rendering our reality…December 27, 2023 at 10:53 am #149211RedParticipantHow many Black Mirror episodes are now reality? Here’s one that just aired as it was on hold due to lock downs and is already true. No news to most here, still the slide into fascism is almost complete. The big question is: How to change this trajectory? Individually you can “bug out” or go full luddite, but that won’t stop the beast. The only way my small mind can see is to take away its power. By power I mean electricity. This will only work if all electricity is gone from the entire planet for an extended period. That would be disastrous for all to say the least. As I see it though, as long as there is electricity the information that is now used to run the system will never be zeroed out of the equation. Solutions to this problem need to be discussed in a reasonable manner and implemented somehow. Ideas on how to accomplish this need to be put forth and hashed out. As it stands most here see the monster clearly yet solutions to this issue are not forthcoming. Hoping that this thing will crash under its own weight isn’t a strategy, it’s wishful thinking. The gorilla in the room is how to neuter the surveillance state without killing both host and parasite? Anywho if you haven’t seen episode 1 of season six black mirror and are a fan spoiler alert:
December 27, 2023 at 11:52 am #149212Dr. DParticipantVery different from other Hoppers, also where you can hear noise and not silence in the background.
Cullom on Covid: the uses for “a Louisville slugger or a sand wedge are multipurpose. How the doctors and scientists regain their credibility is unclear, but here is a good starting point: stop lying.”
Following more Cullom, the yield curve inversions:
https://peakprosperity.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Collum22.jpgPowell is both saying “Higher for Longer” and “We’re reversing fast”. Or him and his posse are out saying the opposite of each other, for the Daily Special for the Century now: Reality a la Carte. To be serious, Powell appears to be following the 1-year, just as all Feds do back to Greenspan. Well the 1-year panicked, so Powell was compelled to panic-follow it. But WHY it panicked is a different question, and the sky is black with swans.
https://peakprosperity.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Collum27.jpg“Derivatives strategist Jitesh notes that the top 10 stocks are carrying 86% of the S&P return.11 The QQQ comprising 100 of the hottest tech stocks sporting a $20 trillion market cap has the Mag 7 representing 54% of the total market cap.12 The Mag 7 enjoyed a 72% gain in first half of 2023.13 Apple crossed the $3 trillion mark only four years after crossing the $1 trillion barrier,”
Gosh does that sound like a Tech ‘99 number? Who knows? Back then at least it was in the news; now we just print money, and when money runs out, print another trillion, $1 BILLION an HOUR.
To put it lightly: “There’s a huge disconnect between (soaring) stocks and end markets.” ~ Fred Hickey The High-Tech Strategist
The entire nation or world is broke and cutting back, all the companies that make the products they are (not) buying, go up 50-fold. (Or rather 50x valuation).
Printing money: “The housing market, the stock market, and the bond market, all overpriced at the same time. If the Fed knew what it was doing it would not allow bubbles of this magnitude to take place.” ~ Jeremy Grantham
Au Contraire, Jeremy, the Fed’s JOB is to print money so everything CAN be overpriced all at once. …Except the ugly, stupid things the “Wrong” people make, like food, copper, or silver. F’ them. We’ll hold down their prices while price of stocks are 40x their lows, corn is 5x and silver is 50% of those dates of 40 years ago despite all of them being used in everything. ‘Cuz “Free Markets” not “Central Planning.”
“The Supreme Court Holds to Regular Order for the New Year (Turley)
A different “We Make S—t Up” in every paragraph. I’ll spare you. But Jack had lots and lots and lots of time, years and years. He had no idea what Trump said three years ago? So you wait three years to press a case and NOW demand expedited status? WTF is wrong with you? No, you don’t get special treatment after that, the same as in an auto-repair shop, or cake baker, or anywhere else in America you could try that. Wait your turn, Karen. Back of the line.
It’s so endemic we have a saying printed out on banana-smelling ditto paper, in purple, hung on office walls nationwide: “A failure to plan on YOUR part does not constitute an emergency on OUR part.” Smith, now having attended Harvard, has forgotten that.
“• US ‘Cannibalizing Europe’ – Oreshkin (RT)
Kind of. How is this not Europe “Cannibalizing America”? They’re both cannibals who wouldn’t do a lick of work to save their own lives and haven’t in 30 years. Of COURSE they are only attacking each other. The alternative would be to be useful and PRODUCE for a living. Socialists only consume, producing is for Capitalists. What I’m saying is, so America now is an additional TRILLION in debt, literally has no shells, no anti-aircraft, poverty is 40%, everyone is living in tents, and you’re saying we came out AHEAD on this? I don’t see that kind of decay and tent cities, complete absence of health care in Europe, which although troubled, remains one of the highest standards of living in the world. Suppose we HAD won Russia (ridiculous I know, bear with me) what would we have gotten? Only to pump and broker deals in Russia BACK TO EUROPE and nowhere else. Yes, we’d get our Vig, but we’d only be the service boys to Europe’s needs for their continuing standard of living.
I feel like this accusation is therefore misplaced. Again. Europe is cannibalizing US. And we only barely put a stop to it by NOT getting 200,000 men and all our tanks – which Europe paid none of, never having put up anywhere near NATO GDP* – involved there. (* Except Greece, who being poor and weak is the only country they MAKE pay the full NATO weapons GDP amount, including new submarines while their people starve in ‘09. Good job, Saab.)
Go on though: we already know we’re all one Club, run by the Lettermen. It’s just intra-club factions we discuss, not actual “Sides”.
“• Germany’s Bundeswehr Not Battleworthy Beyond Several Hours’ Fight (TASS)”
And so you see. Germany doesn’t HAVE a military. But not to worry, since the WEF, Davos, and Europe never intended to lift a finger and use it. They’re going to use OUR military. Like always last 50 years. Then morally blame us too. Satanic Yankee pig-dogs, I spit upon you. …Except we double-crossed them and didn’t show up for our big murder party, the “Great American Re-Colonization Project.” America First. Awwww, we didn’t show up in Ukraine? Shucks my calendar was booked that week, guess you’ll have to go without me. How’s that workin’ out?
“• Russia Now Europe’s Largest Economy – Oreshkin (Sp.)That is a BIT deceptive though, isn’t it? As Russia’s GDP is not calculated using only economies West of the Urals. But the other 9 time zones. True in concept, just as Russia now #1 military ahead of the U.S. is true in concept.
“As brands they will probably remain, but will follow the fate of Volvo, which was sold to China.”
And Jag, and others. I wonder to track things like Swedish power, jobs, GDP, when you sell off the thing that makes you great to begin with. (Nokia) Anyone know? I don’t bother since in the long run it’s 100% certain it will lead to decay, implosion, and poverty. Right now they may have factories running as before, but that doesn’t last once you sell out, just as any other rich family, selling off the oil well titles, but keeping the expensive mansion. That is, KEEP the expenses, SELL the income.
I guess it wouldn’t matter anyway, since apparently they did so knowing they, Europe, was about to outlaw all cars continent-wide. This is a long, well-known, well-advertised plan. And no one could stop them, as they savaged and run out of business any ONE they like, any TIME they like, for any REASON they like, if they opposed them. As per VW actually daring to make cars. “Lo! Then a Miracle Happened” and they got an emissions violation 100% of all companies also do.
So it’s not a stretch to say “We are the Soviet Central Planners, and WE are going to end all car ownership, then all travel for the peasants – “Peasants” being anyone under $50 Million income. So why don’t you pop off and dump your car companies on idiots like China before you’re found having fallen off your boat in the Baltic sea like Maxwell did. Good day, sir.”
….Aaaaaaand because they’re raging morons who can’t stop sniffing glue long enough to get above the table, their plans are then all screwed up, screw up themselves, their host nations of the parasite, and even the WHOLE CONTINENT as their pin-headed Central Planning fails AGAIN.
Whut? We needed carz? Aw shucks, but we don’t own anything and now all the profits are extracted back to China on uz!
My god. The stupid. YES, MORONS: YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ERASE ALL INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES BY 2025 like you claimed would happen. Jesus. Christ. How have we never defeated you? Are we really only 1/10th less dumb that you are?
“• CIA Struggling to Tackle ‘Horrendous’ Losses in China Spy Network (Sp.)Yeah, if I remember, Hillary outed all the Chinese spies – probably for money – back then? Just as Cheney (Bush who?) outed all our spies in Africa to get back at one operative who told the truth. Aaaaaaand then stayed under the table for another decade, sniffing glue. Whut? We’z a blinded? When’d this happen? Geez, I don’t know, my entire life maybe? Like yesterday’s article where they trained the CIA under Gates to provide only confirmation-bias to “The Narrative” to politicians? That is, the CIA runs the nation, just like Dulles and Kennedy in Cuba?
“• Ukrainian MP Explains Why Kiev Needs 500,000 More Conscripts (RT) “
As Military Summary says, this makes no sense. They’re going to get 20,000 a month, which equals 500k over time. They can’t train them anyway. The only difference here is to alarm everyone and have epically bad PR. …That will topple A) Zaluzhny, or B) Zelenesky, take your pick. Each is pointing at the other one right now. The people don’t care and are striking, but they added more Fascism and removed more Democracy, so they have checkpoints and soldiers everywhere to arrest and conscript striking workers. Sooooo…if all your troops are in Kiev and Lviv arresting your OWN people, how are you fighting a war with the OTHER people? A: “Reasons”.
If Russians are on Strike, can you really MAKE them work, be productive? Because my sense of history is they’re best on the planet in work slowdowns, mistakes, and pretending to work. …Just as the French are best in street demonstrations, rioting, and national strikes. No slight to the Slavs on this, it’s a method of communication. We have our own problems and strengths because neither method is effective here in the ‘States.
“Why Russian Liberation of Maryinka is So Significant (Sp.)
It is amazing it took this long, and that Ukraine could shell their own people for now +10 years and not be in the news.
““Aliens cross the border illegally, test the system, are released into the interior,”
And Delta flies them with no checkpoints and no papers. Some citizens are more equal than others. Scratch that: ANY non citizen is superiour in EVERY way, to any non-citizen. That’s not new either, but extends back decades. By 2002 it was ALREADY better to be a Mexican illegal than live here, and it’s gotten worse on an geometric curve. Many people like Doug Casey say “Why buck the curve?” They renounce citizenship, become citizens of Argentina or Costa Rica, then live here tax-free. What I’m saying is: I’m not exaggerating. It’s not emotional hyperbole or sour grapes. It’s literal, actual, legal and economic, social truth, provable any way you’d like to chart it. Taxes and police forebearance alone would make it worthwhile.
“If people can’t control their own emotions then they have to start to control other people’s behavior.”~ John Cleese
Responded to AGW comment yesterday, but answer is simple: if any of that is true, why do we have 20 Ice Ages over 200 million years. Clearly warming never, ever leads to more warming, only to another Ice Age. Warming is never caused by CO2, it’s caused by Ice Ages and miles of ice?
Your argument makes no sense and it is ridiculously easy to see.December 27, 2023 at 12:14 pm #149213OroborosParticipantIn 1995 the republicans celebrated their first 100 days of being in the majority by having Chris Farley address them as Speaker Gingrich. Apparently politics used to be fun…

