Vitamin D, zinc and selenium deficiency is associated with factors of COVID-19 severity, such as old age, obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia and chronic and acute inflammation. COVID-19 patients have lower status of vitamin D, zinc and selenium than healthy individuals.
Also, patients with severe COVID-19 disease have lower status of vitamin D, zinc and selenium than mild and moderate disease patients. Preliminary evidence from intervention studies suggests that supplementation with these micronutrients protects from severe COVID-19 disease.”

With the spike proteins following vaccination collecting in the ovaries and testes, it’s clear to me, at least, that the whole push to vaccinate children has nothing to do with protecting them or herd immunity, it is about making a significant proportion of the young infertile.

There are people such as myself who don’t well-tolerate medications aimed at altering basic brain-chemistry.

The Julius Ruechel article posted on Thursday morning is a very long read, but even if you don’t want to read all that, there’s a very telling graphic at the very end of the article that everybody should look at. Back when I believed most of the official narrative about Covid-19, I was still starting to really think lockdowns were not the way to go, even though that was what the progressive-left “groupthink” on social media at the time was supporting. (Along with calling for 2K a month stipend checks for people who found themselves out of work. Lefty Twitter loves to spank off by calling for things into the void that they have to know aren’t going to happen in a million years.)

Besides the terrible explosion in unemployment numbers the initiation of the lockdown-mania caused, I think I was also sensing what the graphic to which I’m referring alludes, namely signs that you are in an abusive relationship. The chart was made for describing personal and probably mostly coupling-relationships. But what’s alarming about it in the Covid-response context is that you can transfer that very easily to the individual’s relationship with the established authorities in 2020 and 2021!

“ US Judge Overturns California’s Ban On Assault Weapons (AP) “

At last, a Judge who can read. These mojos, if you want this, there is a LEGAL process: amend the Constitution. That won’t erase the human right to self defense, but it would make it legal. There’s no end to illegality. In #OppositeLand, we obviously enforce laws that aren’t real, and don’t enforce laws that are real.

“the popular AR-15 rifle is a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment.”

Although literate, apparently he knows nothing about guns. But he lives in California, so how would he? No sir, no, it’s not. Unless you’re shooting villains at 200 yards in a Mad Max movie, the AR is definitively NOT a good home defense weapon. The .223 will go right through your house, your neighbor’s house, and has a fair chance of hitting anything nearby, but is NOT safe for self-defense in any inhabited neighborhood, but worse, stands an off chance of shooting through the hallway into the kitchen and garage even if you’re the only house for miles. That’s not it’s purpose. Its purpose, and the purpose of 2A, is to shoot tyrannical governments, for which it is very nicely designed, although others are better.

Continuing with everyone in America being a liar or illiterate, “is a slap in the face to the families who’ve lost loved ones to this weapon.” All five of them? No one in America is shot with an AR. The numbers of deaths are so close to zero it’s not above statistical noise. All the deaths are suicides, removing that, all the deaths are in Democratic, gun-controlled cities. Looking at that, +90% are handguns, which are 99% unlicensed and illegal. Newsome: the only families who have lost loved ones to the AR are families of careless hunters. All five of them, like I said, as it’s not really a “hunting” rifle. So Mr. Newsom, since you’re AGAINST guns that shoot governments, but not citizens, but IGNORE guns that shoot innocent victims, what are you really up to? Clearly dead poor citizens = good; citizens able to fight government but actually don’t (yet anyway) = bad.

But who cares about facts, when we got feelz? Statistics, reality, has numbers in them, so I just ignore everything from that point. Removing those already-illegally-restricted 12 Democratic cities, the violent gun death rate in the U.S. is similar to any place in Europe. But why do I even talk? Facts are meaningless now.

