Health bosses warn of heart disease emergency in England

“Analysis of official government data suggests that more than 500 people a week are dying needlessly from heart disease, heart attacks or strokes. There have been 96,540 extra cardiovascular-related deaths since March 2020, according to the report by the British Heart Foundation.”

” …while deaths from Covid-19 have since fallen, the number of cardiovascular disease deaths have remained much higher than expected.”

Zelensky has repeatedly vowed to drive Russian troops out of the four formerly Ukrainian regions – Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, and Zaporozhye – that voted last year to join Russia, as well as Crimea, which joined Russia after a referendum in 2014.

Ukraine hits bridge linking Crimea to mainland in blow to Russian supply route
    Story by By Tom Balmforth

“Another meaningless act perpetrated by the Kyiv regime on orders from London. It solves nothing as far as the special military operation is concerned,” he said, vowing to repair the bridge and restore traffic.

He threatened to retaliate by targeting a bridge linking neighbouring Moldova to NATO-member Romania: “A very serious response is coming very soon.”

The Chonhar bridge hit overnight is one of just a handful of access roads to Crimea, which is linked to the Ukrainian mainland by a narrow isthmus.

If you have not yet read “The Art of War” then stop reading this and go read that. Not skim. Study.

The world around you will make a lot more sense after you’ve read the book. Especially the parts about war.

It’s Chinese, by the way, and it was codified 2,500 years ago so they’ve had a considerable amount of time to practice since then. [ https://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/66706/pg66706-images.html ]

Then move on to The Oera Linda Book [ https://www.gutenberg.org/files/40986/40986-h/40986-h.htm ]

Shouldn’t take more than a day of pleasant reading, with plenty of breaks to meditate upon the implications, and come to terms with the discomforting fact that the world is not what you have been thinking it is. By a long shot.

Lot’s of folks have noticed that we’re in a war. Barely a handful are earnestly attempting to confront how big it is. But many are waking up.

Professor Tim Cole of University College London’s Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health suggested to The Times that growing up in the 2010s “period of austerity” was what “clobbered the height of children in the UK.” The height of British five-year-olds peaked in 2011 at 112.8cm (44.4in) and has been falling ever since, the statistics show.

Living in the first world means nothing when your government, their owners and their paid minions are stealing from the rest of us, from under our noses. No wonder they all went globalist, they knew they were destroying their own countries through their own corruption. A diet rich in sugar and processed foods from the globalized big food industry has generated a new disease called Metabolic syndrome resulting in diabetes, hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and a massive increase in obesity right down to the pediatric level.. The damage occurs at the cellular level primnarily in the mitochondria. Sugar, primarily the fructose fraction is an addictive and metabolic poison which is only metabolized in the liver just like alcohol.. This change in world health has happened in the last 5 decades Fast food aka “fast garbage” and limited physical activity also bears a large part of the blame. The cause is bad nutrition which can only be reversed by eating real and natural food which is more expensive. Shop your farmer’s field and your farmer’s market and abandon the grocery chains and remove sugar from you and your children’s diet, The worst single offenders are soda, energy drinks and fruit juices. Eat the fruit. Don’t drink the juice and add fiber to your diet.

Apparently, the CEO in charge of the submersible company on which the billionaires are missing said they AVOIDED having any “50 year old white men” on the team, “because that wouldn’t be inspiring”

This sounds remarkably like, in the leadup to Captain Marvel, Disney’s lead actress was building up goodwill (ha!) by making speeches about how she didn’t need any middle aged white dudes. To be followed by “sold-out” yet EMPTY theatres. Who bought the seats? Blackrock? Soros? HRC? They were bussing schoolchildren to the film as a field trip – for Girl Power and the theatres were STILL essentially empty. Where’d the $1,000,000,000 box office come from then?

That’s FINE when it is entertainment.

Well, kinda fine. Disney is getting – finally – into serious trouble. The parks aren’t making money. They’ve got an impending hit coming from the Hulu thing. They’ve destroyed all their best IP’s. Even their mediocre ones. They’re looking at what they can sell off.

In both cases, it wasn’t so much that an image of Wokeism automatically means suckitude in and of itself, but that the KIND of messaging by people actually DOING the things that need to be done is a signal that it will suck because it is being run by incompetents. They’re good at SOMETHING, just not their job.