“We have no real insight into [Chinese] leadership plans and intentions in China at all,”
More accurately:
“We have no___insight____at all”
The personality pathologies at work here share the same characteristic lack of insight.
Then again, the malignant narcissist and psychopaths view personal insight as a weakness and someone else’s understanding of them as a liability worth exploiting.
However what does it mean to have insight into a lack of insight or recognize your own profound lack of self-recognition? Clathrates!
Two problems with Bill Burns:
1. Gay as a bleached whale bone and just as inert
2. He is not a megamind
3 . Do you think the “dead” CIA spies in China looked American or Chinese?4. Here’s part 4 of Bill Burns two-part problem. Bill still thinks about stealing shit from China as a foundation for being a Great American, a Patriot.
All the while, China has a guy doing this:
“The idea is to turn it into an economic, scientific development and national defense mega-hub, centered on the provincial capital Harbin, complete with a new, sprawling Special Economic Zone (SEZ).”
Does such a MegaMind exist in America or have they all been psychologically brutalized by the likes of Bill Burns and other pinheads at CIA?
Gates, Musk, Oppenheimer et al look pathetic in comparison.Must have been all Chinese locals: The insiders added that details of what went wrong are not known to the public and it is unclear whether any of the CIA’s employees have been held accountable. One official argued that the agency’s losses in China were “horrendous

