So “The Guardian” is a skin suit, as they all are, depending on you THINKING, with persistence of vision, that anybody works there and it’s not just some random people posting contradictory, unchecked, unsourced things because they now not only have only one editor, but 2,300 reporters instead of 60 good ones we know and have all met. No editor could POSSIBLY keep track. Which they don’t even try.
So when you think “Guardian” or “WSJ” or whatever, they are all like this online. And some are decayed more than others, some less than you think. Nor is it “new” as I’ve said, as the AP/Reuters particularly have never checked anyone since they started in 1940 and their posted articles have spelling that would make a 4th grader blush, where you would have to be “America’s Top Psychic” to figure out what the heck happened in that report about a simple train crash.
As I’ve said, check your local paper, whose reporter lives there, against someone who was involved in that simple car crash and you’ll find out they get every detail wrong. Wrong names, locations, events, wrong time, wrong vehicle, simple stuff. Now expand to the “We are attributing intent” of invisible, unproven actions at the national/international level. It’s crap.
Okay, this is REALLY HARD. It’s tough work. But you have to at least TRY, and to hold someone accountable to standards, squishy as they are. They don’t even try. Good faith. You have to have religion, an internal compass, to attempt good faith.

Political manipulation of The Court is history not news. In 1869 the size of the court was reduced to seven members to prevent Andrew Johnson from filling vacant seats and was restored to nine members when Ullysses S. Grant took office. The 1937 Roosevelt “court packing plan” is perhaps more infamous than famous. The refusal to confirm justices in 2016 ended with confirmation of Gorsuch in 2017. Manipulation of the highest court within states has a longer and more elaborate history than that of The Supreme Court of the United States.
The open attempts to bring the court system under the control of political operatives was considered the norm in political discoure as long as i have been following the governance of my nation. The effort to hobble the court system and reduce a tri-cameral system to a system of unitary political control was hailed as savvy maneuvering with each change of party ascendancy in the twentieth century United States.
The reality of all of these attempts to politicize the court system is a weakening of the constitutional structures, state and federal. There is ample history that from the earliest days of the republic, The United States of America, if defeat came it would come from within the nation itself. Self serving attempts to hamper the constitutional process always lead to injustice. One hundred and fifty five years of effort to render the judicial process a political process have proved successful. One more feather in the cap of those seeking exclusive access to opportunity. The surest path to majority rule is to limit access to the courts and deny equal protection before the law, followed closely by corruption of sufferage.

In two public performances of less than two minutes apiece, Chrystia Freeland (lead images), Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister, and leader of Canada’s war against Russia, has demonstrated bizarre facial and upper torso symptoms.Political analysts and psychiatrists have been asked if they believe Freeland is suffering from a clinical pathology or drug abuse. Canadian political analysts report that Freeland’s condition has long been recognized among male voters; less so among female voters. The analysts also note that as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau loses general voter approval, and also the support of his Liberal Party constituency, Freeland’s ambition to replace him before the national election next year, is becoming more obvious.
Her HPD symptoms, the sources say, become extreme when she appears in public with Trudeau, revealing her impatience to replace him.

