A question for the doctors on this list. I’ve read this study today https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/2515690X211026193 and it mentioned cinchona extract (the source of quinine) . Now it sort of make sense to me on a gut level. So the question is this: would it hurt to add such extract to the preventive regime along with wit D, etc etc? Any known side effects? Cheers.

In Pfizer’s latest quarterly report to the SEC, it says:
“In May 2021, we and BioNTech completed the rolling submission of the BLA seeking full approval for BNT162b2 in individuals 16 years and older. In July 2021, the FDA granted Priority Review designation for this BLA.”
So it sounds like there was only one application submission, completed jointly by Pfizer and BioNTech, for full approval of their jointly developed vaccine. Thus it seems highly irregular that the FDA gave approval to just the BioNTech brand (COMIRNATY, which is a trademark owned by BioNTech), and withheld approval from Pfizer.
In the report to the SEC, the vaccine is called BNT162b2, and Pfizer and BioNTech combined (“the companies”) are said to be manufacturing and supplying doses of BNT162b2. So again, it’s odd that the FDA split up this vaccine into two entities, and granted approval to only one of them.

This is the first time this has been so overt and forceful, and it followed faux-sympathy comments for those who died from COVID “not believing it existed”, recently. Partisan. I channeled love and light energy to them during the tlk which followed, and it likely helped. I have revisited this several times in my meditations since then.

I am currently enjoying the last week of summer (at least here in Ontario!) at the family island cottage in the St Lawrence River. I have been busy installing new LED light fixtures inside and outside of the cottage and boathouse. It is going a lot slower than I expected! Duh!
My family isn’t too impressed with my efforts, complaining the new lights are too bright! I agree for normal folks with healthy eyes they are overkill. That is why each of the 4 foot 10,000 lumen LED light fixtures has a pull chain to turn each light on or off, as desired. However, for my rapidly declining RP eyes I need more light than ever! I am installing the light fixtures now while my eye still allows me to do so.
Anyway I have been trying everyday to read all of the comments. TAE folks have been doing a great job of commenting on the issues!

I have been busy establishing a farm on an island in the middle of the river and have planted tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, black currents, rhubarb, cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes. I have been so busy that I am only now splitting and packing the wood that I cut during the winter. I expect that I will be harvesting and processing wood for the next couple of months.
Establishing the farm this summer caused me to do the massive quality of work required and I often found myself thinking of the pioneers that established themselves.

Concerning LED lighting: A low Kelvin number of 2500 indicates a warmer, yellower light than a high Kelvin number of 6500 which is akin to daylight. The warmer the light, the easier on the eyes.
When my husband installed our LEDs, we chose those that could be used with a dimmer switch.
We also took the precaution of buying an extra fixture for multiple/same fixture settings, as the chance of one of the tiny lights in the fixture going out increases over time. As far as I know, those cannot be replaced- the whole fixture has to be replaced.TDK- you must have had quite a vocabulary! Where DID you pick those words up, I wonder?

Also, you want as low a Kelvin and as high a CRI as you can get. Both have to do with the amount of blue light in the mix, which is the harsh component to your eyes.
A higher Kelvin just means more blue light in the mix.
A low color rendition index means that the blue is a big peak, not just a lot, but disproportionately more.
LED headlights are a good example of the worst of both of those.