The unprecedented unity among the Arab countries, the close coordination between Saudi Arabia and Iran, the huge groundswell of opinion in the Arab world against Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian populations in Gaza and West Bank — all this has created a new momentum in Middle East politics that has pitchforked the Palestine problem to the centre stage, which is something India cannot afford to ignore

December 27, 2023 at 4:08 pm #149225RedParticipantCT: What are your thoughts on Greta Thunberg and the movement surrounding her?
DR: It is sad and pathetic. The movement is a testament to the success of the global propaganda project that I describe in my report. The movement is also an indicator of the degree to which totalitarianism has taken hold in Western societies; wherein individuals, associations and institutions lose their ability for independent thought to steer society away from the designs of an occupying elite. Individuals (and their parents) become morality police in the service of this ‘environmentalism’.

Didn’t know he had gone that far, damning his enemies. His personal pov, perhaps understandable from his position, Hmm -> doesn’t count in the grand scope.
All is just one more glaring sign of the now ongoing rapid fall, heh, let’s say plunge into the fiery depths, of the USA’s hegemonic power.
Trump, Biden, Hunter B., others, are seen, all over the world, to be new style ‘Mafia’ Capos, using whatever available means to attack, discredit, stifle their political ‘accusers,’ enemies, Biz rivals, and more.
Using all means to hand (lawfare, lies, smears, false accusations, kontrol of media narratives, etc. not mentioning possible violence) and making it all **public**, see the digital aspect (Twitter-X etc.) to garner public support …? Heh, for votes in rigged elections?
All this looks more like .. Crazy US teenagers? Gang wars fought out with messages by rich people barricaded in their homes? Pathetic attempts to garner sympathy thru vilification, slander, playing the victim, making empty threats, etc.?

