154, but I’ve always been leery of such vaguely defined qualities being measured with such precise numbers.
Additionally, and this will come as no surprise to anyone suffering from high IQ, it is a severe disadvantage as often as it is a genuine help. People who believe even a little bit that it makes them “better” than those with lesser “scores” aren’t half as smart as they would like others to be impressed by.
Like my Pappy always said, intelligent is as intelligent does. Spiraling downward into a Hell of evil intention, crime and the destruction of innocent lives isn’t very intelligent. It compares to aspiring to be rabid top dog of a dead pack.
If the very next thing you do is anything other than the very best thing that you should do then (at best) you’re wasting time.

I did enjoy it, and I think that there is an answer that comes pretty close to being the right one. The point of liars continuing to lie when no one (including themselves) believes them any more …. and the liars know it …… is the lie filled path ahead of them which leads to certain defeat, is a lot longer and slower (and pays better!) than the path of telling the truth which produces total defeat instantly.
It’s a basic cost/benefit analysis done by someone who simply does not know what’s really best for themselves. That’s why they’re criminals in the first place, so small surprise.
