We’re the audience, watching a movie over which we have no control.
What’s the point? It helps nothing to watch the spectacle. It’s a distraction, pure and simple.
These morons have no actual idea about what thery’re actually doing; but are captured by their own actions without a clue.
If you are a cogent, critical thinking, individual, turn away from the bread and circuses and look at your reality, and act accordingly.
There is nobody to help you; understand that…
If one is capable of that; then the way forward should be visable if not clear; time will tell…What will future generations, looking back on our age, see as its monstrosities?

olo530 Of course it will happen of necessity, but only after things get hopelessly out of control and not in any proactive, intelligent, measured/relatively painless fashion unless human nature changes over a very short period. And such future speculation may be complete fantasy, since language skills may be selected against in surviving humans as misuse of language wreaks increasing havoc on the planet.
What a profound opportunity to witness how and to what degree the carrying capacity of Puerto Rico is redefined. All the Automatic Earth, James Howard Kunstler, Joseph Tainter, and James Rickards talk of Humpty Dumpty comes now to fruition.
