China has some rules and regulations for AI, but they are not very comprehensive or consistent. China’s AI regulation mainly focuses on specific applications or problems, such as generative AI, automated decision-making, data security, and personal information protection12. China also requires AI service providers to be transparent about their algorithms, data sources, and purposes, and to ensure that their AI systems are safe, reliable, and ethical34. However, China’s AI regulation also reflects its political and ideological agenda, such as requiring AI content to “reflect the core values of socialism” and users to register with their real identities35.

China’s AI regulation faces some technical challenges, such as how to provide explainable AI algorithms, how to prevent discrimination and bias in data and algorithms, and how to balance innovation and risk management14. China’s AI regulation also lacks a clear legal framework and enforcement mechanism, and may conflict with other countries’ or regions’ AI regulation in terms of data protection, human rights, and international cooperation24.

Parallel to the rise of synthetic meat, cities like New York and London are actively encouraging residents to cut back on their consumption of actual meat, citing environmental impact. New York Mayor Eric Adams recently announced a controversial program capping meat and dairy use by public facilities.

The billionaires get the government to phase out meat while the billionaires provide us with the solution which happens to involve us getting worse food and no choice: all signed off by the “experts” who we should all know by now will sign off anything in return for keeping their jobs. The aim is for all of the world to be totally dependent on corporations to provide our food. You can be totally confident that they have already written the laws that will ban householders from raising their own meat. Same as they are slowly banning householders from burning wood. Here in Hong Kong they banned the raising of live chickens, all because of the manufactured SARS scam.

Same with climate change, same with the Covid fake virus, same with Ukraine, same with the GMO scam etc.

It is all about getting to the point where the corporations are farming people instead of farming animals. The people will be totally detached from nature, the government will be your provider, nature is a nuisance and will be reserved for the elites while you are imprissoned in your 15 minute city.

We can get an idea of how it will be sold to the weak minded from this:

    environmentally-friendlier and morally-unimpeachable alternative

Nature is soooo imoral/amoral, as if morality had anything at all to do with the killing of animals. But people are stupid and weak, I can see this line working in the west, but in Asia and Africa they will be told to take a running jump, so a different approach will be required …. the violent approach that is their preferred method. Bill Gates will watch meat eaters being rounded up while he enjoys his home grown steak.

People are more and more being managed by governments like the pieces in a game being played by billionaires. The billionaires compete to get the most out of the pieces/cattle. But after the farming, then you have the culling.

    NATO F-16 Questions https://drjohnsblog.substack.com/p/nato-f-16-questions

Alastair Crooke, Thanks Eleni Nazi Germany’s defeat in 1945 has proven to be only a pause in a longer historical struggle against fascism. We are seeing that struggle playing out in Ukraine, and with Washington’s madcap psychopathic aggression toward Russia...
…The Americans and British recruited the Third Reich remnants at the end of World War Two because within the ranks of the Western ruling establishment were numerous fascists or “exceptionalists” who believe in a divine right of American superiority and world dominance. This is a mindset that has become endemic in Washington. The American OSS which went on to become the CIA in 1947 under the orders of President Harry Truman (the atomic bomber of Hiroshima and Nagasaki) was the embodiment of American fascism along with the Pentagon’s military-industrial complex (MIC). The CIA, the MIC, Wall Street banks and the corporate elite of American capitalism represent the deep state or corporatist state that is fascism. The electoral process is but a fig leaf of “democracy”. The same can be said for most Western states and their phoney elections. The real power resides in an unelected oligarchy. In short, the Western states are inherently fascist with a veneer of democracy, like lipstick on a pig.
The CIA would use its acquired Nazi expertise along with the British to terrorize the world with assassinations, coups and wars in the subsequent decades of the Cold War. The fascist American elite even assassinated one of its own presidents, John F Kennedy, on November 22, 1963, owing to his growing peaceful intentions with the Soviet Union and his refusal to countenance a preemptive nuclear attack on Moscow, as General Curtis LeMay and other Pentagon chiefs were demanding...
..The fascist Western powers led primarily by the U.S. ruling elite cannot be at peace with the rest of the world because their system of capitalist imperialism is predicated on total hegemony and dominance. That fundamental condition of inequality in human relations must be underpinned by militarism, aggression, state terrorism and war.

