While The Blaze is normally a source I would normally view with no small amount of skepticism, the quote from the article in today’s Debt Rattle is solid because it merely shines a light on the CDC’s own figures. The Covid Compliance narrative must be really falling apart at this point if even the likes of The Blaze can easily discredit it.

    @ Germ

Your comment #77044 linked two very interesting articles of which the second I have yet to complete reading as I cannot further delay the daily work to survive. The following is from the second article that I found important

Illich refused to “interiorize systems into the self.”  He would give up neither human nature nor natural law. “I just cannot shed the certainty,” he said in an interview with his friend Douglas Lummis, “that the norms with which we ought to live correspond to our insight into what we are.”  This led him to reject “responsibility for health,” conceived as a management of intermeshed systems.  How can one be responsible, he asked, for what has neither sense, boundary nor ground?  Better to give up such comforting illusions and to live instead in a spirit of self-limitation which he defined as “courageous, disciplined, self-critical renunciation accomplished in community.”

Life had become a quasi-religious idol, presiding over an “ontology of systems.” Death had become a meaningless obscenity rather than an intelligible companion.

The world, in his view, was not in his hands, but in the hands of God.

By the time he died, in 2002, Illich stood far outside the new “way of seeing things” that he felt had established itself during the second half his life.  He felt that in this new “age of systems” the primary unit of creation, the human person, had begun to lose its boundary, its distinction and its dignity.  He thought that the revelation in which he was rooted had been corrupted – the “life more abundant” that had been promised in the New Testament transformed into a human hegemony so total and so claustrophobic that no intimation from outside the system could disturb it.  He believed that medicine had so far exceeded the threshold at which it might have eased and complemented the human condition that it was now threatening to abolish this condition altogether.  And he had concluded that much of humanity is no longer willing to “bear…[its] rebellious, torn and disoriented flesh” and has instead traded its art of suffering and its art of dying for a few years of life expectancy and the comforts of life in an “artificial creation.”

“Fauci Compares Criticism of Him to ‘Attacks on Science’ (RT)”

While defending his ego is hilarious, c’mon RT, what are you doing lying on his behalf? He didn’t “flip” and he didn’t “waver” (Or rather: he ALSO did those bad things) he LITERALLY was told Wuhan lab was a top suspect, INSTANTLY, and went out that day and LIED about it, violently, vehemently, with full force of his position and the law, knowing EVERY MINUTE, every word from his mouth was false, false, false. …And also, incidentally, that HE was personally responsible, having paid for it, protecting it, and having said it was all worth it.

He didn’t “Waver” on masks: there was no new science. He LITERALLY told colleges it was pointless as viruses are too small, which is true. That masks don’t work, which was, and is, CDC researched fact. Then for some reason known only to him, he LITERALLY got up one day and lied about it over and over in a multitude of creative ways: one mask, two masks – but never N95 masks – four masks, knowing each and every day that masks did nothing, which he knew in JANUARY, of 2020. That is, immediately, instantly, without “wavering” or “flip-flopping.”

That second part RT quotes, that “Frankly, he’s been consistent” is an interstellar whopper for the ages. I can’t think of any public figure who’s ever reversed more often or more randomly or more forcefully. “Read my lips” has nothing on this. Doesn’t matter. No one cares. Bored already. Nothing can, does, or ever will happen, as we all die of extreme old age waiting for a feather of consequences to fall. But to allow him opportunity: Tony, WHAT new science? Would you like to quote which study? Nope. Never does, because there are none. I’ve looked. All the doctors, a thousand doctors at a thousand typewriters, typing: no science, no studies.