We all see folks still wearing masks these days. This helps us clearly identify those amoung us who are still traumatized by Operation Covid. These are the weak sheep who still need the Covid Narrative to continue to function in life. These people are willing slaves who can’t give up their Slave Status. They have traded their freedom for Security. They now have neither. They are more insecure than ever. Their masks are their security blankets. They would feel naked without wearing their masks. Behaviors of slaves.Covid War Continues Unabated:

I was told not to go there re-covid vaccines. They prefer “not to be aware ” that death stocks them. mRNA vaccines are good and combining covid with flu shot the way to go. So all have the latest covid booster shots. Degrees in Biology but drinking the Kool-Aid. These stupid sheep won’t be with us for much longer as they will all die sooner than later. The truth would destroy their bubble world. Stupid as stupid does. What can you do? Nothing! Just more victims of Operation Covid.Excess Deaths:
Sudden Death and Died Unexpectedly are the confirmed Operation Covid’s successes. They no longer need to live in a state of denial as they are now dead, victims of Operation Covid. The West’s Covid War successfully continues unrelentingly like the power of compounding ìnterest. When a recipient “watches a movie” they automatically translate the light waves and audible sound vibrations as a “story” or simulation of real life experience. But is really AIN’T real life, now is it? In actual real fact it is all just a bunch of crudely encoded vibrations directionally transmitted at certain frequencies on equipment any high school kid can obtain and master. Talk about cheap and easy. Nothing fancy or “woo” about any of it.
If that ain’t AI programming of some kind of bullshit “Matrix-Metaverse” then I’ld sure as hell like to know what is!
Watching movies doesn’t make people likely to get wise, active or revolt. It just makes them misinformed, inexperienced, disconnected from reality and INERT.

Isn’t this like saying that “Everyone dies, so I cannot possibly be a murderer”?
It is more like believing that every creature that dies was murdered by humans. We know that humans die of natural causes and we know that all creatures will eventually die of natural causes and always have done, from before humans existed. We see our own relatives die of natural causes with our very own eyes yet we decide not to believe our eyes and believe they were murdered; maybe they were, but if they are 80 and have been in poor health for a while, why not consider the most likely cause as your first priority. It is creating a problem that does not exist.
We don’t know the cause of the current spike in all-cause mortality, but we do know that it cannot possibly be a result of the vax
Cause and effect is a very reliable way of ruling out some causes of an event. Have you noticed how the people suffering from vax injuries took the vax BEFORE they got the injury? You see there is a time line involved and when you look through the ice cores etc, you see that the CO2 arrived AFTER warming, so it cannot be the cause of warming in the same way that anyone who has NOT HAD the vax cannot attribute their own death to the vax.
Sure, I believe that climate can change for all sorts of reasons, the number one reason is probably the white hot ball in the sky, as it is the climate engine … when your car breaks down, do you look at the engine or at the stereo? Second is probably oceans and cloud cycles … when your car breaks down, do you check the engine then the fuel tank or the stereo then the coffee holder?
I am very confident that humans do NOT have the faintest idea how the climate works, after all, humans have not fully worked out the mechanics of a liquid boiling in a tube in industrial processes yet; yes, boiling fluids is a complex area but we still don’t really understand how it progresses or why the heat transfer coeeficients change the way they do, but we have some ideas.
Just because people believe that “my beach now has plastic pollution on it, it never used to, so humans must be the cause of climate change” is not enough to create the very real science of understanding the climate. Filling the gap in understanding with unproven theories, false data from concrete fields, and all the other tricks (met office is now going to use modelling to measure climate change rather than long term data) is even more destructive than accepting that we do not know. What we do know is that the sun causes climate change, we know water vapour causes climate change, the evidence point to CO2 does NOT cause climate change yet we pursue CO2 as the cause.
Why CO2? It seems obvious to me that it was chosen because it is linked to human activity so there is a scam to be had. The high profile people driving this are all very rich – or backed by the very rich – and have skin in the game, they benefit from the huge waste of taxpayer money handed out as government grants in order to fix a problem that does not exist. If they had chosen the sun as the culprit, then people would realise that there is not much you can do and so access to government funds would have been limited, they could not reinvent the energy supply for industry as a “solution”.