Nazi Germany’s Defeat… But a Pause for Fascism as NATO’s Proxy War in Ukraine Demonstrates

Christine sends Ukraine War updates from Gilbert Doctorow:
6/20/23 End game in the Ukraine war approaches with lightning speed
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu made an announcement that has not yet been carried in Western media but which is of the most grave nature.
According to the latest intelligence reports, Russia believes that the Ukrainian armed forces now intend to cover their failed counter-offensive in the Donbas by using US-supplied Himars multiple launch artillery and UK-supplied Storm Shadow cruise missiles, possibly in the longer range domestic version, to attack the Crimea.
If this happens, says Shoigu, Russia will consider both the United States and Britain to have fully entered the war as co-belligerents. And Russia will immediately respond to any such attack on its territory by destroying “the decision making centers” of the Kiev regime. This is a fairly transparent threat to “neutralize” their government apparatus and personnel, logically including President Zelensky.

End game in the Ukraine war approaches with lightning speed

6/22/23 The President (Putin) was seated at his desk in his Kremlin office with the other participants shown on television monitors. We caught the moment when Defense Minister Shoigu was reporting to Putin on the summary results of the fighting since the start of the Ukrainian counter-offensive at the start of the month: 246 Ukrainian tanks, including13 German Leopards, have been destroyed and a bit more than 13,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed. Yes, killed. In addition there must be the injured.
This, of course, was the part of the session fit for public dissemination. What really brought the Council together today was something else: to consider Russia’s response to latest developments in the war zone, namely the Ukrainians’ destruction yesterday of several bridges connecting the Kherson oblast under Russian control to the Crimea. It has already been determined that the attackers used the British supplied cruise missiles Storm Shadow. This looks very much like the tripwire that Shoigu had in mind a couple of days ago when he said that Russia will bomb the decision making center in Kiev if its territory is attacked. So we may well expect something to happen now.

    Latest news ‘from the front’

John Helmer: Putin’s Warning on the F-16 — Nato’s Article-5 is now for Burning Thanks Christine.
Until June 24 the combined air forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) are conducting their largest operation against Russia in the 74-year history of the alliance. The plan has been to disguise F-16 fighter jets as if they are piloted by Ukrainians, and pretend they are launched from Ukrainian territory.
In response, Russian artillery, missile and fighter-bomber forces have been disabling and destroying Ukrainian airfields, and every Ukrainian aircraft being flown from them.
Then on Friday, President Vladimir Putin dismissed the NATO pretence, warning that if an F-16 threatens to attack a Russian target, it would be “burned”, and so would the launch airbase and supporting aircraft – fuel tankers, electronic countermeasures, command-and-control, and decoys – no matter what NATO member-state flag they are flying, and on what territory they are based.
“The F-16 will also burn, there is no doubt,” Putin said in St. Petersburg on June 16. “But if they are located at air bases outside Ukraine, and used in combat operations, we will have to look at how to hit and where to hit those means that are used in combat operations against us. This is a serious danger of NATO’s further involvement in this armed conflict.” When the president and commander-in-chief announces “we will have to look at how to hit”, he means the General Staff have already assembled the operational intelligence and readied plans of attack with three minutes to launch; that is, against targets in Poland, Romania, Moldova, and possibly further west across the Czech and German borders.
In the president’s phrase “those means that are used in combat operations against us”, Putin also intends to identify airborne targets, manned and unmanned, over the Black, Baltic, and Barents Seas.
Never before has NATO’s collective defence proviso Article Five been explicitly challenged by the Kremlin.

    From Hal Turner’s site:
The first tangible sign that the ongoing NATO “exercise” dubbed “Air Defender 2023” will go “live” to direct war with Russia, has come out: British mass-media outlet SKY NEWS is running a piece calling for Western Air Power to directly enter the Ukraine war and bomb Russians.
On Sky News, an Op-Ed piece lays it out. The piece is titled:
Western intervention is the only credible way to protect Ukraine’s counteroffensive from Russian air power
It lays out all the pertinent facts as to why Ukraine stands NO CHANCE AT ALL of defeating Russia, and concludes “Kyiv needs modern air power, not a squadron or so of second-hand F-16 platforms that are neither supportable nor credible, against modern, stealthy Russian fighters.”
Written by Sky News “Military Analyst” Sean Bell, the piece introduces to readers the notion that the West entering the Ukraine Conflict with air power is “needed.”
(HT REMARK: Folks, Western Media Outlets do not — E V E R — print things like this unless they have been told to do so by government. As you might guess, government plants stories like this to begin to mold and manipulate public opinion, because not only does government WANT to do something, it INTENDS to do it. They want to prime the public to have this in their minds.)

