It is pretty obvious to me – a simple programmer – that Microsoft is cooperating with NSA and others. These backdoors are a feature – not a bug. There are plenty of programs out there that automate the search for such bugs and I am sure that Microsoft is only using them to exclude the unplanned bugs. Also, these almost weekly “updates” from Microsoft incorporate fresh backdoors to replace the ones that have been leaked or discovered by hackers.
As for Apple’s pretense not to be doing something similar, I simply don’t believe them.