Greenwald – as so many – end up on the wrong side of this because there are so many tens of thousands of lies strewn about the landscape it’s nearly impossible NOT to be on the north side of SOMETHING. Dore as well, they all believe – as the Left does – that masks are and article of perfect faith and work wonders. Despite all evidence from all locations, people, and lockdown tests. Because for some reason the Left are believers in Authority, and the Right are believers in Independence, which makes them anti-authority even when it would be good for them. Another leftist, Pool, says of the Right, “They don’t believe in Trump’s own vaccine” and “You don’t believe your DOCTOR? What do you do???” Well it ain’t easy, I’ll tell you. But since Pfizer kills 10,000 people a year and pays a minor court fee, and every doctor I’ve been to has been a failure, charges me lots, doesn’t help, kicks me out to suffering, and/or stitches me up more poorly than a tailor, they’re worse at sewing than I am, well, it’s “F’ing Embarrassing”. They’re supposed to be the “experts”. You’d think they could at least sew skin a little. You’d think if they don’t know nutrition, they might at least do RANDOM blood tests, charge for everything and TRY not to have dead patients in their office? Nope. No pill, no service. If Pfizer didn’t sell it, it’s not a disease. They were strong on that billing though. The level of accepted failure is astonishing. And the answer was something like “Eat broccoli”. I know it’s true that 99 – 44/100th of patients wouldn’t do that, like “stop smoking with oxygen” is too much for the public, but that doesn’t mean you don’t tell them. Or me. Srs. So not trusting doctor to do f-all is really a life’s work and disappointment of total experience. Plus reading cumulative lawsuits in the 100,000’s. Ugh.

No offense to the doctors present. You know what they don’t teach and what you’re up against. But if I had called 9 plumbers and none of them had successfully fixed a pipe without breaking it, but charged full price, gave it to a collection agency, and left the basement flooded, you’d know what I’d think.

Speaking of: “J&J Must Pay $2 Billion In Landmark Talcum Baby Powder Trial (ZME)”

Boy, good thing they just got $2B from the government to pay for that, isn’t it? And that nobody went to jail. Ever. Never-ever-ever.

Use wrong pronouns! Jail, you bigot! We’ll spend $1,000 to SWAT your house in Scotland and Australia, hover over you ignorant Polocks in Canada! Poison people, a thousand, a million? Meh. S—t happens. And boy does it ever happen when you protect and incentivize it with a complete merger of Corporation and State.

Way more important: As said, as even Tim Pool can see, the Reset, the Currency swap – you know the one that doesn’t exist and is a conspiracy theory, even though it’s published by the WEF, advertised by Schwab with full-color videos, and attended by every person of power and money in the whole west – that reset, the end of the dollar is happening RIGHT NOW. That’s the inflation, sure. We know that. But we’re hearing big money like BlackRock has stopped hiding in the shadows and is buying up every house, every real asset, the only market large enough to hide even SOME of their money, by buying billions in houses at $20-$40K over bid. They’re in a HURRY. That means it’s NOW.

Why not? That’s Neo-Feudalism. “You’ll own NOTHING and LIKE it,” or else. WE’LL own it all and rent it back to you ’cause it’s immoral to have money but they don’t mind. Have a ten-billion a month from Powell, gotta put somewhere? Buy up assets. Run out of money? Hahahaaha: there’s no such number. Call Powell on the phone and borrow more billions, INFINITE billions, trillions, and buy the houses anyway. So 0% free money one hand, infinite bidding power to own all REAL things in the nation, the whole world, on the other. This is how Louis Vitton’s owner became the top billionaire: the ECB gave him infinite free money to buy anything in existence. So he did.

…Just like Max Kaiser predicted and we’ve been saying for 50 to 100 years.

Why on earth would you ever NOT do this? Of COURSE you would. Easier than candy from a baby. Own and control everything, where the only response is violent revolution, which we’re carefully gridding and tracking and droning you for. To kill and purge you. Under the China model.

But once you pull the pin, inflation starts in these conditions, there’s no putting it back. It’s over: the currency swaps. But to WHAT remains the question. “Who is to be master: that is all.” My bet is, it’s messy, but they lost. Keeping in mind they’re going to shut off food, pipelines, heat, electric, and medicine and kill as many people, make as many suffer as humanly possible to “encourage” them to “DO WHAT THEY’RE TOLD.”