Moscow will strengthen its nuclear triad and equip its troops with cutting-edge weapons, including drones and robots, the president has said Russian President Vladimir Putin meets militayr academia graduates in Moscow, Russia, on June 21, 2023..
..Russia’s nuclear triad will remain a focus of the military development efforts, Putin said, adding that it remains “a key guarantee of Russia’s military security and global stability.” Around half of Russia’s strategic land-based missile units have already been equipped with state-of-the-art Yars missiles – some of Russia’s most modern nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles, Putin revealed.
The troops also continue to receive the hypersonic Avangard gliders, the president said. Such systems are fitted on silo-based ICBMs. The military will also be further supplied with hypersonic anti-ship Zircon missiles, to be used by the Navy, as well as air-launched Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. New Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic missiles are also about to enter combat duty, Putin added. (The Sarmat will change the ICBM strategic balance to favor Russia.)…
..His words came a day after Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow is potentially ready for a conflict with NATO if the military bloc decides to attack Russia. “Well, let them fight, we are ready for this,” he said.

    More John Helmer on how-much-buffer-zone-will-be-enough-for-Russia-when-it’s-over
Since the Ukrainian abrogation of the Istanbul non-aggression and neutrality agreement of March 2022, which President Vladimir Putin displayed to a delegation of African leaders last Saturday, one thing has been clear. The pact to end this war will be drafted and signed by Ukrainian soldiers who have been defeated in the field, not by civilian politicians who are paid and instructed by Washington.
The terms will be dictated by Russian soldiers. They will calculate the distances to be covered by long-range NATO artillery and missile launches on Russian territory, and of Ukrainian terrorist attacks into Russian regions. These are military facts the Russian General Staff have a long history of calculating, plotting them on maps and reinforcing the depth of defence and control lines – as long ago as the Soviet Army war against the US-backed Afghan mujahideen.

HOW MANY LINES OF DEMILITARIZATION, DENAZIFICATION MAKE A SANITARY ZONE FOR UKRAINIAN TERRITORY – EAST OF LVOV, WHAT IS  LEFT?

‘Surovikin Defensive Line’ Impregnable [There has never been such a deeply designed defensive line with drones spotting for artillery at a 20 mile range, trenches, minefields and “dragon’s teeth” to stop vehicles, air and communications superiority, electronic countermeasures, and attack helicopters, all before reaching the “first defensive line” of soldiers and tanks. Nothing like this has ever been faced in warfare, let alone breached by an army lacking air support.]
The colloquially named ‘Surovikin Defensive Line’ has thrashed Ukrainian forces, with the Russian military reporting thousands of enemy casualties and the destruction of nearly 200 tanks and over 400 armored vehicles over the past two weeks.
Named after Sergei Surovikin, the Russian general who commanded the Joint Group of Forces in the Special Military Operation Zone last fall and winter, and who was charged with the task of preparing Russian defenses for a Ukrainian counteroffensive, the Surovikin Line consists of vast networks of zigzag infantry trenches, anti-tank dragon’s teeth, berms and minefields across a frontline that stretches hundreds of kilometers..
..“The line is based on the construction of both stationary and mobile defenses simultaneously, and is effective not only in fortified areas, but also has advantages in terms of fire and supporting troops moving in depth. The line is characterized by its unprecedented intensity of fire and the ability to move in three directions at once, which made it possible to destroy Ukrainian Armed Forces at several points. There is no possibility of a breakthrough by Ukrainian forces, since all existing lines adapt to an offensive and contain it extremely effectively,” the observer said.

Simplicus: Dissecting West Point Think-tank’s New Analysis of Russia’s Military Evolution
This is a military analysis form the Army War College at West Point, explained by Simplicus.
I will very briefly outline: Russia has traditionally defended in depth and also attacked in waves, breaking through with one group, then replacing them with fresh soldiers to expand the breach.
Modern warfare makes every military target accessible by precision weapons and satellite imaging, so massing forces is avoided by Russia and Ukraine.
Coordination of electronic warfare, intelligence and target-spotting, ground forces and air forces requires electronic communications, which can be precision targeted by the foe. Without communications there is no coordination of forces, so tanks are unprotected, and forces may be frozen in place, awaiting tanks or air support.
Russia has the best electronic countermeasures of any army, to block enemy communications and confuse drones and aircraft. Russia has the best targeting communications in the world, allowing platoons to contact helicopter-gunships, airplanes and artillery directly on a targeting-coordinate app. The supportive fire comes rapidly. This one device coordinates all forms of fire and works reliably. No other military has this. Russia has moved to smaller groups with autonomy of decision, like target-surveillance connected directly to aircraft and artillery attack orders, without further chain of command. This gives rapid strike capability, before targets can move. This is similar to the German tank warfare approach, encouraging commanders to exploit opportunities, championed by General Guderian in WW-2.
NATO forces would be targeted by their electronic communications when they used them, but have longer and multiple chains of command for any decision to hit a target that is identified. Artillery, air and drone strikes have different procedures and command-chains. Russian electronic countermeasures would make satellite-targeting through GPS unreliable, and could block GPS.
All of this would prevent NATO forces from working smoothly as a combined-arms combat group, which is what has led to such high Ukrainian losses.
NATO weaknesses: Electronic warfare, communications, chain-of-command in battle, tanks, artillery, supply lines, inexperienced troops, officers and specialists.

