including in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.

US President Donald Trump had threatened to launch a major strike against Iran last week, including on the country’s energy infrastructure; however, he later backed down partly due to the lack of needed stockpiles to counter Iran’s reprisal attacks.

Ivermectin is not recommended for flu‑like symptoms.

Flu‑like symptoms—fever, chills, body aches, cough, congestion—are caused by viral respiratory infections (influenza, RSV, adenovirus, etc.).
Ivermectin has no proven benefit for these illnesses, and major medical bodies explicitly advise against using it for viral respiratory symptoms.

This isn’t about politics or controversy; it’s about pharmacology:

Ivermectin works on parasites, not viruses.

It has no mechanism that helps with influenza or other respiratory viruses.

Studies looking at ivermectin for viral illnesses have not shown reliable clinical benefit.

Using it outside approved indications increases risk of side effects without benefit.

If someone has flu‑like symptoms, the medically supported guidance is:

    Rest, hydration, symptom management

    Monitoring for worsening signs

Seeking medical care if symptoms escalate or persist

Antivirals (like oseltamivir) only when prescribed by a clinician for confirmed influenza

Ivermectin is not part of that toolbox.

    Parasitic infections (primary use)
Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug. Its strongest evidence and approvals are for:

    Strongyloides stercoralis

    Onchocerciasis (river blindness)

Scabies (especially crusted scabies or when topical treatment fails)

    Head lice (in some cases)

    Certain intestinal roundworms

These uses are supported by decades of clinical data.
