This is pretty brief this morning before dawn. It was clearly laid out that the Democratic camp would not concede the election at any time, and that votes that favored Trump early, would reverse late, and Biden would win.
The stated battle strategy was massive vote rigging, with a what’cha-gonna-do-about-it-? dare.
Well, if the judges in the rigged states are all rolled up, and the deep state is running the show, you pretty much have to lie there and get your face punched, don’t you? That’s a thing I remember. I never had any allies as a kid.
I tucked my chin and got forehead-punched.

The shenanigans in Michigan were barely hidden. Voting monitors were just kept out of vans and counting rooms.

I did? They paid him a huge advance on the book -wait, it’ll be a whole series-, and then the marketing guys come in. “Let’s go with something juicy!” But isn”t saying ‘Americans Spooked By Black Man In White House’ in itself perhaps just a tad racist?

I mean, how is that different from saying ‘Americans Spooked By Orange Man In White House’?

Its not any different, i agree. I still say the way trump has been treated is way worse then when obama was president. I’ve been reading zerohedge since 2009 and they never posted stuff about him like the MSM reports on Trump. Its been four long years of being gaslighted by the media and most people that think of themselves of the “left”. Rather emotionally exhausting, now throw covid and an election on top of that and i’m not really surprised the country is losing its minds. Yves Smith posted CJ Hopkins at NC today. Not really sure why cause now they’re all commenting on how terrible he is. I tried to stick up for him but low and behold they must have banned my email address. Such open minded and truth searching people!

For many reasons, Rome withdrew from their occupations, similarly the USA will go home.
The USA withdrawal will happen with the troops wearing face masks.
The USA will still control the high ground with satellites, missiles, drones, air force, etc.
The military industries will not disappear, they will shift their production to other needed supplies.
The defense of the homeland will still continue with modern tools, and not with occupation of allies or enemy territories.

We will see if Biden will listen to reason or to the old school of pentagon advisors.

Elon Musk said he took four Covid tests, two came back positive and two came back negative. Jesus Christ when will the truth come out. But people aren’t that evil, they’d never do such a thing as to make up a virus or release one for their own selfish reasons. Nothing like that has ever happened in human history!

Yet again we find that the most prolific propagators of Fake News and disinformation are not the enemies of the mainstream U.S. media. It is the mainstream U.S. media itself that deceives, propagandizes and spreads disinformation on behalf of the coalition of the intelligence community and the Democratic Party far more than any other faction or entity.

Where is the evidence that Russia was involved in this New York Post story? And how can media outlets who endorsed and spread this and now refuse any self-critique expect anything but distrust and scorn from the public when they do this?

RE: “Americans Spooked By Black Man In White House’ in itself perhaps just a tad racist? I mean, how is that different from saying ‘Americans Spooked By Orange Man In White House?”

The two are not the same. An equivalent might be – ‘Americans Disgusted By Liar In white House’.

Obama’s bottom line stated above is very intentional, especially with the choice of the word “spooked”. He is identifying the deep repulsion that existed at all times during his stint – and therefore drove the hate. Trump played his part in developing the fear early on (even before he started running) by stoking the whole Muslim and birther angle. It festered and was carefully massaged and managed. The result was seen in its full glory during the 2012 campaign; remember the lady at the John McCain town hall?

Obama’s bottom line was written in response to a line of self-questioning and self-reflecting on – how did/what did I do that created the conditions for a Trump to emerge? It was not written as an excuse for his failures (and there were many).

On a parallel note: Anything that you have a deep aversion to – that remains unaddressed – will eventually develop into something very destructive.

A law firm representing the Trump campaign’s efforts to challenge the Pennsylvania election results gave notice late Thursday that they are withdrawing from one of the cases. While no reason was given for the decision by Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, Bloomberg notes that it was one of two law firms targeted by the Lincoln Project – a group of ‘never-Trump’ Republicans devoted to removing Trump from office.

On Tuesday, the group encouraged people to join LinkedIn and target individual employees of Porter Wright and another law firm, Jones Day, and “Ask them how they can work for an organization trying to overturn the will of the American people.”

US Presidential elections are so complicated and bizarre, in their laws (States, Fed, etc.), policies, ways-of-doing, practices, controls, etc. as to seem to be set up to be a money-making opportunity, and/or for awarding status and possibilites of ‘influence’, being a top-dog or just notable, in the future.

Ex. for the MSM — those being tasked with the logistics of the vote (Diebold machines, Dominion, keepers of registers, local authorities, etc. etc.) — those being bribed or paid for one or another action — those being tasked with influencing the vote on the ground, Twitter, Google, BLM protests, and more.

