It just goes to show you that when the judiciary make a correct judgment the billionaires capture of the government and subsequent enforcement nullifies the legal system as the way forward.
Consider this. What would happen if many got groups to shop in different stores mask less and put on the masks when challenged by enforcement but remove them as soon as the enforcer is out of your face. There is not enough enforcement to deal with such a tactic which is also nonviolent.

They have kept us afraid, isolated, demoralized and complacent as they are having the icing completed on the cake. They are just a few dots while we are many dots and the control those few dots are asserting on the many when viewed from perspective makes the many look very foolish to be tolerating the situation.
@Michael R: Unfortunately, the vast, overwhelming majority of human beings are followers rather than leaders or rebels, and always have been. What there is to do about that situation, is way beyond my own meager comprehension.
The cruiseline my parents’ postponed cruise is with last week decided all cruise goers must be vaccinated. My aunt and my mother refuse to be vaccinated. (I’m very glad my aunt was adamant on this…my mother has a mind of her own, but due to childhood trauma struggles to stand alone against those close to her…with my aunt as ally there is no way my mother will be swayed.). She has told my father that he is welcome to go on the cruise with his brothers without her, but that she prefer he not be vaccinated. My parents seldom go anywhere — other than short errands — alone…I expect to hear soon that they have canceled the entire trip, or rescheduled it as something without a cruise.
I am glad for the lawsuit against mandated vaccinations for hospital workers. However, grant the vaccine full approval, and then hospital workers won’t have that recourse. The vaccine safety issues need to become mainstream and well-known. Right now, the biggest indication is over 4,000 deaths following vaccines in VAERS, and pointing out that prior to the Covid vaccines it took 30 years for VAERS to record that many deaths. People know that vaccines occasionally cause deaths and bad reactions, but they expect them to be very rare and happen to “other people.” Just hearing that there are “some” deaths and bad reactions doesn’t faze them if it was someone they don’t know and if it seems “rare.” 4,000 deaths doesn’t seem so high until one realizes how out of proportion it is with the aggregate of every approved vaccine that came before the Covid vaccines.
Unfortunately, I suspect the only way to successfully fend off this vaccine is for negative mid-term side-effects to become so prevalent that the trusting, vaccinated masses are desperately looking for an explanation when their worldview is shattered by reality. This means a run of bad Covid cases, fertility, autoimmune, cardiovascular, and/or fertility issues that affects such a high number of vaccinated folks that the vaccine ribbons change from “badges of courage” to emblems of dread, wondering if the wearers will be next in line to suffer. It is frustrating…I wish no ill on those who have been vaccinated — I have many vaccinated friends and some family — but if this vaccine only causes near-term and extremely long-term side effects, it is going to be a long, uphill battle to win back the freedoms that are being stripped from us.
Whatever nefarious agendas and false narratives Covid has been used to promote, US Memorial Day seems like a good occasion to remember that there are people who are relatively young and healthy who, on account of their congenital immunological allotment, get hammered by Covid and seriously suffer and sometimes even die as a consequence. That doesn’t mean we should support lockdowns or dubious vaccination schemes, but nor should we be tempted to promote narratives that claim Covid-19 is a “hoax” or “isn’t real”.
Love hearing that everyone you know who got COVID only had mild symptoms. Good for you. For myself – I know someone young and healthy who died and have a cousin recovering from a heart transplant after COVID. Forgive me if I take all of this pretty seriously.

The NW has been uncharacteristically dry this Spring. The good weather has allowed me to get a jump on many landscaping tasks needed to improve our aging condo development: like pruning or removing overgrown shrubs, pulling weeds, spreading rock and mulch, locating buried or broken sprinkler heads, etc. It seems the landscape company contracted to maintain this stuff lost most of its employees during the lockdown and has found it difficult to hire replacements. I’ve found that this work has helped me to counteract a lot of the negativity and division, by beautifying the local environment and building community.
I’ve still made time to read the TAE each day, however, paying particular attention to the latest Germ Covid finds, and anything Dr. D. sees coming into focus on the horizon with his Hubble-like vision. With credit due all around, Ilargi’s blog has really been a powerhouse of ideas this past year.
This next point is why I determined to post something this morning. I’ve been contemplating the insanity permeating current events. I was blessed (maybe cursed) with one of those minds that constantly tries to make sense of things. To find meaning. Understand how things work. This has been a real challenge lately, as nothing seems to make any sense. I’ve tried to pin this on stupidity and ineptitude, but those wouldn’t stick. Something else was at work. Maybe it was greed, as this certainly has more evidence behind it for being the primary cause. But in my mind, greed is now being relegated to a secondary position. “What is the prime mover in all this?”, is the thought that kept coming to the fore.
Maybe I’m the last one to the party (no surprise there), but the idea that has presented itself to me the past couple of days is that the planet’s movers & shakers have been busy for the last decade or so, putting their Manchurian candidates in all the key positions of power in the US centralized empire. The pandemic, whether intentional or not, is currently being used to initiate their grand plan. From where we sit, their response to the pandemic has been a catastrophic failure health-wise and economically, yet TPTB continue stubbornly down the lockdown/vaccine/passport path.
It’s become increasing clear that this whole operation is being coordinated from a supra-national level. Strings are being pulled from the very top of the pyramid that reach down into every institution and corporation that wields power and influence. It’s had the effect of creating a lot of cognitive dissonance at lower levels, making the average person feel like he’s taking crazy pills. Everyone is chasing their tails trying to make sense of it all. This is how I make sense of it today. Their eventual goal and whether they’ll succeed is not yet clear. What my gut has been saying for the past few years, though, IS clear: “Resist!”