For the upper and upper middle class, they’ve been wallowing in, essentially a LUXURY BELIEF. Since all their needs are taken care of, no real struggles, no real unmet desires, endless luxuries of every kind available even depraved ones, what’s left but a belief system to top it off? For the people who already have everything?

But finally we are seeing (important) people’s stock prices crater, their submersibles not function, billions in printed dollars turning out to NOT be what wins wars. It was presumed they could carpet bomb the population for decades in ways that could only cause dissolution and demoralization. Yet they assumed competency would always be springing eternal, just something that HAPPENS, surely at least for anyone with sufficient money.

Disney, for instance, keeps axeing powerful C-suite folks now. Previously untouchable. Their CFO, their DIE commisar, basically anyone who isn’t Kathleen Kennedy for some reason. I almost wonder if the “writer’s strike” is happening because someone realized everyone is fed up and a sufficient number of people (but not believers) are now educated in neo marxism that they may have to change gears.

They got us up to speed, people who just wanted to play video games or read comic books can now explain weird abstruse points from Gramsci and Marcuse – but to know marx apparently was not to love him. That was a weird assumption for them to have. So they made themselves SUPER annoying for the past 7 years and all they got were antibodies in response.

Considering that various corporations have pulled back this month, there must have been some official dispensation from …who? The HRC? Blackrock/Vanguard/State Street? Pulling back on required metrics for xyz score? lol and yet Bud Lite isn’t allowed to do anything it would take to survive.

Anyway, The New Religion is deeply enough embedded that it’s starting to affect REAL people. Somebody (who matters) might get HURT by it. Like in the stock market or in a pressurized tube in the ocean.

But I thought we could just jet between our various homes in gated communities, our Elite Archipelago and enjoy our Luxury Belief forever! Enjoy spending our excess capital on browbeating decent normal folks forever, not so much to achieve anything in particular but just enjoy having a religion that makes us folks at the top holy and ordained (in our spoiled depravity) as well as rich and powerful.

Finally, possibly too late, skin in the game.

The reason that the bad guys are compelled to show and tell you what they’re doing and intend to do is that by you allowing them do that action, without consequential restraint or punishment, is demonstration and proof that you find it acceptable. Really!? Well, you accepted it didn’t you? That’s proof that you find it acceptable, and since it is acceptable then I’m going to keep on doing it.

My ex was like that. He erroneously believed that by following that course of action that he wouldn’t lose me, as he had checked with me first to make sure his behavior was “acceptable.” What he didn’t understand is that I wasn’t interested in putting ligatures on him — I preferred that he behave the way he pleased, without fear of reprisal from me, so that I could see who he truly was and what he wanted. Piece by piece he shattered the myths that I originally had crafted around him until there was nothing left that I could love, and then I then I carefully analyzed the situation and found a way to legally eject him from the home, because the home was key to the long term well-being of myself and the children. (It probably sounds very cold for me to write it in this way — actually, the process was heart-wrenching and very emotionally painful. By the time I found my solution he was an alcoholic and addicted to psychiatric medicine and barely brought in any income.)

What the “bad guys” don’t realize is that the “good guys” often play by rules. Those rules mean that the good guys won’t rain down repercussions on the bad guys until they have proof of the bad guys’ malfeasance. The good guys are giving the bad guys the opportunity to show their “true colors.” The bad guys don’t understand that rules can be followed out of desire, rather than only out of fear of reprisal; the bad guys have a fundamental misunderstanding that the good guys do not see the world as they do, and do not operate on the same assumptions as they do.

Part of restoring sanity when involved with a Narc is to allow or even create opportunities for misbehavior and dispassionately observe. Not traps, but openings, apparent vulnerabilities.

This skill came in handy in Call Center jobs – I would feign weakness – cracking voice, higher pitch, uncertain stuttering, try to sound a little bit naïve or credulous. Couldn’t lay it on too thick, but I would throw it in there if I had any doubts as to the customer’s complaint. It was a useful lie detector.

