It is possible to develop quick, cheap and accurate antigen and antibody tests in order to see who has been infected and who has antibodies to determine that they do not need to be vaccinated. Those who are recently infected and shedding the virus, must be safely quarantined for free, immediately, or stay at home if they test positive. Provide enough public health workers at the community level to keep track of testing, contact tracing, medical reports, work and school bubbles, quarantines and treatments. Healthcare for all to treat the ill.
Western rulers are getting richer. They are uninterested in eradicating coronavirus or the over million dead in the Western Hemisphere.

When I was working Russia, my interpreter told me the basement of the 5 story “deck of cards – death trap” appartment building, I was living in, was a bomb shelter!
The last place I would have wanted to hide during an earth quake never mind a bombing event! However it seemed to give her great comfort, so I said nothing!

Funny when I was growing up in the iron mines in northern Quebec/Labrador, just north of town was a DEW radar station. Since there was a railway, many other remote DEW stations were supplied with fuel, food, etc. from the town by big Chinook helicopters. I remember B-52 bombers coming in low over the hilltops and the town testing the radar stations. That is what we called excitement since we had no radio or TV. Once in a while they would do some wolf hunting from the Chinooks.
