Lest Ilargi think that I am anti- Trump, here are more things that I give Trump credit for — I overlooked them before because they were so obvious to me and have not been controversial in the comments here. Trump gets point for:

Speaking out against the woke/trans mob.
Criticizing the Biden open border policy.
Criticizing mail in ballot fraud and calling for voter ID.

Squirrels:

Sad, that nobody wants any of my surplus Squirrels!

Raspberries:

Planted 50 bare root raspberries tonight.
First soaked the roots for an hour, then planted right away, so roots can’t dry out.

One row of 25 everbearing Heritage Red Raspberries in one raised bed.
One row of 25 everbearing Double Gold Raspberries in the second raised bed.

Now I have to find a way to defend them from getting eatened by the island’s deer.

I am planting 3 types of peppers (deer love them!) and 3 types of tomatoes, leaf lettuce, and some herbs.
Oh, yes lots of flowers too!
The deer love all of these too.
We have a bumper crop of deer this year too!

So it is me verses the deer this summer.

Will try using fishing line about 2′ and 3′ high about 3′ to 4′ away from the salad buffet!
