Canadian, living in the north of Ontario (Latitude 80*, which is far different than the European equiv!). Spent most of adult life attempting to convince people to conserve energy, 10 yrs as wind developer. When time came cashed out, bought this place and began to hunker down for the waves of despair coming...Giant Turd-balls as I coined them. Attempting to prep for whats coming. Small farm: 160 acres, 70 bush, 90 arable, growing food (poorly), smallest footprint I can live with. And I sit and observe when time permits.
