There are some conditions that i will never accept as just.
    Hagar, Sarah, Abraham
do you wonder that a culture passes it’s heritage through matrilinial lineage?
do you wonder that those that claim judaic identity and philosphical heritage are seen as unrightfully unjust and greedy? That they are given these false virtues by divine decree?
Why is robbing Ismael to enrich Isaac a bad idea? You just can’t do business with a sore Ismael.

That the mainstream west accepts saying Ukraine does this or Ukraine does that is a sign of deep moral degeneracy. The balance of the western poplulations are suckling at the teat of rapine. What once were vices are now habits.

“”The World Is Losing Trust”: Foreign Investment In Germany Plunges To Lowest Level Since 2009

World capital flows as I’ve been saying. U.S. investment is off the charts. And while we suck, we also can’t collapse if we’re stealing the lunch of worse places like Germany. At a minimum, Germany collapses first then. The US$ collapses last. U.S. banking, having activity, collapses last. U.S. economy, having cheap available energy, collapses last.

Scorecard on Iran: No, I don’t think they’re biding their time to 2040 to use any hypersonics. That’s illogical to shoot the Lincoln 4,000 times and miss when they could sink it at will. Same with the other ships, even tankers.

Since the closure, 25% of oil is rerouted around and away from Hormuz. 20% is now supplied in Texas now as well. While inconvenient and remains to be completed, Hormuz is already half the choke point it was two months ago, and more pipelines are built daily. Things adjust. China is no longer their ally, it seems. Yemen did not come to their aid, allowing Saudi’s pipeline to run freely out the Red Sea in direct undermining of Iran.

So how many more months until if it’s closed forever it’s as if it never existed, while Iran remains blockaded until 2028 or 2032?

“In my previous updates (1 and 2) we saw multiple severe warnings issued by Iranian officials against resumption of hostilities, even threatening to expand the war beyond the region and hit US bases in Europe, specifically in Greece, Romania and Germany,”

Ohhhh…warnings!! Oh no! Again, they’re being nice, biding their time until 2045. We’re in a war, but they’re not shooting back because: reasons. Can anyone name another historic example? We landed in Normandy, but they’re not going to shoot back at us until at least the borders of Berlin. This is good tactics and doesn’t mean they lose from Breton to Brandenburg at all.

They say I’m crazy and perhaps they’re right, but surely that logic is far, far crazier. Iran may indeed have something planned, and I bet they do, but the level of imagination needed here to call them the winners, in the past, present, and now future, is breathtaking. They’re the winners now because they’re about to counterattack in 2030. In Europe, where we hope they do, and want to pull out of anyway; not a 7-11 shot up in the U.S. in 80 days, so far as we know.

We know this is true because no one in world history has ever won a war in this way.

“Neither choice is attractive – or tenable – for Trump. He and his fanatical sidekick, Pete Hegseth, should know by now that bombing cannot blow away Iran’s defiance and resilience. It is not even militarily effective: 70% of Iran’s missile stockpile reportedly remains intact.” Guardian, Tisdale

First, that’s aFallacy of false choice: Classic narcissist abuse, classic Hegel, and therefore completely glue-sniffing retarded. There are only about a million options between those two ends. He then adds a bunch of handwaving adjectives, and no facts – because if he had any facts supporting his case he would use them. In this case, Defense Secretaries have never blown up people before. That would be crazy to think an army would ever do that, or a PM or President would command it. Clearly uncharted territory. No Obama, no Kennedy, no Truman never blew up no kids.

He then has ALSO taken a jet to Tehran, landed, and completed a full inventory of all Iran’s weaponry – as indeed everyone in Europe has I guess. They have like bus tours for this leaving Ankara daily. Not that any nation has ever lied or for instance, the Pentagon can’t complete an accurate inventory in 50 years even when commanded, just as no other nation has either.

Well, “Iran said it, I believe it, that settles it.” Iran is God.

