[See the full post at: Debt Rattle August 5 2015]Cap and trade is the penultimate neoliberal program. Turn a problem over to the ‘market’ which will then be manipulated and gamed to benefit the top and when it ends up not working, and it won’t, come up with some new and better ‘market’ solution.
The ultimate neoliberal climate program, which will never get off the ground is geoengineering. Every time you hear of these things understand it’s from people looking to make a buck, I mean huge bucks.
