“Ski Resorts Are Giving Up on Snow
With natural snow becoming scarcer and artificial powder woefully unsustainable, Europe’s mountain resorts are starting to look at life beyond downhill skiing.” — Wired
With 75 feet of snow in the American West, Wired news is reaching new heights of reporting the #Opposite of all truth worldwide.
But then Wired is dead, as right next this is an “Article” on the “Best Mattresses” to buy, 2023. Get Woke, Go Broke, the Not News Network.
“Zelenskyy, Trudeau Honor Actual 3rd Reich Nazi With Standing Ovation

“Scarcity Is Not Enough
When the price of gold is high relative to its cost of production, there is an incentive to hunt for new gold reserves to mine. Supply rises. It’s a law of any market. Bitcoin has no supply response.”
Sure, but it also has no price response. Nor anywhere else in the Western Capitalist system. No workers? Wages fall. No gas? Prices fall. Cars sitting on the lots for miles? (Stock) prices rise.
““..it is impossible to do business with the current Trudeau cabinet, which is the personification of neoliberal fascism..”
A guy in a turban and blackface is a racist? Boy, who could have seen that coming?
My thought is, “So now we have to watch the northern border and perhaps prepare for war there too?” Well, maybe. It would be a really short war, though. I won’t list all the problems but they’ve outlawed guns and all their cities are in shelling distance from the border.
“They’re All Afraid” (WeltWoche.ch)
What was notable about this is that it’s a level and straightforward article. The kind we can’t conceive of in 2023, but would have been normal in…last year? Most of our adult lives?
“Russian fragmentation bombs exploded outside a supermarket in the city where Ukrainians were queueing for bread and food. Investigators are also focusing on the siege of Mariupol, Khan added. Food supplies were cut to the city and humanitarian relief corridors blocked or bombed”
They’re kidding, right? No nation has ever tried to prosecute a war without bombing anything, leaving the entire national infrastructure, all the lights, the water turned on the way Russia has. We know as policy they have corridors since they were done in Mariupol specifically. Since there are always isolated incidents in every war, they must expand and coordinate into the picture of a national policy on the matter. Is keeping Ukraine’s train system on for like a year not a pretty good example?
Meanwhile ACTUAL prevention of food to ACTUAL starving people: Europe and the EU. Not only preventing it from reaching Africa, but diverting it to feed Spanish pigs. Stay classy, Europe. Never change. Always some darkies somewhere you have to starve out, it’s the White Man’s Burden.
“not crimes of result but crimes of intent”
Wait, so they WEREN’T starving in the slightest? Because there are eggs in Ukraine but not in Lancashire? So this is a hypothetical war crime, they THOUGHT about committing, maybe later, if they could?
When you’d thought you’d seen it all…

Uhhh, whut? Am I guessing his parents aren’t English speakers? I thought they were all Tiny Kox.
“Some are said to be wary that Russia could exploit the elections by fomenting division, infiltrating its assets and weakening Ukraine from within.”
You’re fired. Every word in this sentence has no meaning and communicates no information. “Some People”? Who? “Fomenting division”? Otherwise known as “Having a Party System”? How do you define Ukraine as being weaker or stronger? If it’s weaker under a Party System holding debates, then it’s clearly stronger under a one-party dictator. What do you mean?
Thanks RT. As bad as The Guardian, but in a completely different way. This gets through as they are all the former NPR reporters that were fired. …The Male ones, I presume.
“However, the Biden administration is said to be sympathetic to the obstacles facing Kiev and is not pushing for elections.”
They are an independent country, fighting their own independent war that doesn’t involve us. So why would this sovereign nation care what Biden thinks of him any more than he cares what Bongo or Võ Văn Thưởng thinks of him?
Oh that’s right: because every word of every sentence of every news article is a lie.
““ Only 51% of Republicans.” ““strongly agreed” with that sentiment,” I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.”
51% of Republicans are still complete failures. Well that explains a lot.
“with 50% believing the government has a responsibility to restrict hateful posts.”
“Only about half of GOP voters favor censorship — whether asked about the Ku Klux Klan, Nazis, or the Communist Party.”
