[See the full post at: Debt Rattle November 27 2015]When talking about a country’s unemployment rate is it possible to create an acronym to show who in that country is not included in those figures? Otherwise the figures are meaningless and only say what the provider of those figures wants you to think. They can be utterly misleading about who is suffering in that country. For example the picture I have been given of those who are unemployed, have little employment, have never been employed or are volonteers in Japan is very different from the one above.
