Banking is a utility – enables exchange between entities. USEFUL to people. Since humans live and survive socailly and this is not possible without service to others, misdirection of social/energy/monetary flows between humans TO skimming/scalping paths is far more harmful than the % they manage to skim. You ruin, by misdirection, the entire network of social interaction to get a 5% vig and collapse everything.
But banksters are only theiving parasites – at least the idea that there would be SOME kind of continued flow TO scalp isn’t questioned.

I don’t begrudge you using the word “capitalism” any way that you want to, but you have no right to insist that anyone else accept your idiosyncratic definition verbatim and without question as being authoritatively absolute especially when your definition doesn’t even come close to any dictionary definition of the word “capitalism” that I have found in any dictionary or other reference text. You can’t just declare out of a clear blue sky that “this is what capitalism is” and expect the world to just agree.

The reason that NATO still refuses to launch long range missiles deep into Russia is because, at the end of the day, the LAW still does mean something.
It is a matter of well documented fact that the missiles can only be managed and fired by actual and legitimately authorized NATO forces. If the missiles are fired then it was NATO itself who fired them, not some flunky in Ukraine.
Thus, if the missiles are fired deep into Russia, then Russia can classify that act as a LEGALLY defined unprovoked preemptive act of war BY NATO against Russia, which then LEGALLY authorizes Russia to then do whatever the Laws of War allow to any and all NATO countries.
NATO deeply deeply deeply understands that its member states (including much US owned property) stand no chance at all against Russia and its treaty-bound allies. It would be a remarkably short war.
That is why the United States will do ANYTHING to get Russia to strike first. If Russia strikes first then it’s NATO who is the innocent victim of an unprovoked preemptive act of aggression . . . and all of the LEGAL advantages which that bestows upon the plaintiff in the multi-gazillion dollar quasi-legal financial battles around the entire globe which follow every major war. In those future battle the LAW still does mean something.

We are in a crisis-period of death throes of an established global financial and military power structure, composed at the end of World War-2, contested through the cold-war decades, then thrust to global dominance with the collapse of the USSR, and now collapsing from internal corruption consuming it like widespread cancer.
Causes leading into this include the rate of profit taking being maintained as industrial output, especially in western countries, declined for many reasons, so the profits ate healthy industries. Many industries were moved to China, where they could produce at lower costs, maintaining the profits. those which remained in the west became weaker without productive investment, taking on loans to buy their own stocks back, maintaining “shareholder value”.
Net oil production, including natural-gas-liquids and fracked-liquids, peaked in late 2018, and is on a plateau with ups and downs since then. I expect it to fall. There may be large, secret reserves in the Arctic and Antarctic, but they would take over a decade to bring online. Oil is Real Economy in the modern world.
