An even more likely scenario is that some other agency (FBI/CIA etc) asked the Secret Service to allow the patsy onto the roof, their excuse being that they were going to catch him in the act and that they would ensure that he was not able to fire at Trump. The Secret Service then waited for that agency to arrest the patsy, but that never happened, so only after the patsy started shooting did the Secret Service respond. They realised that the agency that was supposed to be arresting this guy were actually letting him shoot at Trump.
As for the real assassin, that could be a person or an automated snipper rifle, like a drone, attached to one of the buildings, looking like an electricity junction box, and later removed.
The other agency (FBI,CIA etc) may even have assured the Secret Service that the patsy’s ammunition had been doctored and would not work. Hence the Secret Service watched and waited for that agency to arrest the patsy, but that never happened, so only after the patsy started shooting did the Secret Service respond.
The real dead sniper on the roof can be seen via the aerial view from the chopper, not from the ground near roofs edge were Crooks was staged.
Maybe he’s the real Dr. Who, He moves in a funny, spontaneous way, or Ford Prefect, maybe Kilgore Trout, Billy Pilgrim or Arthur Dent?
Normally in large buildings, access to the roof is from inside of the building.
How does a person just casually get inside the building, especially dressed as the shooter was, plus rifle, and gain access to the ladder to the roof, without anyone noticing?
There are just too many questions for this to not be a FBI/CIA directed project.Saw a comment saying Crook was in an ad for Blackrock.

After all there has been nothing said about Crook.Another note. Seven pro-Trump SS were supposedly pulled off detail several weeks ago.
There are too many red flags for this to have not been pre-planned.
Why was CNN covering Butler?
They have never covered a Trump rally before.

I consider that this was basically a replay of the highly successful Daley Plaza scenario of 1963. An untrained unskilled patsy with virtually no chance of hitting his target is set up to take the fall by positioning himself in a place where the Secret Service has whole minutes to prepare taking him out when his job is done. His job is to shoot a gun at Trump and then be killed in a hail of return gunfire. As soon as the total novice fires his iron sighted rifle with roughly zero chance of hitting his target, the Secret Service sniper (who has had the patsy in his precision telescopic gunsights for several minutes) eliminates any chance of the patsy/fall guy from ever talking to anyone. Within minutes the patsy is identified by name as the would-be assassin and the “investigation” is essentially OVER before it starts. Meanwhile the PROFESSIONAL assassin (a second shooter, one who actually knows how to shoot & misses only by some miracle ) has taken his single perfectly aimed kill-shot at Trumps brain stem, and misses only by a Divine Act of providence when Trump swivels his head by 30 degrees at the last possible instant. Like any good professional he is well hidden from the defensive snipers, but just in case (because he doesn’t want to wind up in the same body bag as the incredibly naive patsy) he dusts off BOTH of the defensive snipers with warning shots that miss them by inches (just watch them FLINCH and step away from their guns mere seconds after they silence the patsy) and then walks away as just another redneck MAGA hick in the crowd.
