We know that congressional testimony is all about grandstanding and theatrics. We know that even when there are damaging admissions in the testimony, there are never any consequences. The audience here already knows that. So what do you find newsworthy about this?
This audience also knows that Marco Rubio is a clever guy — certainly more so than his interrogators. But he is also part of the slimy neocon Zionist military industrial complex. He is no hero, and the fact that he outwitted some foolish corrupt politicians does not move the conversation forward.