“In any case, Trump’s threats to break the ceasefire, like his aborted Project Freedom in the strait of Hormuz, are opposed by Gulf states fearful of more retaliatory attacks,”

He does the “TACO Tuesday” thing, where Trump must always be bombing, 24 hours a day, every civilian, or else he’s surrendered unconditionally to Tehran. Have we ever even SEEN such a thing said on the planet before these demented yahoos, blood, gore and guts, veins in their teeth Guardian and Fox reporters? No. No one has ever lost their minds and left Reality this much before now. Up to 2020 we may not have bothered with War vs Peace, like 2001, but at least there was still a difference. Now War = Peace.

The “Aborted Freedom” is him NOT bombing people and Tisdale and UK say NOT bombing people is evil and means you lost. It’s in the “Strait of Hormuz” because we all forgot. Why is this in here? Padding. Like the adjectives, because he has no objective facts to fill column inches instead. When you know what you say, you just say it. When you’re lying you add and make stuff up.

The Gulf states are very CLEARLY not fearful of attacks, unexpectedly, we see they are the major progenitors and egging him on! But UK already set “The Narrative” and it’s all Israel all the time, so no facts may interfere now.

““By his humiliating failure to bring Iran to heel, nearly three months”

These are the same guys who said he could never attack or win at all, and now he has to win in 30 days or less??? What madness is this? Yeah, we didn’t defeat a nation of 90M in just 90 days, our bad. (Arguably we already have, but that’s another issue) Jesus Christ! Just shows how incompetent the Allies were that it took 6 years to defeat German and not 6 days like a real man would. 90 days is also a clear “Quagmire”. Because, you know, “quagmires” are defined exclusively by TIME, of which we have none. We haven’t even left Blitzkrieg yet.

Tisdale, here’s an Enfield, show us how it’s done. The level. Is like I’m talking to a madman. Who is also six years old.

“Trump’s critics demanded maturity, patience, and caution. After he showed all three, they moved the goalposts and found new reasons to complain.”

If Iran “Exists” or Trump isn’t bombing them this very minute, Iran won. That’s the “Moving the goalposts” here. If they’re not beaten in 4 hours, Iran won. If there’s any soldier still mad and shooting up a pizza parlor, Iran won.

““Iran’s ability to project power is a lot more limited than it was two months ago,” SAO says. “Their industrial base for building ballistic missiles has been substantially destroyed.”

The CIA needs to go interview all these hundreds of Europeans who have inventoried Iran’s arms, and let them say what’s what. I hear the Guardian is their Quartermaster and purchasing agent. They know how many bullets are left in 1.6M km/sq give or take a dozen.

“As the title suggests, the order forbids any U.S. Government employee from taking any actions that violate the First Amendment rights of any American citizen.”

We need a law that orders people to follow the law. That’s what this is. How about arresting everyone who was trampling human rights? Is that an option? Paying million-dollar restitution to us and TAE? That would level the playing field for all the money and press the censor-cooperators got, and is only legally just.

“Ukraine hits a Russian students’ dormitory in Lugansk, killing God knows how many kids”

This is only bad when some people do it. “For my friends, everything; for my enemies, the Law!”

“Ritter insisted. The possible use of the Oreshnik is also a signal to the West as “an entire system… exists beyond Ukraine’s borders into Europe and perhaps… into the US that facilitates and empowers” Kiev’s drone attacks”

Oh, Ritter. Then it’s false. What’s happened to you? So for the first time in a year the U.S. has authorized weapons to Ukraine. CONGRESS authorized those weapons, over Trump’s opposition. (We’ll see how that goes.) That is therefore the #OPPOSITE of “The US that Empowers Kiev”. BIDEN may have armed, funded, and empowered Kiev, but that’s the opposite of 2014-2020, and the opposite of now. Which everybody knows, since they went nuclear about it. So Trump is bad, RussiaRussia, because he WON’T send weapons, BUT ALSO that he sends ALL the weapons. So their argument is, it’s Trump’s fault because Biden was President. AGAIN.

