    @ John Day,

“Just for funsies: (Is ‘LePen’ French for ‘Trump’?)”

Kinda. Le Pen is gaining in popularity for the same reason Trump did here: the major political parties have not done anything for the people in a very long time. Le Pen, the leader of the Front National (National Front in English) Party, is a fascist. The FN party had its start in ’72 and was openly sympathetic to Naziism at that time. They have become much more savvy at hiding their support for such things over the years and have had an increase in support from voters who cannot find a home in either the left or the right any longer. National Front changed its name to the National Rally party recently; I guess they thought it sounded more benign.

Le Pen is most heavily supported by members of the police forces (“les flic”), the military, and those who tend to the far right.

She’s no joke (she’s way smarter than Trump, for instance) and it’s alarming to see one country after another voting in these neo-nazi authoritarian assholes instead of doing the work of building new parties to counter the neolibs and the neocons who currently run these governments.

I don’t know if Marie-Therese liked the painting, but she sure looks happy in it- like a cat on a sunny windowsill.

@phoenix: thanks for sharing a slice of reality in your world. The choir + leadership are selfish, self-important SNOBS. Since the congregation is not able to sing, the only respectful solution is for them to record their hymns.

You nailed it with this, right out of Animal Farm:

…they know in their heart of hearts that they are “more equal” than the rest of the congregants and therefore are permitted the nirvana of singing together while the rest of the congregation is banned this activity.

Oh, there ain’t no rest for the wicked! This, for certain, will result in a nuclear war, … the very last war perhaps for a whole next millennium.

Finland & Sweden NATO Applications Could Be ‘Imminent” After Stoltenberg Hints At Fast-Tracking

Last weekend saw Finland’s Prime Minister Sanna Marin signal a complete reversal of policy direction, saying that a “new security environment” in Europe brought on by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine means the country has to rethink its long-standing policy of neutrality toward the NATO bloc. “Russia is not the neighbor we thought it was,” she said of Moscow’s ongoing assault on Ukraine, calling it a “flagrant violation”. A simple rule:
    – If living alone is hard, people who live together must do what they can to help each other.

I took almost 20 years of marriage before my wife was rid of the brainwashing & “groupthink” she had been indoctrinated into via her liberal, democratic familia

She was worth it due to her core honesty & love for others (always acting without hesitance), but still the day-to-day effort wore me out on many occasions, we barely made it 😕

And she was one already on the fence, who always was open to listen to my conspiracy fables.

The rest of her familia is still stuck in La-La-Land mass psychosis, most too nauseating for us to bear for more than moments of passing, she now realizes how sickeningly stressful it is to be around woke morons ~ The permanently stuck on stupid, recoiling from “real reality” like a cross smitten vampire.

Every year, she & her mother get SAG screeners that have become so abnormal in their unreality that she reads synopses about the films before watching them ~ The last couple of years the DVDs all went straight into the trash.

I keep waiting for a sane man of dignity & honor to rise upon the national political stage, pull an Immelman turn on the apparatchik freaks, but I don’t see that happening now…

U$ Empire Inc. is beyond certain to fall just like Rome did, but a million times worse.

    Will humanity survive at all?

The oligarchs are destroying Europe, there is no suicide involved, the people of Europe want their lives and countries to continue: this is murder, not suicide. The Finland and Sweden leaders are both WEF, so we know who they follow and that they are not loyal to their countries, so they will be used to put more pressure on Russia, which is such a stupid move.

NATO’s increasing pressure on Russia is interesting because as the Russians become more weary of the war, the Russian leadership will abandon its soft goals of trying not to destroy Ukraine infrastructure, keeping the Ukrainian people on side, being the aggreived party in Europe etc. As they abandon these nice-to-have goals their tactics will change and the conflict will descend into all-out war with mass kiling: Russia and China against NATO. Once the soft goals are abandoned, the real goals of ensuring survival will take over. NATO is betting that at that stage Putin’s leadership team will surrender rather than push the nuclear button.