How about this: 1960 Brooklyn High School gun club, taking their .22s on the subway.
PicofHSGunClub(Sorry for the site, first found)

That’s the same caliber as the AR, .223. Yeah, I remember all the hundreds of gun deaths from teens in the 60’s. Or the 1860s, or the 1760s, when every family had a rifle over the mantle. What changed? Why is it only Democratically-controlled places? Why only cities? Don’t put your weirdo problems, and clearly total lack of solutions on the rest of us. Clean up your own yard then talk.

Guns were just legalized in Texas. Crime plunged as usual. I hate guns, but also know that the police aren’t everywhere and criminals hate getting shot. How’s that for common sense? Is what you’re doing now, for 40-50 years working? No. Perhaps this is a solution only for a huge nation with 90% rural counties, but America IS a huge nation made mostly of rural counties where driveways are 2 miles long and the police response is 30-60 minutes.

Maybe the better question is: do human beings have the right to self defense, or don’t they? Democrats say black people do not have the right to self-defense in their neighborhoods: they cannot own guns. City mayors do, who pay $30k for private security. If all the black people are predominantly good – just like white people, just like “people” – then why would you DENY the majority good people the means to save their own lives? Just to hose up their dead bodies later and laugh? What kind of sense does that make? Nope, in DNC areas, if you save your own life and stop a murderer – of yourself – the police are mad at, and arrest YOU, the victim. How is this not a state-endorsement OF murder, AGAINST self-defense? FOR criminals, armed robbers, carjackers, AGAINST anyone, everyone trying to live their lives in peace? Even the lowest animals understand the right to self-defense.

Maybe they should live in these areas until they experience it firsthand. Decide, not from the safe Karen suburbs of AOC, but from your hot spot blue-collar zip code, just trying to get to work each day, and not be shot through your front window each night.

And that’s all aside from the real purpose, which is self-defense against all, yes, but specifically against GOVERNMENTS. Which are indeed shooting innocents through their front windows, regularly, both black and white.

Leaving with a far richer, better ending, and yet the same subject, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn address to Harvard, 1978: https://www.tjed.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/world_split_apart_eng2.pdf

Now here’s a guy who can think, not an idiot like me. What does he cover? Predicting the terrible consequence of a decline in courage, institutionally, as well as personally.

“Political and intellectual functionaries exhibit this depression, passivity, and perplexity in their actions and in their statements, and even more so in their self-serving rationales as to how realistic, reasonable, and intellectually and even morally justified it is to base state policies on weakness and cowardice. And the decline in courage, at times attaining what could be termed a lack of manhood, is ironically emphasized by occasional outbursts and inflexibility on the part of those same functionaries when dealing with weak governments”

    The deadly consequence of decadence:

“the constant desire to have still more things and a still better life and the struggle to this end imprint many Western faces with worry and even depression, though it is customary to carefully conceal such feelings. This active and tense competition comes to dominate all human thought and does not in the least open a way to free spiritual development.”

Complete dependence on legality to guide life.

The limits of human rights and rightness are determined by a system of laws; such limits are very broad. Every conflict is solved according to the letter of the law and this is considered to be the ultimate solution. If one is risen from a legal point of view, nothing more is required, nobody may mention that one could still not be right, and urge self-restraint or a renunciation of these rights, call for sacrifice and selfless risk: this would simply sound absurd. Voluntary self-restraint is almost unheard of: everybody strives toward further expansion to the extreme limit of the legal frames.”

The relentless, universal attack on anything good, and the failure of the executive, that is, any positive action, until the state is moribound and helpless to defend itself.”

“Every conflict is solved according to the letter of the law and this is considered to be the ultimate solution. If one is risen from a legal point of view, nothing more is required, nobody may mention that one could still not be right, and urge self-restraint or a renunciation of these rights, call for sacrifice and selfless risk: this would simply sound absurd. Voluntary self-restraint is almost unheard of: everybody strives toward further expansion to the extreme limit of the legal frames.