Okay man. Try not to drool on yourself in that straitjacket.

“Not sure why you would ask a journalist’s ‘opinion.”

First rule of journalism is, You don’t exist. Nobody DGAF about you. You’re the roadies that help the REAL band, the real and important people, be heard. None of them are journalists, so no surprise. They have no curiosity and no self-control.

“The US is moving away from its role as the ‘leader of the free world’ and seeking to focus on its own interests.”

A lot here. You mean “An Empire”? And you’re saying that Empire was decisively BAD for the U.S. such that we are following “Our” interests. …As opposed to whose? The Empire isn’t being run for the benefit of the United States, that’s odd. Whose benefit was is being run for all these many years?

This is like saying Rome was being sapped by the Roman Empire which was not in Rome’s best interest. Uhhh…whut? And it’s True. However, that means it’s not an AMERICAN Empire at all, is it? And “We” weren’t running it but fighting it all along, weren’t we? While how many Presidents were shot in the resistance?

“Trump proposed a solution: America will no longer impose its rules on anyone, nor will it pretend to act on behalf of all humanity”

That’s just called “Being a country”. They hate that too. Since nations act in THEIR best interest, they say No! The strong shouldn’t negotiate strongly! They should just give all their money to the weak “According to their needs” as was planned under CO2 Credits and CBDCs, UN/WHO/NATO payments. Ah. I prefer not to and to keep my own work, thanks. People who can’t keep their own work and property are called “Slaves.”

“First and foremost, this is due to the fierce domestic opposition to Trump, so without a formal end to the conflict, his hands are tied. In over a year, practically nothing has been achieved,”

As per the Congressional funding of Ukrainian suicide, above. And Congress only does what Europe wants, clearly. What? Yes, paragraph above, how else do you have an “Empire” that impoverishes “The Empire”? That makes no sense. Whoever is being impoverished is clearly subservient to the guys who get a free army, unlimited health care, and two months off while we starve.

Since eg I believe it’s all consciousness, then “Simulation” and “Physical reality” are identical. “you constantly mention rape. projecting, perhaps?” –TDK

Sadly no. It’s that this appalling thing happens and everyone shrugs and does nothing about it? And for some reason I feel like maybe we should do something about it? I call to arms, look around, and no posse. They’re all fine I guess, leaving me in the street alone. They don’t mind and like it is the conclusion I don’t want to come to, so I stand here and shout and just pretend they haven’t heard yet, not that they don’t want to end it. Don’t burst my bubble. It’s the only thing worse than where I already am.

“perhaps if you opened your mind, you might see the answer.” TDK

Then help me. Every minute the Strait is closed, America gets rich. If it’s open, then we just have a the normal pricing and not a big advantage. Am I missing something? We also discovered that, far from what I believed, Iran really did intend to bomb every one of their neighbors and took no restraint to do so. Also far from what I believed, this is being done mostly for the Gulf and not Israel.

Yes, Israel IS an Abrahamic state, the promise is fulfilled…through Hagar, not Sara. They are equal, are they not?

The good doctor likes to remind us, regularly, that Iran has conclusively lost to the US because at no point has an Iranian missile landed in, say, NY or Washington. This is precisely how London triumphed in the 1700’s and the US never achieved independence – because, as any fule kno, never once did the Minutemen manage to stage a successful assault on Buckingham Palace and hang King George from a lamppost.

MOSCOW, May 25 — RIA Novosti. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio about the beginning of successive strikes on decision-making centers in Ukraine. “Lavrov officially brought to the American side the information that in response to the ongoing terrorist attacks of the Kyiv regime against the civilian population and civilian objects on Russian territory, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are launching systematic and consistent strikes on facilities located in Kyiv,” the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Managing High Blood Sugar Levels:

My doctor suggested I take an apple cider vinegar capsule (500 mg) with I think high complex carbohydrates meals or with high sugar intakes like fruit.