Odd choice: They’re not the ones primarily being censored. They’re also the same people. For example, scandal this week as (again, and for 50 years running) documents were leaked that the American Socialists, a Neo-Nazi group, were all established and run by the FBI. …Sort of like Torrio, right? This was a movie joke since back as far as “Blazing Saddles” or so, already well-known then. Why bring it up? Besides being interesting news – if you can even call it that “Francisco Franco is Still Dead” – I was struck by the group being the “Socialists”. Not the “WhiteHeads” or something. As in of course for them, the “National Socialists.”
Cue everyone saying how although they call THEMSELVES Socialists, they’re not REALLY Socialists, they’re amazingly illiterate or something and picked the name from a fortune cookie, having no idea what it means. Actual National Socialism has never been tried, so this is not “Real” National “Socialism.”
Anyway, they’re the same ppl in the KKK, are Nazis, and are also “Socialists” AKA “Communists”? Same people, all three. Don’t we usually make lists of different things and not near-synonyms?
As they say, “Socialism is the merger of State and Corporation,” while “Capitalism is the reverse.” That is, the merger of “Corporation and State.” Totally different, you see.
That goes with the other joke. “Capitalism is a system of “Work or Starve.” While Socialism is a system of “Work AND Starve.”
“If an election were held today, former US President Donald Trump would defeat President Joe Biden by a 10% margin of the popular vote,”
That’s why they won’t hold an election. …Wait for it. “And Then a Miracle Happened…” “I would have held it too, if it weren’t for that nosy asteroid!” Don’t worry, I’m so wrong I can predict it a year or three years ahead of time. Then when it happens, I’m still an idiot and “nobody coulda knewd”. 1994 boom, Tech bust, housing boom, housing bust, Covid inflation, no reversing rates, not temporary, Subprime was not contained…September 25, 2023 at 11:14 am #143661WESParticipant
When Trudeau first came to power, the first thing he did was use taxpayer’s money to buy all of Canada’s mainstream media via huge tax credits. So naturally Canadian media’s first job is to protect Trudeau from the truth. So Trudeau isn’t a Nazi, for supporting Nazis!
Of course Mr. Z and his corrupt buddies in the Ukraine aren’t going to stop the war. The war is their biggest “once in a life time” money making scam! They are only paid if the war continues. As soon as the war stops, their source of money also stops!
This is how the deep state ensures that their proxy wars continue for a long time. It will be a long war in the Ukraine with no end in sight. The deep state exempts itself from a US government money 8shutdown. That is all you need to know about who is your master. He who controls the money. Money doesn’t care if you die. Canada admits letting in 2,000 Ukrainian SS troopers
BY TOM TUGEND | FEBRUARY 7, 1997
Littman, who has been researching Nazis in Canada since 1980, said the 14th Volunteer Waffen-SS Grenadier Division, aka the Galicia Division, largely comprised Ukrainians who served with Nazi police battalions and death squads.
The surviving 9,000 division members surrendered to the British at war’s end, and were taken to England.
He said that longtime Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau once told him his government did not pursue war criminals “because they were afraid of exacerbating relationships between Jews and Eastern European ethnic communities.”
But John Sims, the Canadian official in charge of prosecuting war criminals, told “60 Minutes” that this “is going to be an important year, in which…considerable progress will be made in ridding this country of Nazis.”
Recent reports of suspected war criminals living openly in Canada follow a November Jerusalem Post series calling Canada a “near-blissful refuge” for Nazis.
Steven Rambam, a New York private detective working with two Post reporters, located about 150 suspected war criminals in Canada, often by looking them up in phone books.
Masquerading as a professor from a fictitious American university, Rambam, a former member of the Jewish Defense League, secretly taped interviews with a former Lithuanian police chief who described in chilling detail his part in the execution of 5,000 Jews.
Meanwhile, the German TV program “Panorama” reported last week that 50,000 war criminals and members of army units who participated in atrocities were receiving monthly bonus pensions, ranging from hundreds to thousands.
The so-called “victim pensions” are added to the pensions of those who suffered World War II-linked disabilities, or to their dependents.
Although a 1950 German law excludes war criminals living abroad from getting such pensions, the law is apparently not enforced in Canada or the United States.
• Russia Will Ask Canada to Explain Decision to Honor Nazi Veteran (Sp.)
“We, of course, will make the necessary demarches, but I have no illusions because it is impossible to do business with the current Trudeau cabinet, which is the personification of neoliberal fascism,” Stepanov added.
Explanations are not necessary.
Canadians leaders have just been proven to be Nazi sympathizers.