The Russians have a history of fighting to the last man: they do not have a history of surrender. Russia cannot win a conventional war against NATO, so any war against NATO requires Russia to use nuclear weapons. The decision to force Russia to confront NATO and hence revert to nuclear weapons during the war, is being pushed now: this is a huge gamble that NATO will lose. As thinking changes during this war and Russia moves more into survival mode, the more likely nuclear becomes, and who could blame Russia for insisting on survival.

The one clear message this whole debacle tells us, as if we didn’t know, is that the oligarchs are happy to sacrifice all the plebs and the world as we know it rather than lose their power and wealth. The oligarchs will be killing off millions of the plebs anyway, using nuclear war or vaccines, so they have already decided not to care about lives lost. Obviously they would rather nuclear war did not destroy everything, but if the alternative is to become a pleb then they have opted for nuclear war as the preferred option.

CDC: The most-vaccinated US counties also have the most COVID cases

    https://www.naturalnews.com/2022-04-06-most-vaccinated-us-counties-most-covid-cases.html

Total consumer credit increased $41.8 billion in February, up sharply from a rise of $8.9 billion in the prior month, the Federal Reserve said Thursday. That translates into an 11.3% annual rate in February, up from a 2.4% gain in the prior month. This is the highest rate since November 2001.

Economists had been expecting a $15 billion gain, according to the Wall Street Journal forecast.

Although I was not aware of every “wars” since WWII I would assume that the scenes that we are now being feed to us would have been the same somewhere for every year if the web would have been available like it is now.

I still hear he chant “kill, kill, kill”

Yes, the sport of blood lust is hammered into minds, starting way too young…

I’m still hearing the “nazi, nazi, nazi” chant as well, although it’s as archaic & moronic as the “commie, commie, commie” chants of yore 😕

Anyone with a clue can see it’s no longer right vs. left, but right vs. wrong -or- life vs. death…

So much ego-based herd mentality, so very little individual spirituality 🙄

@Teri: My impression of the Le Pen family is from this time in 2014, where Marine was breaking with her bad-boy dad. She seemed OK from over here, trying to be right-reasonable, not like Dad.

    https://theworld.org/stories/frances-far-right-leading-family-mess-amazing-gossip-right-now
Political experts are divided on the electoral impact of the father-daughter spat for a party that’s big on family values.
Some believe Marine Le Pen will emerge strengthened if she succeeds in ridding the party of her father’s extremist views. Other’s feel she risks alienating hardcore National Front’s who revere her father.
“If the NF wants to making a lasting mark of French political life it has to shed its extreme-right past,” Socialist lawmaker Malek Boutih told the Le Figaro newspaper. “Marine Le Pen’s strategy is reaching a turning point: will she drop the extreme wing, the core of NF activists? Is strong enough for that?”

    @Aspnaz & VP Gary:
We don’t really know. We don’t have enough information about “the-owners”.
We sure don’t know what they know.
TT4TW has an impression of the Rothschild family views and intentions, but I don’t have enough information to agree or disagree with it.
The danger I see in hopelessness is the same as in believing everything is fine in the world.
Either belief relieves the believer of any duty to change and prepare.

Changing and preparing is what I think we all need to do, and each step in that direction changes and adjusts the pilgrim a little bit. The process has a life force of its own…

As to nuclear close calls, like 5-6 of them, it seems like it was always a Russian officer who decided not to fire the nuke, despite protocols.

WWI started in 1914 when Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia. Russia’s support of Serbia brought in France. WWII started in 1939 when Russia and Germany partitioned and invaded Poland. WWIII started in 2022 when the Western Empire prodded Russia into invading Ukraine. It is near impossible to determine the truth due to information warfare from all sides. The best one can do is surmise reality from what is linked and commented here and the internet with a bucket full of salt.

This is not happenstance. The western corporate/state used the same PSYOPS (PR) to sell “for-profit” mRNA vaccines as the only government response to the coronavirus pandemic. Over a million Americans have died with COVID-19 and this milestone has passed unnoticed on purpose. Nursing home elderly were injected with morphine and left to die. Non-pharmaceutical interventions trashed despite the Washington DC super spreader events of the latest coronavirus variant.