I’m not so sure that follows. There is some thought that Kamala Harris is Hillary Clinton’s protoge, and that is why Harris is veep right now. Between Biden and Harris, I think it likely that Harris is the one who is more “in charge” in this administration.

Yesterday I had an interesting talk with a deaf/hard of hearing friend in the backyard. She is a very smart woman, having graduated from York University here in Toronto before taking her masters at Galaudet University school for the deaf in Washington DC.
She is now a single mom raising a 15 year son. Both have been coming to our family cottage since the son was a baby.
Anyway we got talking about the so called vaccine that doesn’t stop you from getting or spreading the virus. She has had her first shot but not her son. I explained as much as I could of what we here on TAE know and don’t know.
She was shocked because as we all know the msm doesn’t tell the public anything negative. Just the narrative everybody should get the “jab”. Nothing more. I explained to her I was not surprised. Afterall she has to work and at the end of the day she is tired, then has to tend to her son. She really has no time to research anything.
She mentioned she has a niece who is hesitant. I said she should just wait before deciding about her son. For sure this fall, schools in Ontario will try and demand vaccination before attending school. The simple fact is for young healthy people taking the vaccine poses a higher risk than covid does.
Then we are also wondering about future fertility issues. What if these young people want to have kids? Better to just wait and see. Non violent non-conforming resistance.
In terms of coronavirus, everywhere you look it’s Bill Gates and Tony Fauci again. According to Marcel van Tol they’re nowhere near finished with us yet.

I think the vast majority of comments on TAE over this Covid time have never gone to that “Covid is a hoax” place. While some of the links (original and from commenters) are of dubious quality, very few have claimed it to be a hoax along with 9-11, the moon landings, and the Newtown CT killings.
I would imagine just as many now can say they know someone who died of the vaccine as those who can say they know a “young healthy person” who died of Covid. The few times I’ve heard someone claim this, upon further inquiry it is always someone they know who knows someone whose cousin died. And no real way to know if they had undiagnosed diabetes or a heart problem along with vitamin D deficiency etc.

Other than watching the primaries and general election get fixed, I’ve pretty much lost interest in national politics. I threw in the towel when Obama, newly elected and with political capital up the ying-yang, both here and abroad, rolled over like a jive turkey for Wall Street when he should’ve put many of them behind bars. After that he was “dead to me”, as if he didn’t exist. Never listened to a word he said. It was all empty rhetoric for the adoring media and their captive masses.
Trump was an interesting glitch in the Matrix. The elites underestimated how sick the electorate was with the national death spiral. They fully expected Hillary to pick up where Obama left off, making good on all those down payments to the Clinton Foundation. Their global plans were frustrated for four years while Trump fixated on the Dow and blathered for the cameras. Consequently, as we so recently learned, and thanks to the mathematical magic of networked electronic voting machines and a captive media, a non-establishment candidate will never occupy the Oval Office again.

It’s well known that the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines use lipid nanoparticles (LNP). An article published today by Nature points out that “While a variety of delivery systems for mRNA vaccine have been developed [such as LNP], there are still concerns regarding unfavorable biodistribution pattern due to their unique size and composition… In an effort to circumvent these issues, we applied a core–shell structured lipopolyplex (LPP) platform for mRNA vaccine production.”
The article describes the tests done on a new an improved type of mRNA vaccine, named SW0123, which uses this LPP platform (instead of the LNP), and “intramuscular administration of SW0123 demonstrated a favorable biodistribution pattern with limited accumulation in the liver or other major organs, thus indicating a benign and desirable toxicity profile…Also, the unique combination of size and composition of LPP allowed retention of the vaccine particles at the injection site, thus preventing vaccine particles from triggering organ-specific side effects, for example liver accumulating effect observed for LNP-mRNA formulations shown in this study and also by others. Such biodistribution pattern [with LNP] may lead to activation of liver-resident cells that subsequently cause tissue damage and inflammation, thus contributing to high reactogenicity.”

It looks like Pfizer and Moderna took a wrong turn (with LNP instead of LPP) during their rush to develop their mRNA vaccines.