Sadly, I don’t understand any of the four questions.
2) The original Constitution can only mean what it means, any “Strict Construction” or “Intent” is all Ret-Conned by us afterwards . The Founders themselves didn’t entirely agree on what it “Meant”, but unquestioningly the Bill of Rights IS the Constitution. The Constitution was Refused to be ratified – ever – without them. And good thing too, I guess, since even with them they ignore all 10 daily, even “Housing soldiers”. But the founders would unfailingly be considered Ultra “Right”, like Confederate Revivalists, wherein the Federal level is essentially powerless in our perception. Adams and Hamilton were both pro FEDERAL power, but the reason they had to fight so far and got nowhere is because everyone knew that wasn’t what was written and agreed. To have ANY Federal level was revolutionary in 1800. This is the same as say, Prohibition, where to control and regulate drugs they needed an Amendment to be delegated the power…but not for long. Immediately after every human action and even thought became Federal control. But the FACT it had to be passed shows that as late as 120 years later, the Fed were considered not to have State’s powers. One day, completely by coincidence after 1913, they just “Suddenly did.”
1) Therefore the statement “State’s Rights” was true then and true now, however, we started from exclusively states, and have moved to the Federal level duplicating nearly everything such that we now pay for double governments, who lately all conflict with each other. (Border) These are defined in the Constitution and by the courts later up to now, but after 1970 basically everyone ignores everything. As we see, States ignore Drug laws, Feds ignore border laws, States enforce laws they haven’t passed and don’t have to (Covid) and Feds enforce laws they don’t pass of have no delegated powers for(well, everything.) So there is no answer to that question. True everyone agrees it exist, false that everyone disagrees and since it’s radically changed only 4 years, clearly it MUST be illegal since no laws were passed.
3) What do you mean? What is Western Culture? ARE we having a conflict? What kind? Are the Sami “Western”? The Souix? If South Americans and Americans both Western why do they conflict so much? Or with Hungary and Russia? Or UK and US, a people divided by a common language.
Let me try to answer this with what is MEANT. Will WE survive? Yes, we will survive. We will also change, evolve. Will we return to some sort of Enlightenment Western Values? Yes, we will. But by devolving since the only reason they don’t exist now is infinite money and furious, violent effort. Very violent, as Assange. Why? It’s in our hearts and nature.
Sound good? No, the answer is false as the world power is rotating to Asia, and we will be second rate as indeed we already are. This will take generations, and a Generational Cycle is 70-100 years. I don’t mind, as we get a chance to re-connect to “Western Culture” and thereby evolve what that is into something new.

I presume you mean “Give me Liberty or Give Me Death”, which since he lived, he wasn’t all that active about. His THOUGHTS are available to everyone on the internet. His ACTIONS of resisting are also always available to everyone, even in China, which protests and resists every day more than any other country. Clearly we can all die in the attempt and many will be happy to help us to that final destination. How about CAN we have that Liberty? No. It is not suitable to every culture and people, and more’s the better. Russia specifically is very Authoritarian, but they also prize Freedom. Because that’s similar but different, it’s a good touchstone. Japan would not prize freedom much at all, but family and social order. Strangely this makes them relatively “free”. This is also why world government won’t work: the people are different and are not intending to kill themselves any time soon. If you think I’m exaggerating, look at Europe who are very “Similar” but still different enough to tear themselves apart immediately, and Europe is not going to Unite but “Break Up” and be as they always were: different states and cultures. And especially now as without money all the immigrants are going home. Europe becomes “Europe”. Not Muslim, not EU and certainly not the Theme Park running the world government. And as they lose that, they too will become again “Western”.Under the Judge Merchan gag order, Trump is not allowed to mention that Judge Merchan and family are being paid $10 million by the democrats to prosecute Trump and they will earn even more if they successfully convict Trump.

Weakened citizens can only result in weakened nations, who fall prey to competitors who (because they have strong citizenry) will always outperform, outproduce, outcompete and outlive a pathetic gaggle of weaklings.
More and more I am seeing the idea that Russia will collapse Ukrainian frontlines this year.
However I am not convinced that Russia will do this.
Doing so would cause too many Russian casualties.
Ukraine’s armed forces are still huge and still fighting.
I don’t see Ukrainian armed forces collapsing anytime soon.
I think Russia will continue to grind away.
I think Russia will deliberately avoid collapsing the frontlines.
If Russia creates a hole or gap in the fřrontlines, they may just sit tight, giving the Ukrainians plenty of time to re-fill the hole or gap again.
It is simply not in Russia’s long term best interests to end this war quickly.
The longer this war drags on the better.
The US/NATO and Ukraine need to know that they have been decisively and completely defeated.

This becomes problematic (rather than merely annoying, when we start being lied to, robbed, and FORCED to trust our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor to a thing for which there is not even an agreed upon legal definition. And we DO trust our lives to those devices. They are a crucial and irreplaceable part of every civilizational system extant that touches our lives and keeps the lights on. If there were no computer driven AI systems tomorrow then there would be no coherent human civilization tomorrow and people would die like flies.
