bread and butter pickles

Just making up some cucumber bread and butter pickles from some donated cucumbers, can’t let them go to waste.

A cut down plastic funnel makes a getting pickles and jams into jars much easier and keeps drips off the threads of the jar.

There should be two pictures attached to this post:

Down here on the farm we have lots of zucchinis just now – so we’ll get to work! 🙂
