The betrayal of Assange is barbaric; given the known outcome, when he walks out of that embassy.
Lenin Moreno is just one more in a long line of monsters wrought by the U.S. hegemon.
I hope I’m wrong, but; I think the world will not fight this travesty of life, with any passion worthy of what’s being done to a great human on the 3rd rock from the sun.
Few have proven to be so selfless in the last decades…
Shame, shame on us pathetic humans, myself included!

    Re;Assange
If he has any sense,he will have a cache of highly embarrassing info on major world politicians ready to be released in the event of his murder. With a good legal team he could wriggle free from the amerikan empires vengeance.
Ironic that a child raised in CIA mind control cult should become such a thorn in the side of the deep state.
Like the CIA “allowing” Ken Kesey to steal their LSD in the 60’s the dying empire faces yet again the unintended consequences of its actions.

    RE;our vanishingly pleasant land
No mention it seems of the destructive effect of suburban sprawl and the 3 million plus immigrants of the last decade who have prompted yet more shoddy housing estates to eat like tumours at countryside in England.