I don’t think Americans are capable of that, though. Not the kind of win I want, but as I’ve said, you didn’t think we were going to walk away from this, did you, after what we’ve done? Buckle up, Buckaroos.

Vaccines success story has not been on “herd Immunity”.
Vaccines success story has been on wealth transfer

Herd immunity is achieved by the immune system, ( memory T cells recognizing the virus), keeping everything working as per the plan.

    IN BALANCE
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herd_immunity

At the molecular level, viruses escape from herd immunity through antigenic drift, which is when mutations accumulate in the portion of the viral genome that encodes for the virus’s surface antigen, typically a protein of the virus capsid, producing a change in the viral epitope.[35][36] Alternatively, the reassortment of separate viral genome segments, or antigenic shift, which is more common when there are more strains in circulation, can also produce new serotypes.[31][37] When either of these occur, memory T cells no longer recognize the virus, so people are not immune to the dominant circulating strain.[36][37] For both influenza and norovirus, epidemics temporarily induce herd immunity until a new dominant strain emerges, causing successive waves of epidemics.[

What is more dangerous if you’re an “elite”? Hyping a virus to be more then it is as an excuse to tighten your grip, or letting the chips fall where they may and trying to navigate the free market? Short term the second option would be more dangerous, longer term the first option is more dangerous. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t. And since you don’t believe in anything except your wealth and short term goals, its obvious which you will choose. When reviewing actions and inactions taken at the global or national level, don’t think of how you yourself would react. Put yourself in the shoes of your “betters”, you know how they think based on prior actions, but you still continue to review their actions from the lens of what you would do. What you would do is a good base to see that what they do is bullshit. Stop letting Lucy pull the football away everytime an issue gets decided. Give up all of your prior loyalties, evolve or die.

    • The Real Efficacy of Covid-19 Vaccines (OR)

Before the Covid vaccines were being promoted, the “absolute risk reduction” (ARR) was said to be “the most useful way of presenting research results to help your decision-making.” The relative risk measures were thereby less useful and said to be used “for technical reasons.”

(The article above shows that the Pfizer vaccine’s “absolute risk reduction” didn’t even reach 1%.)

From the National Institute of Health site (nih.gov):

    Chapter 18
Relative risk, relative and absolute risk reduction, number needed to treat and confidence intervals

    Relative and absolute risks

How do you interpret the results of a randomised controlled trial? A common measure of a treatment is to look at the frequency of bad outcomes of a disease in the group being treated compared with those who were not treated. For instance, supposing that a well-designed randomised controlled trial in children with a particular disease found that 20 per cent of the control group developed bad outcomes, compared with only 12 per cent of those receiving treatment. Should you agree to give this treatment to your child? Without knowing more about the adverse effects of the therapy, it appears to reduce some of the bad outcomes of the disease. But is its effect meaningful?

This is where you need to consider the risk of treatment versus no treatment. In healthcare, risk refers to the probability of a bad outcome in people with the disease.

Absolute risk reduction (ARR) – also called risk difference (RD) – is the most useful way of presenting research results to help your decision-making. In this example, the ARR is 8 per cent (20 per cent – 12 per cent = 8 per cent). This means that, if 100 children were treated, 8 would be prevented from developing bad outcomes. Another way of expressing this is the number needed to treat (NNT). If 8 children out of 100 benefit from treatment, the NNT for one child to benefit is about 13 (100 ÷ 8 = 12.5).

For technical reasons, some other measures are often used. The relative risk (RR) of a bad outcome in a group given intervention is a proportional measure estimating the size of the effect of a treatment compared with other interventions or no treatment at all. It is the proportion of bad outcomes in the intervention group divided by the proportion of bad outcomes in the control group. In this hypothetical case, the RR is 0.6 (12 per cent ÷ 20 per cent = 0.6).