Or maybe I should just take one 500 mg capsule before every meal?

I have only just started this but was wondering if anyone had more experience taking apple cider vinegar capsules?

What I have recently discovered, is my dry upper mouth indicates high blood sugar levels.
High blood sugar levels cause the body to hydrate by taking moisture from my skin.

(Statins are also involved in this mix somehow. The evil bastards!)

Since, I already suffer from dry skin, allergies, combined with an extra cold 2025-6 winter, my high blood sugar levels made this a winter from hell, for me.

    Previous discoveries:
    Allergic to phosphate.
All detergents contain phosphates. (Only original Ivory soap bars are phosphate free!)
Most 99% skin moisturizer lotions also contain phosphates!

Recently, I finally found a phosphate free skin moisturizer which reduces the speed of itchy dry skin crusts formation. Without applying moisturizer, dry skin can form a new layer of dry skin crust, overnight.

P.S. Why am I always the last to learn via suffering the school of hard knocks?

What is the $ value of the enriched uranium in Iran? BILLIONS

What Iran has (verified before inspectors lost access)
IAEA‑verified data (Feb 2026) shows Iran possessed:

440.9 kg of uranium enriched to 60% U‑235

Additional lower‑enriched stocks totaling ~9,040.5 kg UF₆ across 2%, 5%, and 20% enrichment levels

The 60% stockpile is the most valuable because nearly all the enrichment work has already been done.

Estimated total value of Iran’s 60% enriched uranium:

    @WES

I am not a doctor but I have played one on TV.

If you have high blood sugar but are not yet diagnosed Type II diabetes, you might do some self-testing to figure out if there are specific foods that your body has a problem with. Rob Wolf covers this in his book Wired to Eat, where he goes over the research showing that inviduals process carbohydrates differently. He gives the example of the Olympic swimmer who for some unknown reason had a diabetic level response to eating lentils, but was generally fine eating other carbohydrates. Which would you guess is better from an insulin response perspective, cookies or a banana? He shows the data that one person had a blood sugar spike eating cookies but not the banana, and for another person it was the other way around. So his advice is to eat the carbs that your body handles well, and avoid the carbs that it does not. Plan two weeks where you eat your favorite carb foods for breakfast every day, one per day, eating nothing else for breakfast. You measure out the same carb content so that it is an apples to apples comparision. You check your blood sugar before the meal, then eat the meal, then check your blood sugar two hours later. It is likely that your body will process some foods better than others. For me, I learned that I often get a blood sugar spike that remains elevated after I eat blueberries — so these days I do not have blueberries as often as before.

Regarding your lipids and the statins, if you dig deep, you will find that many physicians question the lipid hypothesis for heart disease. That is a deep rabbit hole. Even if you conclude that higher lipids increase risk of a cardiac event, there is also evidence that higher lipids may be better from the perspective of all cause mortality. High LDL numbers, for example, are also associated with lower cancer incidence. Further, even if you conclude that lipids are problematic, they are only part of the equation. The analogy I heard is that lipids are the dynamite and systemic inflammation is the matchbook. If there is dynamite but no matches, you light be okay, just the same as if you have lots of matches but no dynamite. The risk is when both lipids and inflammation are both high. So did your doctor also check your inflammation? You want to ask for the HS-CRP and GlycA numbers so that you have a more complete picture.

Lastly, I recommend that you listen to a few podcasts featuring the neurosurgeon Jack Kruse, who questions the whole framework of what he calls “centralized medicine.” His view is that the most important thing to avoid chronic disease is sunlight, especially morning sunlight before 10am. He insists that sunlight regulates many of the body’s processes — it is like nature’s decentralized mechanic for the human body. He claims that the reason for the explosion of the chronic diseases is that we spend too much time indoors, under artificial light, which he claims is like living under an alien sun. Dr Kruse is not a fan of the widespread practice of prescribing statins.

I wonder if Dr John has any other suggestions?