Neo-Nazism comprises the post–World War II militant, social, and political movements that seek to revive and reinstate Nazi ideology.
Neo-Nazis employ their ideology to promote hatred and racial supremacy (often white supremacy), to attack racial and ethnic minorities (often antisemitism and Islamophobia), and in some cases to create a fascist state.
Neo-Nazism is a global phenomenon, with organized representation in many countries and international networks. It borrows elements from Nazi doctrine, including antisemitism, ultranationalism, racism, xenophobia, ableism, homophobia, anti-communism, and creating a “Fourth Reich”. Holocaust denial is common in neo-Nazi circles.
Neo-Nazis regularly display Nazi symbols and express admiration for Adolf Hitler and other Nazi leaders. In some European and Latin American countries, laws prohibit the expression of pro-Nazi, racist, antisemitic, or homophobic views. Nazi-related symbols are banned in many European countries (especially Germany) in an effort to curtail neo-Nazism.

Foreign Ukrainian Political Interference by Chrystia Freeland
In previous articles, Thierry Meyssan has shown how the Banderites, collaborators of the worst Nazi exactions in Ukraine and Poland, came to power in Kiev, in the young independent Ukraine. He shows here that, for eighty years, Banderite immigrants have been embedded in the Canadian Liberal Party to the point of occupying the number two position in Justin Trudeau’s current government.
In this article, I will show that all Canadian Liberal governments have supported the Ukrainian Banderites since the beginning of the Second World War. They had it both ways during that war, fighting the Nazis, but supporting the Banderites. Worse still, the current Canadian government is composed of Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, flanked by a Banderite deputy, Chrystia Freeland.
In spite of its declarations of principle in favour of the equality in right of all men, Canada supports without reserve the Banderites, heralds of the racial superiority of the Ukrainians over the Russians.

canadian nazi – How Nazi War Criminals Got Into Canada by Ellie Tesher Toronto Star | November 12, 1997
As the nation honoured its war dead this week, some who gave their lives for freedom were still left with an ironic injustice. Though Canada played an outstanding role in the Allies’ success in World War II, a number of Nazis who committed war crimes against Canadians fighting overseas were allowed later to immigrate here and remain unpunished.
The Canadian Armed Forces held post-war trials in Germany. But further prosecutions were to be handled by the British military. They were soon stopped. And Canada failed to bring to justice any of those accused against the Canadian military even when some were later found living here.
Historian Alti Rodal says this is part of “Canada’s complicity in crimes against humanity.”
Strong charges, especially since Rodal was chief historian for the 1986 Deschenes Commission of Inquiry on War Criminals. She wrote a 580-page report on how Nazis were virtually welcomed into Canada and how successive governments ignored allegations of war criminals among them.
A federal government consultant, Rodal is currently writing a book based on her findings and new research – Other Priorities, to be published by Malcolm Lester Books.
Though Justice Jules Deschenes called for wide distribution of her report, Ottawa first buried it, then released it heavily censored. Even the bureaucrats must have been ashamed of its evidence of authorities caving in to pressure, of racist political decisions, and of investigators’ incompetence. Other historians have since pursued the story. Here’s just part of what Rodal and others uncovered:
In 1948, the government agreed to a top-secret deal with Britain to stop all war crimes trials and turn their focus to the Cold War with Russia.
According to John Loftus, former prosecutor for the U.S. Nazi-hunting unit, the idea of bringing Nazis to North America came from double agent Kim Philby, a Communist mole highly placed in British intelligence.
Philby’s scheme was to create an anti-Communist network in the West, then to sabotage their efforts by reporting their plans back to Moscow. Canada was the destination for the Nazis, wrote Loftus as 1991 co-author of Unholy Trinity.
Politicians were successfully lobbied to accept Nazis as immigrants by an umbrella group of Canadians of German background, says Rodal.
By 1951, former members of the Nazi party were admitted to Canada. By 1955, members of Hitler’s murderous elite SS force were accepted. Other groups of immigrants were granted waivers by the immigration minister, again following intense pressure from people representing huge voting blocs in Canada, says Rodal.
Latvians, Lithuanians and other East Europeans were accepted under “bulk labour programs” with no attention to their wartime military activities.
Special dispensation was granted to former members of Waffen SS groups who fought alongside the German Wehrmacht – without scrutiny.