When a treatment has an RR greater than 1, the risk of a bad outcome is increased by the treatment; when the RR is less than 1, the risk of a bad outcome is decreased, meaning that the treatment is likely to do good. For example, when the RR is 2.0 the chance of a bad outcome is twice as likely to occur with the treatment as without it, whereas an RR of 0.5 means that the chance of a bad outcome is twice as likely to occur without the intervention. When the RR is exactly 1, the risk is unchanged. For example, a report may state ‘The relative risk of blindness in people given drug T was 1.5’. This shows that the drug increased the risk of blindness.

@MichaelReid: Maybe there is not enough wealth to support an overriding master as the resources deplete. Increasingly granular “multipolarity” and trade make sense in a world of progressively less material wealth.
Chinese power is traditionally the most centralized, a weakness in this scenario,
Chinese history does show that all the mistakes have been made already, and the ways to avoid them are well known to Chinese rulers.

Conservatism, not bold threats and destruction, may prevail.

    • Mongolia Reports Fresh COVID Outbreak Despite High Vaccination Rates (ZH)

    Some additional context:

According to Worldometer and OurWorldInDataMongolia is now in its first wave of Covid cases. Total cumulative Covid deaths for the entire country, for the past 18 months, are only 334.

With about half of its population fully vaccinated (mostly with the inactived-virus vaccine from Sinopharm), the rising case numbers (Indian variant?) could be largely confined to the half of the population that is not fully vaccinated.

I imagine that this type of article is meant to instill doubts about the Chinese vaccines, especially since they are the traditional type of vaccine that’s competing with the mRNA vaccines being pushed in the US and Europe.

Sinopharm doesn’t look as good as the Sinovac vaccine, which is also made with inactivated Covid viruses. The trial data for the Sinovac vaccine shows it to be much, much safer (in my view) than the mRNA and adenovirus vector vaccines. The adverse reactions from the mRNA vaccines were significantly worse. With the Sinovac vaccine, fever (for example) was almost nonexistent, and some of the trial data shows that headaches (for example) in the vaccinated group were less than in the placebo group.

Much has been made in the press about Sinovac’s lower efficacy, but it still was 100% effective at preventing hospitalizations and deaths, and 84% effective (as I recall) at preventing more than a “very mild” case of Covid (which requires no treatment at all). Sinovac sounds like it could be the ideal type of Covid vaccine, abiding by the “first, do no harm” principle, while being effective enough to prevent Covid from becoming more than a bad cold. Not surprising if the mRNA vaccine makers (and the related narrative makers) are trying to put a negative spin on the more-rational traditional vaccines like Sinovac..

This is reporting the FUTURE. Like how they reported in November that Trump definitely pulled a coup and stayed in office after the election like a Dictator: Riot at Will (mask free).

Is there any level of failure or illogic that can register anymore? Is there any failure that can inspire shame or remediation in a shameless nation?

Another framing is to say that covid has been a certain kind of story.
Once a story is begun, it has to be told to the end. No story ever told ran through chapters one to four and then backed out again.

The genre-switching story, the unreliable narrator, the stream of consciousness: these will always be unsatisfying experiments. The twist ending: that’s a more familiar device, but not to everyone’s taste.

What we demand is something simple and epic. A mystery, a villain, reverses and crisis, finding new resolve, a final confrontation and victory.”

That is a very perceptive observation. The handlers cannot stop the ride either. It’s questionable if they even control it or it controls them. As Madam would say: they’re riding the tiger. Don’t miss. Don’t fall off.

“Daszak [in 2015] reiterated that, until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, he said, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of process, Daszak stated.”

This comes from David Martin here.

    That dramatic opening chart…
Does anyone else have the sneaking suspicion that some of the “vaccines” are just saline? I got a vague sense that some countries get salt water and others get the spike.
After all, if this is a “trial”, where are the controls?
I’d love to see Vaers reports mapped out.
