ParticipantThe criminal warring west lacking morality
Whereas President Trump does not know what he is doing, I think the Iranian side does.
We no longer have a moral basis for what we do.

Participantstart with the Enclosure Acts and then move forward to the labor movements during the industrial revolution to the brutal beating of union organizers leading to the muckraking period in the US. With these thoughts in mind consider FDR’s attempts to advise the financial and industrial barons to give up a part of their power or lose that power altogether.
let us remember a J.K. Galbraith quote:
Every time 5% of the population controls 95% of the wealth there is a revolution. Every time.A revolution has started. Make sure you understand that sentence. A revolution has started. Ask yourself who is facing “The Greatest Threat”. Now ask yourself what level of brutality have those facing “The Greatest Threat” in the period since the Enclosure Acts been willing to use against the populace.
Make some attempt to stand back and gain a wider view. All economic systems are games played by human beings and have no reality in the sense of cosmic reality.
How much violence are you prepared to engage in or passively accept to ensure that medical expense, job loss and the excessive use of credit remain the greatest threats of bankruptcy? Will you at long last prove once again that you have no decency?
unfortunately that is a rhetorical questionthe revolution may not be televised but it WILL be broadcast on the cell phone.

Participantsince Paul Craig Roberts is such and easy target
The problem for white ethnic Western Civilization is that it has demonized itself beyond repairWould you like to see an incidence of mass hypocrisy? Go stand with a view to the largest protestant church in your town and wait for the parishoners to exit after the last worship service on any Sunday.
it is really that difficult to make the connection between classified information and plausible deniability?
apparently sohave a weekend

ParticipantMichael:
I can’t speak for oil/gas wells, since I have stopped watching Canada’s oil & gas industry for over 2 decades since there hasn’t been anything worth investing in. That in itself says something about Canada!
As for Canadian mining, I now only follow gold mining, since the rest of Canada’s mining industry is not worth investing in, as per oil & gas. Again a statement about the state of Canada’s mining industry.
In general, opening a new mine in Canada takesc 2 decades! Yeah, really!
Canada has been closing old mines faster than it has been opening up new mines, for many, many, decades. Another trend 6statement about Canada!
It is simply too expensive to mine anything in Canada!
Gold mines are the quickest to open, at maybe only 15 years. And only in northern Quebec, northern Ontario, the North West Territories, and Yukon, mainly because there is no other work, up there.
So, Carney isn’t going to suddenly revive Canada’s mining industry!
Simply nobody, Canadian, or foreigner, is willing to invest their money today in Canada, because 20 years is too risky a time frame. No one knows when the next Trudeau will be elected. Canadians are too brainwashed by climate change to ever allow any new mines to be built. BC for example.
Mining investors are are looking everywhere else in the world, but Canada! Like Nevada.
The only bright spot are some select few Canadian gold miners (numbering less than the fingers on one hand).
Most Canadian miners offer you a hole in the ground which to bury your wealth, never to be seen again!
