There’s a small chance of a serious allergic reaction to a vaccine, called anaphylaxis. The VAX passports are problematic. Legally, dodgy. “Private venues” can within some margins triage their clients (no blue jeans / need to be a member / nobody under 18 / other ..) but non-discriminatory laws also exist.
For W Gvmts. to set up a 2-class system is of course not impossible (provided we accept they are the top legislators and efficient enforcers) but backlash might be horrendous, so they hesitate. This state of affairs creates a lot of fiddling about at the margins. 400 gallons is a big water tank! Is the tank inside your house 2nd story or up in a water tower? I assume you use it for everything except maybe drinking water? Is this just a winter setup only?
What river are you on?
We use St. Lawrence River water in the cottage but bring jugs of drinking water from home or in the past from city of Brockville before covid shut down their water park site.
A neighbor has a well but there is simply too much iron in the water so nobody likes the taste. The neighbor has gotten so fed up with the iron ruining their waterworks/toliet/taps etc. that they have now switched back to soft river water. They use a special filter from a separate tap for their drinking water.
The lack of drinking water bothers most people but we grew up bring drinking water in jugs so it is just part of cottage life and we think nothing of it.