A number of alleged French Nazi collaborators got ministerial waivers after a campaign by influential members of the Quebec elite, Rodal says.
Bob Keyserlink, a University of Ottawa history professor who did immigration screening in Bonn, Germany, in the early 1950s, says officers were given the attitude to “forget the past” when interviewing applicants.
“If he told you he was an SS officer and the regulations allowed members of the SS, that’s all we asked. It was up to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to do a security screening.”
But RCMP staff sent for the task had, Keyserlink says, “a Grade 10 or 11 education” and backgrounds in jobs like highway patrol. “They didn’t know a Hungarian from a Bulgarian. They didn’t ask the right questions.”
Canada’s do-nothing policy about Nazis over the next 40 years was influenced by a persistent anti-Jewish bias within the federal bureaucracy, Rodal says. As war criminals were being let into Canada, their Jewish victims who barely survived the Nazi Holocaust, were strenuously kept out – blatant discrimination documented by historians Irving Abella and Harold Troper in their book None Is Too Many.
Rodal also speaks of the “prominent role Pierre Trudeau played as justice minister and as prime minister in making sure no action was taken against war criminals, all the while promoting a “Just Society.”
For Canadian veterans who were war crimes victims, getting out the story of why justice was denied them is an appropriate tribute for future Remembrance Days.September 25, 2023 at 4:51 pm #143671
Normandy Massacres WWII
So I guess Canuckistan is AOK now with being Nazis collaborators with modern day Ukronazis.
Spit on your grandfathers graves
“The Normandy massacres were a series of killings in-which approximately 156 Canadian and two British prisoners of war (POWs) were murdered by soldiers of the 12th SS Panzer Division (Hitler Youth) during the Battle of Normandy in World War II. The majority of the murders occurred within the first ten days of the Allied invasion of France. The killings ranged in scale from spontaneous murders of individual POWs, to premeditated mass executions. Colonel Kurt Meyer, a commander in the 12th SS Panzer Division, was the only perpetrator charged for his role in the atrocities.
The massacres are among the worst war crimes committed against Canadian soldiers in Canada’s history. One out of every seven Canadian soldiers killed between June 6–11 were murdered after surrendering — a figure that rises to one in five if the range is reduced to June 7–11, when Canadian units started engaging with elements of the 12th SS Panzer Division”September 25, 2023 at 4:53 pm #143672

Gilbert Doctorow , Latest news on the war: these past two days we have advanced considerably to a full-blown Russia-NATO war
This, coming from Turkish sources, says that the Russians retaliated to the Sevastopol destruction by staging their own cruise missile attack on the Kremenchug Airport, the launch site used by the Ukrainians. “Both SCALP and Storm Shadow missiles, which were stationed at the airbase, along with the SU24M/MR bombers responsible for today’s attack, have been detroyed. A substantial number of firefighters and ambulances have been dispatched to the airfield. There are significant casualties among pilots, ground personnel and even NATO personnel, including Poles, who were involved in coordinating the operations and maintaining the missiles.”
This all suggests an additional reason for Biden to consent to shipment of the ATACMS missiles to Ukraine now: unlike the Storm Shadow, they are launched from the ground on mobile launchers similar to HIMARS. Therefore the loss of airfields and bombers and pilots does not constrain their use and holds the promise of more destuction of Russian assets in Crimea. I would also wager that US forces will be sent not just to maintain but to target and launch the ATACMS.
LUGANSK (Sputnik) – A Russian reconnaissance team has destroyed a German-supplied Leopard tank of the Ukrainian military with a crew comprised of Bunderswehr soldiers.
“The mechanic repeatedly stated that he was not a mercenary but a Bundeswehr serviceman, and that he and the rest of the crew were members of the same unit of the German army,” the Russian fighter said, adding that while receiving medical aid, the German soldier named his brigade and its dislocation site.
The tank’s driver died from wounds minutes after he was found despite efforts to save him.

