I’ve always hear the seniors commenting on the younger generation of not being as “good, capable, devoted, tough”, etc as when “we” were young.
Our societies has multiple complex systems of rules, regulations, standard practice and procedures to follow so that everything will keep functioning.
However, I am seeing, more and more, that the gears are gumming up and things are not functioning as they were designed to function.
What I’m seeing, that our systems are breaking down, has nothing to do with “ism”.
Its because the leaders, supervisors, foreman, enablers, are not doing their jobs.
Too many of them are not shouldering their responsibilites, don’t want to be liable, and work smart not hard, by delegating all their work to someone else.Justice?

During the election, of course, Hunter was completely off limits – with a virtual press blackout on the subject, and President Trump receiving a sharp rebuke from debate moderator Chris Wallace for bringing it up.A subpoena seeking documents from Hunter Biden asked for information related to more than two dozen entities, including Ukraine gas company Burisma, according to a person familiar with a Justice Department tax investigation of President-elect Joe Biden’s son.
The breadth of the subpoena, issued Tuesday, underscores the wide-angle lens prosecutors are taking as they examine the younger Biden’s finances and international business ventures.
Hunter Biden’s ties to Burisma in particular have long dogged the policy work and political aspirations of his father, Joe Biden, now the president-elect of the United States. It’s unclear whether Hunter Biden’s work at the Ukrainian company is a central part of the federal investigation or whether prosecutors are simply seeking information about all his sources of income in recent years.
We’re sure Kamala Harris is genuinely concerned over the outcome of this investigation and hopes it doesn’t result in Joe Biden’s unceremonious exit from the teleprompter scene.

‘Bleak Milestone’: More Than 100,000 Nursing Home Residents and Staff Killed by Pandemic
Forty percent of all Covid-19 deaths in the United States have occurred in long-term care facilities.
by Kenny Stancil, staff writer“While early action to prevent the spread of coronavirus in long-term care facilities led to strict protocols related to testing, personal protective equipment, and visitor restrictions,” KFF pointed out that “several of these measures have been reversed in recent months, and some long-term care facilities continue to report shortages of PPE and staff.”
According to physician and public health expert Michael Barnett, 7.7% of the nation’s nursing home residents, or one in 13, have now died as a result of Covid-19. “Things have never really gotten better,” he tweeted. “Testing is a struggle, PPE and staff are daily challenges.”