“Whenever the tissue of life is woven of legalistic relationships, this creates an atmosphere of spiritual mediocrity that paralyzes man’s noblest impulses. And it will be simply impossible to bear up to the trials of this threatening century with nothing but the supports of a legalistic structure. The Direction of FreedomToday’s Western society has revealed the inequality between the freedom for good deeds and the freedom for evil deeds. A statesman who wants to achieve something highly constructive for his country has to move cautiously and even timidly; thousands of hasty (and irresponsible) critics cling to him at all times; he is constantly rebuffed by parliament and the press. He has to prove that his every step is well founded and absolutely flawless. Indeed, an outstanding, truly great person who has unusual and unexpected initiatives in mind does not get any chance to assert himself; dozens of traps will be set for him from the beginning. Thus mediocrity triumphs under the guise of democratic restraints. It is feasible and easy everywhere to undermine administrative power and it has in fact been drastically weakened in all Western countries. The defense of individual rights has reached such extremes as to make society as a whole defenseless against certain individuals. It is time, in the West, to defend not so much human rights as human obligations.”

On the other hand, destructive and irresponsible freedom has been granted boundless space.”

Infinite rise of crime, and the defense of it, including preventing any self-defense.

“And what shall we say about the dark realms of overt criminality? Legal limits (especially in the United States) are broad enough to encourage not only individual freedom but also some misuse of such freedom. The culprit can go unpunished or obtain undeserved leniency – all with the support of thousands of defenders in the society. When a government earnestly undertakes to root out terrorism, public opinion immediately accuses it of violating the terrorist’s civil rights.”

Complete failure of the Press, which becomes an instrument of active evil, able to flip-flop and promote opposites without the slightest consequence:

“There is no true moral responsibility for distortion or disproportion. What sort of responsibility does a journalist or a newspaper have to the readership or to history? If they have misled public opinion by inaccurate information or wrong conclusions, even if they have contributed to mistakes on a state level, do we know of any case of open regret voiced by the same journalist or the same newspaper? No; this would damage sales. A nation may be the worse for such a mistake, but the journalist always gets away with it. It is most likely that he will start writing the exact opposite to his previous statements with renewed aplomb.”

The complete undermining of the nation and spiritual life with a torrent of trivia and over-information:

“Everyone is entitled to know everything.” (But this is a false slogan of a false era; far greater in value is the forfeited right of people not to know, not to have their divine souls stuffed with gossip, nonsense, vain talk. A person who works and leads a meaningful life has no need for this excessive and burdening flow of information.) Hastiness and superficiality – these are the psychic diseases of the twentieth century and more than anywhere else this is manifested in the press. In-depth analysis of a problem is anathema to the press; it is contrary to its nature. The press merely picks out sensational formulas.Such as it is, however, the press has become the greatest power within Western countries, exceeding that of the legislature, the executive, and the judiciary. Yet one would like to ask: According to what law has it been elected and to whom is it responsible?

Leading to groupthink and violent oppression of ideas and therefor total lack of thought merely for fashion’s sake:

“Without any censorship in the West, fashionable trends of thought and ideas are fastidiously separated from those that are not fashionable, and the latter, without ever being forbidden have little chance of finding their way into periodicals or books or being heard in colleges. Your scholars are free in the legal sense, but they are hemmed in by the idols of the prevailing fad. There is no open violence, as in the East; however, a selection dictated by fashion and the need to accommodate mass standards frequently prevents the most independent-minded persons from contributing to public life and gives rise to dangerous herd instincts”

This gives birth to strong mass prejudices, to a blindness which is perilous in our dynamic era. An example is the self-deluding interpretation of the state of affairs in the contemporary world that functions as a sort of petrified armor around people’s minds, to such a degree that human voices from seventeen countries of Eastern Europe and Eastern Asia cannot pierce it. It will be broken only by the inexorable crowbar of events”

    Conclusion:

“Of course, a society cannot remain in an abyss of lawlessness, as is the case in our country. But it is also demeaning for it to stay on such a soulless and smooth plane of legalism, as is the case in yours. After the suffering of decades of violence and oppression, the human soul longs for things higher, warmer, and purer than those offered by today’s mass living habits, introduced as by a calling card by the revolting invasion of commercial advertising, by TV stupor, and by intolerable music.”