More Doctorow , Dispensing war news with an eye-dropper
Both Russia and the West have released only carefully selected news about military developments this past week. The omissions distort perceptions of the decision-making processes that are carrying us along to WWIII…
..This past week witnessed a successful Ukrainian attack on the general staff building of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, Crimea. The building was set alight and the destruction was apparently extensive. We can only guess at how extensive from terse statements made by the civil Governor (effectively the mayor) of Sevastopol, which is by itself a ‘subject’ or region of the Russian Federation. He said that firefighters had worked for several hours to bring the fire in the building under control. Moreover, debris from the missile strike was spread to a distance of several hundred meters. The Governor warned city residents to stay away from the city center, so as not to hamper the work of emergency crews and not to fall victim to possible follow-up missile attacks. One clue to the level of destruction was a small article on today’s Russian news ticker that a miracle-working icon in the staff building had itself miraculously survived the attack. As for human casualties, the Governor mentioned only one serviceman who is not accounted for. The Russians did officially identify the attacking missiles as British manufactured Storm Shadow air-to-ground cruise missiles.
A devastating attack on staff headquarters and only one victim? That should tip you off to what you will find only on a very few essentially underground Russian websites: namely that the Russian naval staff had been evacuated from the museum-like headquarters building long ago and is working normally from underground premises at unknown locations.
So far, up to the present, Russian state television has had no coverage of the missile attack on Sevastopol. We shall see whether it is discussed in the News of the Week program hosted by Dmitry Kiselyov this evening.
As for the West, it took two days for government news managers and editors of the mass media to decide on the ‘spin’ to give their publics with respect to the missile attack on Sevastopol and the separately reported surprise decision of the Biden administration to ship to Kiev the long demanded ATACMS medium range cruise missiles. As recently as midweek, during Zelensky’s visit to Congress and to the Oval Office, Jake Sullivan told reporters that this issue has been withheld for the indefinite future. Is there no connection between the Sevastopol attack and the go-ahead for ATACMS to Kiev? That means the public has no understanding whatsoever of how and why the United States is being drawn deeper and deeper into the Ukraine quagmire…
..A subtitle to this article informs us that “Washington will send a version of the weapon that uses cluster munitions, according to people familiar with the matter.” Now what is the fairly transparent message here? It is that Washington is supplying Kiev with rockets suitable for continuation of its terrorist attacks on residential neighborhoods in the Donbas as the Ukrainian forces are pushed further West by Russians in the coming Russian offensive that Pentagon officials understand is coming now that the Ukrainian counter-offensive is kaput. These cluster bombs are not going to sink Russian naval vessels in Sevastopol harbor…
..“ATACM have an advantage over the British and French missiles because they can be fired from Himars launchers rather than Ukraine’s ageing Soviet-era fighter jets.”
“Ageing Soviet-era fighter jets!” My hats off to the FT editors for formulating an explanation of the situation that avoids telling the simple truth, namely that those Soviet-era fighter jets are being hunted and destroyed by the Russians so that shortly they will be no more.
I say this with reference to the Russian response to the Storm Shadow attack in Sevastopol that occurred within hours of the blast at the staff headquarters: namely they used a swarm of nearly invisible and unstoppable cruise missiles to devastate the Kremenchug airfield from which the attack on Crimea had been launched…
..“On the night of 23 September, the airport of Kremenchug was attacked by a large number of Russian cruise missiles. At the time no air raid alarms went off. The Ukrainian public supposes that these were ‘the hardly noticeable’ X-50 cruise missiles.
“The Russians destroyed valuable cargo: SCALP and Storm Shadow rockets which were delivered to the air base. They also destroyed several SU-24M bombers.
“There is a huge number of fire fighting and first aid vehicles now at the air base. They write that there have been big losses of pilots and maintenance personnel, as well as dead NATO officers, including from Poland, who had arrived to coordinate the rocket launches.”
I acknowledge that Tsargrad is denounced by Western governments as a disseminator of fake news and its website is inaccessible from some countries in Europe. However, what I quote above has also been issued by other portals…
..So now the United States is crossing its own red lines and risking escalation of the war and finger pointing of the Russians to its co-belligerent status by sending the ATACMS to Ukraine. We can be sure that U.S. military will be sent with the hardware.
Finally, I come back to the news item I mentioned yesterday on Russians finding the crew of a Leopard tank they destroyed in the battlefield this past week to have been regular Bundeswehr servicemen. My colleague in Germany informs me that as of today there has not been a word about this in Germany. However, there soon will be. From the unofficial news portals in Russia, I see that the Kremlin has every intention of bringing this scandal to the attention of the broad German public in the hope that it will touch off popular demonstrations against Scholz.
