I’m afraid I have seen the word “Elite” too often these days: could we please have a new definition?? How about:

    Egotistical Liars Inciting Tragedy Everywhere??

    Works for me…..

It’s Dec 1st in the Mediterranean, I really want to know what’s going on in Turkey that could convince anyone to place their toddler in a rowboat. Suppose it goes well: you’re just as likely to freeze to death spending a single night in a field in Serbia. I know where they come from it’s balmy and hard to feel the gravity of, but being north of Greece is as dangerous as men with guns and a lot more certain. Even Greece in an overloaded camp is looking pretty certain death of something like TB or diphtheria.

So anyone, what’s going on in Turkey that’s getting them on boats? Are they shooting refugees down in the streets? Wouldn’t surprise me, but I hear nothing. If they are, or the equivalent, shouldn’t the blame not fall on “us” (i.e. Europe) but those who are actively driving them to desperation? (i.e. Turkey, Jordan, Saudi Arabia).

P.S., a recent article said one highlighted refugee came from Eritrea. Do you have any idea how far that is from Lesbos? Crickey, at that distance (2,000mi) you could flee to Madagascar or Mumbai, except you wouldn’t have to cross 3 war zones. Kenya and Tanzania are way better off than Greece right now, and you can take a bus and save thousands of dollars. This is Europe’s fault? For serious?

The MSM is trying its very best not to let us know about the rout that the terrorists in Syria and Iraq are undergoing and about the defeats of the Saudi army. I find the best site for finding out the details is the Iranian one below:

    “Terrorists Acknowledge Defeat in Aleppo”
    https://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13940909001240

“Syrian forces discovered and destroyed a 350-meter-long tunnel dug by Jeish al-Islam terrorist group in Jobar neighborhood in the Eastern suburbs of Damascus on Monday. [VIDEO]”
    https://en.farsnews.com/player.aspx?nn=13940909000318

“Iraqi Army Prepares for Assault on Terrorists in Ramadi (Iraq)”
    https://en.farsnews.com/imgrep.aspx?nn=13940909001216

Ramadi is of course the place where the Iraqi army were not told by the Americans that 800 brand-new Toyotas were on their way to across the desert. A “surprise” attack.

As for Yemen, what I expected to happen has come about. The Yemenis are taking over Saudi military bases. Obviously, the Saudis fled leaving all their nice new American weaponry behind.

“Yemeni Forces Continue Capturing More Military Bases in Saudi Arabia”
    https://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13940909000986

This is such a joke – with all their spending on weapons and training, the Saudis are true to form. Cowards!

I guess that when the Russians/Syrians/Iranians/Lebanese have mopped up the terrorists from the whole of Syria the Western media will find something else to occupy themselves with. I note that Ukraine is winding up again. The guys in Washington and Tel Aviv must be tearing their hair out.