    But Why?

“the prevailing Western view of the world which was born in the Renaissance and has found political expression since the Age of Enlightenment. It became the basis for political and social doctrine and could be called rationalistic humanism or humanistic autonomy: the pro-claimed and practiced autonomy of man from any higher force above him. It could also be called anthropocentricity, with man seen as the center of all.”

“[They] recoiled from the spirit and embraced all that is material, excessively and incommensurately. The humanistic way of thinking, which had proclaimed itself our guide, did not admit the existence of intrinsic evil in man, nor did it see any task higher than the attainment of happiness on earth. It started modern Western civilization on the dangerous trend of worshiping man and his material needs.”

“the Middle Ages had come to a natural end by exhaustion, having become an intolerable despotic repression of man’s physical nature in favor of the spiritual one. But then we recoiled from the spirit and embraced all that is mate-rial, excessively and incommensurately. The humanistic way of thinking, which had proclaimed itself our guide, did not admit the existence of intrinsic evil in man, nor did it see any task higher than the attainment of happiness on earth. It started modern Western civilization on the dangerous trend of worshiping man and his material needs.Everything beyond physical well-being and the accumulation of material goods, all other human requirements and characteristics of a subtle and higher nature, were left outside the area of attention of state and social systems, as if human life did not have any higher meaning.

Thus gaps were left open for evil, and its drafts blow freely today. Mere freedom per se does not in the least solve all the problems of human life and even adds a number of new ones. And yet in early democracies, as in American democracy at the time of its birth, all individual hu-man rights were granted on the ground that man is God’s creature. That is, freedom was given to the individual conditionally, in the assumption of his constant religious responsibility. Such was the heritage of the preceding one thousand years. Two hundred or even fifty years ago, it would have seemed quite impossible, in America, that an individual be granted boundless freedom with no purpose, simply for the satisfaction of his whims. Subsequently, however, all such limitations were eroded everywhere in the West; a total emancipation occurred from the moral heritage of Christian centuries with their great reserves of mercy and sacrifice. State systems were becoming ever more materialistic. The West has finally achieved the rights of man, and even excess, but man’s sense of responsibility to God and society has grown dimmer.”

    Liberty is Freedom WITH RESPONSIBILITY.

And this failure and lack of sacrifice opens the door to be open to Socialism, especially among the hyper-mental elite, even when it is a total, recorded failure everywhere at every time.

What can we do? Where are we going?

“If the world has not approached its end, it has reached a major watershed in history, equal in importance to the turn from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. It will demand from us a spiritual blaze; we shall have to rise to a new height of vision, to a new level of life, where our physical nature will not be cursed, as in the Middle Ages, but even more importantly, our spiritual being will not be trampled upon, as in the Modern Era.

The ascension is similar to climbing onto the next anthropological stage. No one on earth has any other way left but – upward.”

    …In 1978. Nineteen seventy-eight.

IF and its a BIG IF, they are trying to scare you for “your own good” they are lying 200%. They haven’t been honest since i legally became an adult, and you can just assume all the other “official” responses to prior “great events” were also lies. Those who rule the world currently are depraved and think that they and only they have any right to tell other people what to do. So remember if they open their mouths (male or female as both sexes are equally repugnant) they’re lying. That is the most important thing you can learn for our current epoch, the age of fraud. You should have learned it in 2008, and if you don’t have a grasp on it now, you may as well just stop.

“A poll from Morning Consult earlier this month found that vaccinated Americans are more afraid than the unvaccinated to eat inside a restaurant, travel outside the United States or go to the gym to work out”

Makes sense. Most vaccinated folks were scared and the took a substance over which they had no control for further protection. The protection — and its effectiveness — is fully outside of their control.