More Doctorow here, but I want to shade his assessment differently. Europe is being starved of Russian fuel and forced to adapt to that. Plastics manufacture and chemical plants have had to shut down without natural gas, and everything costs more. Oil and diesel from Russia are being purchased through India at higher prices. It seems to me, and I can only speculate, that after Russia failed to collapse economically a lot of things have happened which may not have been planned ahead by anybody who lay the initial bear-trap.
As to the destruction of European agriculture, I don’t think that is the globalist business plan, either. Monsanto owns something like 28% of Ukrainian farmland by a recent estimat (there are others). Much of Ukrainian grain is now owned by globalist and US interests. Their usual business model would be served by driving Polish and Czech farmers out of business, maybe buing their land at some deep markdown, rinsing and repeating. They would want to monopolize, supersize and “modernize” European farming.
With the acquiescence of the EU’s comprador elites, the US is de-industrializing Europe. Next on the agenda, to destroy European agriculture
I have in mind the dramatic spat between Poland and Ukraine over that country’s grain exports which was brought before the world media and diplomatic community at the United Nations General Assembly this week.
On the dais of the General Assembly, President Zelensky slammed unnamed East European countries which a week ago defied the EU’s lifting of a temporary ban on Ukrainian grain entering the EU on the 15th and said they will unilaterally continue to refuse entry of these commodities. Even before his UN appearance, Ukraine had said it will take the offenders, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, to court at the World Trade Organization for violation of trade rules.
For his part, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki responded on Polish television, saying that his country will no longer supply weapons to Ukraine. Jaws at the editorial board of The Financial Times and other mainstream Western media dropped upon hearing this decision. As we all know, Poland has been the most ardent supporter of the Ukrainian war effort, prodding other EU members to do their part.
Poland has taken in by far the largest number of Ukrainian refugees from the war. It has supplied substantial amounts of military materiel to Kiev from its own arsenal. And Poland has been the main transit country delivering NATO weapons and munitions to Ukraine from its domestic marshalling points across the border from Lviv.
No one had any doubts why the Polish government has done this policy reversal: it is facing a close election in less than a month and it needs the full support of Polish farmers to achieve a win. Those farmers have been demonstrating vociferously against the Ukrainian grain entering the country ostensibly for destinations abroad but de facto remaining on their home market and being sold at prices far below the Polish farmers’ production costs…
..It is especially interesting that in his fury over the impertinent and insulting speech of Zelensky, Morawiecki let out an observation that you otherwise would not have heard or seen in Western media: namely that the grain Ukraine is exporting is on behalf of the Ukrainian oligarchs who own the farmland.
Though he was incensed, Morawiecki nonetheless did watch his words, because he omitted saying that the Ukrainian grain being exported is also substantially produced by American agricultural behemoths who now own about 28% of the farmland in Ukraine and are raising their stakes all the time.
It would be fair to say that the whole scandal over Ukrainian exports of grain via its EU neighbors is not that the grain does not end up in the ports of the world’s neediest countries, it is that the beneficiaries of the exports are US corporations and Ukrainian crooks, not the Ukrainian people and its small holding farmers in particular. The main losers are the farmers of small, medium and large holdings in the EU, who cannot compete on price with the Ukrainians both because of the natural advantages of their ‘black earth’ lands, the most fertile in Europe, and because of the industrial scale that has been introduced in Ukraine by the new corporate owners, domestic and foreign.
In the midst of the dispute over Ukrainian grain, Western media have picked up tidbits of information about other Ukrainian agricultural commodities that have raised hackles among EU farmers. The longest list probably has been compiled by Hungary, which seeks to ban virtually all produce from Ukraine. For their part, Bulgaria and Romania have complained over cheap Ukrainian honey.
And yet the complaints over predatory pricing of Ukrainian farm products have come from as far west as France, where the main issue is Ukrainian poultry meat, priced at less than half producer costs in France. In part, this is due to the same cheap grain issue, since chickens are walking sacks of grain: two kilograms of wheat give you one kilogram of broiler chickens. But the additional driver of Ukrainian export prices is scale of production. French television recently brought out the fact that the biggest exporter of poultry meat to France that is being purchased by the school lunch programs as well as by major retail grocery chains is a Ukrainian complex that raises one million chickens at a time and has vertical integration from the grain inputs, to the hatcheries, to the slaughter and chilled packaging of eviscerated chickens. By contrast, the average chicken farmer in France keeps just 50,000 birds. It would be interesting to know who exactly owns that industrial scale chicken complex in Ukraine.