Die Untermensche has this archive of Russian Embassy communit=cations from Baghdad to Moscow during the 2003 Second Gulf War. It was not a “cakewalk” for coalition forces. There were weaknesses at all levels, including planning, equipment, inadequate forces and poor operational command. He translated all of this. I read about 1/3. It was very revealing, and not what we got on the news. It was on the internet every day to read. He downloaded it before it went away.

West Bank Settlers Rampage In Palestinian Villages, Killing 1 And Injuring Dozens [Attention: Candidate Kennedy!]
One Palestinian is dead and dozens injured after Jewish settlers went on fiery rampages in several West Bank villages, with Israeli security forces reportedly siding with the assailants and thwarting Palestinian attempts to defend themselves and their property...
..That incident, in turn, followed major Israeli military attacks on the Jenin refugee camp that have killed at least seven including two children. In an escalation not seen in the occupied West Bank since 2006, Israel used helicopter gunships, followed by a drone strike that killed three on Wednesday.
Lafi Adeeb, mayor of Turmusaya, told Middle East Eye that hundreds of Jews descended upon her town in a midday onslaught, setting fire to some 30 houses and 60 vehicles as well as agricultural land.
“This is genocide, this is a war against us,” said Adeeb. “Settlers carrying weapons and canisters full of fuel attack our small village and set fire to houses over the heads of their inhabitants.”

Dems’ Primary Calendar Fight Could Hand RFK Jr Wins In New Hampshire, Iowa
The Democratic Party’s attempt to make South Carolina’s primary the first in the nation could lead to President Biden suffering an embarrassing 2024 campaign setback — in the form of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. reeling off back-to-back wins in Iowa and New Hampshire, Axios reports.
In February, the Democratic National Committee announced that, after decades of leading the primary parade, Iowa and New Hampshire would be pushed back in the order, with South Carolina going first on Feb. 3. Under the plan, New Hampshire and Nevada are to host theirs on Feb. 6, followed by Georgia on Feb. 13 and Michigan on Feb. 27.
While Biden and the DNC are enthused about the new pecking order, Iowa and New Hampshire may defy the directive — and Team Biden has signaled that the president won’t put his name on the ballots in those two states if they hold their contests before South Carolina.
New Hampshire law requires the secretary of state to set the primary date at least seven days before any other state. Meanwhile, the Republican Party is using the traditional Iowa-New Hampshire sequence to start their primaries, and Iowa Democrats last month proposed holding their primary on the same date as the GOP.
Even if it happens by a Biden forfeit, Kennedy victories in the first two states to vote could foster voter belief that his renegade campaign has viability heading into subsequent primaries.

Personally I consider the holocaust story to be bullshit. I have been to most of the concentration camps while working in Europe, as well as the cemetries, I have seen the artifacts etc, still believe it is bullshit, as valid as “The vaccine is safe”. Why do people think that our owners only started lying to us after the internet was created? Anyway, even the most avid brainwashed European – say a German born in 1970, brainwashed to feel guilty for the holocaust and never question that guilt let alone the basis of that guilt – might just be questioning why Israel is so eager to go out of its way to support the Bandera Nazis.

Thanks for the good info on your foray into the regulatory rules for AI. Also note that the rules and regulations themselves are simply more AI. The rules may (may!) have been written by (mostly) humans, but once the regulations are incorporated into the programming for implementation they’re just another algorithm, and will from that point forward be monitored, decided and implemented by the computer.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky told “yet another lie,” when he alleged that Russia is supposedly planning a terrorist attack on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov insisted on Thursday.

According to Zelensky Russia goes around attacking its own infrastructure constantly. Russia blew up the Kerch bridge. Russia attacked its own Nord stream. Russia blew up the dam. Russia attacked the Kremlin with drones. Now, having seen that there’s a whole nuclear power plant relatively intact, Russia cannot resist the urge to blow that up too.

The Zaporizhzhia power plant has been shut off/not producing.

Russia can destroy/shut off the electricity produced by all Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine.
