For all of Donald Trump’s manifold faults there is one thing that you really have to hand to the guy. He is one helluva salesman.
He walks into a negotiation selling what everyone in the world ridicules as a non-starter “Ceasefire” that Russia would NEVER agree to, and he’s gonna walk out of that negotiation with a fully detailed, signed, sealed and delivered Peace Treaty that contains all of the vitally sensible elements that everyone in their right mind knows need to be in there for that war to end.

Why isn’t Volodymyr Zelenskyy the one asking for mercy? That’s the larger, unspoken message from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Clearly, Don Trump doesn’t oppose Peace even by seizing Zelensky’s initiative. I’m surprised Don chose not to use Bad Cop/Cpl JD Bowman as The UnderMiner of Zelensky.
Most of the Ukrainians in Krusk are Nazis.
Many are corrupt border guards who were freed up for Krusk duty by Polish and Romanian soldiers taking over Ukrainian border duties up to 2 km inside Ukraine.
So to end the war more quickly, they all need to go.