Russia Will Ask Canada to Explain Decision to Honor Nazi Veteran [A real WW-2, Waffen SS Nazi]
Russian Ambassador to Canada Oleg Stepanov told Sputnik that on Monday he would request explanations from the Canadian Foreign Ministry and the Prime Minister’s office in connection with the invitation and honoring in the country’s parliament of Ukrainian Nazi veteran Yaroslav Hunka. On Friday, Hunka, a 98 years-old Ukrainian Nazi veteran who fought in the ranks of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the Nazi SS during the Second World War, was given a standing ovation by the entire Canadian legislature. Hunka’s recognition happened as the Speaker of the House of Commons, Anthony Rota, was giving introductory remarks prior to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s address to the Canadian parliament.

Meryl Nass MD , “Pharmacovigilance and Biostatistics” for vaccines at FDA: 7 of 18 positions are vacant. And desperately [not] seeking Myocarditis. Is this the excuse for not looking at all their databases on COVID vaccine safety? Who is looking at the info on over 100 million Americans allegedly collected to assure vaccine safety?…
..Here is what has obviously occurred. All these agencies were told they had to keep quiet on vaccine problems (and perhaps problems of other COVID treatments), and they had to fiddle with their data or their analytic methods, or both, to get the required results. And there was to be NO BAD NEWS, no matter what. And no good news regarding generic treatments.
As we have seen, the so-called scientists and physicians working as bureaucrats in these agencies all caved, sucked it up, did the dirty work, kept their jobs, and betrayed their oaths and the trust of the people of the USA and the world..Yet here is what her own agency found 6 months ago:
Meryl Nass MD again, with a very detailed and impressive list of scientific reports of myocarditis from COVID “vaccine products”. I’m saving this for when we get into a courtroom over these vaccines: the myocarditis timeline Zachary Stieber confirms what I have long said: the fed agencies knew about myocarditis and hid it and pushed covid vaccines on tens of millions of American (and foreign) kids at high risk

Our Sun is currently still in the ascending leg of the current Solar Maximum event, which will not begin to decline until the solar magnetic poles flip, At the same time, Earth’s magnetic field is much weakened, so that when coronal mass ejections of charged particles impact Earth, they have much more charge penetration than would usually be expected from their magnitude. The “Carrington Event” of September 1-2, 1859, during Solar Cycle 10, caused electric current to flow in telegraph cables and fires and massive sparking in telegraph stations, which were the only electrical infrastructure of the day. Telegraphy was carried out between Boston and Portland by disconnecting the batteries, as they were interfering with signal transmission via induced current anv voltage, which were fluctuating and bucking the batteries.
Boston: “Mine is disconnected, and we are working with the auroral current. How do you receive my writing?”
Portland: “Better than with our batteries on. – Current comes and goes gradually.”
Boston: “My current is very strong at times, and we can work better without the batteries, as the aurora seems to neutralize and augment our batteries alternately, making current too strong at times for our relay magnets. Suppose we work without batteries while we are affected by this trouble.”
Portland: “Very well. Shall I go ahead with business?”
Boston: “Yes. Go ahead.”
The magnitude of the solar flare associated with the Carrington Event is estimated at X-56 to X-80.
Since the last officially released magnetic field strength of the Earth was at least 15% reduced in 2010, the currents induced at the planetary surface would be much greater. There was a fall of Terrestrial Magnetic Field Strength of 10% between 1900 and 2000, so it was measured again by NASA in 2010, and found to be a further 5% weaker in only one decade.
Terrestrial Magnetic Field Strength was to be measured and reported again in 2015 and 2020, but instead of being published, existing data was made more difficult to access by NASA and the European Space Agency. It is fair to assume further and more rapid field strength degradation, based upon aururae of fairly mils solar flares being visible as far south as Arizona regularly, including with the mild flaring which imacted yesterday afternoon, into the night, as described in this morning’s Space Weather News:
This news was of increased interest to me, as I had been awaiting the arrival of the mass ejections from the mild flares, but had a loss of internet service in (rural) Yoakum from 3:10 PM yesterday until just before midnight, correlating to the induced geomagnetic disturbances. The outage may have been coincidental, but causes are never divulged.