For someone who had the Covid virus and shrugged it off — like me, like my family members — the virus was underwhelming. Sure, it was annoying, felt unwell a few days, didn’t enjoy foods as much for a few weeks until my sense of smell and taste fully returned…but it wasn’t something outside of me that conquered the virus. *I* overcame the virus. I was forced to face the fear, and I survived.

It would be similar for someone who is unvaccinated but hasn’t had Covid, but has determined that their own immune system would be sufficient to the task. They may not have yet challenged their immune system with Covid, but are unafraid to to do. Likewise for someone who is not so certain about their immune system but has secured medicine or a doctor willing to prescribe medicine. It brings the unknowns of Covid back into life’s balance, gives power back to the individual.

EUA vaccines don’t carry that kind of power back to the individual.

Agreed. Been thinking along the same lines. Biggest problem: the dems and repubs are like “skins” for an app— changing the look and feel of the government, but not changing the deeper mechanics. The skins both have their respective problems, but the corruption we have been seeing (botched pandemic response, Covid relief pouring money into bags at the top, GofF/Covid origin coverup, vaccine EUAs/suppression of cheap Covid treatments, never ending wars, endless Russia blaming, scrutinization of “domestic terrorists,” oppression of whistleblowers, etc.) is endemic to the deeper mechanics of the US federal government and DeSantis/Paul aren’t going to touch it anymore than did Eisenhower, JFK, and Carter.

Watched a recent show on the History Channel last night about Mt. Vernon. Was interesting…I remember visiting there when I was about 12. The show’s host seemed to struggle with the issue of slavery. In one breath he would speak about how Mt. Vernon operated “like a village.” In the next he would acknowledge that the labor was done by “enslaved individuals”…never mentioning the color of their skin, never calling them slaves, never addressing the issue of slavery. (I know the video was very recent as some of the folks working at Mt. Vernon were masked — while outside, no less!). I find it important to face slavery squarely, and face the fact that it primarily occurred in this country along racial lines. How can we learn from the past — and not repeat its sordid moments — if we do not acknowledge what shames us?

Washington *did* set some important precedences for this country, among them resigning his military commission when the Revolutionary War ended and stepping aside from public office after two terms as president. He had (some) respect for common folk, as exhibited by art depicting their contribution to the Revolutionary War. (No art depicting the “enslaved individuals” — go figure.)

But…his fine drawing room was only for “the genteel.” Commoners who wanted to meet with him in his home sat in the hallway on wooden chairs. And he basically presided as “lord of the manor” on a compound of dark-skinned humans who had none of the freedoms that he had championed, fought for, and governed. He had every fine thing he wanted — a large, fancy room to entertain in that was one of the largest rooms in a private home for miles and miles around. No fences to distort his beautiful view of the Potomac…terraces were created to keep the farm animals from the main house without the use of fences.

What we have as government today in this country is a product of what Washington and his fellows created — beautiful, flowery language about equality of humans and inalienable rights — paired with social institutions that stealthily, steadily keep the well-heeled in the fine drawing room, many of us queued on wooden chairs in a narrow hallway…and so many more are “enslaved individuals” lacking basic freedoms. Oh, sure, we may not yet call ourselves/them slaves…but we are steadily losing our freedoms. (Judges granting us AR-15s notwithstanding.)

“A 30-year-old woman from the Greater Copenhagen region has become the first person in Denmark to receive compensation for side effects caused by Covid-19 vaccination.
The woman was affected by the rare, but serious blood clots technically known as vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) after receiving the vaccine from AstraZeneca, the Danish patient compensation board (Patienterstatningen) confirmed to newspaper Politiken .”

“… SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, autonomously spreading from CM to CM, can directly produce cellular damage and dysfunction that may explain the cardiac injury frequently observed clinically in COVID-19 …”

CM = cardiac myocytes which are the muscle cells (myocytes) that make up the cardiac muscle
