If Assange was telling lies, there would be nothing whatsoever to fear: they would simply expose the truth. The only reason he could be treated in this manner is if everything he says is perfectly true. That being the case, the only reason reporters in CNN, BBC, NBC, NYT are free, celebrated, unpersecuted and get six figures is because everything they say is perfectly false. QED.
Of course no one believes that until it’s them. No one helps their neighbor until they fear for themselves. But what was it the all the Australian news companies said after abandoning him to death for 15 years?