If they acted like a rabid carnivore throwing themselves immediately on red meat, I knew they were not acting in good faith. I’d project that I was JUST on the verge of cracking, of being fooled, and they’d enter a kind of megalomania in which their claims and demands would wildly increase – they almost seemed to get drunk on the projection.

But then 2 hours later, they’re still drunk but getting exhausted, STILL somehow just on the cusp of steamrolling me. Still being presented with the same affect. Still not getting anywhere. lol frustrated incomprehension at my “weakness”

    Walk on the Beach.
Dynamic masterpiece by slight diagonal position of the figures battling the light wind. In concert with the wavy garment, “power of the wind” was, rather, cleverly depicted by the water behind using the long strokes of the brash from dark to the lighter value of blue, where the latter is “hitting” the girl’s chest.
Painter must be fully immersed and dead exhausted afterwards, by almost repeating mantra to himself: “they are walking on the slightly windy beach” ….on-and-on, during his work. Level of ability to maintain that state determines the quality of the painting among other talent requirements. Such an effort to make figures “alive” and “gestures” right.

Disney Studios made a mountain of money by lying to everyone that Disney was all about good wholesome (sane!) values. In point of fact Disney has been rotten to the core from the very start, but just brilliantly good at hiding that fact behind appealing deception’s. There is an entire genre of YouTube and Website content that essentially consists of the Satanically pornographic snippets and symbols that Disney’s artists and executives surreptitiously slipped in ever film that company ever produced.

Back at the ranch, Disney now starts to more OPENLY espouse and portray the perverse obsessions that it has always had . . . and is going broke because normal people are revolted and repulsed by it. Disney should backpedal, but it won’t. It will instead double-down. Are we ready for XXX rated Snow White?

My understanding ( I may be wrong) is that FDR forced the mega-rich to open the purse and finance many public works (that country should be proud of given the quality of work) so they were, obviously, pissed-of and expressed their anger with “Trotsky artist”.
I would wholeheartedly support the image if I had not learned in the course of years that they were protecting the notion of:

Ah, yes, gifts have a way of being like that. It’s similar to the old saw about, “Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.”

Oera Linda is encapsulated very nicely in this interview of Jan Ott (it’s most recent and diligent translator) by none other than my favorite little old lady Catherine Austin Fitts [ https://youtu.be/0Lo8bZIacgA ].

I wish I could let you off the hook and just let you martial your time in peace, but the inescapable implication of the book’s existence and content is that we have a lot catch-up reading to do about this History of Earth thing that more and more people are starting to argue about. Apparently civilizational history is exponentially longer, and considerably DIFFERENT than Academia and the average Department of Education (among others) would have us believe.

The sub was controlled by a Logitech G F710 Wireless Gamepad

Always, always read the 1 star reviews…

I’ve had this controller for years, I love everything about it except for the most important feature: functionality. It frequently loses connection and loses input control. For example, you might be pressing right on one of the thumb directional pads, and even if you let go, it’s still sending “right” to your computer. It happens all the time. I’ve put in new batteries, I’ve moved the USB receiver to different ports, I’ve moved the USB receiver to the front of my desktop, and I’ve moved the USB receiver to my G19 keyboard right in front of me. If I’m 2′ away one moment, then move to 3′ away, it can lose connection or get stuck sending button presses. Really F’ing Annoying.

I’ve been using the controller for a little over a month now and it keeps randomly losing connection. Often it loses inputs or just gets stuck at for example left or right.

the buttons get stuck and sometimes do not push. the joystick turn you around and doesn’t stop so u end up moving round in circles.

I own two of these and I regret the purchase. I use this about six feet from the dongle, brand new batteries and these controllers go through cycles of lost connection or stuck connection. That translates to either dead time in a game, or unexpectedly continuing in whatever direction you were pushing for a random amount of time. If you can get a wired then pick one of those up

Regulatory rules for AI are rules or guidelines that aim to ensure the effective and ethical use of AI systems in various domains and applications. Different countries and regions have different approaches and frameworks for regulating AI, depending on their values, ethics, and laws.

Some examples of regulatory rules for AI are:

The EU AI Act: This is a proposal by the European Commission for the first EU regulatory framework for AI. It classifies AI systems according to the risk they pose to users and imposes different levels of regulation accordingly1.
