The whole thing is a total farce.
The king of Sweden spent many years screwing young Swedish chicks after making promises in a night club – and then dumping them the next day. The fact that the media seems to have “forgotten” this story is remarkable.
One of his favourite places was run by a Balkan mafiosi-type who arranged the girls for him.
The Swedes censor anything to do with their royalty. Many don’t know this but the Swedish royal family descends from a French general of Napoleon. The Swedish parliament invited him to come and take the job.
The Norwegians are less reticent. 🙂

I would be very pleased if the Melbourne market were to drop just 20%. It would certainly shake up things a little bit. The AFR is one of the main promoters of the property game. At the end of the article they pretended that only the US had fake income claims by borrowers (“investors”), that is far from being the case as many people have already pointed out.

In the west of Melbourne, vast areas are full of recent immigrants from places like India. The Chinese prefer to live elsewhere. Many of these recent arrivals have jobs that poorer and less-educated Australians used to do. Almost all the delivery people, 7/11 workers and so on seem to be from the Indian subcontinent. Many of these people have borrowed to the hilt using false claims as to their earnings. The Chinese have done likewise by faking their earnings in China. If the market were to drop, many of these people would return home and abandon their over-priced houses. They could always reappear with new names and identities. Loads of doctors are working who have fake or meaningless qualifications already. There are no proper checks being carried out.
