A little strange, dense jargon, but important. All military realities altered and re-positioned in Europe. Basically all to pre-1997 realities. The only exception appears to be the U.S. having a base in Poland to anchor these new realities. This might seem fantastical, but all national motion actually is supporting them. Article 5 already won’t be used in reality over any non 1997 member, U.S. is already repositioning from Germany to Poland, and UK, etc are already having a smackdown that no one will follow their attempts at war.

It’s going to take some time to digest this. But also: IF there was nothing on earth but an alliance of US and Russia, THIS is what they would carve it up as.
