I don’t believe a word of this article. Data centers are literally hell on God’s Green Earth. Irreversible, and we all know they are the front edge of executing pure evil. Against man, sure, but also against all life on earth. If they are necessary, like a bomb factory, then pitch me that case, but they are not. This is all reality-free on all sides.

Let’s go back to something we know: this was all engineered on purpose, at one level for a trillion in profit as the CEO’s can see. But at another level to over-lever the U.S. and collapse our market. And now is a really bad time for that, we may have to pay to avoid it. But none of that has to do with data. It is almost certainly doing military functions, which are hard to explain to us. Also fine. But that isn’t this.

What do you see with building a robot army, a pan-galactic satellite system and the AI to run them? 1) We are expecting an alien invasion, don’t want to tell anyone, and are planning. Golden shield. 2) We are openly fighting China, who has a billion men. So we need a billion robots or at least to signal that.

3) Nothing else. That’s it, that’s the only options.

Okay, good for this discussion. Then what the heck are the cases doing in lower courts? If they’re all that obvious, they shouldn’t need to be posed, marched for years, and presented. It’s not rogue lower courts – although that’s true – it’s that the law has changed. That is, unanimous interpretation was one thing 1970-2000, and something else since 2010. That is “We Make S—t Up”. But we don’t want to admit that too hard.

Go read your USSC decisions.  “The Oxford Guide to United States Supreme Court Decisions by Kermit Hall” And you’ll see hundreds of cases where they make s—t up. No legal like WTF rulings, whenever they feel like, no either progressive OR Constitutional justification. The Culture wants this to be legal, so we Make It Up. Roe is a famously dim, irrational case, although a reasonable case could easily be made. Ginsberg herself said this. Dred Scot is another, almost certainly equally staged. But luckily every politician is and can be compromised, but it’s impossible for a court justice to be, so we’re safe.