It is not a coincidence that two nuclear armed nations that are number #1 and #4 on the list of total COVID-19 deaths are on the verge of a shooting war. Both nations are titular heads of oligarchical empires. Neither are democracies. Lower classes (the 90%) simply do not matter. “Profits over human lives.”

The reality of food and energy shortages, missing workers, and WWIII are denied. Except the truth can’t stay hidden forever. Sri Lanka and Peru are harbingers of global unrest. “Nine meals from anarchy.”

When I was a teenager, I read palms. I looked at a few books and learned some of the nomenclature. I would cover the usual bases- a trip, a relationship, money. I would look them straight in the eye and say that what I was doing was a con- I didn’t have any special gift.
After I was done, they would marvel. I had nailed it! Saying I had played them only made them more convinced that I did, indeed, have a gift.
I had a lot of navigation to do outside of my distorted upbringing. I am an ethical person because of experience, not necessarily because of my nature.
When it comes to immediate suffering, I am an earnest attendant, no matter the animal. I don’t think this has anything to do with ethics.

This is an excellent article from Pepe Escobar The Total War to Cancel Russia Lots of food for thought,

The stated aims are “demilitarization” and “denazification” of a future neutral Ukraine – but geopolitically reach way beyond: the aim is to turn the post-1945 European collective security arrangement upside down, forcing NATO to understand and come to terms with the concept of “indivisible security”. This is an extremely complex process that will reach the next decade.

Central Banks are set up for the sole purpose of financing wars. It is no coincidence that the US Fed was set up in Dec 1913, just months before WW1 started.

It is no coincidence that Britain became a world power shortly after setting up it’s central bank in the late 1600s.

Some folks need to wake up about Russia! No country on earth can fight and win a conventional war in Russia. Russia is too vast a territory for anyone to conquere. Only the Russians know the lay of their land. They can retreat forever! How long can you stretch your supply lines? No country on earth could survive a nuclear war better than Russia. So thinking a conventional or nuclear war can beat Russia is totally insanity! Russia is simply unbeatabe! Genghis Khan, King of Sweden, Napleaon, Hitler, …… US!
(P.S. I have been in Russia. It is simply impossible to fight for more than a few months of each year! For 9 months of the year the Russians will merely watch you fight to the death with Olde Man winter! Oh, yeah, try moving in the spring and fall mud!)

So “woke” Trudeau wants, what is left of Canada’s ever shrinking military, to wake up! Yes, he appears to be throwing them some “woke” crumbs. Actually those “woke” crumbs are really meant for his liberal party members to partake of, not the military. Naturally there will be no accountability for how these funds are spent. The Liberal Party’s favorite indoor sport is “graft”.

So the WEF crowd are going to take over the world by totally crushing all of us peons with inflation and shortages of energy and food, served with a big side dish of “zero freedom”. Like Roman Legionaires paid in worthless copper coins, I won’t fight for you!

So Justin Trudeau is banning foreigners from buying Canadian real estate for 2 years.

Maybe Justin forgot about what his father Piere did in his day? A special 10% foreigners tax!

    Remember how that turned out?989

Vid recorded on April 7: … John J. Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago in conversation with American Committee for US-Russia Accord Board members Katrina vanden Heuvel, Ambassador Jack Matlock, Professor Nicolai Petro, and Professor Marlene Laruelle. Long. Bit more than one hour long.

My take of it all? I agree with Mearsheimer in part: Russians can not loose this war! It’s existential for them. As to the U.S., … Mearsheimer is technically wrong, the U.S. does not have to win, … or even to loose. The U.S. can just walk away from it all, back to its North American Island, … at least for a while. But the U.S. won’t! Period.

And so, Thucydides Trap, it is, … https://www.planetdeadly.com/human/incredible-nuclear-explosion-photos