An equivalent electrical disruption to the Carrington Event might occur today with flare magnitudes under X-30, if the solar flare were Earth-facing, which most are not.
Geomagnetic storms have the potential to wreak havoc on Earth. In 1989, a geomagnetic storm blacked out the entire Canadian province of Quebec in 90 seconds, leaving 6 million customers in the dark for nine hours, according to NASA. It also damaged transformers as far away as New Jersey—including one at a nuclear power plant—and nearly took down U.S. power grids from the Eastern Seaboard to the Pacific Northwest.
Geomagnetic storms can also disrupt radio communications and GPS navigation by warping the atmosphere in ways that modify the paths of radio signals, NOAA noted. For instance, the Halloween Storm of 2003 prevented the Federal Aviation Administration from providing GPS navigational guidance for roughly 30 hours, according to a 2011 study for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Solar plasma can also heat the planet’s upper atmospheric layers, making them swell and potentially drag down satellites in low Earth orbit, NOAA said. (As recently happened to some of Elon Musk’s Starlink satellites.)

March 10-12 1989 Geomagnetic Storm (a closer look)
The geomagnetic storm causing this event is believed to be the result of two separate events known as coronal mass ejections (CME) on March 10 and 12, 1989. A few days before, on March 6, a very large X15-class solar flare also occurred. Several days later, at 01:27 UT on March 13, a severe geomagnetic storm struck Earth. The storm began on Earth with extremely intense auroras at the poles. The aurora could be seen as far south as Texas and Florida. (Which now happens with sub-X-Class flares.) …
..The storm caused significant interference to the United States power grid.
Substantial communications blackouts occurred. The burst caused shortwave radio interference, including the disruption of radio signals from Radio Free Europe into Russia. It was initially believed that the signals had been jammed by the Soviet government. As midnight came and went, a mass of charged particles and electrons in the ionosphere flowed from west to east, inducing powerful electrical currents in the ground…
..The variations in the Earth’s magnetic field also tripped circuit breakers on Hydro-Québec’s power grid. The utility’s very long transmission lines and the fact that most of Quebec sits on a large rock shield prevented current flowing through the earth, finding a less resistant path along the 735 kV power lines.
The James Bay network went offline in less than 90 seconds, giving Quebec its second massive power outage in 11 months.
A 21st Century View of the March 1989 Magnetic Storm
This paper reexamines the information available about the March 1989 event and uses this to construct a timeline and description of the space weather phenomena and how they caused the power system effects. The evidence shows that the disturbance was caused by two coronal mass ejections (CMEs): the first associated with a X4.5 flare on 10 March and the second linked to a M7.3 flare on 12 March.
2003 Halloween solar storms [The largest X45 CME was fortunately not directly Earth-facing, but a “glancing blow”. It would have been another Carrington Event.]
The Halloween solar storms were a series of solar storms involving solar flares and coronal mass ejections that occurred from mid-October to early November 2003, peaking around October 28–29. This series of storms generated the largest solar flare ever recorded by the GOES system, modeled as strong as X45 (initially estimated at X28 due to saturation of GOES’ detectors)...
..Satellite-based systems and communications were affected, aircraft were advised to avoid high altitudes near the polar regions, and a one-hour-long power outage occurred in Sweden as a result of the solar activity. Aurorae were observed at latitudes as far south as Texas and the Mediterranean countries of Europe. Twelve transformers in South Africa were disabled and had to be replaced, despite the country’s low geomagnetic latitude...
..One of the solar storms was compared by some scientists in its intensity to the Carrington Event of 1859. [It was not Earth-facing, a great relief, as you may also recall.]
..These events occurred during solar cycle 23, approximately three years after its peak in 2000, which was marked by another occurrence of solar activity known as the Bastille Day event. [This was a surprising flurry of solar activity during a period expected to be much calmer.]

Witold Dzielski, Poland’s ambassador to Canada, demanded an apology in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday. He said Poland is the “best ally” Ukraine has, but that it “will never agree on whitewashing such villains.”
Meanwhile, the episode plays into the narrative promoted by Russian President Vladimir Putin that he sent his army into Ukraine last year to “demilitarize and denazify” the country, a European democracy whose Jewish president lost family members in the Holocaust.
Western nations have refuted this, saying Putin’s invasion is an imperialistic-style land grab.September 26, 2023 at 12:04 am #143697