    Is straight up paying for votes still a thing? – > Maybe 20 a vote? .. ?

It’s a money churning jamboree all on its own!

(Without considering the donations from mega-donors who pay for X desired outcome, etc. -> other story.)

It seems to be that the winner is a figure-head of the group (party, lobby, PTB..) who manages to manipulate the ‘vote’ the most succesfully.

The Dems (plus neo-cons, etc.) were taken by surprise in 2016. They have been preparing for 2020 since Trump took office, if not before (Steele dossier, Russia Russia Russia, etc.)

Even after all the chicanery of the last four years, I was still blindsided by the outright brazenness exhibited by the same parties to steal the 2020 election:

    – The Super Tuesday Switcheroo, that torpedoed Bernie’s campaign and elevated Biden’s.
    – The Weekend at Bernie’s propping up by the media of a deeply flawed and dementia-addled candidate.
    – The last-minute campaign to force mail-in ballots into battleground states.
    – The pre-election censoring of the Hunter laptop story, which in years past would have spelled doom to any presidential contender.
    – The banning of Republican poll watchers.
    – The massive campaign of ballot stuffing.
    – The algorithmic transfer of votes by the Dominion voting software.
    – The premature declaration of a Biden victory by the media.

I’m sure that several points are still missing from the list, but it’s a start. I’m sure that most Americans would rather not see this. Would like to believe that nothing has changed. Home of the Brave, apple pie, and all that stuff. But America has changed, and I’m afraid it’s not for the better.

It was good to see Kunstler highlight some of the statistical evidence available which shows the algorithmic voter fraud by Dominion, but he really only touched on it. Even the original presentation would have been more effective if only the MIT crew would have shown how the current data compared to historical (and thus untainted) results. I’m afraid that most Americans do not have the ‘maff’ skills to see what these graphs are saying, that results such as these are statistically impossible to achieve unless they were programmed into the software.

Any thoughts on the WEF’s Great reset?

That was in yesterday’s Debt Rattle. My comment then: “Dystopia 2.0.” Power hungry people dreaming on too large a scale. Who look at New Big Tech and think they can influence, manipulate and thought-control everyone from some far away place. But in the end people are just people, with families and friends and communities, just like they always were, like their ancestors were. You can’t take that away from them in just a few years. People don’t become the best technology they use. They may be overwhelmed by it, but they all still need love and water.

…Trump has now deported only HALF as many people as Obama.

News anyone? Tap tap, is this thing on? Helllo? That’s how you know it’s true: they DIDN’T print it.

So just as Obama bombed brown people til they ran out of bombs, AND BLM had to be invented under him because the conditions were so bad, IT WAS OBAMA VOTERS WHO VOTED FOR TRUMP. Kind of ruins that “Spooked” narrative doesn’t it?

The irony of Tedros bloviating about Thailand is soooo… exquisite. So, turns out it’s an excellent idea for your healthcare to be decentralised, widespread, well-funded and close to the consumer? Huh, who’d a thunk it? This from the head of a massively-centralised, inefficient idiocracy that bears much responsibility for the chaotic nature of the global covid response.

Contrary to his statements and as multiple studies have shown, there is precisely zero correlation between lockdowns, mask-wearing etc and outcome. We’ve had the entire world as a real-timie laboratory for nine months now.. that’s a huge data set. If WHO’s measures worked, the trends would stick out like dog’s bollocks within the data. They don’t. Which means they’re either marginally effective, or ineffective.

Thailand deserves to feel very good about their outcome. I’m not casting shade on that for a second. But as to what mixture (and type) of action and sheer dumb luck was responsible, we just don’t know. WHO doesn’t know. Or if they do know, they ain’t saying.

The entire WHO leadership should be summarily dismissed and the organisation slashed and burned. All Tedros is trying to do with this slimey PR schtick is trying to associate the WHO name with Thailand’s successful outcome to avoid a justly deserved tarring and feathering.

WHO, like the UN, has failed miserably; agreed.
I’ve been pretty clear on my views of Thailand’s response to the CV-19, so I won’t belabor that point further. Asia in general has done well handling this outbreak; all without a vaccine.
The U.S. is the leading failure in dealing with this virus; full responsibility belongs to the Trump administration….but just what should they have done? Nothing? I haven’t a clue…
I came here at the height of the SARS outbreak in 2003; no masks, no distancing, and no travel bans…
I personally have no idea what concrete action is effective…I’m just continuing to live my life as I see best…
The fact that the U.S. is the unhealthiest western nation (both mentally & physically) offers some clues…
The ensuing chaos will not end well…
